支教計劃

為更好的實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡發(fā)展,確保教育公平,我很榮幸的成為了一名支教人員。城區(qū)教師支援農(nóng)村薄弱學(xué)校是實現(xiàn)上述目標的有力措施之一，也是每一個教育工作者尤其是城區(qū)教育工作者義不容辭的社會責(zé)任和應(yīng)盡的社會義務(wù)。

支教，是一種責(zé)任，也是一種境界。把支教活動的一顆公益心，帶到工作中，帶入生活中，得益更多人，也感化更多人。希望自己能是一根真正的蠟燭，燃燒著自己，卻點亮更多的人。抱著去體驗生活、奉獻所學(xué)知識的目的去支持地方教育的，希望給學(xué)生帶去快樂的時光，影響部分學(xué)生的人生觀；改變了部分老師的教學(xué)觀念和教會學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法，引導(dǎo)孩子樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀，這樣，支教老師走后，孩子們心中依然充滿希望。我能做什么？我又能留下什么？這個問題使我思考了很久，下面是我的一點點想法，一點點小的計劃和安排，以此來規(guī)劃著用在實際行動中。

1、堅持黨的教育方針，忠誠黨的教育事業(yè)，服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作安排，辦事認真負責(zé)。積極參加受援學(xué)校組織的各種政治理論學(xué)習(xí)和業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)，虛心向受援學(xué)校同行學(xué)習(xí)，不斷提高自身政治思想素養(yǎng)和業(yè)務(wù)水平。

2、勤勤懇懇，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，全心全意搞好教學(xué)。利用好一切可能的時間，堅決徹底做好輔優(yōu)補差工作，把偉光學(xué)校英語整體教學(xué)成績提上來，至少要平均及格。抓牢淺能生，整體推動學(xué)生共同進步。主動與其他教師交流，取長補短，配合好支教學(xué)校的教學(xué)和科研工作，力爭最后取得更優(yōu)異的成績。

3、積極學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)代教育教學(xué)理論，提高自身的思想意識和教學(xué)水平。加強對新課程的研究和指導(dǎo)，做好專題講座，提高全體教師對新課程的認識程度，加強與全體教師交流溝通，配合并指導(dǎo)他們做好日常教學(xué)工作。努力上好公開課和示范課，為教師樹立榜樣，從而帶動支教學(xué)校的公開課的教學(xué)工作，并上一個層次。

大力推進記憶方法，讓英語記憶方法永駐學(xué)生心中。

4、定班上課，示范促動。認真負責(zé)好所定班級的各項工作，用愛的陽光去溫暖每一個孩子。工作中，我將嚴格履行教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范，以身作則，在師生中樹立自己的良好形象。

5、團結(jié)同志，愛校如家 發(fā)自肺腑的喊出一個口號，有事，只要我能辦到，盡管說話，學(xué)校的大事小情，熱心參與。

教學(xué)工作：

這一學(xué)期以來，教學(xué)工作井然有序，孩子們在英語上面的進步讓人倍感欣慰，我相信孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)成績會不斷提高，孩子們良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣會不斷養(yǎng)成。在學(xué)習(xí)上：

參加工作以來我在學(xué)習(xí)上從未松懈，認真鉆研專業(yè)知識，刻苦學(xué)習(xí)，探索好的教育教學(xué)方法。課余時間我也多思考學(xué)生存在的問題，山區(qū)的孩子英語基礎(chǔ)差、底子薄，英語學(xué)習(xí)沒有好的氛圍，不論是發(fā)音還是書寫都很不規(guī)范，有很多同學(xué)甚至認為英語學(xué)習(xí)可有可無，又不是主科，英語課就是“放松”課，不認真聽講，課堂紀律差。針對此問題，我通過學(xué)習(xí)教育學(xué)和教育心理學(xué)，反思自己在教學(xué)方面的問題，了解不同階段孩子的心理，幫助后進生樹立信心，找到興趣。對于學(xué)習(xí)好的同學(xué)，我多表揚鼓勵，讓他們多幫助帶動學(xué)困生，同時簡單的問題我也找后進生來回答，讓他們也積極參與進課堂，覺得自己只要努力學(xué)習(xí)都是有希望的。

我積極配合學(xué)校安排，認真?zhèn)湔n、上課，每天堅持早到，把我知道的努力傳授給學(xué)生，幫助他們進步，培養(yǎng)孩子們良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，戒驕戒躁。針對單詞學(xué)習(xí)，我主要結(jié)合音標來記憶，不然死記硬背這么多單詞肯定是很困難的，有了音標的提示，孩子們發(fā)音更規(guī)范了，單詞記得也更快了。上課，我也會注重英美文化意識的培養(yǎng)，每次相關(guān)內(nèi)容，涉及到文化背景的，我都會給他們灌輸一些國外的思想或者習(xí)慣，讓他們能體會中外差距，更好的融入到英語學(xué)習(xí)中，另一方面也可以以另一種視角來審視中國。在教學(xué)過程中，我也偶爾讓他們玩一些英語有關(guān)的小游戲，培養(yǎng)孩子們對英語的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。我也知道游戲只是提高他們興趣的一種輔助形式，要真正提高英語，還是要落到實處，從每一個單詞，每一句話，每一篇課文來入手。在課文講解中，除了讓他們了解每句話什么意思，我還重視語法的講解，為什么要
