專四輔導(dǎo)之便條寫作

（一）便條的寫作

便條是一種簡單的書信形式。要求考生仔細(xì)閱讀和分析所給的情景，確定便條所涉及的內(nèi)容，如寫便條者與便條接收者的身份、兩者之間的關(guān)系及情景的正式程度等。

便條的特點在于內(nèi)容簡短，大多是臨時性的詢問、留言、通知、要求等。與正規(guī)書信相比，便條的語言更為口語化，比如要通知某事只需這樣開頭：Just a line to tell you that...而無須像正規(guī)書信那樣This is to inform you that...開頭。有急事需要告訴別人而又不能面談時，就可以寫便條，如請假條、留言條等。一般不寫地址，與普通書信基本相同。結(jié)尾時也無需要結(jié)尾禮詞，只需要寫上便條者姓名。

便條的日期通常寫在右上角，一般只要寫上星期幾，也可以寫明上午、下午的具體時間；日常應(yīng)用中，寫上幾月幾日的也很普遍。但一般不寫年份，因為便條的內(nèi)容多半是當(dāng)日或近日內(nèi)要辦的事情。

便條具有用途廣泛、形式簡單、文字要求不十分嚴(yán)格的特點。

基本寫作格式

便條內(nèi)容和類型不盡相同，可以靈活變通。但必須包括以下四個基本要素； 1）Date：便條日期2）Salutation：稱呼3）Body：正文 4）Signature：署名

注意事項

1.詞句簡潔，盡量避免應(yīng)酬語和敬詞 2.切忌內(nèi)容空洞、言不達(dá)意。分類舉例

一般來說，在單個句子中，英語句子也是先中心，也就是將主要思想、結(jié)果放在句首，放在主句里表達(dá)；而漢語正相反，一般為后中心，主要的觀點、信息往往放在句末。如：He had to stay at home yesterday because he was ill．（因為他病了，昨天他不得不呆在家里。）

Tragedies can be written in literature since there is tragedy in life．（生活中既然有悲劇，文學(xué)作品就可以寫悲劇。）

所以說，大學(xué)生用英文寫作時，要按照英美人的思維模式進(jìn)行思考，避免寫出中國式的英語。
