如同高考、考研一樣,求職面試又是人生的一次大考。面試的問題實(shí)際上最常見類型主要有三種:具體實(shí)際能力的考核、觀念意識(shí)的考察和對(duì)被面試者以前行為表象的考察。
其實(shí),面試中會(huì)涉及到的問題,實(shí)際上也是職場上一些決定一個(gè)人成敗的理念。所以說,一個(gè)青年人如果能有把握在正規(guī)的面試中一如應(yīng)對(duì),那么他(她)的前途必將是輝煌的。下面我就十幾年來我在這方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),談一談面試中一些最常見的問題應(yīng)該如何回答。希望能為大家起到一定的參考、啟發(fā)的作用。
1.你是否考慮過個(gè)人創(chuàng)業(yè)。如果希望個(gè)人創(chuàng)業(yè),你準(zhǔn)備什么時(shí)候創(chuàng)業(yè)?
提示:既然來面試,不要再說自己希望創(chuàng)業(yè)。這會(huì)給人不安分的感覺。小公司還會(huì)害怕有朝一日帶走他的客戶。
推薦答案:我不準(zhǔn)備創(chuàng)業(yè)。我的目標(biāo)是努力工作,爭取在職場上有所作為。我認(rèn)為在職場上踏實(shí)進(jìn)取才是一個(gè)青年人正常的成長道路。
2.請(qǐng)你講一講你以前工作中最有成就感的一件具體事例。
問題分析:這是一道最典型的考察被面試者以前行為表象的題目。很多人力資源主管認(rèn)為對(duì)被面試者以前行為表象的詳細(xì)詢問、辨別真?zhèn)魏蜕钊敕治觯亲顬橛行?、可靠的面試方法。提示:我常開玩笑地講:“千萬不要拿人力資源主管當(dāng)傻子”?;卮鹫邔?duì)自己的包裝一定要盡量在真實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)之上。在“決不撒謊”的前提下,盡量的包裝自己。這個(gè)尺度可以這樣掌握,在不編造事實(shí)的前提下,盡量最大限度的將自己最優(yōu)秀的一面展示出來。
另外,這樣的問題回答時(shí),越具體越好?;卮鹪骄唧w,越容易給人以深刻的印象和真是的感覺。
參考答案:在去年銷售旺季七月份,我刷新了我們公司的個(gè)人單月銷售記錄,總額是173200元,一下子比以前的公司紀(jì)錄提高了將近30000元。其實(shí),我以前也有這樣的機(jī)會(huì),只是由于個(gè)別大客戶突然改變采購計(jì)劃等偶然原因沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)我刷新銷售記錄的愿望。去年七月我的營業(yè)額中很多是我長期積累的客戶。
3.你來我們公司最希望得到什么?
問題分析:這是一道考察青年人職業(yè)價(jià)值觀念的最為典型的題目。對(duì)于沒有多少職場經(jīng)驗(yàn)和面試的青年人(尤其是應(yīng)屆生),這道題目很可能暴露以自我為中心的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀。提示:千萬不要說最希望得到鍛煉、提高之類的話,這樣的回答最幼稚。
記住一定要學(xué)會(huì)從企業(yè)的角度思考問題?。∧芊駨钠髽I(yè)的角度思考問題這是面試中最重要的一條,也是將來上司觀察你、評(píng)價(jià)你的最重要問題。
推薦答案:我希望我的能力、潛力能夠有發(fā)揮的空間,為公司創(chuàng)造更多的價(jià)值。說句心里話,我最希望得到上司的賞識(shí)和重用。我很希望能有機(jī)會(huì)在這里長期作下去,成為公司骨干,將來在公司得到更高的職位。
4.你有考研(碩或博)的打算嗎?
