第二篇：口譯,同傳個人訓(xùn)練方法

口譯需要大家平時多練，同聲傳譯和交傳的方法其實差不多，通過報紙和電視，邊看邊譯是不錯的方法。

下面是我做交替?zhèn)髯g時的方法和技巧

第一先“聽和分析”,聽之前首先花一到兩分鐘時間熟悉你翻譯對象的發(fā)音,和對方寒暄幾句就可以了．這一部是最重要的．你先前肯定也要對你要翻譯的對象和場合背一些句子和專業(yè)術(shù)語．商務(wù)，政治和文化這三個方面是社會上最廣范也是最重要的翻譯領(lǐng)域．我自己一般都是做這幾領(lǐng)域的翻譯．給政府部門，外資企業(yè)和文化機構(gòu)等做翻譯．

第二＂做筆記＂，人腦不是電腦，不可能記得住所有的東西．根據(jù)通常人的說話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是一分鐘可以說出大約１５０個單詞，我還記得當(dāng)時給菲律賓駐華大使做翻譯時，她一口氣說了１０分鐘，我做了四張多的Ａ４紙的筆記．通過筆記幫助我回想所有的內(nèi)容，里面包括中心詞，名字，數(shù)字和符號等．越少越好．

第三＂用你的短時記憶＂去把所有的筆記回想

第四＂調(diào)理＂，盡量在做翻譯的時候把你的筆記整理好，好讓你自己看得懂．

大會翻譯:一，選材多用演講稿，比如一些國際組織或國內(nèi)會議上的發(fā)言之類。

二，就是一定要抓主要意思。用好自己的短時記憶和筆記,盡可能回想最重要的信息.三，口譯很看重流暢，你要有自信的感覺，一開口翻譯再怎么難都要翻譯出來,達到目的就行。

學(xué)會如何復(fù)述：我要你聽一段英文的內(nèi)容，然后用英語再復(fù)述出來。要求你的筆記要做的好,做得準(zhǔn)和反應(yīng)要快，所以你要學(xué)學(xué)做筆記，很多翻譯書都講了筆記的做法。具體可以參考<<實戰(zhàn)口譯>>.筆記.一，格式，要縱寫；二，要學(xué)習(xí)符號系統(tǒng)，自己爛熟于心,可以自己創(chuàng)造；三，不要全記，因為筆記等于速記，只要把關(guān)鍵詞記下來提醒自己回想就可以。

要成為翻譯高手，下面是“地獄式訓(xùn)練”。

1）每天抽一個小時讀英語演講稿，英語作文和英語翻譯作品（主要參考中國翻譯和中國日報，因為翻譯時通常會用到里面的句子和詞語．

2）每天無論吃飯和洗澡的時候，或者一切你和同學(xué)一起聊天的時候，試著在腦海里把她們所說的話轉(zhuǎn)為英語，并且對她們說英語。我要求你們把英語變成你的working language or daily language.3）每天做一篇筆譯,主要從英語新聞報紙上翻譯，和做10分鐘的電視英語新聞翻譯。

4)每天聽一個小時的英語新聞(BBC,VOA),聽完后馬上用口復(fù)述出來,然后試著同聲傳譯.５）找二到三位同學(xué)進行同聲和交替?zhèn)髯g的角色扮演，在同聲傳譯訓(xùn)練中例如你的同學(xué)說中文，你要在慢三秒的時間里為他翻譯，第三位同學(xué)說英語．這樣大家的雙語能力都會快速提高．在交傳中，你的同學(xué)發(fā)表了５分鐘以上的演說等，你做筆記，然后翻譯．只要每天都這樣訓(xùn)練自己，不到３個月，你基本上可以去擔(dān)任大會翻譯了．

