3、PSS：Peak Season Surcharge：旺季附加費(fèi)。Peak：尖峰

4、DDC：Destination Delivery Charge 到港（目的港）提貨費(fèi)（實(shí)為目的港之碼頭附加費(fèi)）

5、THC：Terminal（碼頭）Handling Charge 碼頭操作（吊柜）費(fèi)

注：ORC、SPSC、DDC、THC等從名稱上看似為碼頭收的，實(shí)質(zhì)上是船公司巧立名目，間接提升Ｏ／Ｆ（ocean freight）（海嗶M）

6、FAF：Fuel（燃油）Adjusted Factor 燃油價(jià)格調(diào)整附加費(fèi)。日線常用，性質(zhì)同BAF

7、BAF：Bunker（燃油）adjusted factor 注：BAF=FAF 不同人有不同叫法

8、EBS：Emergency Bunker Surcharge 緊急燃油附加費(fèi)

注：EBS≠BAF EBS≠FAF

EBS系于BAF（FAF）基礎(chǔ)上加收的。當(dāng)燃油費(fèi)漲得不很厲害時(shí)僅收BAF（FAF）；當(dāng)油價(jià)奇高時(shí)（如：US$28/桶以上）則同時(shí)收BAF與EBS

9、REF：退傭費(fèi) 全寫自猜為

Rebate Fee Rebate：回扣

Forwarder 給 Shipper（客戶）rebate；有的Carrier 給Forwarder rebate

10、PCTF=PTF 少部分寫為PCS。三個(gè)含義均為巴拿馬吆癰郊淤M(fèi)。

PCTF、PTF全稱Panama Canal Transit Fee，PCS：Panama Canal Surcharge

注：去East Coast（美東）若采用A/W（All water全水路）方式運(yùn)輸。

則必Transit（通過(guò)）Panama Canal；另一條去E.C（美東）之路：于W.C（美西）卸船中轉(zhuǎn)鐵路。

11、DOC：Document 文件費(fèi)＝Document Transfer（轉(zhuǎn)換、傳遞）Fee（但不簡(jiǎn)寫DTF?。┌碆L（Bill）即Set（套）收。一套單叫：One bill或One Set

12、DTHC：Destination THC 目的港碼頭費(fèi)與DDC差不多

13、TAR：戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)附加費(fèi) Temporary（臨時(shí)的≈Provisional）Additional Risks 本義為“臨時(shí)附加費(fèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”實(shí)指戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)附加費(fèi)

18、FAF：日本線才收此費(fèi)。別的收ＢＡＦ。但現(xiàn)在美線、歐地線也有人將BAF稱作FAF。

19、IFA：臨時(shí)燃油附加費(fèi)

20、EBA：Emergency Bunker Adjustor 非洲，中、南美洲線收取

EBS：澳洲等線收

21、PCS：港口擁擠附加費(fèi)。大部分情況下，大多數(shù)人用它指Port Congestion（擁擠）Surcharge 用于Israel India &中、南美洲（落后地區(qū)，港口作業(yè)率低）

另：pcs還指pieces(件)。

22、ACC：走廊附加費(fèi)。從LBH（Long Beach）、LAX（Los Angeles）中轉(zhuǎn)至加州（California）亞利桑那州（Arizona）內(nèi)華達(dá)州（Nevada）的貨收

— 在我國(guó)，國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理具有兩種含義，其一是指國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)（廣義）；其二是指國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理人（狹義）。

— 根據(jù)1995年6月29日國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)的《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸代理業(yè)管理規(guī)定》第2條規(guī)定“國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸代理業(yè)，是指接受進(jìn)出口貨物收貨人、發(fā)貨人的委托，以委托人的名義或者以自己的名義，為委托人辦理國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)并收取服務(wù)報(bào)酬的行業(yè)?！?/p>

— 國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸代理人本質(zhì)上屬于貨物運(yùn)輸關(guān)系人的代理人，是聯(lián)系發(fā)貨人、收貨人和承運(yùn)人的貨物運(yùn)輸中介人。

— 國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸代理行業(yè)本質(zhì)屬于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)，性質(zhì)上屬于服務(wù)行業(yè)隸屬于第四個(gè)物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)部門--交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)，屬于運(yùn)輸輔助行業(yè)?！?國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理的分類

