第四篇：集體課教學(xué)

如何在集體課教學(xué)活動(dòng)中培養(yǎng)聽障兒童的語言表達(dá)能力

集體課教學(xué)活動(dòng)是教師依據(jù)兒童的年齡、身心特點(diǎn)，按照一定的教學(xué)目標(biāo)與原則，選擇教學(xué)內(nèi)容，設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)，帶領(lǐng)兒童一起進(jìn)行的有計(jì)劃、有目標(biāo)的活動(dòng)。集體課教學(xué)活動(dòng)是聽障兒童掌握信息、學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)與技能以及交流的主要陣地，可以讓聽障兒童獲得知識(shí)，提升經(jīng)驗(yàn)，豐富語言，促進(jìn)聽障兒童可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

在集體課教學(xué)活動(dòng)中如何更好地促進(jìn)聽障兒童語言的發(fā)展，筆者提出以下建議。

營(yíng)造和諧寬松的語言氛圍，減輕聽障兒童語言學(xué)習(xí)的壓力。

每個(gè)聽障兒童的聽力程度、語言水平及個(gè)性心理都不同，接受能力、學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)勢(shì)也不相同，在教學(xué)中教師要尊重聽障兒童的個(gè)體差異，強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)個(gè)體的縱向比較，淡化群體間的橫向比較。對(duì)語言能力較弱的聽障兒童，教師可采用引導(dǎo)的方式，如提供適當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_(dá)機(jī)會(huì)、表達(dá)內(nèi)容和表達(dá)方式，選擇他們感興趣的內(nèi)容引發(fā)話題，引導(dǎo)鼓勵(lì)他們表達(dá)。教師為聽障兒童創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的語言氛圍，可以減輕聽障兒童學(xué)習(xí)語言的壓力，讓聽障兒童在寬松的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)語言。

創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松、愉快的語言環(huán)境讓聽障兒童敢說、想說、會(huì)說。

語言能力是在運(yùn)用的過程中發(fā)展起來的。發(fā)展幼兒的語言，關(guān)鍵是創(chuàng)設(shè)使他們想說、敢說、喜歡說、有機(jī)會(huì)說并能得到積極應(yīng)答的環(huán)境。正確把握有利于聽障兒童學(xué)習(xí)語言的各種因素，制訂合理的教育目標(biāo)，選擇合適的語言教育內(nèi)容和方法，可以最大限度地提高聽障兒童的語言能力。2.1 在日?；顒?dòng)中，教師為聽障兒童創(chuàng)設(shè)各種語言環(huán)境，以鼓勵(lì)的方式讓聽障兒童產(chǎn)生說的欲望。

2.2 為聽障兒童提供各種表現(xiàn)自我的機(jī)會(huì)，增強(qiáng)其大膽表現(xiàn)的欲望。教師要給聽障兒童提供練習(xí)說話的機(jī)會(huì)，并在練習(xí)過程中不斷修正、補(bǔ)充、完善聽障兒童的發(fā)音、用詞、句型、語法，幫助其正確表達(dá)思想，促進(jìn)語言發(fā)展。每周一可以《我的周末》為話題讓兒童講述周末都去哪兒了，干什么了?看見了什么?發(fā)生了什么事?有什么經(jīng)歷和收獲?把自己的親身經(jīng)歷講給同伴和老師聽，其他的同伴在聽的過程中也豐富了語言，獲取了知識(shí)。

2.3 讓聽障兒童在會(huì)說、敢說、想說的基礎(chǔ)上把話說清楚、說完整、說明白。講述活動(dòng)是幼兒園常見的語言教育活動(dòng)，是培養(yǎng)兒童獨(dú)立思考，提高講述能力的主要形式。教師

應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)聽障兒童大膽、清楚地表達(dá)自己的想法和感受，嘗試描述簡(jiǎn)單的事物或過程，培養(yǎng)聽障兒童獨(dú)立思考、完整表述的意識(shí)，以發(fā)展語言表達(dá)能力和思維能力。

充分利用日常生活中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，有意識(shí)地對(duì)聽障兒童進(jìn)行語言教育活動(dòng)。

幼兒園語言教育活動(dòng)是有目的、有計(jì)劃、有組織地對(duì)幼兒進(jìn)行語言教育的過程。它是實(shí)現(xiàn)語言教育目標(biāo)的有效途徑，是組織和傳遞語言教育內(nèi)容的實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié)，也是落實(shí)語言教育任務(wù)的具體手段。

語言訓(xùn)練無處不在。語言訓(xùn)練最有效的途徑是在每個(gè)領(lǐng)域的活動(dòng)中學(xué)習(xí)語言。教師要引導(dǎo)聽障兒童仔細(xì)觀察生活，結(jié)合實(shí)際，精心準(zhǔn)備，通過示范、提示，教會(huì)聽障兒童語言表達(dá)的方法，充分調(diào)動(dòng)聽障兒童多種感官，觀察思考。這樣既培養(yǎng)了他們的語言表達(dá)能力、觀察能力，又發(fā)揮了他們的想象力和創(chuàng)造力。

