您好！

時(shí)代在發(fā)展，社會(huì)在進(jìn)步。世界正處于日新月異的變化當(dāng)中。

1971年10月25日，這是一個(gè)值得紀(jì)念和歡慶的日子，中華人民共和國國旗首次飄揚(yáng)在聯(lián)合國總部大樓前,中國恢復(fù)在聯(lián)合國的合法席位。這是基于我國致力于維護(hù)世界與周邊的和平環(huán)境及我國社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的成就。

中國作為聯(lián)合國的創(chuàng)始國和安理會(huì)常任理事國之一，一貫遵循聯(lián)合國維護(hù)國際和平與安全，促進(jìn)國際合作與發(fā)展的宗旨，對(duì)世界的和平與發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。

但是，世界仍然有一些區(qū)域性、小規(guī)模的沖突。例如：1999年，以美國為首的北約趁南聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部發(fā)生科索沃危機(jī)，打著“人權(quán)高于主權(quán)”的旗號(hào)，向南聯(lián)盟發(fā)動(dòng)了長達(dá)78天的狂轟爛炸。這是北約在沒有聯(lián)合國安理會(huì)授權(quán)的情況下對(duì)南斯拉夫動(dòng)武。另外，國際恐怖主義也對(duì)世界和平和地區(qū)安全造成了嚴(yán)重威脅。
