桑干家老師的這一堂課是一堂清晰實在，扎實系統(tǒng)，動靜結(jié)合的英語課。教師以新的課程理念為指導(dǎo)，充分考慮了學(xué)生這一年齡階段的特點，在本課的教學(xué)設(shè)計和組織上注重了以下幾個方面。

教師的教學(xué)方法靈活，新單詞呈現(xiàn)形式多樣。應(yīng)該說整堂課中，教師在引入新詞時，都是比較新穎而又自然，而且具有生活化的。教師還注意利用實物，圖片，卡片，身體語言，表情動作等作為教學(xué)資源，創(chuàng)設(shè)講解，操練和運用英語的情景。桑老師能貫徹以學(xué)生為中心的原則，關(guān)注教學(xué)過程，盡可能發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用，讓學(xué)生真實的去感受知識，體驗知識，積極參與，努力實踐，在活動中學(xué)會用語言表達交流，較好的體現(xiàn)了從不懂到懂，從不會到會，從不熟練到熟練的過程。

教師為了鞏固本課的內(nèi)容，精心設(shè)計了多個活動:有歌曲，謎語，游戲，內(nèi)容非常豐富不但使單詞、句型的操練面廣，練習(xí)次數(shù)多，而且還調(diào)動了每一個學(xué)生的參與熱情。將熱鬧的形式與有效的語言實踐有機結(jié)合。

本課中值得探討的地方:
1、本堂課中，老師在布置任務(wù)前或句型操練前，未能起到很好的示范作用，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生操練時場面有些混亂。
2、教師語言不是很豐富。其實這也是我們較多老師的一個毛病。我們說當我們老師有足夠多的input（輸入）的時候，學(xué)生才能有output（輸入）。這可能就需要我們老師平時多多進行閱讀,豐富自己的課外知識。

1.俞老師的教學(xué)基本功扎實，課堂設(shè)計獨特新穎，教學(xué)目標明確，重點突出，課堂氣氛活躍，學(xué)生積極參與，圓滿的完成了教學(xué)任務(wù) 2.俞老師非常關(guān)注學(xué)生讀音標的能力，每個單詞都一個個音節(jié)地教，非常扎實，學(xué)生的讀音也比較好，朗讀課文很流暢。本節(jié)課從三大城市的基本信息入手，由淺入深地解析城市的方位，人口，習(xí)俗等。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性很高，課堂氣氛活躍，師生配合默契。

1.她先帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)了三大城市上海，曼谷和東京的方位，人口，習(xí)俗等信息，引出洛杉磯進入新課時學(xué)習(xí)。此環(huán)節(jié)不僅復(fù)習(xí)了已授內(nèi)容，而且新課時的導(dǎo)出也較自然。課內(nèi)，俞老師采取不同的形式如回答問題，對話等，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性很高漲。本節(jié)課內(nèi)容充分，形式多樣，學(xué)生很有收獲。
2.俞老師在教學(xué)過程中，不過早地出現(xiàn)結(jié)論，肯花時間讓學(xué)生對新語法知識進行深入的探討，保證學(xué)生有足夠的探究時間和體驗的機會。

李潔晶：劉老師上的是一堂引入課。通過從網(wǎng)上下載的錄像，引出課題“水”，非常好。然后再到水的特征，水的循環(huán)，都挺好。但是最后一個討論好像為時過早。這堂課的重點水的特征和水的循環(huán)可以再進行操練。
孫漢創(chuàng)：劉老師的課條理比較清楚，但是重點的內(nèi)容還應(yīng)加以鞏固，操練。課題：Water 評課：
劉玥：陳老師的課是新課導(dǎo)入，通過一張卡通，與學(xué)生張開對話，自然引出本單元主題-----Water。師生互動多，學(xué)生積極而且反映良好。在電腦出故障不能使用課件的情況下，陳老師不慌不忙，沉著應(yīng)付?？梢娖綍r常態(tài)課的英語教學(xué)扎扎實實。

評課：1:：李老師的課的開始時對上堂課的詞匯復(fù)習(xí)，重視對學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)，學(xué)生反映較好。
2：文章內(nèi)容較多，篇幅較長，建議分課時來上。
3：因內(nèi)容集中在一起，學(xué)生不能理解消化，所以回答問題，甚至復(fù)述課文顯得難。效果不好。

1：孫老師的課也是新課導(dǎo)入。雖然內(nèi)容不多，但老師補充的材料包括詞匯補充量較多，讓學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生有 很大的收獲。
2：孫老師以英語來授課，語速不快，較適合本班學(xué)生的接受能力，并讓學(xué)生有足夠的思考空間，效果也好。
3：板書清晰，把水的流程和水的三態(tài)在黑板上列的清清楚楚，學(xué)生一看就知道本課時的重點。