掌握提問技巧，發(fā)展聽障兒童的語言

提問是教師和聽障兒童之間的一種交流形式，也是激活、拓展聽障兒童思維，發(fā)展聽障兒童語言的重要手段。在教學(xué)

中，教師要避免低效提問，應(yīng)站在聽障兒童的角度設(shè)計(jì)問題，具體從以下方面考慮。

4.1 提問應(yīng)具有引導(dǎo)性 教師在提問的過程中經(jīng)常會(huì)問“是不是、對(duì)不對(duì)”這樣的問題，這種提問過于簡(jiǎn)單，聽障兒童會(huì)機(jī)械、不加思索地回答;過于復(fù)雜的問題會(huì)啟而不發(fā)，導(dǎo)而不思，從而挫傷孩子學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。因此，提問既要考慮幼兒的年齡特點(diǎn)，又要考慮幼兒的認(rèn)知水平，使問題具有引導(dǎo)性、啟發(fā)性、層次性、漸進(jìn)性，引導(dǎo)幼兒主動(dòng)探究。

4.2 提問要具有想象力 教師要設(shè)計(jì)有一定趣味和懸念的問題，使聽障兒童處于探索狀態(tài)。教師要抓住有利于聽障兒童想象的因素，引導(dǎo)聽障兒童積極思考，擴(kuò)展想象，從而促進(jìn)語言發(fā)展。

4.3 問題要有開放性 “思”源于“疑”。思維的核心是創(chuàng)新。學(xué)習(xí)就是在思維過程中不斷創(chuàng)新。因此，在教學(xué)過程中教師提出的問題要有利于培養(yǎng)聽障兒童的創(chuàng)造性思維，拓展聽障兒童思維的深度和廣度，使聽障兒童沿著不同的方向、角度，全方位、多層次地思考。教學(xué)不應(yīng)只重視是否有正確答案，還應(yīng)重視思考過程，讓聽障兒童在分析、討論、爭(zhēng)辯中培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立思考、解決問題的能力。

充分利用各種環(huán)境，發(fā)展聽障兒童的語言

生活是知識(shí)的海洋，豐富的生活內(nèi)容和活動(dòng)形式是聽障兒童語言的源泉。它不僅給予多種信息和刺激，還可以促進(jìn)語言交流。因此，教師要將聽障兒童置于真實(shí)的生活情景中，豐富其生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使聽障兒童表達(dá)和交流的內(nèi)容更加豐富。這樣孩子才會(huì)有話可說，有話會(huì)說。教師可每學(xué)期為聽障兒童安排實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，如去動(dòng)物園游園、去公園體驗(yàn)四季、去快餐店吃漢堡，充分利用孩子感興趣的事物，在實(shí)踐中讓聽障兒童認(rèn)識(shí)事物，并讓其談?wù)撍娝劶案惺艿取?/p>

《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要》中指出：要養(yǎng)成幼兒注意傾聽的習(xí)慣，發(fā)展語言理解能力。聽障兒童詞匯量少、語法知識(shí)有限、語言不豐富、不完整甚至不準(zhǔn)確，教師應(yīng)通過自身規(guī)范化的語言為聽障兒童提供語言學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣，讓聽障兒童在良好的語言環(huán)境中自然地模仿學(xué)習(xí)。在教學(xué)中可采用一看、二聽、三講的教學(xué)方法。一看，是指教師提供具體形象的內(nèi)容引導(dǎo)聽障兒童觀察，同時(shí)教會(huì)孩子觀察的順序和方法。二聽，是指教師用簡(jiǎn)單的語言進(jìn)行講述，引導(dǎo)聽障兒童聆聽。教師在講述時(shí)要給孩子留有發(fā)揮和擴(kuò)展的余地。三講，是指讓聽障兒童在看、聽的基礎(chǔ)上學(xué)會(huì)用豐富、連貫、完整、富有創(chuàng)造性的語言進(jìn)行講述。

學(xué)會(huì)傾聽是聽障兒童學(xué)習(xí)語言的重要方式。認(rèn)真傾聽可以促進(jìn)他們理解語言，進(jìn)而提高語言表達(dá)能力。

總之，在集體課教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，教師必須調(diào)整自身角色。教師不只是知識(shí)的灌輸者、傳授者，更是良好教學(xué)環(huán)境的創(chuàng)造者、交往機(jī)會(huì)的提供者、引導(dǎo)者。只有這樣，聽障兒童才能學(xué)到有意義的語言，并在生活中靈活運(yùn)用語言。
