員工行為準(zhǔn)則和道德規(guī)范
空中網(wǎng)公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“公司”)董事會(huì)已經(jīng)采納了本道德規(guī)范(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“規(guī)范”),以便:
? 促進(jìn)誠信和道德管理,包括公平交易和對(duì)利益沖突的道德控制。? 促進(jìn)全面、公平、準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)和可理解的披露。? 促進(jìn)對(duì)于可適用的法律及政府規(guī)范、規(guī)章的遵守。
? 確保對(duì)公司合法商業(yè)利益的保護(hù),包括公司機(jī)遇、資產(chǎn)和保密信息,以及 ? 阻止不正當(dāng)?shù)男袨椤?/p>
公司所有的董事、管理人員和職員都要求熟悉本規(guī)范,并且遵從本規(guī)范中設(shè)定的適用于他們的原則和程序。
基于本規(guī)范的目的,“道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系人”對(duì)于不同的職員將會(huì)有所不同。對(duì)于并非管理人員的公司職員而言,道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系人是楊寧;對(duì)于公司的管理人員而言,道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系人是孫含暉。楊寧和 孫含暉 都在中國北京西直門外大街168號(hào)騰達(dá)大廈35層,郵編100044。
公司有時(shí)可能會(huì)摒棄本規(guī)范中的一些規(guī)定。對(duì)于本規(guī)范中針對(duì)公司管理人員或董事部分的任何規(guī)定的摒棄只能由董事會(huì)做出決定,并且必須依照證券交易委員會(huì)或者納斯達(dá)克的規(guī)則進(jìn)行披露。對(duì)于本規(guī)范中規(guī)制公司其他職員部分的規(guī)定的摒棄,僅由公司首席執(zhí)行官(董事長(zhǎng))做出決定。
一、誠實(shí)、公正的管理
每一位董事、管理人員和職員對(duì)公司都有行為正直的職責(zé)。在所有其他事項(xiàng)中,正直必須誠信和公正。欺騙和無原則都是有悖于正直的。
每一位董事、管理人員和職員都必須做到:
? 在公司政策要求或者與公司政策相符的信息保密的狀態(tài)下,正直(包括誠信和公正)地行動(dòng);
? 遵守法律、政府規(guī)章制度、會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則和公司政策的規(guī)定和精神;
? 堅(jiān)持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的商業(yè)道德。
二、利益沖突
“利益沖突”發(fā)生在個(gè)人利益與公司利益沖突或者看似沖突的時(shí)候。當(dāng)一位董事、管理人員或者職員采取行動(dòng)或者有致使其客觀、有效的開展公司工作為難的利益時(shí),利益沖突就產(chǎn)生了。例如,如果一位董事、管理人員或職員或其家庭成員因?yàn)槠湓诠镜穆毼欢邮芰瞬贿m宜的個(gè)人利益,利益沖突就會(huì)產(chǎn)生。任何依據(jù)常理判斷可能產(chǎn)生利益沖突的實(shí)質(zhì)性交易或關(guān)系,都應(yīng)該與指定的道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系人商討。
對(duì)于公司的服務(wù),絕對(duì)不能服從于個(gè)人的獲得和利益。無論在什么可能的情況下,利益沖突都應(yīng)該避免。
特別是,當(dāng)利益沖突涉及到下列董事、管理人員或者其他有著監(jiān)管職位或者擁有與
每一位對(duì)于這些證券交易委員會(huì)的文檔或公司的其他有關(guān)一般商事、結(jié)果、財(cái)務(wù)狀況以及前景的公開通信有直接或監(jiān)管權(quán)力的有關(guān)的人員,都應(yīng)該在其職責(zé)范圍的限度內(nèi),與公司其他的管理人員和職員商量并且采取其他適當(dāng)?shù)呐洞胧?,以達(dá)到完整、公正、準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)和可理解的披露之目的。
每一位牽涉到公司披露程序的董事、管理人員和職員,包括高級(jí)財(cái)務(wù)官員,都必須:
? 讓自己熟悉對(duì)公司適用的披露要求以及公司的商業(yè)和財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)作。
? 無論是在公司內(nèi)外,不能有意的對(duì)他人誤傳或者導(dǎo)致他人誤傳公司的實(shí)情,包括對(duì)公司獨(dú)立的審計(jì)員、政府管理人員和自治機(jī)構(gòu)。
? 為了精確性和完整性,對(duì)于被提議的披露進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)膶彶楹蛯徤鞯姆治觯ɑ蛘撸谶m當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候,將這個(gè)任務(wù)委派給其他人)。
4.遵守
遵守所有可適用的法律、法規(guī)及規(guī)范是公司的政策。遵守這些法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和限制性規(guī)定是每個(gè)公司的員工、管理人員、董事的個(gè)人義務(wù)。
公司的董事、管理人員或者員工通過本公司或者其他任何公司尚未披露的相關(guān)信息而謀取利益的,不僅是違反公司政策并且在很多情況下屬于違法行為。所有公司的董事、管理人員、員工在掌握與公司相關(guān)的非公開的重要信息時(shí),不能購買或者出售任何本公司的證券。同樣,董事、主管、員工在掌握與其他任何公司相關(guān)的非公開的重要信息時(shí),不能購買或者出售該公司的證券。
公司的任何董事、管理人員、員工對(duì)涉及購買、出售本公司證券或者因?yàn)楸竟竟ぷ鞫熘钠渌镜淖C券的法律規(guī)定存在疑問的,應(yīng)該在購買或者出售前,向公司的證券法律顧問咨詢。
5.報(bào)告及責(zé)任
審計(jì)委員會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)在任何對(duì)本準(zhǔn)則有爭(zhēng)議的特殊情況下適用本準(zhǔn)則并且在任何特殊場(chǎng)合有權(quán)解釋本準(zhǔn)則。一旦意識(shí)到任何已經(jīng)存在或者潛在的違反本準(zhǔn)則的行為,公司的董事、管理人員、員工均須及時(shí)報(bào)告道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系人,否則即是違反此項(xiàng)規(guī)定的行為。
凡涉及與本準(zhǔn)則相關(guān)的解釋或者適用的問題,應(yīng)該由道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系人處理。對(duì)某一情況不能確定是否違反本準(zhǔn)則的董事、管理人員、員工應(yīng)該與道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系
人就該情況進(jìn)行討論,以避免可能出現(xiàn)的誤解及日后的障礙。
所有公司的董事、管理人員、員工必須:
? 及時(shí)報(bào)告道德規(guī)范聯(lián)系人任何已經(jīng)存在或者潛在的違反本準(zhǔn)則的行為。? 不得對(duì)任何基于善意而報(bào)告潛在的違規(guī)行為的任何董事、管理人員、員工進(jìn)行報(bào)復(fù)。
審計(jì)委員會(huì)應(yīng)采取其認(rèn)為適合的所有措施,調(diào)查所有報(bào)告給審計(jì)委員會(huì)的違規(guī)行為。如果一個(gè)違規(guī)行為出現(xiàn),在與審計(jì)委員會(huì)討論之后,就某一董事或者行政管理人員,公司將采取與其相適應(yīng)的懲罰性或者預(yù)防性措施。
在同時(shí)有違規(guī)行為發(fā)生之后,董事會(huì)將采取其認(rèn)為適當(dāng)?shù)膽土P性或者預(yù)防性措施,包括解雇,或者在有犯罪及其他嚴(yán)重違法的情況時(shí),通告相應(yīng)的政府權(quán)力機(jī)關(guān)。
6.公司機(jī)遇
