[摘 要]國際商務(wù)函電課程的教學(xué)效果將對學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力、就業(yè)競爭能力等產(chǎn)生直接影響,高職院??梢詮囊韵聨追矫嫣剿鲊H商務(wù)函電課程的教學(xué)策略,以提升整體教學(xué)水平:重組課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容,合理制訂學(xué)習(xí)計劃;有機結(jié)合重復(fù)教學(xué)法與角色扮演教學(xué)法;建立完整交易情景,重視體現(xiàn)理論結(jié)合實訓(xùn);充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,科學(xué)布置項目學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。

當(dāng)前,我國各大院校紛紛開設(shè)國際商務(wù)函電課程,尤其是高職院校,該課程更是其涉外專業(yè)的必修專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課之一。但是,當(dāng)前國際商務(wù)函電課程教學(xué)策略還存在一些問題,主要表現(xiàn)為課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容單一,沒能制定好學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)計劃;課程教學(xué)方法單一,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣不高;過度重視理論教學(xué),忽視理論與實訓(xùn)的有機結(jié)合;在網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的利用方面還存在不足,布置項目學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)時有失科學(xué)性等。高職院校急需找尋有效的改革途徑解決這些問題,以切實提高國際商務(wù)函電課程的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
一、重組課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容,合理制訂學(xué)習(xí)計劃
貿(mào)易的工具之一就是語言的形式,如果工具的作用得不到充分的發(fā)揮,那么工作效果也會大打折扣,損害公司利益。[1]當(dāng)下,一些高職院校已經(jīng)嘗試著改革國際商務(wù)函電課程內(nèi)容,但只重視線性研究理論知識,把課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容劃分成幾個模塊,依舊沒能跟實際工作任務(wù)結(jié)合在一起,對學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)不利?;诖?,國際商務(wù)函電課程教師應(yīng)持續(xù)提升自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平,以自身的實踐經(jīng)歷為積聚科學(xué)整合、重組國際商務(wù)函電教學(xué)內(nèi)容,幫助學(xué)生制訂合理的學(xué)習(xí)計劃,著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的寫作能力。如在講解還盤的內(nèi)容時,教師可在雜志、報紙、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等資源上找尋實際案例,促使學(xué)生制訂合理的學(xué)習(xí)計劃,掌握函電內(nèi)容的一些常用表達(dá)方式,包括陳述不接受的理由、重新提出發(fā)盤等。這樣一來,教師運用企業(yè)真實發(fā)生的案例組織教學(xué)內(nèi)容,能加強學(xué)生對國際商務(wù)函電課程專業(yè)性的理性思考,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過完成具體的工作任務(wù)獲取知識、技能,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生分析問題、解決問題的能力,提高學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力。
二、有機結(jié)合重復(fù)教學(xué)法與角色扮演教學(xué)法
