兩周前風(fēng)塵仆仆地考完中級(jí)口譯，常有人問(wèn)我考得怎么樣。我的答復(fù)總是：美女很多+非常緊張。

在參加考試之前，我常聽(tīng)到兩種說(shuō)法：中級(jí)口譯太簡(jiǎn)單了，根本是沒(méi)用的證，不如去考高口；中級(jí)口譯太難了，只有高手才能拿到證。這兩種說(shuō)法都沒(méi)錯(cuò)，對(duì)不同英語(yǔ)程度的人來(lái)說(shuō)，中級(jí)口譯的地位也不盡相同。我當(dāng)初想到考中級(jí)口譯并不是為了那一紙證書，因?yàn)槲覍?duì)于口譯興趣很小。想到報(bào)名完全是為了提高聽(tīng)力。上海交大去年做的一項(xiàng)調(diào)查顯示，65%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為經(jīng)過(guò)口譯訓(xùn)練，聽(tīng)力水平得到了大幅提高。當(dāng)時(shí)我在《外國(guó)語(yǔ)》上看到這篇論文，立刻想到通過(guò)中級(jí)口譯提高我可憐的聽(tīng)力。復(fù)習(xí)之后我還發(fā)現(xiàn)，口譯對(duì)拓寬詞匯量尤其是生活詞匯作用巨大。

首先你需要買中級(jí)口譯的教材，一共五本《中級(jí)聽(tīng)力教程》《中級(jí)閱讀教程》《中級(jí)口語(yǔ)教程》《中級(jí)翻譯教程》《中級(jí)口譯教程》，但是，這五本中只需要買三本，那就是《中級(jí)翻譯教程（第三版）》，《中級(jí)聽(tīng)力教程(第3版)》，《中級(jí)口譯教程(第3版)》，另外兩本千萬(wàn)別買，和考試根本沒(méi)關(guān)系，除了這三本，我還推薦買 《中級(jí)口譯真題解析》，《 中高級(jí)口譯口試備考精要(附MP3)--新東方大愚英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)叢書》，《英語(yǔ)口譯資格考試分類詞匯精編》。

書買好了，就可以開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備了。

在準(zhǔn)備之前，先確定打算何時(shí)考中級(jí)口譯。中級(jí)口譯一年兩次，一次在3月筆試（同年5月初口試），另一次在9月（同年11月初口試），筆試部分考點(diǎn)較多，可以去上海中級(jí)口譯官網(wǎng)查找，在哪個(gè)城市報(bào)名就在哪個(gè)城市考筆試，但是你也可以網(wǎng)上報(bào)名，網(wǎng)上報(bào)名必須在上?？荚嚒Ｗ⒁鈭?bào)名時(shí)間：9月的考試在6月報(bào)名，3月的考試在12月報(bào)名，一定要隨時(shí)關(guān)注官網(wǎng)的通知。

中級(jí)口譯的筆試滿分250分，149.5分以上通過(guò)筆試。一旦通過(guò)筆試，你就獲得了接下來(lái)四次參加口試的機(jī)會(huì)（即兩年有效期），我推薦在9月參加筆試，因?yàn)槭罴贂r(shí)間較多，而寒假有春節(jié)的干擾，復(fù)習(xí)不充分，很多人都會(huì)放棄3月的考試。

下面我簡(jiǎn)要介紹一下中級(jí)口譯的考試內(nèi)容及復(fù)習(xí)方法。

筆試部分共三部分，即聽(tīng)力、閱讀和筆譯。

聽(tīng)力占90分，包含聽(tīng)寫填空，段對(duì)話及長(zhǎng)對(duì)話，聽(tīng)譯。

聽(tīng)寫填空，英文叫spot dictitation, 給400詞左右的文章，摳去20個(gè)空，每個(gè)空需要填進(jìn)去1~4個(gè)單詞，文章只讀一遍。這部分最重要的就是練習(xí)和預(yù)測(cè)了。反復(fù)的練習(xí)能夠迅速提高正確率，而做這一題型的技巧就是預(yù)測(cè)。拿到一份試題，迅速閱讀這篇文章，預(yù)測(cè)每一個(gè)空的詞性和含義，最容易做錯(cuò)或漏聽(tīng)的是兩個(gè)空格靠得很近的時(shí)候以及空格在一行行首的

時(shí)候，在這時(shí)就要提前標(biāo)出這些空，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。

短對(duì)話和長(zhǎng)對(duì)話也很容易短期提高。這部分只有選項(xiàng)沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，每一段對(duì)話只讀一遍，結(jié)束的時(shí)候會(huì)在錄音中給出問(wèn)題，我做這一題的經(jīng)驗(yàn)就是：記筆記。當(dāng)然，錄音開(kāi)始之前可以根據(jù)選項(xiàng)預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)話內(nèi)容，然后在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中盡量記下訊息（尤其是與選項(xiàng)有關(guān)的問(wèn)題），在自己復(fù)習(xí)的過(guò)程中，可以總結(jié)對(duì)話類型，比如有“男生死都會(huì)去”類型（即男生怎么樣都會(huì)不學(xué)習(xí)出去玩），還有“女生死都不會(huì)去”類型（即女生怎么樣都不會(huì)不學(xué)習(xí)）??