提示:這道題目實(shí)際上很難回答。
如果答不準(zhǔn)備考研,弄不好就會(huì)給主考留下不思進(jìn)取、自制力差、大學(xué)期間沒有認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、貪圖享樂、急功近利等壞印象。
如果答準(zhǔn)備考研,那就更不好了。既然準(zhǔn)備考研,那來這里工作看來就只是作為一個(gè)過渡了。推薦答案:我曾經(jīng)在上不上研這個(gè)問題上非常猶豫過。不過,我經(jīng)過認(rèn)真思考我決定我不再考研了。
一方面,我不準(zhǔn)備將來從事教學(xué)或研究性的工作。我的人生目標(biāo)是在職場上踏實(shí)進(jìn)取。如果僅僅為了取得學(xué)歷而讀研,我覺得這沒有必要。另一方面,我很了解自己,在我以前的兼職打工中已經(jīng)表現(xiàn)出的職業(yè)能力、潛力要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高出我的同學(xué)。我完全有能力憑借我將來在工作中取得的業(yè)績、資歷彌補(bǔ)我學(xué)歷上的不足。
5.請(qǐng)你講一位你最欣賞的人,并講一講為什么你欣賞他。
問題分析:我比較喜歡問這個(gè)問題。這個(gè)問題很反映一個(gè)人的價(jià)值觀念。一個(gè)人的價(jià)值觀念成熟不成熟、正確不正確,是這個(gè)人的行為理念中最重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。而這道題很能反映一個(gè)人的價(jià)值觀念的取向。
提 示:在面試過的30000多人次中,我至少問過20000萬人這個(gè)問題。最多的答案是自己的父母,然后依次是比爾.蓋茨和周恩來。
其實(shí),這道題你回答你欣賞誰反而是次要的,關(guān)鍵是你為什么欣賞。比如,比爾.蓋茨,決不能僅僅因?yàn)樗鞘澜缡赘痪统绨菟?。?yīng)該更加強(qiáng)調(diào)你欣賞人家敏銳的判斷力和在技術(shù)、營銷、管理對(duì)多方面同時(shí)具備才能的難得。
推薦答案:(最好的答案還是將一位以前身邊的同事、同學(xué),通過具體的故事,講你最欣賞他的高度的自制力、他的不畏挫折積極進(jìn)取等等)
6.人和人之間難免會(huì)有矛盾和摩擦,請(qǐng)你講一講你和你以前的上司之間發(fā)生的一次沖突。
問題分析:這又是一道最典型的考察被面試者以前行為表象的題目。很多人力資源主管認(rèn)為對(duì)被面試者以前行為表象的詳細(xì)詢問、辨別真?zhèn)魏蜕钊敕治?,是最為有效、可靠的面試方法。?示:上司與員工永遠(yuǎn)是一對(duì)矛盾。就如同老師與學(xué)生。作學(xué)生時(shí)往往會(huì)覺得老師很多地方做的很不合理,而長大之后就會(huì)明白老師實(shí)際上多么用心良苦。員工與上司的矛盾很大程度上也與此類似。
回答這個(gè)問題,最好是講一件上司正確你有錯(cuò),你后來明白了自己的錯(cuò)誤,提高了認(rèn)識(shí)的事情。

7.你覺得從工作的角度分析自己,你自己最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)是什么?
問題分析:問這是道問題,主考很清楚很多人并不會(huì)如實(shí)回答。
這類問題重點(diǎn)是考察被面試者的職業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)。
提 示: 這得給看你應(yīng)聘什么職務(wù)了。但有一些是廣泛公用的。
至于缺點(diǎn),千萬別說自己沒有,或沒想過。那會(huì)讓人感覺你太自負(fù)、自命不凡,無法駕馭。或是根本沒有審視自己的能力。
參考答案:我覺我最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是做人的素質(zhì)比較高,做事情認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)有始有終,肯吃苦肯付出。(再說一些喲崗位有關(guān)的,如技術(shù)人員說學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)、業(yè)務(wù)人員說自己表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)、財(cái)會(huì)人員說自己穩(wěn)重、踏實(shí)……盡量舉一個(gè)例子簡短說明一下)
(缺點(diǎn))至于最大的缺點(diǎn),我這個(gè)人表現(xiàn)欲太強(qiáng),喜歡爭強(qiáng)好勝。這樣有時(shí)會(huì)影響和同事的關(guān)系。
8.你希望自己5年之后是怎樣的?
