在當今這個科技飛速發(fā)展的時代，手機的強大功能，給我們的生活帶來了巨大的便利，我們控制著手機，同時也正被手機控制著，不信大家不妨回想一下，如果你出門不帶手機，是不是總覺的心里部踏實，如果你手機沒有信號，是不是急的像熱鍋上的螞蟻一樣，如果你隔一點時間沒有看手機是不是覺的心里很不踏實。低頭玩手機，是“低頭族”最常見的代表動作，無論是路上，公交車上，食堂里，課堂上處處都能看到低著頭神情專注地玩著手機的背影。低頭玩手機是很普遍的現(xiàn)象，很少有人意識到沉迷于方寸間的危害。

不說手機輻射對人體的直接傷害，單說手機讓人們的交往隔著屏幕和網(wǎng)絡(luò)，看不到人真切的表情，取而代之的是表情符號，人們把太多的情感投入到虛擬的世界，和現(xiàn)實反而有些隔閡，周圍的人好像變得透明一樣，對手機的依賴使我們忽略了同親人，朋友，同事的交流。手機里眾聲喧嘩和手機外眾生沉默形成鮮明反差，或許誰都會有過因玩手機將別人或被別人晾在一邊的經(jīng)歷，正所謂：世界上最遠的距離不是生與死，而是我就站在你面前，你卻玩手機。

手機控不僅給了不法之徒犯罪的機會，甚至給自己的生命帶來危害。前不久，湖北一名17歲的女子，因邊走路邊玩手機，不慎踩空，跌入十五六米的深坑，不幸身亡。小小的手機卻像惡魔一樣奪走了一個鮮活的生命，實在可悲啊。

據(jù)統(tǒng)計手機控平均每6.5分鐘就要看一次手機，如果按每天人清醒時間為16個小時來算，那么這些人一天大約要看150次手機，那么你還留下多少時間看你的親人，你的朋友，你的師長呢。在這個物欲橫流的世界，物質(zhì)的誘惑越來越多，我們這些凡夫俗子難免會對物質(zhì)的東西所迷戀，然而凡事都要有個度，當你握緊手機的時候，請不要忘記握緊你親人的手，你愛的人的手。當你低頭關(guān)心手機的時候，請不要忘記抬頭看看這美好的世界，因為在這個世界當中，有很多美好的東西值得你去關(guān)心，值得你去體驗。手機可以玩，但不要被它控制。感受這真實的世界，才能有真實的樂趣，這才是真正的人生。