晚上好！

在這個美好的周末，“中國電影節(jié)”首次在拉各斯舉辦，我謹(jǐn)代表駐拉各斯總領(lǐng)館全體同仁，向所有來賓表示最誠摯的歡迎。

電影是個光影的世界，是很好的文化載體和高品質(zhì)的文化產(chǎn)品，已成為世界各國人民喜愛的精神食糧。優(yōu)秀的電影是各國文化精英在吸收濃縮提煉本國文化養(yǎng)分后藝術(shù)創(chuàng)造，要想了解一個國家的歷史、文化、價值觀，觀看這個國家優(yōu)秀的電影無疑是很好的選擇。大家都較熟悉好萊塢電影，但它只反映了一種文化價值觀，卻代表不了全球多彩的文化。因為世界是絢麗多彩的，在漫長的人類發(fā)展過程中，各國人民創(chuàng)造了異彩紛呈的文明。目前世界上有許多國家都在制作電影，中國電影、尼日利亞電影、非洲電影都是這個豐富多彩的世界里的重要一員，在這個光影世界里應(yīng)該有更多反映中國、非洲獨特文化特色和魅力的電影作品。

近年來。中國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛，中國的電影人也很給力。中國藝術(shù)家們用自己的智慧和汗水創(chuàng)作出大量優(yōu)秀電影作品，題材涵蓋中國社會方方面面，這些電影成為外國人了解中國很好的窗口。201４年，中國全年上映電影為３８８余部。而截至2015年12月3日，中國電影票房總收入已經(jīng)達到66億美元，中國已經(jīng)成為全球第二大電影市場。

中國的電影種類繁多，不僅有大家喜愛的中國功夫片，而且還有更多反映中國悠久歷史文化及當(dāng)代社會發(fā)展的片子。這次“電影節(jié)”將放映3部優(yōu)秀中國電影，在選片上我們花了很多心思。考慮到哲學(xué)思想和神話傳說在塑造民族性格中所起的重要作用，我們選擇了《孔子》和《西游記之大鬧天宮》這兩部電影，一部介紹了中國最偉大哲學(xué)家——儒家創(chuàng)始人孔子的生平，另一部則是中國最為家喻戶曉的神話故事，相信兩部電影將有助與尼民眾進一步理解中國悠久的歷史文化。今天晚上要放映的電影，則是深受尼日利亞觀眾喜愛的功夫巨星成龍主演的《十二生肖》，望這三部不同類型的電影能陪伴大家度過一個愉快的周末。

女士們、先生們，朋友們：

今年是中尼戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系建立十周年。中國秉承著“政治上平等互信、經(jīng)濟上合作共贏、文化上交流互鑒”的原則，與尼日利亞在各領(lǐng)域合作發(fā)展迅速。中國政府也很重視與非洲國家文化上交流互鑒。在前不久南非舉辦的中非合作論壇峰會上，習(xí)主席再次強調(diào)“我們要加強文明對話、理念交流、文化互動，促進各界友好交往，確保中非世代友好”。“國之交在于民相親”。我來尼近兩年，在與當(dāng)?shù)卣兔癖姷慕佑|過程中，深刻感受到他們希望了解中國的迫切愿望，許多尼機構(gòu)、企業(yè)、社區(qū)、學(xué)校都曾舉辦各種各樣的關(guān)于“中國”的主題活動，尼民眾學(xué)習(xí)中文的熱情也越來越高，拉各斯大學(xué)正式開設(shè)了中文系。越來越多的尼日利亞學(xué)生選擇去中國留學(xué)，2014年，尼在華留學(xué)生2979名，其中政府獎學(xué)金獲得者有251名?？傤I(lǐng)館一直努力搭建中尼彼此溝通的橋梁，通過開放日、講座、文藝演出等形式向尼民眾、大、中小學(xué)生介紹中國經(jīng)濟、歷史、文化、禮儀等，這次電影節(jié)則是總領(lǐng)館做出的另一次嘗試。

文化吸引力是相互的，中國人對非洲影視劇的熱情也在逐年提高。以前很多中國人對非洲的了解大多是通過好萊塢電影，但現(xiàn)在越來越多的中國人希望能看到更多由非洲人自己拍攝的真實反映非洲人思想和文化的影視作品，比如尼日利亞瑙萊塢的作品。總領(lǐng)館也與國內(nèi)有關(guān)單位合作，積極向中國推廣尼日利亞電影。就在上周末，總領(lǐng)館作為協(xié)辦單位，和我的家鄉(xiāng)著名的浙江師范大學(xué)等國內(nèi)機構(gòu)一道成功舉辦了“中非影視合作論壇”，瑙萊塢代表應(yīng)邀出席，與中國同行進行了很好的交流。與此同時，近些年來，中國電影也開始走進非洲，一些優(yōu)秀作品已被翻譯成當(dāng)?shù)卣Z言在非洲展映，深受非洲人民歡迎。

