《國際商務(wù)函電實(shí)用教程》教學(xué)大綱

本學(xué)期開設(shè)的《國際商務(wù)函電實(shí)用教程》系商務(wù)英語專業(yè)必修課。外貿(mào)英語指開展對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易和社會(huì)活動(dòng)中所使用的英語，而函電往來是開展對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)中使用最廣泛的通訊聯(lián)系手段，是商業(yè)活動(dòng)中的一個(gè)必要組成部分。本門課程主要介紹了外貿(mào)活動(dòng)中所使用的英語函電的主要體裁和格式、部分常用的外貿(mào)用語、習(xí)慣表達(dá)及專用詞匯、同時(shí)也涉及外貿(mào)活動(dòng)中的某些必須程序，這對(duì)于提高外貿(mào)工作從事者的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和促進(jìn)我國外貿(mào)事業(yè)的發(fā)展有著非常重要的意義。

一、教學(xué)目的和要求

本課程是針對(duì)正在或即將從事外貿(mào)及其相關(guān)工作的人員，培養(yǎng)他們用英語進(jìn)行商務(wù)交際的能力和技巧，希望通過學(xué)習(xí)，達(dá)到掌握外貿(mào)英語函電的基本詞匯、基本句型和基本格式以及對(duì)外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中的某些環(huán)節(jié)的特點(diǎn)有所了解，能用英語草擬和閱讀一般外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)文、電的目的，同時(shí)在英語知識(shí)和能力得到強(qiáng)化和提高的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)際運(yùn)用語言的能力、邏輯思維能力和獨(dú)立工作能力。

上述所謂基本詞匯和基本句型應(yīng)與外貿(mào)英語課和外貿(mào)口語課的基本詞匯和基本句型互相滲透，相輔相成。

二、教材、授課時(shí)數(shù)及教學(xué)進(jìn)度

1.教材

本課程采用教材為《國際商務(wù)函電實(shí)用教程》，由本人主編，武漢理工大學(xué)大學(xué)出版社2006年1月出版。

本教材按業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)編寫，分11大部分，涉及引語、書信結(jié)構(gòu)和格式，資信調(diào)查、建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系、詢價(jià)、發(fā)盤、接受、付款、裝運(yùn)和索賠等業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)。本教材涉及的各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)的書信力求包含必須掌握的基本知識(shí)，力求典型、實(shí)用、易學(xué)易懂。

2.授課時(shí)數(shù)及教學(xué)進(jìn)度

本課程學(xué)習(xí)一個(gè)學(xué)期，占4學(xué)分，總學(xué)時(shí)為64學(xué)時(shí)（本學(xué)期為72學(xué)時(shí)，相應(yīng)增加講解）

三、教學(xué)要求

一、目標(biāo)的確定

（一）指導(dǎo)思想

隨著我國加入WTO，國際貿(mào)易對(duì)不同層次的人才需求不斷擴(kuò)大。高職院校國際經(jīng)貿(mào)和商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的任務(wù)就是面對(duì)新形勢(shì)，培養(yǎng)從事國際商務(wù)工作的一線初、中級(jí)人才

（二）目標(biāo)的制訂和課題的選擇

1、課題的選擇應(yīng)為總體目標(biāo)服務(wù)。

2、確定課題具體目標(biāo)的原則是，服從于總體目標(biāo)，有利于學(xué)生知識(shí)和技能的訓(xùn)練與提高。

3、課題的選擇應(yīng)達(dá)到實(shí)現(xiàn)具體目標(biāo)的需要。課題的選擇應(yīng)適應(yīng)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況。

第一單元6課時(shí)

教學(xué)目標(biāo)：

1、介紹國際商務(wù)函電的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)常識(shí)、概念以及所涉及的單證內(nèi)容；

2、介紹國際商務(wù)函電書寫的格式；

能力目標(biāo)：

1、了解國際商務(wù)函電的書寫規(guī)則及格式以及寫作七個(gè)要點(diǎn)；

2、能夠運(yùn)用所學(xué)格式和要點(diǎn)獨(dú)立書寫對(duì)外貿(mào)易信件；

第二單元6課時(shí)

教學(xué)目標(biāo)：

1、介紹傭金、資信等對(duì)外貿(mào)易術(shù)語幾概念；

2、講解建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系過程；

能力目標(biāo)：

1、掌握建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系的過程；

1、介紹國際貿(mào)易中的13個(gè)貿(mào)易術(shù)語；

2、了解影響價(jià)格制定的多種因素；

3、介紹還盤的慣用型；

第九單元8課時(shí)