聽(tīng)譯是很多人頭痛的部分。聽(tīng)譯一共十個(gè)句子，五個(gè)英譯漢，五個(gè)漢譯英，每個(gè)句子只讀一遍。這一部分我的建議也是記筆記，如果記憶不是特別好，爛筆頭還是管用的。當(dāng)然，不一定要把完整的句子記下來(lái)，句子的前半部分可以速記，后半部分可以記在心里（因?yàn)橥幂^慢）。我聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)最囧的事就是有人把聽(tīng)譯當(dāng)成了聽(tīng)寫，直接0分~

《中級(jí)聽(tīng)力教程》編排得非常好，題型與考試完全一致，這本書300多頁(yè)，所以做完也差不多了??

閱讀部分（60分）是失分很多同時(shí)拉分很少的一部分。中級(jí)口譯的閱讀共6篇文章，400~500詞，每篇文章5個(gè)問(wèn)題，要求在30分鐘內(nèi)做完，通常選自《讀者文摘》《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)人》《時(shí)代》等流行雜志。閱讀由于題量太大，題目又很刁鉆，所以在這里我建議一定先完成筆譯部分再做閱讀，很多人卡在閱讀上，最后一部分筆譯100分全部丟掉。筆譯是不能猜的，但是閱讀可以，即使有一兩篇沒(méi)有完成，胡亂猜個(gè)答案也勝過(guò)失掉筆譯的分?jǐn)?shù)。

閱讀出了一本教材《中級(jí)閱讀教程》，實(shí)際上不太實(shí)用。這本書的文章長(zhǎng)度及題型均與考試的題目相差甚遠(yuǎn)，所以我推薦買一些中級(jí)口譯的筆試模擬題（昂立和新東方出版的均是很好的選擇），其中的閱讀題都與考試題型相同。在練習(xí)的過(guò)程中，一定要恰準(zhǔn)時(shí)間，30分鐘內(nèi)做6篇，否則在考場(chǎng)上100%時(shí)間不夠。做閱讀時(shí)，先看題目，再看文章，能夠更有針對(duì)性地找出答案。

筆譯部分（100分）是重頭戲，也是最難抱佛腳的，完全是硬功夫。如果筆譯不好，我建議老老實(shí)實(shí)翻譯《中級(jí)翻譯教程》上的每一篇文章，因?yàn)槊磕甓紩?huì)有這本教程上的原題出現(xiàn)在試卷上。有很多人總結(jié)筆譯的技巧，但在實(shí)際考試的時(shí)候，考試者很難記起這些技巧。倘若能在平時(shí)練習(xí)時(shí)注意技巧（自己總結(jié)的最好），融入到日常的翻譯練習(xí)中，筆譯考試還是很輕松的。

這就是筆試部分的內(nèi)容，占暑假?gòu)?fù)習(xí)的大部分時(shí)間。我當(dāng)時(shí)是每天早晨趕8：00的公交車到金陵圖書館上自習(xí)，效果很好，如果附近有大學(xué)或者圖書館，我建議在公共自習(xí)室復(fù)習(xí)，效果顯著。

在暑假期間，完成《中級(jí)聽(tīng)力教程》《中級(jí)翻譯教程》及一本中級(jí)閱讀的模擬題，轉(zhuǎn)眼就開(kāi)學(xué)了，在正式參加筆試之前，有十幾天的時(shí)間，一定要每天做一套真題，把暑假做過(guò)的題目中的生詞記憶一遍，《中級(jí)翻譯教程》可以再翻一翻。

很快，筆試來(lái)了。

9月中下旬是筆試的時(shí)間，我去年是在南師大仙林校區(qū)參加的考試?？荚嚂r(shí)間一般在周日，所以周六下午一定要去看考場(chǎng)。由于筆試的聽(tīng)力部分是用收音機(jī)收聽(tīng)，需要去考場(chǎng)外調(diào)試好收音機(jī)。有些同學(xué)喜歡用四六級(jí)考試的頭戴式收音機(jī)，我不推薦，這一類型的耳機(jī)容易接受干擾，造成考試中的麻煩。當(dāng)時(shí)我沒(méi)有收音機(jī)，就在淘寶上花28元買了個(gè)德生最簡(jiǎn)樸的一款，效果非常好。