女士們、先生們，朋友們：

今天我們舉辦的“中國電影節(jié)”只是業(yè)已開展中的中尼文化交流的一部分，我們樂見今后有更多類似的、兩國民眾喜聞樂見的文化交流活動。我想我的講話到此應(yīng)該結(jié)束了，因為接下來即將上映的電影可能更值得大家期待。衷心地希望大家能喜歡中國電影，并更多地關(guān)心和參與中尼雙邊文化交流活動。

It’s centainly an unbelievable privilege and honor to be here at the 2nd Beijing International Film Festival.This is certainly a historic occasion and it’s so beautifully produced and quite magnificent.The opening act alone was certainly worth the 15-hour flight to get here.It was absolutely exquisite.首先，我要感謝主辦方邀請我參加第二屆北京國際電影節(jié)。這是一場歷史性的盛會，僅看開幕式的盛況就值得花費15小時的飛行來到這里，簡直是精彩絕倫。

China is not only one of the most active economies globally but is a fast growing market for films in the world right now.In this country, they are installing 8 new cinemas a day and the rate is actually rising.There are still thousands of towns and counties waiting to get their first movie theaters ever.And when they get them, they’ll be in digital 3D.中國不僅是世界上經(jīng)濟發(fā)展最快的國家之一，還是世界上電影市場發(fā)展最為迅猛的國家之一。在中國，每天都有8家新增的影院，并且數(shù)量還在增加。還有數(shù)千個城鎮(zhèn)還沒有電影院，它們建的第一家電影院就會是數(shù)字3D影院。

I personally experienced the effect of this rapid expansion.In the last two weeks, “Titanic 3D” has made as much money here in China as it has in all the other international markets combined.I think that's incredible.我也親身感受到了數(shù)字3D技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展。最近兩周，《泰坦尼克號》3D版在中國創(chuàng)下了驚人的票房，其收入相當(dāng)于世界上其他市場的票房總和。

And not only is rapid growth in the number of theaters unprecedented, but the embrace of 3D, and the cinema-going experience by Chinese audiences is breathtaking.In an age of streaming video watched on iPhones and tablets, the Chinese audience has spoken resoundingly, that they love watching movies where movies were meant to be seen, on the big screen.不僅僅是電影院數(shù)量的增速史無前例，更為令人驚訝的是中國觀眾對3D電影的熱衷程度。在這個流行用蘋果手機和平板電腦看 視頻的時代，中國觀眾大聲地宣告，他們喜歡看大銀幕上播放的電影。

I believe this rising tide will raise all the ships together not only the international films which now have greater access to the growing Chinese market, but the internal Chinese film industry itself which will benefit from the rapidly growing installed base of theatres and audience that's hungry for entertainment.隨著水漲船高，除了更多的國際電影涌入正在發(fā)展壯大的中國市場之外，電影院越來越多，觀眾對電影的需求越來越大，中國電影業(yè)的發(fā)展也會深受其益。

