答：田徑課一直是較不受學生歡迎的教學內(nèi)容，但是他又是體育課不可或缺的主要教學模塊。隨著社會的發(fā)展，人民經(jīng)濟水平的提高，導致現(xiàn)在的孩子體質(zhì)越來越差，鍛煉的機會越來越少。還有受一些新興體育項目的影響，導致了現(xiàn)在學生排斥田徑運動的現(xiàn)狀，尤其的女生，隨年齡的增長，高中女生的懶惰性越來越大。所以提高學生的體能，是現(xiàn)在體育與健康課程比較重要的任務(wù)。而想要提高學生的體能，主要靠體育與健康課上的鍛煉是不夠的，必須要讓學生對運動產(chǎn)生興趣，尤其是要讓學生喜歡運動，這樣才能從根本上解決問題，為學生終身體育打下基礎(chǔ)。

在體能鍛煉中，最重要的教學模塊就是田徑課，那么怎樣才能讓學生喜歡上田徑課呢？

田徑課之所以不受學生歡迎的最主要的問題就是，課堂內(nèi)容枯燥，而且比較累?，F(xiàn)在的學生比較喜歡刺激的、新鮮的事物，在體育項目的選擇上也是一樣，不喜歡的運動，就不認真的對待，而田徑課堂又較枯燥，總是重復(fù)一樣的練習。例如長跑課，總是重復(fù)一樣的練習，今天跑多少圈，多少公里。時間長了，學生也就更加的排斥這樣的課了。但是如果把長跑課的教學方法改變一下，就會有不一樣的效果了。首先在課前，要給學生介紹一些，比較知名的長跑運動員，或者給學生講一個關(guān)于馬拉松的傳說，這樣先把學生的興趣提起來。其次，就是教學方法上了，可以打破傳統(tǒng)的練習方法，可以通過折返跑練習或者游戲，來增加學生對跑的興趣，不用重復(fù)跑圈，每次折返的距離都不一樣，尤其再帶一點競爭性，那效果就更好了。還有可以通過場地的布置和音樂的組合，讓學生增加新鮮感和節(jié)奏感。如：可以把學生分為四組，然后每組發(fā)一條長絲帶（這絲帶可以用沒用的條幅撕成。我們學校是塑膠場地，如果是土場地或者水泥地，就用白灰或粉筆就行），然后讓每組同學在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)用絲帶擺出一個多邊形，擺好后回到自己的組，之后教師組織每組學生，站在自己組絲帶的起點處，當教師的音樂（音樂一定要選擇一些節(jié)奏感強的音樂，例如：運動員進行曲等）響起后，學生按順序由絲帶起點開始，沿本組圖形外沿奔跑，注意要跟上音樂的節(jié)奏，這樣一組練習后，可以互換場地，每次練習都有新鮮感。再次，還可以在練習休息的空閑時間，給學生講解一些有關(guān)于田徑方面的常識，或者身體鍛煉的注意事項及優(yōu)點等等。這樣慢慢的，我相信學生就會喜歡上田徑課的。