公司的員工、管理人員、董事、對(duì)公司負(fù)有在適當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī)出現(xiàn)時(shí)發(fā)展公司業(yè)務(wù)利益的義務(wù)。公司的員工、管理人員、董事禁止為自己或者

我們擁有通過誠實(shí)信用的商業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)而成功的歷史。我們不通過非法或者不道德的商業(yè)手段獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。每個(gè)員工、管理人員、董事均應(yīng)竭盡全力與公司的顧客、服務(wù)提供商、供應(yīng)商、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手及其員工進(jìn)行公平交易。任何員工、管理人員、董事均不應(yīng)通過操縱、隱瞞、濫用職權(quán)信息、誤傳重要事實(shí)或任何其他不公平的交易手段,從任何人處獲取不正當(dāng)?shù)睦妗?/p>
9.公司資產(chǎn)的保護(hù)及合理使用
所有員工、管理人員、董事均應(yīng)保護(hù)公司資產(chǎn)并確保該資產(chǎn)被有效利用。公司全部資產(chǎn)只能是為了合法的商業(yè)目的而被使用。
KONGZHONG CORPORATION CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS
The Board of Directors of KongZhong Corporation(with its subsidiaries, the “Company”)has adopted this code of ethics(this “Code”)to:
? promote honest and ethical conduct, including fair dealing and the ethical
handling of conflicts of interest;
? promote full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure;
? promote compliance with applicable laws and governmental rules and
regulations;
? ensure the protection of the Company’s legitimate business interests, including
corporate opportunities, assets and confidential information;and ? deter wrongdoing.All directors, officers and employees of the Company are expected to be familiar with the Code and to adhere to those principles and procedures set forth in the Code which apply to them.For purposes of this Code, the “Code of Ethics Contact Person” will be different for various employees.The Code of Ethics Contact Person for employees other then the executive officers of the Company is Nick Yang and the Code of Ethics Contact Person for executive officers of the Company is Sun Hanhui.Both Nick Yang and Sun Hanhui have address at 35/F, Tengda Plaza, No.168 Xiwai Street, Haidian District, Beijing, China 100044.From time to time, the Company may waive some provisions of this Code.Any waiver of the Code for executive officers or directors of the Company may be made only by the Board of Directors and must be disclosed as required by SEC or Nasdaq rules.Any waiver for other employees may be made only by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or President.I.Honest and Candid Conduct
Each director, officer and employee owes a duty to the Company to act with integrity.Integrity requires, among other things, being honest and candid.Deceit and subordination of principle are inconsistent with integrity.Each director, officer and employee must: ? Act with integrity, including being honest and candid while still maintaining the
confidentiality of information where required or consistent with the Company’s policies.? Observe both the form and spirit of laws and governmental rules and regulations,accounting standards and Company policies.
? Adhere to a high standard of business ethics.II.Conflicts of Interest
A “conflict of interest” occurs when an individual’s private interest interferes or appears to interfere with the interests of the Company.A conflict of interest can arise when a director, officer or employee takes actions or has interests that may make it difficult to perform his or her Company work objectively and effectively.For example, a conflict of interest would arise if a director, officer or employee, or a member or his or her family, receives improper personal benefits as a result of his or her position in the Company.Any material transaction or relationship that could reasonably be expected to give rise to a conflict of interest should be discussed with the Code of Ethics Contact Person.Service to the Company should never be subordinated to personal gain and advantage.Conflicts of interest should, wherever possible, be avoided.In particular, clear conflict of interest situations involving directors, executive officers and other employees who occupy supervisory positions or who have discretionary authority in dealing with any third party specified below may include the following: ? any significant ownership interest in any supplier or customer;
