外經(jīng)貿(mào)英語函電整個流程
外貿(mào)究其根本,用同事的語言來講就是“買進(jìn)”和“賣出”。那我們在外貿(mào)英語中用比 較專業(yè)詞匯講就是“出口”(Export)和“進(jìn)口”(Import)。
那它又不像我們在日常生活中買進(jìn)和賣出這么簡單,因為它涉及到的是跨國交易,其中里面有許多我們需要注意事項和辦理的業(yè)務(wù)。因其復(fù)雜
性,所以那我們要學(xué)習(xí)的東西也就比較多。那我們今天就先把外貿(mào)的總
體流程和本書課程設(shè)置的框架跟大家一起分享。
一.外貿(mào)的總體流程:
1.尋找目標(biāo)客戶--Souring the
↓ resource.a.尋找國外進(jìn)口商。Sourcing the
↓ importer.根據(jù)自己產(chǎn)品的特色,來尋找國外潛在的目標(biāo)客戶即進(jìn)口商(importer),那對于我們↓ 來講,我們就是出口商(Exporter)。搜索的途徑就有很多了,例如
利用goolgle搜索引擎,采購商買家資料,參
↓ 加廣交會等等。
b.尋找國外出口商。Souring the
↓ exporter.根據(jù)自己的需求,來采購國外出口商的產(chǎn)品。那對于我們來講,我們就是進(jìn)口↓ 商(Importer)。搜索的途徑也比較多,例如goolgle搜索引擎,參加
國外的展會,拿到國外出口商的資料等
↓ 等。
那大家都知道我們是出口大國,所以我們在外貿(mào)中遇到的一般都是第一種情況?!?所以在今后的課程當(dāng)中,我們也將重點學(xué)習(xí)如何做好出口外貿(mào)
↓↓2.建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系----Establish Business
→ relations.那這里面我們要做的上面第一點講到了尋找目標(biāo)客戶,那我們找到后就要進(jìn)行工作就比較多了,具↓ 這一步的建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系問題了。體如下:
a.自我介紹----Self introduction。在外貿(mào)英語中就要用到自我介紹函電了。一封很好↓ 的外貿(mào)自我介紹函電可以很好的開啟外貿(mào)合作之門。
b.提供產(chǎn)品目錄-----Sending Catalog。根據(jù)客戶的需求提供適
↓ 當(dāng)?shù)漠a(chǎn)品目錄供客戶參考。
c.邀請參加展會和工廠---Invitationto Fair and factory。更進(jìn)一步的要
↓ 客戶了解我們的產(chǎn)品,提供合作的成功率。
d.報價給客戶。----Provide quotations。客人在選定感興趣的產(chǎn)品之后,↓ 那我們做好詳細(xì)的資料提供報價給客人。
e.準(zhǔn)備樣品。-------Prepare the samples。根據(jù)客人的要求,提
↓ 供樣品給客人。等待客人確認(rèn)?!?
↓
→ 3.訂單操作--------Order operation.客人確認(rèn)樣品之后,那下一步就是下訂單(Place the order).我們的主要工作就↓ 是跟據(jù)客人的要求和交期,跟工廠一起把訂單操作好。a.訂單的數(shù)量----Order quantity.這個之前要跟客人談好,達(dá)成↓ 協(xié)議后下這個確認(rèn)的數(shù)量。b.產(chǎn)品的包裝----Packing。不同的產(chǎn)品,其包裝要求也是不一樣的,這個要根據(jù)↓ 具體產(chǎn)品請工廠設(shè)計安全可行包裝,和客人最后確認(rèn)出貨包裝方式。c.付款方式這個要根據(jù)雙方的需求達(dá)成一致的付款條↓-------Payment terms 款,以保證貿(mào)易的順利進(jìn)行。d.保險-------------Insurance.那這點就要涉及到本書要學(xué)習(xí)的索賠,理賠等問題↓ 了。這個也是在訂單操作過程中要和客人達(dá)成協(xié)議的。↓↓4.出貨