蔣老師這堂課執(zhí)教的內(nèi)容是仁愛版七年級英語下冊Lesson 89.從執(zhí) 教老師的說課中可以得知本堂課的性質(zhì)是一堂復(fù)習(xí)課。學(xué)生在之前的學(xué)習(xí)中已經(jīng)識記了一般現(xiàn)在時的結(jié)構(gòu)以及“可數(shù)名詞、不可數(shù)名詞”的概念。本堂課的總體目標是通過創(chuàng)設(shè)各種情景，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在交際中運用，使其理解以及盡可能掌握已學(xué)知識。
教學(xué)目標與教學(xué)內(nèi)容方面，蔣老師通過對課標、教材以及學(xué)情的認真分析確定了本堂課的三維目標。教學(xué)目標完整、準確且無科學(xué)性錯誤。在課前，老師將上堂課的知識要點（即本堂課所要運用的句型）通過板書的形式寫在黑板上。這樣做不僅彌補了上節(jié)課可能由于時間問題導(dǎo)致的學(xué)生對所學(xué)知識層次感認識模糊的不足，同時也為本堂課節(jié)約了時間。在對學(xué)生語言能力的培養(yǎng)方面，老師堅持傳授知識與能力培養(yǎng)相結(jié)合，通過創(chuàng)設(shè)不同的情景，讓學(xué)生在真實的語境中去運用目標語言。尤其是從學(xué)生英語對話的銜接度、流暢度以及語速方面可以看出老師平時對學(xué)生口語能力的訓(xùn)練是嚴格而且有效的。情感目標方面：“通過了解同學(xué)的生活方式來增進友誼，樹立健康觀念?！笔且粋€很好的設(shè)置。不過，老師在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生評價他人生活“好/不好”方面挖掘還有不足。事實上，除開對某些特定食物以及行為的基本是非觀念，我們倡導(dǎo)的“健康觀”的內(nèi)涵更多是指向“適合每個個體的生活方式?！弊鳛榻逃?，理應(yīng)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生了解這一點，及時糾正學(xué)生認識上的偏差。在跨文化意識方面，某些學(xué)生“中國式”英語的表達反應(yīng)出老師在平時的教學(xué)中對中西方文化差異的知識點涉及不足。

學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)活動與教學(xué)效果方面，整堂課學(xué)生都在自由、輕松、愉悅的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)。參與活動的積極性高，參與度大。極大提升了對英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，樹立了信心。
總而言之，這是一堂非常成功的語言實踐課。

吳老師這堂課執(zhí)教的內(nèi)容是全日制普通高級中學(xué)教科書高一年級 Module 1 Dying to be thin.從執(zhí)教老師的說課中可以得知本堂課的性質(zhì)是一堂閱讀新課。該堂課的重點是通過對學(xué)生閱讀能力的訓(xùn)練進一步提高其表達能力，提升“健康觀”。學(xué)生通過初中階段的學(xué)習(xí)，已經(jīng)樹立了基本的健康觀念。而本堂課的目標正是通過引導(dǎo)學(xué)生閱讀活動，具體分析三篇與“減肥”有關(guān)的E-mail,從學(xué)生對文章中心思想的歸納得出對“健康”的正確認識。