國際商務(wù)函電中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的難點是其專業(yè)術(shù)語,因而教師應(yīng)在課堂教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)有側(cè)重點、有意識地重復(fù),以帶動學(xué)生有意識地重復(fù)專業(yè)術(shù)語,以增強學(xué)生記憶。如啟頭句:We enclose…(我方附上……),當(dāng)學(xué)生在理解該專業(yè)術(shù)語時進(jìn)行有意識、有意義的多次重復(fù),一邊學(xué)一邊記,然后教師每一節(jié)課之前都向?qū)W生提問,有意識地引導(dǎo)學(xué)生重復(fù)學(xué)習(xí)和記憶,就能在做練習(xí)或講解該案例的過程中遇到該專業(yè)術(shù)語時重復(fù)提問,讓學(xué)生能長久記憶專業(yè)術(shù)語,收獲長期記憶效果。當(dāng)然,對于國際商務(wù)函電課程應(yīng)用性強的特點,教師還可采用角色扮演法,讓學(xué)生分別扮演外貿(mào)實證中的買方、賣方、承運人、保險人、承兌行等各種不同的角色,并在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上搜集一些商務(wù)信息,先讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行角色對話,然后再寫作商業(yè)信函,最終促使學(xué)生對所學(xué)知識進(jìn)行鞏固,為今后成為一名合格的外貿(mào)人員奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。重復(fù)教學(xué)法、角色扮演法并不是獨立存在的,教師可在同一課堂上結(jié)合使用,通過角色扮演幫助學(xué)生重復(fù)記憶,也可通過重復(fù)記憶促進(jìn)學(xué)生更好地完成角色扮演,真正實現(xiàn)對知識的內(nèi)化,這對培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的應(yīng)用能力很有幫助。[2]
三、建立完整交易情景,重視體現(xiàn)理論結(jié)合實訓(xùn)
良好的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)熱情、欲望的源泉,教師可在教學(xué)中結(jié)合真實的案例,把完整的交易情景搬到課堂,為學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)工作化的函電交流情景。對此,教師可以根據(jù)案例的工作化情景合理安排課時,采用一對一理論結(jié)合實訓(xùn)的模式開展實踐教學(xué),結(jié)合商務(wù)談判實驗室、國際貿(mào)易操作模擬實訓(xùn)室等完成教學(xué)。如針對跟公司有過初步接洽但并沒有下單的客戶,教師首先帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生到商務(wù)談判實驗室模擬談判,充分應(yīng)用已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)過的外貿(mào)英語知識,磋商交易條件,提高學(xué)生的外貿(mào)函電口語能力。其次,可在國際貿(mào)易操作模擬實驗室里開展教學(xué):要求學(xué)生兩兩組合,在國際貿(mào)易的操作軟件上注冊各自代表公司的相關(guān)信息,并標(biāo)明公司的經(jīng)營范圍、概況等,標(biāo)明產(chǎn)品名稱、種類,兩名學(xué)生分別扮演進(jìn)出口商,跟貿(mào)易伙伴交易,完成從建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系到索賠、理賠等的實訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié),教師仔細(xì)評閱學(xué)生在工作化實訓(xùn)過程中的來往信函,并給出合理的修改意見,引導(dǎo)并幫助學(xué)生查漏補缺。通過工學(xué)結(jié)合,教師將口頭表述跟寫作融為一體,讓學(xué)生在一個完整的交易情景中體驗工作化教學(xué)的樂趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在與客戶溝通環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)當(dāng)擁有的溝通能力、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)等。
四、充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,科學(xué)布置項目學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)
在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代,教師應(yīng)重視引導(dǎo)學(xué)生充分利用資源,通過科學(xué)設(shè)置項目任務(wù),促使學(xué)生自己搜集網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的相關(guān)資料,在教師的幫助下順利完成項目學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。[3]如在講解運輸環(huán)節(jié)的知識時,除了學(xué)習(xí)常規(guī)的運輸術(shù)語、句型等,教師還應(yīng)要求學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)實際工作過程中的部分租船訂艙、報關(guān)商檢、放單等知識。