      其實(shí)我也還是做外貿(mào)就10月左右,所以經(jīng)驗(yàn)什么的都不是很成熟,在總結(jié)自己的同時(shí)還希望幫到比我還新的朋友,前輩不要拍我板磚哦。

      發(fā)開發(fā)信要先找到郵箱,至于找郵箱呢,我覺得至今用的比較順手的是各國郵箱的后綴(自己搜一下,太長了不好發(fā)上來)和一些好的黃頁,有些朋友反映用郵箱后綴找不到,那是因?yàn)槟阋治鲆幌履銈兊漠a(chǎn)品在哪里很暢銷,用的比較多。比如我們的產(chǎn)品水井管在沙特等中東產(chǎn)石油的地方用的多,那么就那些國建的公共郵箱后綴,搜出來比較多。其實(shí)我覺得開發(fā)信這個(gè)東西就像我們國內(nèi)做電話銷售一樣,我想每個(gè)外貿(mào)人都很討厭每天一大堆的網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣電話,我想老外和我們應(yīng)該是一樣的心情。所以我覺得做外貿(mào)的不容易的,每天辛辛苦苦找郵箱發(fā)開發(fā)信息,而且還被人討厭,看都沒看就刪了。有的說喜歡簡短的開發(fā)信,有的喜歡有點(diǎn)專業(yè)性的比較長一點(diǎn)開發(fā)信,至于到底怎么樣,我有兩種版本經(jīng)常換著發(fā),要多多準(zhǔn)備幾封進(jìn)行追蹤,郵箱最好設(shè)上閱讀回執(zhí),對(duì)有閱讀回執(zhí)的郵件進(jìn)行追蹤,幾

      周幾個(gè)月時(shí)不時(shí)的騷擾一下。要用不同的版本,要不發(fā)一樣的,看不看都刪了,沒什么新意。我開發(fā)信的內(nèi)容很大眾化就不貼上來了。呵呵

      還有一點(diǎn)是開發(fā)信是主題,反正我不喜歡什么how are you, hi, my friend,什么的,就用產(chǎn)品名稱,或者用RE:貌似比較有效果,呵呵,還有可以突發(fā)奇想,比如有一天我用的標(biāo)題是your water need treatment,(我們做水處理過濾產(chǎn)品的)結(jié)果發(fā)過去一會(huì)就有人回復(fù)說介紹一下詳細(xì)的catalog什么的。當(dāng)然可能是運(yùn)氣什么的 發(fā)開發(fā)信需要堅(jiān)持,不要沒有效果就放棄后再抱怨怎么沒效果啊沒效果啊,因?yàn)殚_發(fā)信本身的是一個(gè)概率問題,成功率本身就比較低的。所以那句話叫什么來著廣撒網(wǎng)才能網(wǎng)大魚。前輩的話是有道理的。

      這個(gè)得針對(duì)情況,如果利潤真的不太高,就這樣寫沒有關(guān)系,如果老板太黑了,就給點(diǎn)折扣,關(guān)于價(jià)格不是一封兩封的郵件可以搞定的,總之靈活點(diǎn)啦