1、以委托人的性質(zhì)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以將國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理劃分為： —（1）貨主的代理:是指接受進(jìn)出口貨物收、發(fā)貨人的委托，為了托運(yùn)人的利益辦理國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，并收取相應(yīng)的報(bào)酬的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理。

—（2）承運(yùn)人的代理:是指接受從事國(guó)際運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)的承運(yùn)人的委托，為了承運(yùn)人的利益辦理國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，并收取相應(yīng)的報(bào)酬的國(guó)際 —

2、以委托人委托的代理人數(shù)量為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以將國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理劃分為： —（1）獨(dú)家代理:是指委托人授予一個(gè)代理人在特定的區(qū)域或者特定的運(yùn)輸方式或服務(wù)類型下，獨(dú)家代理其從事國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)和/或相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理。

—（2）普通代理:又稱多家代理，它是指委托人在特定的區(qū)域或者特定的運(yùn)輸方式或服務(wù)類型下，同時(shí)委托多個(gè)代理人代理其從事國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)和/或相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理。

3、以委托人授予代理人權(quán)限范圍為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以將國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理劃分為： —

（1）全權(quán)代理:是指委托人概括委托代理人辦理某項(xiàng)國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)和/或相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，并授予其根據(jù)委托人及自己意志靈活處理相關(guān)事宜權(quán)利的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理。

（2）一般代理:是指委托人委托代理人辦理某項(xiàng)具體國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)和/或相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，要求其根據(jù)委托人的意志處理相關(guān)事宜的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理?！?/p>

5、以代理人的層次為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以將國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理劃分為：

—（1）總代理:是指委托人授權(quán)代理人作為在某個(gè)特定地區(qū)的全權(quán)代表，委托其處理委托人在該地區(qū)的所有貨物運(yùn)輸事宜及相關(guān)事宜的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理。在這種代理形式下，總代理人有權(quán)根據(jù)委托人的要求或自行在特定的地區(qū)選擇、指定分代理人。

—（2）分代理:指總代理人指定的在總代理區(qū)域內(nèi)的具體區(qū)域代理委托人辦理貨物運(yùn)輸事宜及其他相關(guān)事宜的國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理。

7、以代理業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)容為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以將國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理劃分為： —（1）國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸綜合代理?！?）國(guó)際船舶代理

myself latter, things always be so hard.It is easy to take mistakes,some business have special require.While deal with documents and

careful.During the work, this is the very first questionyou should ask

someone when they tell you something that you are unsure of.After some days I was proficient in setting of bill of lading and

warehouse receipt and can do the sea export business well alone, Lemon

would give me some sea import or air business.As I have the experience

on sea export, I learn these soon.The last thing I learned was how to contact with overseas agents.It

was a very amusing thing to communicate with these foreign counterparts.Lemon gave me a enterprise e-mail specially for contacting with overseas

agents.She said that it will give the foreign a more professional feeling.While oversea agent inquires forwarding freight cost and logistics

service of UT freight, I should check the inquiry details.Then I will

check freight cost and quote to agent.Sometimes I was asked assist sales

to inquire the overseas agents for sales new order, and confirm the

exchange rate.Secure the quotation and submit to sales man, then wait

the confirm for next step from sales.Get the shipping order from sales,contact with and send request to agent for arrangement instruction.Take

care for the shipment situation, and update to sales.For import business,get the draft bill to sales and wait confirm from sales client for docs.I also supply selling rate to agent, and give the final docs and invoice

from agent to import department.For export business, send pre-alert to

agent, push the proof of delivery.In conclusion, this internship confronted me with many problems, but it

gives me a good platform to learn to deal with the incidents happening

in our daily life and study and makes me know the power of responsibility.I think it is certain to be an unforgettable lesson I take.Therefore only

by constantly improving ourselves, we can have a big development.I think

no matter where you work, we should have a good preparation and adapt to

2012四月中旬，我來(lái)到士盟國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸代理有限公司大連分公司成為一名實(shí)習(xí)生。

在這里我首先見(jiàn)到了Lemon，她帶我熟悉了工作環(huán)境然后向我介紹了公司的實(shí)習(xí)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。

公司希望能經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)讓我成為一名合格的跟單助理。

在接下來(lái)的兩個(gè)星期里根據(jù)實(shí)習(xí)計(jì)劃，我在上午閱讀一些有關(guān)國(guó)際貿(mào)易還有國(guó)際運(yùn)輸方