教學(xué)目標(biāo)：1.對(duì)爭(zhēng)議 投訴 索賠 理賠 拒賠 仲裁知識(shí)介紹；

2.投訴發(fā)錯(cuò)貨的業(yè)務(wù)的思路及信函安排結(jié)構(gòu)；

3.回復(fù)投訴信函的業(yè)務(wù)思路及信函安排結(jié)構(gòu)；

能力目標(biāo)：1.能夠根據(jù)案例分別寫出投訴發(fā)錯(cuò)貨的外貿(mào)信函及回復(fù)函；

2.能夠在信函中正確使用與之相關(guān)的慣用型；

第十單元6課時(shí)

教學(xué)目標(biāo)：1.明確代理以及與之有關(guān)術(shù)語的概念；

2.書寫要求擔(dān)當(dāng)代理信件的書寫要點(diǎn)

能力目標(biāo)：1.能夠根據(jù)要求寫出措辭合理的外貿(mào)信函；

2.能夠在信函中正確使用與之相關(guān)的慣用型；

實(shí)踐內(nèi)容

1.內(nèi)容：根據(jù)具體案例寫訊盤 發(fā)盤 還盤的外貿(mào)函電；

形式：將學(xué)生分組，每?jī)山M構(gòu)成一個(gè)組合；根據(jù)具體要求及案例進(jìn)行貿(mào)易磋商，最

終達(dá)成協(xié)議；目標(biāo)：使學(xué)生進(jìn)一步熟悉并靈活運(yùn)用函國際商務(wù)電的書寫方式；

2.內(nèi)容：通過傳真/電子郵件的方式對(duì)支付方式 裝運(yùn) 保險(xiǎn)三方面貿(mào)易條款

進(jìn)行磋商，并最終達(dá)成共識(shí)；

形式：將學(xué)生分組，每?jī)山M構(gòu)成一個(gè)組合；根據(jù)具體要求及案例進(jìn)行貿(mào)易磋商，最

終達(dá)成協(xié)議；

目標(biāo)：使學(xué)生熟練掌握在貿(mào)易中外貿(mào)函電的運(yùn)用技巧；

加強(qiáng)學(xué)生外貿(mào)知識(shí)在實(shí)際中的運(yùn)用能力；

3.內(nèi)容：通過電子郵件或傳真進(jìn)行索賠及理賠；

形式：將學(xué)生分組，每?jī)山M構(gòu)成一個(gè)組合；根據(jù)具體要求及案例進(jìn)行索賠及理賠，最終達(dá)成共識(shí)；

目標(biāo)：鍛煉學(xué)生對(duì)電郵寫作的熟練掌握；

讓學(xué)生牢記電子郵件的書寫方法及格式；

能夠熟練運(yùn)用通過電子郵件或傳真進(jìn)行索賠及理賠的方法。

四、實(shí)施與考核

（一）實(shí)施措施

1、本課程計(jì)劃64課時(shí)完成，其中講授54課時(shí)，實(shí)習(xí)、操練8課時(shí)，安排在相應(yīng)章節(jié)內(nèi)進(jìn)行。

2、講授課以教師講解為主，但應(yīng)注意教學(xué)方法研究，要充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性、主動(dòng)性。

3、實(shí)踐教學(xué)是高職校教學(xué)的主要形式。應(yīng)著力加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐課的教學(xué)研究，使實(shí)踐教學(xué)的效果充分達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的。

（二）考核方法

考核制度，應(yīng)以學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展為中心，以學(xué)生素質(zhì)的發(fā)展水平、基本知識(shí)的掌握情況以及基本技能的熟練程度為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)、平時(shí)表現(xiàn)、知識(shí)考試為手段，以促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的提高、知識(shí)與能力的增長。具體考核措施擬如下：

1、素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)與平時(shí)表現(xiàn)，共計(jì)30分。

分別為：出勤率10分；課堂發(fā)言與聽課狀態(tài)10分；作業(yè)完成情況10分。

2、知識(shí)考核：

以動(dòng)手操作為準(zhǔn)則，以外貿(mào)函電涉及到的知識(shí)點(diǎn)為依托，以實(shí)踐模擬為基本方式，全方位考察學(xué)生的素質(zhì)與能力?；谝陨显瓌t，結(jié)合學(xué)生的具體情況，特制定以下三方面考察方向。

第一：根據(jù)所給出的具體案例寫出發(fā)盤/詢盤/還盤/受盤四個(gè)函電。

第二：結(jié)合所給出的案例上的信息填寫制作外銷合同。

第三：根據(jù)合同來審核信用證條款并修改信用證。

第二篇：國際商務(wù)函電

電傳

電傳，或稱為電傳打字機(jī)（Tele-Type），是遠(yuǎn)距離打印交換的編寫形式。電傳既具有電話的快速，又具有打字機(jī)的準(zhǔn)確，尤其是當(dāng)電文中有資料時(shí)，這種優(yōu)點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)得特別明顯。人們普遍認(rèn)為，電傳這種通訊方式，除了具備高效性和精確性之外，還比電報(bào)和電話更為便宜。