提 示:千萬別說自己沒有規(guī)劃、沒想過,那說明你在職業(yè)思考上很幼稚。
也不要表現(xiàn)出不起實(shí)際的“狂傲”。
更千萬不要說希望自己有車、有房、待遇多高多高……
推薦答案:這個(gè)問題我認(rèn)真思考過。我很喜歡××行業(yè),我希望在這行業(yè)有所作為,我一直在希望能夠到行業(yè)內(nèi)類似貴公司這樣的企業(yè)任職,成為企業(yè)的骨干力量,成為這個(gè)行業(yè)小有業(yè)績的行家里手。5年之后,我希望我能夠成為類似貴公司這樣的企業(yè)的中層經(jīng)理。
9.你為什么離開了上一個(gè)工作崗位?
提 示:這個(gè)問題很棘手,但是這是面試主考非常愿意提問的問題。
推薦答案:回答這個(gè)問題,最關(guān)鍵是讓面試主考打消你有可能不負(fù)責(zé)任地跳槽、容易一山望著一山高的顧慮

4、你是否喜歡你老板的職位
回答當(dāng)然是“YES,如你不滿意,可補(bǔ)充:“當(dāng)我有這個(gè)評(píng)測能力時(shí),或“有這樣一個(gè)空缺時(shí)吧。
5、你是否愿意去旅行社派你去的那個(gè)地方
如果你回答“NO,你可能會(huì)因此而失掉這份旅行社導(dǎo)游或計(jì)調(diào)工作,記?。耗惚还陀煤竽憧梢院吐眯猩缇瓦@個(gè)問題再行談判。
6、誰曾經(jīng)給你最大的影響
選一個(gè)名字即可,最好是你過去的旅游老師、導(dǎo)游老師、計(jì)調(diào)老師等,再簡短準(zhǔn)備幾句說明為什么。
7、你將在這家旅行社呆多久
回答這樣的問題,你該持有一種明確的態(tài)度,即:能待多久待多久,盡可能長,“我在這里繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和完善自己。
8、什么是你最大的成就
準(zhǔn)備一兩個(gè)成功的小故事。
9、你能提供一些參考證明嗎
你該準(zhǔn)備好一些相關(guān)的整潔的打印件,并有現(xiàn)在的電話和地址。
10、從現(xiàn)在開始算,未來的五年,你想自己成為什么樣子?或者:告訴我,你旅游事業(yè)的目標(biāo)回答一定要得體,根據(jù)你的能力和經(jīng)歷。
11、你有和這份旅游工作相關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或品質(zhì)嗎
說明要短,舉兩三個(gè)最重要的品質(zhì),要有事實(shí)依據(jù)。
12、導(dǎo)致你成功的因素是什么
回答要短,讓考官自己去探究,比如只一句話:“我喜歡挑戰(zhàn)性工作,我執(zhí)著于旅游事業(yè)”。
13、你最低的薪金要求是多少
(這是必不可少的問題,因?yàn)槟愫湍愕目脊俪鲇诓煌紤]都十分關(guān)心它。)你聰明的做法是:不做正面回答。強(qiáng)調(diào)你最感興趣的是這個(gè)機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存的工作,避免討論經(jīng)濟(jì)上的報(bào)酬,直到你被雇用為止。
14、你還有什么問題嗎
你必須回答“當(dāng)然。你要準(zhǔn)備通過你的發(fā)問,了解更多關(guān)于這家公司、這次面試、這份工作的信息。假如你笑笑說“沒有(心里想著終于結(jié)束了,長長吐了口氣),那才是犯了一個(gè)大錯(cuò)誤。這往往被理解為你對(duì)該公司、對(duì)這份工作沒有太深厚的興趣;其次,從最實(shí)際的考慮出發(fā),你難道不想聽話聽音敲打一下考官,推斷一下自己入圍有幾成希望?

The “behavioral” interviewer will ask you open-ended questions that will cause you to describe real circumstances and your responses to them.General answers about behavior are not what the employer is looking for.You must describe in detail a particular event, project, or experience and
