      在推行新課標,崇尚新理念的今天,創(chuàng)新性學(xué)習(xí)已成為許多老師經(jīng)常用的一種教學(xué)方式。的確,創(chuàng)新性學(xué)習(xí)有許多優(yōu)點:可以充分調(diào)動大部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,主動思考問題,解決問題等等。但是這樣卻很容易造成一個班上兩極分化的問題,永遠是學(xué)習(xí)好的一部分學(xué)生搶著回答,而差生保持沉默,如果學(xué)生不知道交流合作的話,永遠達不到我們教學(xué)所預(yù)期的效果。案例:

      在我接的一個班里,從前一年他們英語老師那兒了解到:班上有個叫Star的男生,性格非常地內(nèi)向。英語學(xué)習(xí)一直以來都比較困難,成績長期處于班級中下水平。他上課從不舉手,有時被老師請到發(fā)言時,也是站在座位上一聲不吭。時間久了,老師和同學(xué)們仿佛漸漸淡忘了他的存在,一堂課除了“開小火車”的練習(xí),幾乎聽不到Star的聲音。

      面對這樣一種狀況,我一開始就給他一種關(guān)注,讓他感覺到老師的關(guān)心和幫助。第一次英語課上,我在教“Look at me ,this is my head, this is my ear…”時,領(lǐng)讀了幾遍后讓個別學(xué)生來讀,并且有意叫到了Star,他開始不說話,我又給他讀了好幾遍,可他顯然有點不耐煩,干脆說了一句:“我讀不上來?!本筒辉冈俑x了。當時我真的有點尷尬,可轉(zhuǎn)念一想,馬上有了主意,于是我把全班分為兩大組來競賽,男孩一組,女孩一組。規(guī)則是:兩人合作,其中一人隨意指自己身體的一個部位,另一個人快速用this is your ….表達出來,如果表達正確,他的搭檔就要重復(fù)一遍,如果不對,則要改正過來,可以拿上書。最后給說的單詞多的組每人加一顆星,結(jié)果這一招還真靈驗,每個小組都干勁十足了,互相分配任務(wù),Star也非常積極地給他的同伴配合,我待同學(xué)們基本上都讀了一遍后,看教育的時機已到,便說:“老師開始學(xué)英語時有很多句子也不會讀的,但我堅持一遍又一遍地跟讀,直到第十遍才終于學(xué)會?!苯酉聛?,我又叫了Star,請他讀出“Look at me ,this is my head, this is my ear……”等句子,在我的鼓勵下,他終于拾起了自信,鼓起勇氣大聲讀出來了,雖然讀得不太好,但我還是給予他“Excellent!”的最高表揚,并對其他同學(xué)說“Clap your hands!” 現(xiàn)象分析:

      這是一個英語課堂中反復(fù)操練的環(huán)節(jié),對于沒接觸過英語音標的學(xué)生來說,這個環(huán)節(jié)是必不可少的,然而卻也是非常枯燥的。無論我們怎么優(yōu)化這一過程,把他變成一場游戲或一場競賽,仍避免不了反復(fù)地讀、說與糾音。教學(xué)中,存在著學(xué)生接受能力的差異是很正常的,但我決不能讓學(xué)生存在不想學(xué)的心理。對策:

      在我的課堂中,我在設(shè)計合作活動時,更多地為像Star這樣的孩子安排雙人合作、小組合作等不同的形式進行活動。由于經(jīng)常性地被老師請到在課堂中進行合作的活動,Star格外珍惜這樣的機會。他在每次課前都能做到主動預(yù)習(xí)或復(fù)習(xí),希望能夠有更好的表現(xiàn)。我發(fā)現(xiàn),漸漸的Star上課時的注意力比以前集中了,還常常主動跑到辦公室,幫老師干些拎錄音機、端本子之類的事。與同學(xué)的相處變得更加融洽,學(xué)習(xí)也主動和認真多了,一學(xué)期下來,Star竟然破天荒地得了一個“A”。課后反思:

      在英語課堂教學(xué)中,教師需要更加關(guān)注這樣的一些特殊學(xué)生,有意識地與這些學(xué)生進行合作表演。有時也可以有意識地與他們通過分工合作的方式,一起完成力所能及的小任務(wù),讓學(xué)生感受到老師對自己的信任。比如,課文表演的示范、一次采訪活動等等,都能夠讓學(xué)生獲得溫暖與被重視的感覺,當然,“小組合作學(xué)習(xí)”只是一種新的教學(xué)手段,有了它,可以使我們的課堂更加精彩,促進、加快學(xué)生對新知的理解、掌握,幫助一部分學(xué)習(xí)差的學(xué)生盡可能多的融入課堂,從而掊養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。但它絕不是一把“萬能鑰匙”,我們不能不顧教材的特點和學(xué)生的實際,一味讓學(xué)生去合作、交流,那就是濫用。濫用的后果只會導(dǎo)致學(xué)生思維的依賴性、等待性。我們還應(yīng)該努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨立思考問題的能力,讓他們成為會合作、會交流、有個性、有主見、會學(xué)習(xí)的新世紀的創(chuàng)新人才。

      因此,在課堂教學(xué)中,教師應(yīng)有意識地圍繞教學(xué)內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)設(shè)便于小組交流的情境,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動地、創(chuàng)造性地開展言語交際活動。小組活動時,教師應(yīng)觀察各小組的進展情況,啟發(fā)和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生之間的互動,并適時地為學(xué)生間的言語活動提供語言、句式等方面的幫助。另外,教師還要有意識地組織小組學(xué)習(xí)成果的交流,如小組會話比賽、聽力競賽、單詞接龍競賽、段落記憶競賽、快速閱讀理解競賽等,以增強小組成員間的合作意識和競爭能力??傊?,教師一定要把握好一個度,只有在正確的教育和引導(dǎo)下,學(xué)生才能夠真正學(xué)會在交流合作中成長。