電傳是在傳真機(jī)普遍使用以前的通信設(shè)備，其原理有點(diǎn)近似電報(bào)。早期國家政府單位、國有進(jìn)出口公司皆普見使用，但現(xiàn)在基本上已經(jīng)被傳真機(jī)或互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所取代。

特點(diǎn)

? 方便迅速

電傳打印機(jī)可安裝在辦公室內(nèi)，因而毋須到電報(bào)局去發(fā)電報(bào)，而且在給國外交易伙伴發(fā)電傳時(shí)，可以即時(shí)得到對(duì)方的回和答，就像進(jìn)行電話交談一樣方便。? 手續(xù)簡(jiǎn)便。

惟一要做的事情是，將欲發(fā)出的電文轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)成一系列孔眼并打制到紙帶上，再通過電磁波將電文發(fā)往目的地。

? 自動(dòng)收發(fā)。

即使不在辦公室里，打印機(jī)也可在無人狀態(tài)下自動(dòng)收發(fā)電文，電文或許是一份書面交易檔，這顯然比電話交談優(yōu)越得多。

? 高效經(jīng)濟(jì)。

打印機(jī)每分鐘可打400個(gè)浮點(diǎn)，根據(jù)《全美百科全書》記載，這種機(jī)器一分鐘內(nèi)可傳送大約67個(gè)詞。

在傳真及電子郵件大量充斥于國際貿(mào)易各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的書面聯(lián)絡(luò)當(dāng)中時(shí)，也許電報(bào)和電傳方式早已被人們遺忘了，或者說了解有關(guān)這方面知識(shí)的人越來越少了。雖說電報(bào)和電傳正逐步趨于淘汰，然而它們的確又在國際商務(wù)活動(dòng)中起了非常重要的作用。因此，研究電報(bào)和電傳，仍然具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

電傳是比書信、電報(bào)更優(yōu)越的書面交際手段。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)主要如下：第一，傳遞速度快。發(fā)電人在發(fā)電傳的同時(shí)收電人就可收到電文。因此，它比書信、電報(bào)的傳遞速度快。第二，費(fèi)用低廉。由于電傳按實(shí)際傳送分鐘數(shù)計(jì)費(fèi)，它比電話、電報(bào)還要便宜，并且訊息越長，使用電傳越經(jīng)濟(jì)。第三，使用方便。用戶可隨時(shí)在辦公室內(nèi)發(fā)出電文，從而避免了把電文送到電報(bào)局拍發(fā)的麻煩；用戶還可在辦公室內(nèi)一天24

小時(shí)接收電文，即使在無人照看電傳機(jī)的時(shí)候也能收到；用戶可通過電傳機(jī)互相交換意見。因而使用起來很方便。第四，文體自由。文體可接近書信語言，不致引起對(duì)方誤會(huì)；它還可分段，排列成條列式或表格式發(fā)出，可讀性強(qiáng)。

電傳又稱用戶電報(bào)(香港、臺(tái)灣稱為國際電報(bào)交換)。電傳(Telex)是“電傳打字電報(bào)機(jī)間相互交換信息”(Tele面nter，Te。letypew五terExchange)的縮寫詞。電傳作為一種先進(jìn)的電信手段，始創(chuàng)于1930年，最先在德國開發(fā)成功。而后逐漸在世界各國得以使用。時(shí)至七、八十年代，世界上幾乎每個(gè)國家、每個(gè)地區(qū)都普遍采用電傳通信方式作為電信通信的主要手段。我國的國際電信系統(tǒng)是于70年代初開始受理國際電傳業(yè)務(wù)的。1973年以來，我國各外貿(mào)機(jī)構(gòu)先后裝置了全套電傳設(shè)施，直接與國外廠商聯(lián)系，磋商交易。電傳的使用比起電報(bào)來要方便得多。用戶一天二十四小時(shí)內(nèi)可隨時(shí)在辦公室內(nèi)收、發(fā)電文，既避免了把電文送到電報(bào)局拍發(fā)的麻煩，又可在無入照看電傳機(jī)的時(shí)候接收電文。因此，夜間收到的訊息可在第二天早上進(jìn)行處理。尤其對(duì)于時(shí)差較大的國家之間來說，電傳加快了其用戶相互處理訊息的速度。在七、八十年代，電傳的確在我國的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易中成為了主要的電信方式，在處理大量的、繁雜的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中起著重要的作用。需要說明的是，在當(dāng)前的國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)中，電傳已在很大程度上被傳真所取代。但由于后者沒有前者的保密性能好，電傳仍被外交部門和一些商務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)使用。
