足球作為世界第一大運動總是能吸引著世界各地的的人們,很多人為它而瘋狂。前幾天，英國一名球員在球場上心臟病發(fā)作，隊友們也展現(xiàn)了鐵漢柔情的一面，這正是足球的魅力。盡管中國足球隊水平較差，可我還是有信心我們可以重返世界杯。

首先，讓我們了解這項運動。足球是由皮革和其他材料制成的，比籃球輕一些，也軟一些。踢足球需要個比較大的球場。國際足聯(lián)規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的足球場長度為105m，寬度為68m。上面鋪滿天然草皮或人工草皮，我們學(xué)校鋪的就是人工草皮。足球場可能是世界第二大的球場（第一是橄欖球場），一座足球場可以容納4至5萬人，這可以讓更多的人觀賞足球。開球時，雙方隊員各自站在中線兩側(cè)，由裁判監(jiān)督比賽，一共有四名裁判，一名主裁判，兩名邊裁，和一名替補(bǔ)裁判。比賽雙方各有11名隊員。這11名隊員分工各有不同。他們之中最重要的是守門員，他是球隊最后的的防守隊員，站在球門前，他是唯一可以在禁區(qū)內(nèi)用上肢觸碰球的隊員，如果其他人上肢觸到球，將會被判罰犯規(guī)，甚至讓對方得到點球，這是最簡單的得分方法。而其他的隊員站位皆有不同，我們管這叫陣型。今天我打算舉出433陣型，這是傳統(tǒng)的強(qiáng)力進(jìn)攻陣型，也是當(dāng)今足壇被稱為“宇宙隊”的西班牙巴塞羅那隊常用的戰(zhàn)術(shù)。為什么叫他們宇宙隊？因為地球上的球隊已經(jīng)贏不了他們了。在陣型中有4名后衛(wèi)，分別是2名中后衛(wèi)，我們從右側(cè)進(jìn)攻，這邊是我們的左側(cè)，另一邊就是右邊，在這時一名左邊衛(wèi)，相反的是一名右邊衛(wèi)。其中中衛(wèi)通常是身高較高，但是速度較慢，邊衛(wèi)速度較快，常常參與進(jìn)攻，從兩邊突破，打亂對手的陣型。中后衛(wèi)們是防守時最重要的球員，為了阻止對方的進(jìn)攻，他們常常采取犯規(guī)戰(zhàn)術(shù)，或者使用關(guān)門戰(zhàn)術(shù)。在定位球時，也會采用造越位戰(zhàn)術(shù)。

各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，各位老師：

下午好，今天有幸和大家一起來探討一下校園足球活動的事情。說得官方一點說是“校園足球活動開展動員大會”，如今的校園足球在全國范圍內(nèi)開展得如火如荼，有人說校園足球是因為習(xí)主席喜歡足球而必須迎合他而開展的一項活動，其實這是一個誤解，校園足球已經(jīng)開展很多年；另外我們的鄧小平書記、賀龍體育部長也曾大力提倡過足球，這是因為足球的確是一項魅力無窮的體育項目，當(dāng)之無愧的世界第一大運動。

說到這里其實大家有點不太贊同。說說我和足球的一些事情吧，我來自邵陽市新邵縣，高中那時想踢球，但足球場總是找不到踢球的地方，到處是踢球的人。我們就在宿舍前坪踢，在籃球場籃球架的后面水泥地上踢，踢得不亦樂乎，然后全縣每年都會在新邵一中的號召下自發(fā)的組織高中足球聯(lián)賽。有人就可能會問，那你們縣的成績肯定會不怎么樣，其實恰恰相反，我讀高中的前后幾年中每年都會有考清華北大的，升本率也挺高。然后就我個人而言吧，我從開始踢球到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)十多年，初三那年接觸足球，當(dāng)?shù)氖鞘亻T員，高中踢了三年，大學(xué)踢了三年，我覺得收獲很多。首先我從這項活動中得到了一副好體魄，其次我更加的體會到團(tuán)隊精神，然后足球也鍛煉了我的溝通和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，學(xué)習(xí)成績也沒落下??