考試那天要早點(diǎn)到，熟悉一下座位，要帶上身份證和準(zhǔn)考證。

去年我參加考試的時(shí)候，四周真是美女如云哪~怪不得教育部部長(zhǎng)要去找南師大的女生跳舞~

考試時(shí)會(huì)非常緊張（當(dāng)時(shí)我與四周的同學(xué)交流了一下），考完后通常會(huì)渾身濕透，大汗淋漓。

4月中旬，筆試成績(jī)就會(huì)出來(lái)，可以用電話查詢或者通過(guò)上?？谧g官網(wǎng)，準(zhǔn)考證千萬(wàn)別丟，因?yàn)榭谠囘€需要它。中級(jí)口譯滿分250分，149.5通過(guò)，很多人會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的分?jǐn)?shù)正好是150，就暗自慶幸。實(shí)際上，上?？谧g官網(wǎng)為了賺取更多的口試報(bào)名費(fèi)（200塊左右哪），通常會(huì)把145~150之間的考生放行，因?yàn)樗麄冎?，這一部分人口試通過(guò)的可能性很小。

一般說(shuō)來(lái)，筆試在175分以上，第一次參加口試就能通過(guò)的可能性較高。

下面來(lái)談?wù)効谠嚨臏?zhǔn)備。

考試有兩部分：口語(yǔ)和口譯?？谡Z(yǔ)是給定一個(gè)話題及相關(guān)提示詞，做3分鐘的口語(yǔ)表述（這部分很簡(jiǎn)單，之后會(huì)談到）?？谧g無(wú)疑是重頭戲了，這也是整個(gè)備考最重要、最難的部分。

口譯部分需要哪些準(zhǔn)備呢？

首先需要一定的詞匯量，這必須在展開(kāi)筆試之前或者筆試復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中準(zhǔn)備。口譯題有一定量專有詞匯，之前提到的《英語(yǔ)口譯資格考試分類詞匯精編》足夠應(yīng)付了，一本小冊(cè)子，內(nèi)容也不多。但有專門詞匯還不夠，口譯中的大量一般詞匯還需積累。我極力推薦劉毅編著的《劉毅詞匯》系列，共4本，分別是基礎(chǔ)詞匯、5000詞匯、10000詞匯、22000詞匯。這套單詞書的最大特點(diǎn)就是編排不按字母表順序、有英文釋義（基礎(chǔ)分冊(cè)中沒(méi)有）以及例句。背單詞的過(guò)程非常輕松。參加中口口試，背完前兩本就可以了。

除了詞匯，聽(tīng)力也非常重要。要進(jìn)行口譯，必須先聽(tīng)懂了啊~聽(tīng)力我認(rèn)為以美音為主，這幾年的中口題中美音占了多數(shù)。我首先進(jìn)行的是慢速VOA的聽(tīng)寫，聽(tīng)寫完一整本，聽(tīng)力提高了不少。如果不是英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的人，STEP BY STEP是提高聽(tīng)力的好教材。實(shí)際上，在準(zhǔn)備筆試的過(guò)程中，多數(shù)人的聽(tīng)力已經(jīng)得到了大幅提高。

有了一定詞匯量、聽(tīng)力水平之后，好的口語(yǔ)水平便是必須了。我依然記得自己大一時(shí)口

語(yǔ)有多爛，常常句子說(shuō)了一半卡住蹦不出字來(lái)。幸好那時(shí)候我們有三個(gè)外教，每周有三次OFFICE HOUR（外教和學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流的時(shí)間），我就每周和外教分別聊兩個(gè)小時(shí)，有時(shí)候下了大雨，辦公室里只有我和外教，我們便促膝長(zhǎng)談，好不愜意。除此之外，只要學(xué)校哪里有英語(yǔ)角，我必然出現(xiàn)。我還經(jīng)常約外教去市中心吃西餐、和外教散步，這樣折騰了一年之后，我的口語(yǔ)得到了很大的改善，和外教聊天基本沒(méi)有障礙。所以，口語(yǔ)的提高一定要發(fā)瘋，一定要不斷尋找一切機(jī)會(huì)去張口說(shuō)話，大家的學(xué)校里一定有英語(yǔ)角，一定有英語(yǔ)系外教，去聯(lián)系他們，去和他們交流，甚至可以去周邊學(xué)校、酒吧去參加英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)交流活動(dòng)。