? any consulting or employment relationship with any customer, supplier or competitor;
? any outside business activity that detracts from an individual’s ability to devote
appropriate time and attention to his or her responsibilities with the Company;
? the receipt of non-nominal gifts or excessive entertainment from any company with
which the Company has current or prospective business dealings;
? being in the position of supervising, reviewing or having any influence on the job
evaluation, pay or benefit of any immediate family member;and
? selling anything to the Company or buying anything from the Company, except on the
same terms and conditions as comparable directors, officers or employees are permitted to so purchase or sell.Such situations, if material, should always be discussed with the Code of Ethics Contact Person.Anything that would present a conflict for a director, officer or employee would likely also present a conflict if it is related to a member of his or her family.III.Disclosure
Each director, officer or employee involved in the Company’s disclosure process,
including the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the Controller(the “Senior Financial Officers”), is required to be familiar with and comply with the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures and internal control over financial reporting, to the extent relevant to his or her area of responsibility, so that the Company’s public reports and documents filed with the SEC comply in all material respects with the applicable federal securities laws and SEC rules.In addition, each such person having direct or supervisory authority regarding these SEC filings or the Company’s other public communications concerning its general business, results, financial condition and prospects should, to the extent appropriate within his or her area of responsibility, consult with other Company officers and employees and take other appropriate steps regarding these disclosures with the goal of making full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure.Each director, officer or employee who is involved in the Company’s disclosure process, including without limitation the Senior Financial Officers, must: ? Familiarize himself or herself with the disclosure requirements applicable to the
Company as well as the business and financial operations of the Company.? Not knowingly misrepresent, or cause others to misrepresent, facts about the Company to
others, whether within or outside the Company, including to the Company’s independent auditors, governmental regulators and self-regulatory organizations.? Properly review and critically analyze proposed disclosure for accuracy and
completeness(or, where appropriate, delegate this task to others).IV.Compliance
It is the Company’s policy to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.It is the personal responsibility of each employee, officer and director to adhere to the standards and restrictions imposed by those laws, rules and regulations.It is against company policy and in many circumstances illegal for a director, officer or employee to profit from undisclosed information relating to the Company or any other company.Any director, officer or employee may not purchase or sell any of the Company’s securities while in possession of material nonpublic information relating to the Company.Also, any director, officer or employee may not purchase or sell securities of any other company while in possession of any material nonpublic information relating to that company.Any director, officer or employee who is uncertain about the legal rules involving a purchase or sale of any Company securities or any securities in companies that he or she is familiar with by virtue of his or her work for the Company, should consult with the Company’s securities law counsel before making any such purchase or sale.