半天的認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，這些對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)都不是太難。當(dāng)一些比較關(guān)鍵的、比較難或是我不懂的地方，Lemon會(huì)停下來(lái)為我講解，我也會(huì)認(rèn)真做好記錄。經(jīng)過(guò)兩周的學(xué)習(xí)我知道了?？者\(yùn)進(jìn)出口的流程和做法。大連是一個(gè)美麗的海濱城市，士盟在大連的業(yè)務(wù)主要集中在海運(yùn)，其中海運(yùn)出

口更多一些，所以公司決定讓我先從海運(yùn)出口業(yè)務(wù)做起。

經(jīng)過(guò)兩周的實(shí)習(xí)我大概知道了我們公司的海運(yùn)出口流程，大概可以分為9步：

1-發(fā)貨人的委托書：

發(fā)貨人提供好所需要的相關(guān)的資料，并傳真給我們，這些資料一般包括：

a.出口日期。

b.發(fā)貨人信息。

c.收貨人信息。

d.目的港。

e.貨物的數(shù)量。

f.品名描述。

g.貨物的材積和重量。

h.運(yùn)費(fèi)的結(jié)算方式。

2-確認(rèn)船期、運(yùn)價(jià)及艙位：

a.對(duì)于R/O貨物，將成本、船期提供給IBD與代理確認(rèn)，根據(jù)回復(fù)信息開始訂艙。

b.對(duì)于L/C貨物，將成本、船期提供給銷售，根據(jù)銷售指示開始訂艙。

c.遇到項(xiàng)目貨物配合IBD/銷售多方詢價(jià)比較。

3-艙位確認(rèn)：

a.對(duì)于FCL貨至少船開前7天向船公司訂艙并取得配艙信息。

b.對(duì)于LCL貨至少在船開前7天向拼箱公司訂艙并取得進(jìn)倉(cāng)通知單。

4-送貨裝柜方式確認(rèn)：

根據(jù)客戶的指示確認(rèn)送貨裝貨方式。

a.對(duì)于FCL貨物可以到客戶工廠倉(cāng)庫(kù)提貨，提供門到門服務(wù)。

e.其他文件，商檢、報(bào)關(guān)單等。

6-通關(guān)操作：

a.整理報(bào)關(guān)文件送往報(bào)關(guān)公司。

b.根據(jù)報(bào)關(guān)文件向海關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)。

7-提單確認(rèn)：

a.與客戶確認(rèn)。

b.與船公司確認(rèn)。

c.根據(jù)客人要求制作提單樣本。

8-船開后發(fā)預(yù)告并出提單：

a.確認(rèn)貨物是否上船，有任何異狀通知IBD/銷售。

b.根據(jù)要求出具提單。

c.根據(jù)賣價(jià)、成本出D/N。

d.開發(fā)票給發(fā)貨人。

e.發(fā)送所有文件給代理。

f.將成本錄入系統(tǒng)。

9-結(jié)檔：

船開后5天內(nèi)將紅聯(lián)交給財(cái)務(wù)部門，并將有必要留底的文件歸檔留底，如托書、配艙單、提

一段時(shí)間的學(xué)習(xí)我覺(jué)得我已經(jīng)差不多掌握了這份工作的要訣，認(rèn)為憑借我的專業(yè)知識(shí)還有前

一段時(shí)間的努力學(xué)習(xí)，我夠能勝任這份工作了。但是當(dāng)后來(lái)我獨(dú)自做的時(shí)候，面對(duì)著單據(jù)，面對(duì)著貴客的提問(wèn)，面對(duì)著工作中的一些突發(fā)狀況，我就有點(diǎn)蒙了。事情變的如此的困難，經(jīng)常犯錯(cuò)誤，甚至有時(shí)候?qū)ψ约菏バ判?，好在Lemon還有其余的同事不斷的鼓勵(lì)我，讓

我能不斷的克服困難。

這段時(shí)間的工作也讓我明白了許多，在學(xué)校里我們只是個(gè)學(xué)生，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)習(xí)，不斷的去

積累自己的書本知識(shí)。但是當(dāng)我們進(jìn)入社會(huì)之后，事情就不是那么簡(jiǎn)單了，面對(duì)工作中的困

難，自己的努力，去克服不氣餒，以及周圍人的鼓勵(lì)與幫助都是我們解決困難的重要力量。

所以我們一面，要養(yǎng)成自己用于面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，積極向上，不輕易放棄的性格，另一面要與周圍的同事保持良好的人際關(guān)系，他們善意的幫助和鼓勵(lì)將給我們以極大的動(dòng)力。