很多老師現(xiàn)在有很多疑慮，這個是肯定的。首先，足球?qū)τ谖覀兾逋晷〈蠖鄶?shù)的老師們來說是陌生的，自己不知道踢也不知道如何教；其次是現(xiàn)在老師最擔(dān)心的安全問題，小孩摔到腿腳是要負(fù)責(zé)任的；然后就是認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)成績會和足球運動相沖突，一個蒸蒸日上，一個每況愈下，何況成績和每個學(xué)期的獎金是掛鉤的，大家不敢冒這個險??

首先我來回答第一個：于足球陌生的問題。足球規(guī)則是一般運動里面最簡單明了的。平常的活動只要強(qiáng)調(diào)除了守門員之外其他人員不得用手觸球就差不多了。至于教學(xué)，我們班主任只要做到能讓孩子們感受到足球的快樂，能自己踢起來就好，并不要求在一年半載內(nèi)就達(dá)到很高的水平。第二個問題：安全。上次五二班唐燦的家長說的好，孩子走路都可能摔跤，搞個運動肯定有風(fēng)險，但是這個風(fēng)險其實是很低的，比如說我，踢球十幾年，打籃球也有七八年了，只是摔跤擦破點皮。足球運動的首要的好處就是會教會人如何去保護(hù)自己，會運動的人摔一跤都摔倒比別人輕，騎摩托車摔跤會知道如何借助緩沖，如何順勢打滾減小沖量等，足球運動本身還會鍛煉人的反應(yīng)能力。當(dāng)然，意外是不可能完全杜絕的，我已經(jīng)最好了一個責(zé)任狀，待會可以大家看看，學(xué)校和管足球這塊的部門會盡可能的讓教師免受責(zé)任（只要你每堂課有安全提示，沒有無故缺課）。另外縣里以及市里會有一個有關(guān)足球的保險會產(chǎn)生，盡可能減少學(xué)校、家長的意外傷害費用。第三個問題，和成績的關(guān)系。老師們有沒有這個感覺，自己已經(jīng)像孺子牛一樣的付出了，但是總是不盡如人意，而班上成績最有潛力和成績好的往往是那些愛玩愛動的人，而非每天補(bǔ)課兩耳不聞窗外事的人。足球運動會讓人勞逸結(jié)合，有效的鍛煉孩子的大腦。

說了很多，其實我是想盡可能的打消各位老師的顧慮，相信我們這個集體能將校園足球開展好，能讓孩子們不僅能學(xué)習(xí)好，還能快樂著。接下來我就說說這次活動的一些具體內(nèi)容：

一、全校所有班級，都要將一節(jié)體育課改為足球課，修改后的課表我會盡快發(fā)到各位班主任手上。足球手冊四月份已經(jīng)每個辦公室發(fā)了一份，請互相傳閱。

二、各個班級都要建立一個班隊足球，最好是男女各一支，每隊人數(shù)建議在7-15之間，具體人數(shù)由班主任自定，但不得低于7人每隊。

三、我將對五完小的各位老師進(jìn)行一到兩次的足球方面的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)，希望各位老師能積極參加，從中得到樂趣。

四、每個班級可以在黑板報，墻體裝飾等方面做一些足球方面的宣傳?？晒膭顚W(xué)生自主購買足球、觀看足球相關(guān)的節(jié)目。（如足球小子等）

五、學(xué)校每周會利用一到兩天的下午最后一節(jié)進(jìn)行類似大課間一樣的足球活動，我將對田徑場進(jìn)行區(qū)域劃分，按一二、三四五六分批次進(jìn)行。一二年級主要進(jìn)行足球游戲，三四五六則進(jìn)行簡單的足球?qū)嵺`訓(xùn)練。

六、大力支持校足球隊的建設(shè)，希望我們這個集體能精誠合作，做好創(chuàng)建校園足球試點校的準(zhǔn)備，真正為普及提高足球水平奠定基礎(chǔ)。

