6.1 合同項(xiàng)下全部貨物將于2009年3月底前全部、一次性由賣(mài)方交付/由買(mǎi)方派船裝運(yùn)離港。6.2 合同項(xiàng)下全部貨物包裝完畢，賣(mài)方應(yīng)及時(shí)以書(shū)面方式通知買(mǎi)方貨物備妥。6.3 買(mǎi)方應(yīng)在接到賣(mài)方貨物備妥通知之日起15天內(nèi)，派船到裝運(yùn)港將全部貨物裝船運(yùn)走。超過(guò)15天后產(chǎn)生的貨物在港口的堆存費(fèi)用將由買(mǎi)方承擔(dān)； 6.4 如買(mǎi)方在貨物備妥通知發(fā)出之日起30天內(nèi)，未能派船將貨物運(yùn)走，由此產(chǎn)生的貨物質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，賣(mài)方將不負(fù)責(zé)任；超過(guò)45天，賣(mài)方有權(quán)選擇將此貨物處理，由此產(chǎn)生的貨物處理費(fèi)用將由買(mǎi)方承擔(dān)。

21.TITLE TO CARGO貨物所有權(quán)：
