2014 is unforgettable.In the past year, we pushed forward reforms with strong commitment, conquered many hardships and introduced a series of important reform measures, many of which are closely associated with the interests of the general public.We worked to adapt to the new normal of economic growth and actively pushed forward economic and social development, resulting in further improvement in people's lives.On December 12, the first phase of the central route of Water Diversion Project from South to North was officially completed.More than 400 thousand residents along the route were relocated.We pay our sincere tributes to them for their sacrifice, and wish them a happy life in their new homes.In the past year, we endeavored to improve our work style and strengthen party and government discipline, with efforts focusing on fighting against formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance.The situation has greatly improved.We stepped up our efforts in our crackdown on corruption, and severely punished corrupt officials with zero tolerance.This demonstrates that we are strongly committed to fighting against corruption and other evil forces.In the past year, we enhanced our cooperation and exchanges with countries in the world.We hosted the informal leadership meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Organization in Beijing.Chinese leaders visited many countries and received many foreign leaders.Such exchanges of visits have helped the rest of the world understand China better.為了做好這些工作，我們的各級(jí)干部也是蠻拼的。當(dāng)然，沒(méi)有人民支持，這些工作是難以做好的，我要為我們偉大的人民點(diǎn)贊。

新華網(wǎng)北京12月31日電 新年前夕，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平通過(guò)中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)、中央人民廣播電臺(tái)、中央電視臺(tái)，發(fā)表了二○一六年新年賀詞。全文如下：

再過(guò)幾個(gè)小時(shí)，新年的鐘聲就要敲響了。我們即將告別2015年，迎來(lái)2016年的第一縷陽(yáng)光。在這辭舊迎新的時(shí)刻，我向全國(guó)各族人民，向香港特別行政區(qū)同胞和澳門特別行政區(qū)同胞，向臺(tái)灣同胞和海外僑胞，向世界各國(guó)和各地區(qū)的朋友們，致以新年的祝福！

有付出，就會(huì)有收獲。2015年，中國(guó)人民付出了很多，也收獲了很多。我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)繼續(xù)居于世界前列，改革全面發(fā)力，司法體制改革繼續(xù)深化，“三嚴(yán)三實(shí)”專題教育推動(dòng)了政治生態(tài)改善，反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)深入進(jìn)行。經(jīng)過(guò)全國(guó)各族人民共同努力，“十二五”規(guī)劃圓滿收官，廣大人民群眾有了更多獲得感。

這一年，我們隆重紀(jì)念了中國(guó)人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)暨世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利70周年，舉行了盛大閱兵，昭示了正義必勝、和平必勝、人民必勝的真理。我們?nèi)鎸?shí)施改革強(qiáng)軍戰(zhàn)略，宣布裁軍30萬(wàn)。我和馬英九先生在新加坡會(huì)面，實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越66年時(shí)空的握手，表明兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展是兩岸同胞的共同心愿。

這一年，北京獲得第24屆冬奧會(huì)舉辦權(quán)，人民幣納入國(guó)際貨幣基金組織特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子，我國(guó)自主研制的C919大型客機(jī)總裝下線，中國(guó)超級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)破世界紀(jì)錄蟬聯(lián)“六連冠”，我國(guó)科學(xué)家研制的暗物質(zhì)探測(cè)衛(wèi)星發(fā)射升空，屠呦呦成為我國(guó)首位獲得諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)的科學(xué)家……這說(shuō)明，只要堅(jiān)持，夢(mèng)想總是可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的。

這一年，我們有欣喜，也有悲傷?！皷|方之星”號(hào)客輪翻沉、天津港特別重大火災(zāi)爆炸、深圳滑坡等事故造成不少同胞失去了生命，還有我們的同胞被恐怖分子殘忍殺害，令人深感痛心。我們懷念他們，愿逝者安息、生者安康！群眾的生活中還有一些困難和煩惱。黨和政府一定會(huì)繼續(xù)努力，切實(shí)保障人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全、保障人民生活改善、保障人民身體健康。