為了學(xué)生學(xué)得更加快樂，成長更加健康，為了更好的展示我們五完小這個團(tuán)隊的精氣神，為了圓滿的完成創(chuàng)建校園足球試點校，為了幾代人的足球夢，讓我們一道去落實好校園足球的活動吧。謝謝大家。

第五篇：足球 演講稿

演講稿——中國足球有我一定行

老師、同學(xué)們：

大家好！

最近新聞發(fā)布了一條消息，2018和2022年世界杯分別在俄羅斯和卡塔爾舉辦，在電視上看到兩國人民的興奮程度絲毫不遜于宣布奧運會和世博會在中國舉辦時國人的興奮程度。同時我又想起另外一件事令人難過的事，中國放棄競爭2026年世界杯承辦權(quán)。

這是怎樣的悲哀？難道中國沒有足夠的經(jīng)濟(jì)實力嗎？中國的足球場不夠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嗎？都不是，糾其真正原因是中國沒有優(yōu)秀的足球隊伍。中國足球興亡，匹夫有責(zé)，那便是我，董子初。我的理想，是要成為中國足球隊教練，我一定要將中國足球帶到一個新高度。

一定會有人說，你能行嗎？我一定行，我的跑動能力強(qiáng)，我的思維敏捷，我狂熱的熱愛足球，所以中國足球是有希望的。

風(fēng)帆，不掛在桅桿上，是一塊無用的布，桅桿，不掛上風(fēng)帆，是一根平常的柱；理想，不付諸行動是虛無縹緲的霧。行動，而沒有理想是徒走沒有盡頭的路。我何德何能可以扭轉(zhuǎn)中國足球的頹勢？是因為我沒有一刻要放棄中國足球，我相信：只要敢想，一切皆有可能。

那，我又是怎樣熱愛足球的呢？

這要追溯到初一第二學(xué)期末，正逢世界杯開幕式，我被壯觀的場面震撼了，心被空前的盛會吸引了。那一瞬間我突然愛上了足球。從此，世界杯我場場必看，哪怕是凌晨兩點的比賽我也從不錯過。世界杯還在繼續(xù)，暑假如期而至，時間寬裕了，我開始題足球。我、齊氏兄弟、馬卓然，我們每晚題兩三個小時才回家，酣暢淋漓的運動讓我感受到青春的力量。在綠蔭場上努力追趕足球時，我感到堅持的力量。我由衷的愛上了足球，也真正感受到足球的魅力。足球運動需要好的身體素質(zhì)，需要智慧、團(tuán)隊精神和執(zhí)著。強(qiáng)者、智者才能駕馭足球。

誠然，一提到中國足球，根本無人看好。但為什么小小的英國、西班牙、荷蘭都能闖入世界杯，中國這泱泱大國卻無立足之地？因為沒有人才，為什么沒有人才？因為沒人再抱有希望，沒人敢想！讓我來，我敢想，憑我對足球的熱愛，憑我對足球的洞察力，我認(rèn)真觀看每場比賽，總結(jié)以下戰(zhàn)術(shù)：

一、防守反攻。這是巴西隊的拿手好戲。不在沉默中爆發(fā)，就在沉默中死去。簡單說就是對方進(jìn)攻后把球搶到，趁對方防守空虛立即組織反攻，卡卡、法比亞諾、魯比尼奧三人的配合在世界杯賽場上詮釋了這種戰(zhàn)術(shù)；

二、絕對優(yōu)勢。這需要球隊有很多優(yōu)秀隊員。西班牙是一個很好的例子，西班牙隊是個有九個是巴薩羅納的，巴薩大家都聽說過，實力絕對強(qiáng)，西班牙的實力也就可想而知，這種強(qiáng)大陣容令人膽顫。

說了這么多，大家應(yīng)該承認(rèn)我的能力了吧。試問中國的孩子里像我這樣懂足球、愛足球的有幾個人？所以中國隊教練非我莫屬。請你們相信我，也希望有更的人去嘗試足球，相信你一定會被它所吸引。