對(duì)于工作，面對(duì)所要處理的文件、單據(jù)，面對(duì)顧客、代理的詢問(wèn)，要十分的細(xì)心，這

是降低出錯(cuò)率的第一要訣。如果遇到一些自己真的不明白的地方，要和前輩請(qǐng)教了之后再做

處理。

幾個(gè)月之后我對(duì)于一般的海運(yùn)出口業(yè)務(wù)能做的很好了，就開始接手做一些其他的業(yè)務(wù)。

有了前面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，接下來(lái)的工作學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程就比較順利與愉快，讓我有一種苦盡甘來(lái)的感覺(jué)，讓我真正的喜歡上了這一份實(shí)習(xí)工作。

實(shí)習(xí)期間我所學(xué)習(xí)的最后一項(xiàng)就是為公司聯(lián)系海外代理。通過(guò)郵件、MSN和我們這些

外國(guó)同行們交流，對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)是一件十分有趣的事情。Lemon為我專門配備了我們公司的企

業(yè)郵箱，她告訴我這樣給人的感覺(jué)顯的專業(yè)正式一些。當(dāng)外國(guó)代理想詢問(wèn)運(yùn)費(fèi)還有物流費(fèi)用的時(shí)候，我會(huì)和他們商榷具體細(xì)節(jié)，然后根據(jù)我們的成本和所需要的利潤(rùn)向他們報(bào)價(jià)。有一

種談判做買賣的感覺(jué)，當(dāng)然這些外國(guó)同行也會(huì)砍價(jià)。這些不僅考驗(yàn)我的英文能力更是鍛煉了

我與人溝通的技巧。

有時(shí)候我也會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)幫助公司的銷售向國(guó)外代理詢問(wèn)價(jià)錢,并確認(rèn)匯率，然后

提交給銷售人員，再等待銷售人員的下一步指示。銷售確認(rèn)出貨后于代理聯(lián)系出

貨事宜，告知運(yùn)輸要求。跟蹤貨物情況，并及時(shí)通知銷售。對(duì)于進(jìn)口貨物，與

銷售確認(rèn)提單做法。提供賣家，將代理的提單和賬單給進(jìn)口部的同事跟進(jìn)。對(duì)于

進(jìn)口的貨物發(fā)送預(yù)報(bào)及賬單。

總的來(lái)說(shuō)，這份實(shí)習(xí)工作讓我接受到了許多考驗(yàn)，給我提供了表現(xiàn)和學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)。在這個(gè)平臺(tái)里我學(xué)會(huì)的不僅僅是完成這份工作所需要的專業(yè)知識(shí)，還學(xué)會(huì)

了如何去處理和應(yīng)對(duì)一些工作與日常生活中的突發(fā)情況，同時(shí)這份實(shí)習(xí)工作也加

深了我對(duì)“責(zé)任”這個(gè)詞的理解，讓我更加具有責(zé)任意識(shí)，自己的一言一行、處

理問(wèn)題的方式會(huì)給公司帶來(lái)怎么樣的影響，在這里所學(xué)習(xí)到的，所感悟到的將會(huì)

讓我一生都受益。只有不斷的充實(shí)提高自己，每天邁出一小步，日積月累下來(lái)才

有質(zhì)的提升。知道自己的長(zhǎng)處，并且要善于運(yùn)用，也要知道自己的不足，用心去

補(bǔ)救。將來(lái)無(wú)論我會(huì)在哪里工作，無(wú)論我的工作是什么，積極向上，不怕吃苦，敢于面對(duì)和克服挑戰(zhàn)的心態(tài)都要伴隨著我，這是才我永遠(yuǎn)的財(cái)富。同時(shí)良好的人

際關(guān)系對(duì)于我們的工作是起到促進(jìn)作用的，做一個(gè)溫暖的人，擁有良好的人際關(guān)

系，不僅自己快樂(lè)，也會(huì)讓周圍的人感到溫馨，這樣的我遇到困難，大家怎么會(huì)

忍心不幫助我呢。

無(wú)論是工作、學(xué)習(xí)還是生活, 不是所有的事情都會(huì)變的特別的順利，困難在所難免，所以我們應(yīng)當(dāng)樂(lè)觀面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。