2016年是我國(guó)進(jìn)入全面建成小康社會(huì)決勝階段的開(kāi)局之年。中共十八屆五中全會(huì)明確了未來(lái)5年我國(guó)發(fā)展的方向。前景令人鼓舞、催人奮進(jìn)，但幸福不會(huì)從天降。我們要樹(shù)立必勝信念、繼續(xù)埋頭苦干，貫徹創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、共享的發(fā)展理念，著力推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，著力推進(jìn)改革開(kāi)放，著力促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義，著力營(yíng)造政治上的綠水青山，為全面建成小康社會(huì)決勝階段開(kāi)好局、起好步。

全面建成小康社會(huì)，13億人要攜手前進(jìn)。讓幾千萬(wàn)農(nóng)村貧困人口生活好起來(lái)，是我心中的牽掛。我們吹響了打贏扶貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的號(hào)角，全黨全國(guó)要?jiǎng)哿ν?，著力補(bǔ)齊這塊短板，確保農(nóng)村所有貧困人口如期擺脫貧困。對(duì)所有困難群眾，我們都要關(guān)愛(ài)，讓他們從內(nèi)心感受到溫暖。

我們只有一個(gè)地球，這是各國(guó)人民共同的家園。這一年，我國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人參加了不少國(guó)際會(huì)議，開(kāi)展了不少外交活動(dòng)，推動(dòng)“一帶一路”建設(shè)取得實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展，參與了聯(lián)合國(guó)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程、應(yīng)對(duì)全球氣候變化等國(guó)際事務(wù)。世界那么大，問(wèn)題那么多，國(guó)際社會(huì)期待聽(tīng)到中國(guó)聲音、看到中國(guó)方案，中國(guó)不能缺席。面對(duì)身陷苦難和戰(zhàn)火的人們，我們要有悲憫和同情，更要有責(zé)任和行動(dòng)。中國(guó)將永遠(yuǎn)向世界敞開(kāi)懷抱，也將盡己所能向面臨困境的人們伸出援手，讓我們的“朋友圈”越來(lái)越大。

我衷心希望，國(guó)際社會(huì)共同努力，多一份平和，多一份合作，變對(duì)抗為合作，化干戈為玉帛，共同構(gòu)建各國(guó)人民共有共享的人類命運(yùn)共同體。

在這辭舊迎新之際，無(wú)數(shù)工人、農(nóng)民、知識(shí)分子、干部仍然堅(jiān)守在工作崗位，不少同胞依然奔波在世界各地為祖國(guó)辛勤工作，許多人民解放軍和武警官兵、公安干警正在履行光榮使命。他們有的遠(yuǎn)離祖國(guó)、遠(yuǎn)離親人，有的不能同家人團(tuán)聚。我代表祖國(guó)和人民，向他們致以誠(chéng)摯的問(wèn)候，祝他們平安順利！

2013年，對(duì)我們國(guó)家和人民來(lái)說(shuō)是很不平凡的一年。我們共同戰(zhàn)勝了各種困難和挑戰(zhàn)，取得了新的顯著成就。成績(jī)來(lái)之不易，凝聚了大家的心血和汗水。我向大家表示衷心的感謝！

2013年，我們對(duì)全面深化改革作出總體部署，共同描繪了未來(lái)發(fā)展的宏偉藍(lán)圖。2014年，我們將在改革的道路上邁出新的步伐。

我們推進(jìn)改革的根本目的，是要讓國(guó)家變得更加富強(qiáng)、讓社會(huì)變得更加公平正義、讓人民生活得更加美好。改革是需要我們共同為之奮斗的偉大事業(yè)，需要付出艱辛的努力。一分耕耘，一分收獲。在改革開(kāi)放的偉大實(shí)踐中，我們已經(jīng)創(chuàng)造了無(wú)數(shù)輝煌。我堅(jiān)信，中國(guó)人民必將創(chuàng)造出新的輝煌。