在推行新課標，崇尚新理念的今天，創(chuàng)新性學(xué)習(xí)已成為許多老師經(jīng)常用的一種教學(xué)方式。的確，創(chuàng)新性學(xué)習(xí)有許多優(yōu)點：可以充分調(diào)動大部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，主動思考問題，解決問題等等。但是這樣卻很容易造成一個班上兩極分化的問題，永遠是學(xué)習(xí)好的一部分學(xué)生搶著回答，而差生保持沉默，如果學(xué)生不知道交流合作的話，永遠達不到我們教學(xué)所預(yù)期的效果。案例：
在我接的一個班里，從前一年他們英語老師那兒了解到：班上有個叫Star的男生，性格非常地內(nèi)向。英語學(xué)習(xí)一直以來都比較困難，成績長期處于班級中下水平。他上課從不舉手，有時被老師請到發(fā)言時，也是站在座位上一聲不吭。時間久了，老師和同學(xué)們仿佛漸漸淡忘了他的存在，一堂課除了“開小火車”的練習(xí)，幾乎聽不到Star的聲音。
面對這樣一種狀況，我一開始就給他一種關(guān)注，讓他感覺到老師的關(guān)心和幫助。第一次英語課上，我在教“Look at me ,this is my head, this is my ear…”時，領(lǐng)讀了幾遍后讓個別學(xué)生來讀，并且有意叫到了Star，他開始不說話，我又給他讀了好幾遍，可他顯然有點不耐煩，干脆說了一句：“我讀不上來?！本筒辉冈俑x了。當時我真的有點尷尬，可轉(zhuǎn)念一想，馬上有了主意，于是我把全班分為兩大組來競賽，男孩一組，女孩一組。規(guī)則是：兩人合作，其中一人隨意指自己身體的一個部位，另一個人快速用this is your ….表達出來，如果表達正確，他的搭檔就要重復(fù)一遍，如果不對，則要改正過來，可以拿上書。最后給說的單詞多的組每人加一顆星，結(jié)果這一招還真靈驗，每個小組都干勁十足了，互相分配任務(wù)，Star也非常積極地給他的同伴配合，我待同學(xué)們基本上都讀了一遍后，看教育的時機已到，便說：“老師開始學(xué)英語時有很多句子也不會讀的，但我堅持一遍又一遍地跟讀，直到第十遍才終于學(xué)會?！苯酉聛?，我又叫了Star，請他讀出“Look at me ,this is my head, this is my ear……”等句子，在我的鼓勵下，他終于拾起了自信，鼓起勇氣大聲讀出來了，雖然讀得不太好，但我還是給予他“Excellent!”的最高表揚，并對其他同學(xué)說“Clap your hands!” 現(xiàn)象分析：
這是一個英語課堂中反復(fù)操練的環(huán)節(jié)，對于沒接觸過英語音標的學(xué)生來說，這個環(huán)節(jié)是必不可少的，然而卻也是非常枯燥的。無論我們怎么優(yōu)化這一過程，把他變成一場游戲或一場競賽，仍避免不了反復(fù)地讀、說與糾音。教學(xué)中，存在著學(xué)生接受能力的差異是很正常的，但我決不能讓學(xué)生存在不想學(xué)的心理。對策：
在我的課堂中，我在設(shè)計合作活動時，更多地為像Star這樣的孩子安排雙人合作、小組合作等不同的形式進行活動。由于經(jīng)常性地被老師請到在課堂中進行合作的活動，Star格外珍惜這樣的機會。他在每次課前都能做到主動預(yù)習(xí)或復(fù)習(xí)，希望能夠有更好的表現(xiàn)。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，漸漸的Star上課時的注意力比以前集中了，還常常主動跑到辦公室，幫老師干些拎錄音機、端本子之類的事。與同學(xué)的相處變得更加融洽，學(xué)習(xí)也主動和認真多了，一學(xué)期下來，Star竟然破天荒地得了一個“A”。課后反思：
在英語課堂教學(xué)中，教師需要更加關(guān)注這樣的一些特殊學(xué)生，有意識地與這些學(xué)生進行合作表演。有時也可以有意識地與他們通過分工合作的方式，一起完成力所能及的小任務(wù)，讓學(xué)生感受到老師對自己的信任。比如，課文表演的示范、一次采訪活動等等，都能夠讓學(xué)生獲得溫暖與被重視的感覺，當然，“小組合作學(xué)習(xí)”只是一種新的教學(xué)手段，有了它，可以使我們的課堂更加精彩，促進、加快學(xué)生對新知的理解、掌握，幫助一部分學(xué)習(xí)差的學(xué)生盡可能多的融入課堂，從而掊養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。但它絕不是一把“萬能鑰匙”，我們不能不顧教材的特點和學(xué)生的實際，一味讓學(xué)生去合作、交流，那就是濫用。濫用的后果只會導(dǎo)致學(xué)生思維的依賴性、等待性。我們還應(yīng)該努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨立思考問題的能力，讓他們成為會合作、會交流、有個性、有主見、會學(xué)習(xí)的新世紀的創(chuàng)新人才。
因此，在課堂教學(xué)中，教師應(yīng)有意識地圍繞教學(xué)內(nèi)容，創(chuàng)設(shè)便于小組交流的情境，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動地、創(chuàng)造性地開展言語交際活動。小組活動時，教師應(yīng)觀察各小組的進展情況，啟發(fā)和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生之間的互動，并適時地為學(xué)生間的言語活動提供語言、句式等方面的幫助。另外，教師還要有意識地組織小組學(xué)習(xí)成果的交流，如小組會話比賽、聽力競賽、單詞接龍競賽、段落記憶競賽、快速閱讀理解競賽等，以增強小組成員間的合作意識和競爭能力?？傊?，教師一定要把握好一個度，只有在正確的教育和引導(dǎo)下，學(xué)生才能夠真正學(xué)會在交流合作中成長。
