為更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡發(fā)展,確保教育公平,我很榮幸的成為了一名支教人員。城區(qū)教師支援農(nóng)村薄弱學(xué)校是實(shí)現(xiàn)上述目標(biāo)的有力措施之一，也是每一個(gè)教育工作者尤其是城區(qū)教育工作者義不容辭的社會(huì)責(zé)任和應(yīng)盡的社會(huì)義務(wù)。

2、勤勤懇懇，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，全心全意搞好教學(xué)。利用好一切可能的時(shí)間，堅(jiān)決徹底做好輔優(yōu)補(bǔ)差工作，把偉光學(xué)校英語整體教學(xué)成績提上來，至少要平均及格。抓牢淺能生，整體推動(dòng)學(xué)生共同進(jìn)步。主動(dòng)與其他教師交流，取長補(bǔ)短，配合好支教學(xué)校的教學(xué)和科研工作，力爭最后取得更優(yōu)異的成績。

教學(xué)工作：

這一學(xué)期以來，教學(xué)工作井然有序，孩子們在英語上面的進(jìn)步讓人倍感欣慰，我相信孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)成績會(huì)不斷提高，孩子們良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣會(huì)不斷養(yǎng)成。在學(xué)習(xí)上：

參加工作以來我在學(xué)習(xí)上從未松懈，認(rèn)真鉆研專業(yè)知識(shí)，刻苦學(xué)習(xí)，探索好的教育教學(xué)方法。課余時(shí)間我也多思考學(xué)生存在的問題，山區(qū)的孩子英語基礎(chǔ)差、底子薄，英語學(xué)習(xí)沒有好的氛圍，不論是發(fā)音還是書寫都很不規(guī)范，有很多同學(xué)甚至認(rèn)為英語學(xué)習(xí)可有可無，又不是主科，英語課就是“放松”課，不認(rèn)真聽講，課堂紀(jì)律差。針對此問題，我通過學(xué)習(xí)教育學(xué)和教育心理學(xué)，反思自己在教學(xué)方面的問題，了解不同階段孩子的心理，幫助后進(jìn)生樹立信心，找到興趣。對于學(xué)習(xí)好的同學(xué)，我多表揚(yáng)鼓勵(lì)，讓他們多幫助帶動(dòng)學(xué)困生，同時(shí)簡單的問題我也找后進(jìn)生來回答，讓他們也積極參與進(jìn)課堂，覺得自己只要努力學(xué)習(xí)都是有希望的。

我積極配合學(xué)校安排，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、上課，每天堅(jiān)持早到，把我知道的努力傳授給學(xué)生，幫助他們進(jìn)步，培養(yǎng)孩子們良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，戒驕戒躁。針對單詞學(xué)習(xí)，我主要結(jié)合音標(biāo)來記憶，不然死記硬背這么多單詞肯定是很困難的，有了音標(biāo)的提示，孩子們發(fā)音更規(guī)范了，單詞記得也更快了。上課，我也會(huì)注重英美文化意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)，每次相關(guān)內(nèi)容，涉及到文化背景的，我都會(huì)給他們灌輸一些國外的思想或者習(xí)慣，讓他們能體會(huì)中外差距，更好的融入到英語學(xué)習(xí)中，另一方面也可以以另一種視角來審視中國。在教學(xué)過程中，我也偶爾讓他們玩一些英語有關(guān)的小游戲，培養(yǎng)孩子們對英語的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。我也知道游戲只是提高他們興趣的一種輔助形式，要真正提高英語，還是要落到實(shí)處，從每一個(gè)單詞，每一句話，每一篇課文來入手。在課文講解中，除了讓他們了解每句話什么意思，我還重視語法的講解，為什么要