教師可以為學(xué)生提供福步外貿(mào)論壇、外貿(mào)精英網(wǎng)等部分知名的外貿(mào)網(wǎng)站地址,讓學(xué)生先到論壇“潛水”,熟悉相關(guān)的外貿(mào)運輸知識,然后依據(jù)自身的“潛水”學(xué)習(xí)心得制作PPT,在課堂中跟其他學(xué)生分享,不明白的地方可以在課堂上跟教師和學(xué)生一起討論。當(dāng)然,教師一開始應(yīng)設(shè)置問題,避免學(xué)生盲目瀏覽論壇信息。如教師可運用進(jìn)口商的身份發(fā)一封電子郵件給學(xué)生,提一些運輸途中可能會發(fā)生的問題,要求學(xué)生回復(fù)郵件,促使學(xué)生的瀏覽過程具備針對性。教師也可利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易平臺,促使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)國際商務(wù)函電中的外貿(mào)開發(fā)信的內(nèi)容之后,能選擇自己了解的資源,也可充分利用義烏國際商貿(mào)城的資源,嘗試自己在網(wǎng)上開發(fā)客戶,收到客戶回復(fù)的郵件就給予一定的表揚、鼓勵。

第二篇:國際商務(wù)函電
電傳
電傳,或稱為電傳打字機(Tele-Type),是遠(yuǎn)距離打印交換的編寫形式。電傳既具有電話的快速,又具有打字機的準(zhǔn)確,尤其是當(dāng)電文中有資料時,這種優(yōu)點表現(xiàn)得特別明顯。人們普遍認(rèn)為,電傳這種通訊方式,除了具備高效性和精確性之外,還比電報和電話更為便宜。
電傳是在傳真機普遍使用以前的通信設(shè)備,其原理有點近似電報。早期國家政府單位、國有進(jìn)出口公司皆普見使用,但現(xiàn)在基本上已經(jīng)被傳真機或互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所取代。
特點
? 方便迅速
電傳打印機可安裝在辦公室內(nèi),因而毋須到電報局去發(fā)電報,而且在給國外交易伙伴發(fā)電傳時,可以即時得到對方的回和答,就像進(jìn)行電話交談一樣方便。? 手續(xù)簡便。
惟一要做的事情是,將欲發(fā)出的電文轉(zhuǎn)對成一系列孔眼并打制到紙帶上,再通過電磁波將電文發(fā)往目的地。
? 自動收發(fā)。
即使不在辦公室里,打印機也可在無人狀態(tài)下自動收發(fā)電文,電文或許是一份書面交易檔,這顯然比電話交談優(yōu)越得多。
? 高效經(jīng)濟。
打印機每分鐘可打400個浮點,根據(jù)《全美百科全書》記載,這種機器一分鐘內(nèi)可傳送大約67個詞。
在傳真及電子郵件大量充斥于國際貿(mào)易各個領(lǐng)域的書面聯(lián)絡(luò)當(dāng)中時,也許電報和電傳方式早已被人們遺忘了,或者說了解有關(guān)這方面知識的人越來越少了。雖說電報和電傳正逐步趨于淘汰,然而它們的確又在國際商務(wù)活動中起了非常重要的作用。因此,研究電報和電傳,仍然具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
電傳是比書信、電報更優(yōu)越的書面交際手段。其優(yōu)點主要如下:第一,傳遞速度快。發(fā)電人在發(fā)電傳的同時收電人就可收到電文。因此,它比書信、電報的傳遞速度快。第二,費用低廉。由于電傳按實際傳送分鐘數(shù)計費,它比電話、電報還要便宜,并且訊息越長,使用電傳越經(jīng)濟。第三,使用方便。用戶可隨時在辦公室內(nèi)發(fā)出電文,從而避免了把電文送到電報局拍發(fā)的麻煩;用戶還可在辦公室內(nèi)一天24
小時接收電文,即使在無人照看電傳機的時候也能收到;用戶可通過電傳機互相交換意見。因而使用起來很方便。第四,文體自由。文體可接近書信語言,不致引起對方誤會;它還可分段,排列成條列式或表格式發(fā)出,可讀性強。
電傳又稱用戶電報(香港、臺灣稱為國際電報交換)。電傳(Telex)是“電傳打字電報機間相互交換信息”(Tele面nter,Te。letypew五terExchange)的縮寫詞。電傳作為一種先進(jìn)的電信手段,始創(chuàng)于1930年,最先在德國開發(fā)成功。而后逐漸在世界各國得以使用。時至七、八十年代,世界上幾乎每個國家、每個地區(qū)都普遍采用電傳通信方式作為電信通信的主要手段。我國的國際電信系統(tǒng)是于70年代初開始受理國際電傳業(yè)務(wù)的。1973年以來,我國各外貿(mào)機構(gòu)先后裝置了全套電傳設(shè)施,直接與國外廠商聯(lián)系,磋商交易。電傳的使用比起電報來要方便得多。用戶一天二十四小時內(nèi)可隨時在辦公室內(nèi)收、發(fā)電文,既避免了把電文送到電報局拍發(fā)的麻煩,又可在無入照看電傳機的時候接收電文。因此,夜間收到的訊息可在第二天早上進(jìn)行處理。尤其對于時差較大的國家之間來說,電傳加快了其用戶相互處理訊息的速度。在七、八十年代,電傳的確在我國的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易中成為了主要的電信方式,在處理大量的、繁雜的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中起著重要的作用。需要說明的是,在當(dāng)前的國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)中,電傳已在很大程度上被傳真所取代。但由于后者沒有前者的保密性能好,電傳仍被外交部門和一些商務(wù)機構(gòu)使用。
