這個(gè)學(xué)期我在對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差方面付出了努力，也有很大收獲?，F(xiàn)將本學(xué)期工作總結(jié)如下。

一、精心設(shè)計(jì)教案，創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。后進(jìn)生由于基礎(chǔ)差，很多時(shí)候都聽不懂，對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生懼怕抵觸的心理。如果這時(shí)我們還用一些枯燥乏味、陳舊的方式教學(xué)，只會(huì)使這群孩子更加厭學(xué)，甚至?xí)U(kuò)大“后進(jìn)生”的隊(duì)伍。因此，在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中，我總是精心設(shè)計(jì)每節(jié)課，利用多種教學(xué)手段，把教學(xué)內(nèi)容安排在學(xué)生所熟悉的情景中，利用形式多樣的游戲進(jìn)行操練鞏固。讓所有的學(xué)生在教中樂，樂中學(xué)，學(xué)中玩。在無形之中掌握當(dāng)天的內(nèi)容。

二、狠抓細(xì)節(jié)，“強(qiáng)迫”后進(jìn)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。許多學(xué)生成為“后進(jìn)生”不是智力不夠而是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不好。大多數(shù)優(yōu)等生都有很好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。所以平時(shí)我非常注重“后進(jìn)生”學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。比如有的學(xué)生上課不認(rèn)真聽講，總喜歡做小動(dòng)作。我就悄悄跟他達(dá)成協(xié)議，如果他表現(xiàn)好我就會(huì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)他小紅花，表示對(duì)他的贊賞，如果他表現(xiàn)不好我就會(huì)看看他然后很大聲的講課以示提醒。還比如有的“后進(jìn)生”總不按時(shí)完成作業(yè)，我就讓他和周圍的同學(xué)進(jìn)行比賽，誰最先認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)誰就可以在評(píng)定表上加紅花。一學(xué)期下來有20朵的我將有獎(jiǎng)品，作為鼓勵(lì)。還有的“后進(jìn)生”不喜歡背單詞和讀書，我就“強(qiáng)迫”他們背和讀?，F(xiàn)在的孩子都很有思想，一般都比較愛面子的。為了不讓自己丟面子有時(shí)會(huì)“無奈”地去做一些事情。利用這點(diǎn)，我就把一些“后進(jìn)生”分成幾組，每天一上課就輪流到黑板上帶讀單詞，那些孩子為了自己的“面子”在課后總是積極的讀單詞和背單詞，生怕出錯(cuò)，一時(shí)不敢放松。通過等等這些做法逐漸“強(qiáng)迫”他們養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

三 給后進(jìn)生“加餐”，豐富的營(yíng)養(yǎng)使他們不斷成長(zhǎng)。所謂的“加餐”就是在課后給學(xué)生進(jìn)行額外的輔導(dǎo)。要輔導(dǎo)首先要明確對(duì)象，明確告訴他們輔導(dǎo)中要完成的任務(wù)，明確他們的學(xué)習(xí)責(zé)任，對(duì)他們?nèi)骊P(guān)心，全程關(guān)注。其次輔導(dǎo)要有明確的方法。很多學(xué)生之所以成為“后進(jìn)生”很大程度上是思想不夠重視。所以教師要堅(jiān)持思想上引導(dǎo)，情感上護(hù)導(dǎo)，心理上疏導(dǎo)，知識(shí)上輔導(dǎo)，方法上指導(dǎo)等方法有機(jī)結(jié)合，漸漸改善他們的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，培養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，減輕他們的學(xué)習(xí)壓力。