V.Reporting and Accountability
The Audit Committee is responsible for applying this Code to specific situations in which questions are presented to it and has the authority to interpret this Code in any particular situation.Any director, officer or employee who becomes aware of any existing or potential violation of this Code is required to notify the Code of Ethics Contact Person promptly.Failure to do so is itself a violation of this Code.Any questions relating to how this Code should be interpreted or applied should be addressed to the Code of Ethics Contact Person.A director, officer or employee who is unsure of whether a situation violates this Code should discuss the situation with the Code of Ethics Contact Person to prevent possible misunderstandings and embarrassment at a later date.Each director, officer or employee must: ? Notify the Code of Ethics Contact Person promptly of any existing or potential violation
of this Code.? Not retaliate against any other director, officer or employee for reports of potential
violations that are made in good faith.The Audit Committee shall take all action they consider appropriate to investigate any violations reported to them.If a violation has occurred, the Company will take such disciplinary or preventive action as it deems appropriate, after consultation with the Audit Committee, in the case of a director or executive officer.Upon being notified that a violation has occurred, the Board of Directors will take such disciplinary or preventive action as it deems appropriate, up to and including dismissal or, in the event of criminal or other serious violations of law, notification of appropriate governmental authorities.VI.Corporate Opportunities
Employees, officers and directors owe a duty to the Company to advance the Company’s business interests when the opportunity to do so arises.Employees, officers and directors are prohibited from taking(or directing to a third party)a business opportunity that is discovered through the use of corporate property, information or position, unless the Company has already been offered the opportunity and turned it down.More generally, employees, officers and directors are prohibited from using corporate property, information or position for personal gain and from competing with the Company.Sometimes the line between personal and Company benefits is difficult to draw, and
sometimes there are both personal and Company benefits in certain activities.Employees, officers and directors who intend to make use of Company property or services in a manner not solely for the benefit of the Company should consult beforehand with the Code of Ethics Contact Person.VII.Confidentiality
In carrying out the Company’s business, employees, officers and directors often learn confidential or proprietary information about the Company, its customers, suppliers, or joint venture parties.Employees, officers and directors must maintain the confidentiality of all information so entrusted to them, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated.Confidential or proprietary information of our Company, and of other companies, includes any non-public information that would be harmful to the relevant company or useful or helpful to competitors if disclosed.VIII.Fair Dealing
We have a history of succeeding through honest business competition.We do not seek competitive advantages through illegal or unethical business practices.Each employee, officer and director should endeavor to deal fairly with the Company’s customers, service providers, suppliers, competitors and employees.No employee, officer or director should take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or any unfair dealing practice.IX.Protection and Proper Use of Company Assets
All employees, officers and directors should protect the Company’s assets and ensure their efficient use.All Company assets should be used only for legitimate business purposes.