第四篇：同傳翻譯

同傳翻譯

之前的文章有寫同傳的技能和大方法，現(xiàn)在來說說具體的練習(xí)步驟：

1、影子練習(xí)（Shadowing），也就是我能常說的“跟讀”：

1）.影子跟讀中文：

a.隨機選30~60分鐘的新聞或會議發(fā)言，中文的。

（注：之所以選擇30~60分鐘的內(nèi)容，是因為我們做同傳基本都是20-30分鐘就跟搭檔換一下，練習(xí)的時間應(yīng)當(dāng)比實戰(zhàn)更長，這樣我們真正做會議的時候，才會覺得能夠從容應(yīng)對。）b.播放內(nèi)容，緊跟著它說，它一開始說，你就開始跟著說，它說什么你就說什么，很簡單吧！剛開始一兩天會覺得很難跟上，尤其是新聞的速度太快，這很正常，所以不要泄氣，堅持幾天就能更上了。根據(jù)我?guī)W(xué)員的經(jīng)驗，中文的影子跟讀一般1天就比較熟練了。c.跟讀比較熟練后，慢慢拉大它說和你跟讀的時間，具體就是，等它說了大概3-4個字以后，你才開口，跟它保持一定的時間差，這個不難理解吧？！這個小技能我們在做同傳的時候一定會用到，這樣我們才能聽完一個意群以后才開始翻譯，翻譯出來的東西也有主體感，并且比較有邏輯哦！

2）.影子跟讀英文：

a.隨機選30~60分鐘的新聞或會議發(fā)言，英文的，原因同上。

b、c步驟跟中文的影子跟讀一樣。由于我們的母語是中文而不是英文，我們的影子跟讀通常要做好幾天才會比較熟練，剛開始第一二天一句話只能跟著說1~2個單詞也很正常，一定不能灰心，這里你放棄，那一切都前功盡棄啦！

2、倒數(shù)練習(xí)與概述練習(xí)：任選一段話，最好10分鐘以上的，播放，聽它講什么，不要跟讀哦，純粹的聽，但是手要在紙上寫999，998，997....就是倒數(shù)寫過來啦，所以稱為倒數(shù)練習(xí)！很簡單吧？！內(nèi)容播放完畢，然后你用自己的話把它的主要意思講出來、概述出來，可以用原文也可以用譯文講。

3、復(fù)述練習(xí)：任選一段話，最好10分鐘以上的，播放，聽它講什么，不要跟讀，純粹的聽，不要做倒數(shù)練習(xí)，也就是手也不要動了，只是聽，聽完，然后照原話把它復(fù)述出來，最好是一字不差地！

注：概述和復(fù)述的區(qū)別，舉個簡單的例子吧：

比如你聽到Great changes have taken place in China.那么概述可以概述為：There are changes in China./ China is undergoing great changes.等等。復(fù)述就是一字不差的：Great changes have taken place in China.4、邊聽邊翻譯，這也是我們的終極目標(biāo)，說白了就是真正的同傳了！

邊聽邊翻的練習(xí)必須采用會議發(fā)言，而不能采用新聞。理由當(dāng)然很簡單了，我們平時做會議嘛，所以用會議發(fā)言！新聞的語速太快，信息量太大，不適合拿來練習(xí)同傳，尤其是在初學(xué)同傳的時候，更何況在整個同傳界也很少有人敢做新聞的同傳呢。

我?guī)W(xué)員同傳集訓(xùn)的時候，通常2、3步可能省略，當(dāng)然要根據(jù)學(xué)員的具體情況來！也就是說，我基本就帶著練習(xí)影子和邊聽邊翻。

第1~5天：中文影子1-5天，整天地練，視學(xué)員具體熟練程度而定；

第2~10天：英文影子，整天地練，但每天上午和下午均會加入至少半個小時的中文影子練習(xí)；英文是我們的外語，強度一定要大；

第11~30天：邊聽邊翻譯的練習(xí)，主要會教學(xué)員如何長句切分?jǐn)嗑?、如何順句推動翻譯、如何邊聽邊翻邊記筆記等等。

注：大量的高強度的、魔鬼式練習(xí)，每天練習(xí)12~15小時的樣子，同時都采用會議發(fā)言來仿真練習(xí)，訓(xùn)練下來可以勝任會議同傳。

自學(xué)練習(xí)的童鞋，方法都一樣，貴在堅持，特別是剛剛開始跟不上，會非?；倚模踔羻适判?，從而導(dǎo)致失敗。

自學(xué)練習(xí)的童鞋很難發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的問題，也就沒辦法去糾正，對以后做會議比較致命，所以建議經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)稍好的都參加系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)。

系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)，當(dāng)然首選國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)攻讀會議口譯，其次可以選擇資質(zhì)和老師都很好的培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)，也可以請同傳譯員直接帶。