四 關(guān)注優(yōu)等生，成為班上領(lǐng)軍。優(yōu)等生是班上中差生學(xué)習(xí)的表率，前進(jìn)動(dòng)力和目標(biāo)。這些優(yōu)等生有時(shí)也會(huì)自滿，因?yàn)檎n堂上講授的知識(shí)他們一般都是很輕松、容易就吸收掌握了。對(duì)這些學(xué)生“吃不飽”的現(xiàn)象，也不能輕視，否則會(huì)使他們盲目自大，進(jìn)而喪失積極的思維和強(qiáng)烈的求知欲望。我就在上課的時(shí)候，適當(dāng)增加一些有難度的內(nèi)容。對(duì)待這部分智力因素突出的學(xué)生還讓他們做些閱讀性強(qiáng)，推理性強(qiáng)的練習(xí)，在練習(xí)或檢測(cè)中增加信息量。同時(shí)開展內(nèi)容廣泛、形式多樣的英語課外活動(dòng)。課后輔導(dǎo)他們參加學(xué)校及校外組織的各項(xiàng)英語比賽活動(dòng)。他們也取得了較好成績(jī)，進(jìn)一步增加了他們的興趣。蘇霍姆林斯基說過：“興趣的源泉在于運(yùn)用?！蓖ㄟ^這些活動(dòng)可以讓學(xué)生把所學(xué)知識(shí)運(yùn)用于實(shí)際，使學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)了自我，取得了不同程度的成就感，更增添了學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和樂趣，變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，進(jìn)而長(zhǎng)久保持其對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。在一學(xué)期的時(shí)間里，雖然我們?nèi)〉昧艘欢ǖ某煽?jī)，但我們也還存在著一些問題，如教育、教學(xué)方法、手段還有些粗糙，還有待改進(jìn)。但我們相信只要學(xué)校的支持、老師的配合，我們“培優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)差”工作一定能越做越好的。

一、指導(dǎo)思想

雖然大部分學(xué)生在小學(xué)已接觸過英語，但學(xué)生以前不大重視英語，造成英語兩極分化嚴(yán)重，且學(xué)習(xí)積極性低。所以，現(xiàn)階段最重要的是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和積極性，幫助他們?cè)鰪?qiáng)信心，克服困難。除了從思想上給予引導(dǎo)之外，在教學(xué)上，有針對(duì)性、目的性、有系統(tǒng)、有計(jì)劃地上好課。

二、班級(jí)基本情況：

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任七年級(jí)的英語課。絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生雖然小學(xué)階段都學(xué)過英語，但大部分學(xué)生的英語基礎(chǔ)都比較差。缺少學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性和熱情，自覺性也較差，相應(yīng)的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣也較差，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語有為難情緒。針對(duì)這些情況，在本學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)中，本人將致力于：一方面，應(yīng)加強(qiáng)英語基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的講解和基本技能的訓(xùn)練，讓學(xué)生掌握詞匯、語法、句型的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽、說、讀、寫等基本技能，為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)英語打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ);另一方面，又要采取多種措施，注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣;讓學(xué)生掌握記憶語音、單詞、閱讀和寫作等英語學(xué)習(xí)技巧，培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和自主探索、合作探究能力，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動(dòng)性。教學(xué)上采取任務(wù)型教學(xué)方式，運(yùn)用靈活多變的方法，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生語言運(yùn)用能力的遷移和拓展。尊重并理解學(xué)生，與學(xué)生一起分享學(xué)習(xí)中的苦與樂，使每一位學(xué)生的英語成績(jī)有所提高，有所進(jìn)步。

四、七年級(jí)上冊(cè)英語教學(xué)措施

初一年級(jí)是英語學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)階段,也是養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期?；A(chǔ)打不好、習(xí)慣不良，直接影響學(xué)生整個(gè)初中階段，乃至高中、大學(xué)的英語學(xué)習(xí)。所以做好初一英語的教學(xué)工作至關(guān)重要。對(duì)此我制定以下措施：

1. 每天背誦課文中的對(duì)話。目的：要求學(xué)生背誦并默寫，培養(yǎng)語感。

2. 每天記5個(gè)生詞，2個(gè)常用句子或習(xí)語。實(shí)施：利用“互測(cè)及教師抽查”及時(shí)檢查，保證效果并堅(jiān)持下去。

3. 認(rèn)真貫徹晨讀制度：規(guī)定晨讀內(nèi)容，加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督，保證晨讀效果。

4. 堅(jiān)持檢測(cè)等形成性評(píng)價(jià)制度：對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)行量化制度，每月給學(xué)生檢驗(yàn)自己努力成果的機(jī)會(huì)，讓進(jìn)步的同學(xué)體會(huì)到成就感，讓落后的同學(xué)找出差距，感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健康向上的人格和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。