范分析
盡管幼兒教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范包括很多方面,但都是通過幼兒園的一日保教活動(dòng),集中在教師與幼兒,教師與家長(zhǎng)兩個(gè)方面體現(xiàn)出來,因此,僅就這兩個(gè)方面作具體分析。
一、教師對(duì)待幼兒方面道德的具體要求和行為準(zhǔn)則。
1、晨間活動(dòng)
幼兒集中來園時(shí),教師應(yīng)站在活動(dòng)室門口,面對(duì)幼兒與家長(zhǎng)來的方向,禁止背對(duì)幼兒和家長(zhǎng)來的方向。
看到幼兒和家長(zhǎng)后,面帶微笑迎上去,使用“您好”、“小朋友好”等問候語,不宜面無表情,沒有問候語,教師之間不直呼姓名。
主動(dòng)而文明地對(duì)幼兒進(jìn)行晨檢,使幼兒得到一次愛撫和關(guān)心的感受。
家長(zhǎng)離開時(shí),提醒幼兒說“再見”。
2、集中教育活動(dòng)
(1)教育活動(dòng)開始時(shí),教師精神飽滿,用簡(jiǎn)單明確、生動(dòng)的語言吸引幼兒的注意力,以積極的情緒感染誘餌,禁止教師的注意力放在維持秩序上,態(tài)度生硬敵對(duì)幼兒提出要求。
(2)用鼓勵(lì)的口吻,喚起幼兒參與活動(dòng)的積極性,不適宜口氣平淡、缺乏活力。
(3)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行過程中,對(duì)不舉手的幼兒,應(yīng)尊重其意愿,禁止“誰不舉手,我就叫誰”的說法和做法。
(4)舉手站起來回答問題時(shí),回答錯(cuò)了或一言不發(fā)的幼兒,教師可懇切地重復(fù)一遍問題或降低問題難度,使幼兒能獲得成功感。禁止說“坐下吧!聽聽別的小朋友怎么回答。”或“想好了再舉手!”等語言。
要結(jié)合幼兒的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出一些富有啟發(fā)性的問題,避免問題過難或過易,避免提出“對(duì)不對(duì)”或“是不是”一類的問題。
有運(yùn)用兒童語言進(jìn)行講解、示范,注意讓每個(gè)幼兒都能看得到、聽的清,不能使用成人化語言或反語。
指導(dǎo)、評(píng)價(jià)幼兒作品時(shí),善于欣賞每個(gè)幼兒的作品,展示所有孩子的作品。不能按教師主觀意愿評(píng)價(jià),只選出“好作品”展示,把“不好作品”放在一邊,或組織幼兒挑毛病。
尊重孩子之間的差別,不苛求所有孩子達(dá)到同一水平。
教育活動(dòng)中如果出現(xiàn)意外情況,能靈活地應(yīng)變,善于因勢(shì)利導(dǎo)。不能固守預(yù)定計(jì)劃,生硬地處理突發(fā)事件。
(5)教育活動(dòng)中的小組活動(dòng)能照顧到孩子的興趣,并給與有針對(duì)性的指導(dǎo)。不能按教師意愿劃分小組,指導(dǎo)也不能千篇一律。
3、游戲活動(dòng)
指導(dǎo)幼兒進(jìn)行活動(dòng),以征求意見或商量的口吻分配角色。幼兒游戲時(shí),教師可以同伴的身份巡視,以參與的口吻進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),不能消極評(píng)價(jià)和只維持秩序。
當(dāng)幼兒爭(zhēng)搶同一角色時(shí),請(qǐng)幼兒分別說說自己扮演著一角色的理由,然后根據(jù)實(shí)際情況找出解決問題的好辦法。不能指責(zé)幼兒:“竟跟人學(xué)”、“看人想做什么,你就要做什么”,也不能由教師指定某幼兒承擔(dān)這一角色,其他幼兒以后再輪流扮演,因?yàn)檫@種安排常常不能兌現(xiàn)。
發(fā)現(xiàn)幼兒因遇到困難而中斷游戲時(shí),可啟發(fā)幼兒試試用別的方法,教師不宜直接告訴幼兒解決的辦法,剝奪幼兒動(dòng)腦筋的機(jī)會(huì)。
