The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Sciences(ICSESS 2011)will be held on July 15~17, 2011 in Beijing, China.This conference will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Software Engineering, Management science and services, Web Information Systems and Applications, Computer Network and Application Technology, Knowledge Management and E-Business and E-Commerce.It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Software computer engineering and service sciences.All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE and papers accepted will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.2011年第2屆軟件工程與服務(wù)科學(xué)國際學(xué)術(shù)會議（IEEE ICSESS 2011），將于2011年7月15-17日在中國北京召開。該會議由IEEE和北京工業(yè)大學(xué)以及香港理工大學(xué)聯(lián)合主辦。所有接受的論文將由IEEE出版，同時將被EI Compendex和ISTP檢索。

『大會簡介』

首都北京目前正處于工業(yè)化中期向后期推進(jìn)的階段，工業(yè)化進(jìn)程尚未最終完成，國際大都市發(fā)展內(nèi)在規(guī)律要求首都必須加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程，完善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，提高產(chǎn)品附加值。當(dāng)前，新型工業(yè)化道路出現(xiàn)的二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)之間相互融合的趨勢，有利于充分發(fā)揮北京的比較優(yōu)勢，推動高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的互相促進(jìn)、共同發(fā)展。北京工業(yè)必須堅持以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，緊密圍繞“新北京、新奧運”的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想，走新型工業(yè)化道路，以信息化帶動工業(yè)化，以高端、高效、高輻射力和資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方向。