有了基礎(chǔ)，便開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備口譯吧~

中級(jí)口譯的口譯部分分為英譯漢和漢譯英，英譯漢2篇文章，分8次讀出（每次1~2句），漢譯英亦相同。每一次錄音之后會(huì)有一定時(shí)間的停頓（15秒左右），在此時(shí)你必須翻譯、口譯。

中級(jí)口譯的課本（梅德明編著）較難復(fù)習(xí)，如果上了輔導(dǎo)班，有老師放錄音、做口譯練習(xí)，那再好不過(guò)了，此外有個(gè)搭檔也是個(gè)好選擇。兩人輪流暫停錄音（課文很長(zhǎng)，每次只能口譯1~2句），另一人口譯。如果以上兩個(gè)條件都沒(méi)有，那就把這本書當(dāng)作一本積累詞匯、句型的參考書，仔細(xì)學(xué)習(xí)一遍吧~

重頭戲是：《新東方中級(jí)口譯必備80篇》。我可以保證，背完這80篇，在考試中絕不會(huì)有陌生的句型。新東方的這本書包含了所有口譯可能出現(xiàn)的主題、句型，但它的錄音沒(méi)有停頓，只能去背，不適合做口譯練習(xí)。

真要做口譯練習(xí)，還是選擇真題較好。歷年真題的MP3在市場(chǎng)上并無(wú)銷售，想買的話可以上淘寶，不過(guò)我寒假買了一套，如果想要的話，可以留下郵箱。

怎么做口譯練習(xí)呢？

一開(kāi)始我沒(méi)注意到速記符號(hào)的重要性，后來(lái)我才發(fā)現(xiàn)，速記符號(hào)可以節(jié)省大量時(shí)間，之前我整理了一份速記符號(hào)，但丟在家里了。。不過(guò)，大家可以去搜口譯速記符號(hào)，會(huì)有很多提示，選擇適合自己的，加以整理，最重要的是能夠運(yùn)用。我的記憶方法是：用錄音筆錄下所有速記符號(hào)的完整詞，再播放自己的錄音，根據(jù)單詞寫出速記符號(hào)。關(guān)鍵還是在練習(xí)口譯時(shí)運(yùn)用進(jìn)去。

準(zhǔn)備口譯時(shí)最好有個(gè)安靜的房間，能夠大聲說(shuō)話，（圖書館自然不可以），再準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)能夠外放的MP3（沒(méi)有的插喇叭），一疊紙。

做英譯漢練習(xí)時(shí)，速記非常重要，多數(shù)人的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力水平較低，速記能夠幫上大忙。而坐漢譯英時(shí)則相反，心記更有效果。

做了大量練習(xí)之后，進(jìn)行歸納，相同的題型可以歸為一類，比如：歡迎詞、環(huán)保、世博會(huì)??

口譯需要大量練習(xí)，之后，口試就要開(kāi)始了。

今天查了分，通過(guò)口試，拿到證了~

現(xiàn)在談?wù)効谠嚒?/p>

口試的報(bào)名一般在筆試成績(jī)出來(lái)之后，口試的考點(diǎn)有四個(gè)：上海、南京、寧波和武漢。在哪個(gè)城市報(bào)名就要在哪個(gè)城市考試，網(wǎng)上報(bào)名在上海參加。

我讓家人在南京報(bào)了名，5月15日考試。這里我想說(shuō)，如果你的城市沒(méi)有上?？谧g的考點(diǎn)，一定要有奔波的思想準(zhǔn)備。

5月14日，我風(fēng)塵仆仆地從蘭州趕回家，來(lái)不及吃美味佳肴，立刻沖進(jìn)書房開(kāi)始瘋狂做口譯練習(xí)。口譯需要大量的訓(xùn)練，而在考試前的大量練習(xí)能讓你的耳朵“熟悉”英語(yǔ)，熟悉口譯過(guò)程。

5月15日中午，我到達(dá)南京師范大學(xué)紫金校區(qū)。大門前人煙稀少，一走進(jìn)去，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)黑壓壓地人群早已聚集在教學(xué)樓——考點(diǎn)前。一張極大的考號(hào)表貼在側(cè)面的墻上，需要仰著頭看。我一對(duì)準(zhǔn)考證，在第一個(gè)候考室。