游戲結(jié)束后,推舉幼兒代表介紹游戲區(qū)活動(dòng)情況,有針對(duì)性地請(qǐng)個(gè)別兒童說說自己的做法,引導(dǎo)幼兒進(jìn)行評(píng)論,鼓勵(lì)進(jìn)步,強(qiáng)化良好行為。不能引導(dǎo)幼兒簡(jiǎn)單地評(píng)價(jià)“誰好”“誰不好”,更不能對(duì)“不好’的幼兒進(jìn)行訓(xùn)斥、責(zé)備。
4、生活活動(dòng)
(1)當(dāng)幼兒在生活或?qū)W習(xí)方面遇到困難時(shí),用鼓勵(lì)的口吻說“你能行,試一試”、你做得挺好的“”不要著急,我來幫助你”。不能用“你真苯”等諷刺、挖苦的語言。
(2)當(dāng)幼兒出現(xiàn)“尿褲子”等不成熟行為時(shí),教師應(yīng)耐心安慰,背對(duì)其他小朋友處理。不能當(dāng)眾讓幼兒難堪或進(jìn)行指責(zé)。
(3)當(dāng)幼兒出現(xiàn)“撒湯”等無意過失行為時(shí),教師應(yīng)妥善的幫助幼兒,不能指責(zé)孩子。
(4)當(dāng)幼兒有意出現(xiàn)不良行為時(shí),要堅(jiān)持正面教育,及時(shí)幫助解決,嚴(yán)禁體罰和變相體罰。
(5)應(yīng)讓中班以上的幼兒輪流做值日生,給每個(gè)幼兒表現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)與條件,不能只讓能力強(qiáng)的幼兒做值日生。
(6)教師要平等的對(duì)待和尊重不同種族、宗教信仰和文化背景的兒童,為不同性別的兒童提供參與所有活動(dòng)的平等機(jī)會(huì),不能歧視某些幼兒。
(7)耐心指導(dǎo)幼兒,自己能做的事情盡量讓孩子自己做,不能包辦代替。
(8)為幼兒發(fā)展合作、助人、商量或通過談話解決交往中的問題等方面的社交技能提供便利條件,不能時(shí)常出現(xiàn)讓幼兒處于等待狀態(tài),或過多地干涉幼兒之間的爭(zhēng)端。
二、教師對(duì)待幼兒家長(zhǎng)方面道德的具體要求和行為準(zhǔn)則
幼兒來園時(shí),主動(dòng)向家長(zhǎng)詢問幼兒的情況,耐心傾聽家長(zhǎng)的囑咐,認(rèn)真作記錄并適時(shí)給與答復(fù)。不能有不耐煩,埋怨的表現(xiàn),不能亂放幼兒帶來的物品或藥品。
當(dāng)家長(zhǎng)親自來園或打電話為幼兒請(qǐng)病假時(shí),教師要表示關(guān)心,并可說:“孩子病情稍好些,把藥帶幼兒園,我們會(huì)照顧的?!?/p>
當(dāng)本班幼兒因行為問題是家長(zhǎng)之間發(fā)生沖突時(shí),教師首先要承擔(dān)責(zé)任,穩(wěn)定家長(zhǎng)情緒。教師盡量不讓家長(zhǎng)直接接觸,不激化矛盾。
當(dāng)孩子在幼兒園發(fā)生意外事故時(shí),教師應(yīng)如實(shí)講清事故經(jīng)過,表示歉意,并實(shí)事求是地承擔(dān)責(zé)任,不能態(tài)度生硬、推卸責(zé)任。如果孩子多日未來,應(yīng)主動(dòng)與家長(zhǎng)聯(lián)絡(luò)并進(jìn)行家訪。
家長(zhǎng)晚接孩子時(shí),要耐心,表示理解,不能發(fā)脾氣或不耐煩。
請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)辦事或孩子生病通知家長(zhǎng)時(shí),應(yīng)禮貌、客氣,不能態(tài)度生硬或以命令的口吻說話。
需要找家長(zhǎng)談話時(shí),態(tài)度要親切,尊重家長(zhǎng),并具有教育意義。不能訓(xùn)斥或“告狀”似的。
當(dāng)家長(zhǎng)饋贈(zèng)禮物時(shí),應(yīng)禮貌地拒絕。
建立口頭或書面交流兒童每天活動(dòng)情況的制度,定期向家長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)幼兒身體及情感上的變化。通過周刊、宣傳欄、小冊(cè)子、電話和其他方式,讓家長(zhǎng)了解幼兒園的情況。