又想到一點(diǎn)：在整個(gè)口譯考試的過(guò)程中千萬(wàn)不要弄丟任何準(zhǔn)考證！報(bào)名、考試、查分、辦證都少不了！

候考室為階梯教室，考生足有180多個(gè)，老師在講臺(tái)前聲音很小，所以一進(jìn)教室必須立即坐在前排。老師會(huì)隨即報(bào)考生的口試號(hào)，第一排空出來(lái)，被分成十個(gè)座位，即一至十組。中口的口試是將學(xué)生分組，一組10人，根據(jù)一組內(nèi)的情況，一般每組會(huì)有1~2人通過(guò)口試。所以，我坐的那個(gè)位置（2組）之后的9個(gè)人都是我的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手。

我等了10分鐘左右就被叫到號(hào)，在第一排等待的時(shí)候，左邊一位面容嬌好的女生直拍著胸脯說(shuō)她非常緊張，隨便參加的筆試，竟然過(guò)了，之后也沒(méi)準(zhǔn)備口試，連口試的題型也不知道。

接著，一位大媽將我們領(lǐng)進(jìn)一間小教室，十個(gè)人隨便找座位坐下。一個(gè)香味撲鼻的女老師發(fā)給我們每人一張紙。這便是口語(yǔ)試題了。

同一天的中口考試，口語(yǔ)、口譯題有4~6組，所以即使有人參加了考試，他所做的題也不能保證是下一個(gè)人要面對(duì)的。

口語(yǔ)有三分鐘時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備，我拿到的題是新興職業(yè)，試題中給出了所有提示點(diǎn)，但是考卷上不能有任何筆記。多虧我早有準(zhǔn)備，取出口試準(zhǔn)考證（很大），在背面寫重點(diǎn)，我還拿出牛津高階（口試可以帶詞典），在眾人艷羨的目光下查一些不確定的短語(yǔ)，一切都準(zhǔn)備得很

順利。（事實(shí)上是我之前做了充足的準(zhǔn)備）

口語(yǔ)不需要花費(fèi)大量時(shí)間，因?yàn)樵诳谡Z(yǔ)考試過(guò)程中，老師并不注重內(nèi)容，而是考生的發(fā)音、句子的連貫性?？梢栽倏荚囈恢芮伴_(kāi)始做一些真題。

三分鐘之后，老師把我們帶到一處走廊，每一件教室前有一把椅子，供考生休息。教室隔音效果很好，根本聽(tīng)不見(jiàn)里面的內(nèi)容。

前一個(gè)考生出來(lái)，我便閃了進(jìn)去。

在靠窗的位置最前排拼了兩張課桌，兩個(gè)老師坐在一邊，面前放著錄音機(jī)，對(duì)面就是考生坐的地方了。

我說(shuō)了“老師好”，趕緊坐下。課桌上放有一疊A4紙，用來(lái)做速記，但是只能在下半部分做筆記，上半部分有考試要求?？荚嚊](méi)有提供筆，多虧我?guī)Я恕?/p>

把口試證和身份證給老師檢查之后，考試正式開(kāi)始。

老師示意之后，口語(yǔ)考試開(kāi)始。我根據(jù)口試準(zhǔn)考證背面內(nèi)容開(kāi)始講，非常順利，說(shuō)了一分鐘左右，老師便示意我停下，開(kāi)始口譯。

口語(yǔ)的考試時(shí)間本來(lái)為3分鐘，不過(guò)多數(shù)老師只會(huì)聽(tīng)1~2分鐘，（也不排除有要求嚴(yán)格的）。

口譯開(kāi)始，第一部分是一篇祝酒詞，早已在新東方的書上看得爛熟。下一部分是股票。有一個(gè)短語(yǔ)“warm market",我不確定能否譯成“暖市”，聯(lián)想到主題是股票，于是不管三七二十一譯成了“牛市”。在口譯過(guò)程中，連貫性非常重要，千萬(wàn)不能卡主，即使沒(méi)聽(tīng)清內(nèi)容，也要根據(jù)主題編一些內(nèi)容。

口譯持續(xù)了10分鐘左右，順利結(jié)束。

據(jù)說(shuō)，如果老師問(wèn)到考生是哪個(gè)學(xué)校的，這個(gè)考生的通過(guò)可能性就極大。不過(guò)他們沒(méi)問(wèn)我。

走出考場(chǎng)，一身輕松??！

一個(gè)月時(shí)候，成績(jī)就會(huì)出來(lái)了。之后在上?？谧g官方網(wǎng)站網(wǎng)上辦證，需要銀行卡。

整個(gè)口譯考試結(jié)束了，口譯的整個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程比最終的結(jié)果重要得多，在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中，需要這樣的考試來(lái)敦促學(xué)習(xí)。中級(jí)口譯的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于它包含了聽(tīng)力、閱讀、筆譯、口譯、口語(yǔ)，對(duì)提高英語(yǔ)水平非常有效。
