      一、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,面向全體,因材施教

      在教學(xué)中,認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,認(rèn)真閱讀各種資料、參考書(shū),認(rèn)真編寫(xiě)好教學(xué)計(jì)劃,根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際學(xué)習(xí)情況和向其他教師取得經(jīng)驗(yàn),不斷的加以改善。在傳授學(xué)生知識(shí)的同時(shí),不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生,還耐心的輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí),在傳授學(xué)生知識(shí)的同時(shí),并對(duì)他們進(jìn)行思想教育,教育優(yōu)生幫助后進(jìn)生,鼓勵(lì)優(yōu)生課后幫助后進(jìn)生。

      二、在課堂上認(rèn)真上課

      在課堂上,認(rèn)真授課,運(yùn)用實(shí)物教具,情景教學(xué)手勢(shì)語(yǔ)言等方法來(lái)啟發(fā)教育學(xué)生,教學(xué)生做游戲,唱英語(yǔ)歌曲等來(lái)激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽發(fā)問(wèn),注重師生互動(dòng),培養(yǎng)師生感情,充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,并不厭其煩地領(lǐng)讀、講解、分析,盡力讓學(xué)生多掌握知識(shí)。

      三、批改作業(yè)方面

      學(xué)生的作業(yè)盡量地規(guī)定按時(shí)完成并及時(shí)批改,而且詳細(xì)講解,對(duì)普遍性錯(cuò)誤、利用晚修時(shí)間重復(fù)講解、分析。針對(duì)個(gè)別學(xué)生的作業(yè)還采取面批方法,一一地分析講解,幫助學(xué)生解決疑難習(xí)題,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

      四、在語(yǔ)音方面

      為提高學(xué)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)讀音,常利用課外時(shí)間輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生的48個(gè)音標(biāo),并在教單詞過(guò)程中,不斷糾正學(xué)生的讀音,同時(shí),也常讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)歌曲以及課文的錄音磁帶,還對(duì)學(xué)生的強(qiáng)制性地背書(shū)訓(xùn)練。

      五、抓好單元測(cè)試關(guān)

      各個(gè)單元是考察每位同學(xué)在各階段的學(xué)習(xí)成果,因此應(yīng)該予以重視。我每次考試前都讓學(xué)生認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)好該單元并能消化運(yùn)用了就考試,爭(zhēng)取讓每個(gè)學(xué)生每單元的過(guò)關(guān),對(duì)于單元不能及格的學(xué)生及時(shí)采取措施幫助他們復(fù)習(xí)查漏,教師教育學(xué)生幫助,讓不能過(guò)關(guān)的學(xué)生及時(shí)過(guò)關(guān)。而期中考更是檢查前半階段的學(xué)習(xí)成果??荚嚽斑M(jìn)行有系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí),考試后進(jìn)行分析結(jié)。從中段考試可以看出兩個(gè)班的平均水平相差較大,三班的差生面相對(duì)較大。所以在中段考后的時(shí)間里,我把力量主要集中在兩班的差生輔導(dǎo)上,特別是三班,以縮短差距。另外,還發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的綜合能力不夠強(qiáng),所以以后的教學(xué)中要加強(qiáng)這方面的訓(xùn)練。讓學(xué)生輕松學(xué),容易掌握。而期考結(jié)果證明,適當(dāng)輔導(dǎo)差生對(duì)班的整體發(fā)展有很大幫助

      從吃、住、行等最基礎(chǔ)的生活層面來(lái)了解不同的國(guó)家和地區(qū)有著不同的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣,從而初步發(fā)展學(xué)生跨文化交際的意識(shí)和能力。情感態(tài)度目標(biāo)

      1、有興趣聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)、說(shuō)英語(yǔ)、背歌謠、唱歌曲、講故事、做游戲等。

      2、樂(lè)于模仿,敢于開(kāi)口,積極參與,主動(dòng)請(qǐng)教,善于合作。學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo)

      1、采用多種方法培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)習(xí)慣和英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

      2、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生嘗試閱讀英語(yǔ)故事及其他英語(yǔ)課外讀物。

      3、注意觀察生活或媒體中使用的簡(jiǎn)單英語(yǔ),并能積極運(yùn)用所學(xué)英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行表達(dá)和交流。

      4、能初步使用簡(jiǎn)單的學(xué)生英漢詞典。

      二、學(xué)生情況分析

      1、學(xué)生的雙基情況

      五年級(jí)的學(xué)生已有了一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ),他們中的大部分正在平穩(wěn)的向著二級(jí)目標(biāo)要求邁進(jìn),即對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)有持續(xù)的興趣和愛(ài)好。能用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)互致問(wèn)候、交換有關(guān)個(gè)人、家庭和朋友的簡(jiǎn)單信息。能根據(jù)所學(xué)內(nèi)容表演小對(duì)話或歌謠。能在圖片的幫助下聽(tīng)懂、讀懂并講述簡(jiǎn)單的故事。能根據(jù)圖片或提示寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)單的句子。在學(xué)習(xí)中樂(lè)于參與、積極合作、主動(dòng)請(qǐng)教。樂(lè)于了解異國(guó)文化、習(xí)俗。但也有令我們擔(dān)憂的狀況:隨著學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的增多和學(xué)習(xí)難度的加深,出現(xiàn)了“兩極分化”的現(xiàn)象。

      2、學(xué)生的思想狀況

      一部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣衰減,對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生畏難情緒,英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)已掉隊(duì)。這就要求我們應(yīng)關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生,注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)有持續(xù)的興趣和愛(ài)好,采取有效措施,防止兩極分化現(xiàn)象的加劇。

      三、教材分析 1.總體知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)

      本冊(cè)教材共有10個(gè)模塊,每個(gè)模塊有兩個(gè)單元。每個(gè)新授單元的第一課均是情景對(duì)話,側(cè)重語(yǔ)言的交際功能,旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力。第二單元在第一單元的基礎(chǔ)上突出語(yǔ)言的基本結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)對(duì)前一單元主要內(nèi)容的回顧而引出重點(diǎn)句型的教學(xué),旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的讀寫(xiě)能力,并幫助學(xué)生進(jìn)一步掌握主要的語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)。在掌握重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)言之后加強(qiáng)學(xué)生在應(yīng)用方面的綜合操練,通過(guò)多種形式引導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)鞏固所學(xué)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí),提高運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的能力。從教材的編制來(lái)看,本冊(cè)的單詞仍以與學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活密切相關(guān)的詞匯為主,較上冊(cè)教材來(lái)說(shuō)這冊(cè)教材的單詞量相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較多,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)有一定的難度。本冊(cè)教材中安排的情景教學(xué)主要涉及到生活、旅游、食物等。另外,本冊(cè)涉及到的語(yǔ)法項(xiàng)目大部分都為一般過(guò)去式,還有個(gè)別兩個(gè)模塊為will引導(dǎo)將來(lái)時(shí)及be going to…引導(dǎo)的將來(lái)式,還有一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。對(duì)于本冊(cè)來(lái)說(shuō)過(guò)去式仍是本冊(cè)的教學(xué)重點(diǎn),但出現(xiàn)了一般將來(lái)時(shí),對(duì)于他只要求學(xué)生理解其意,教師不做語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)的分析上的重點(diǎn)講解。2.重點(diǎn):

      (1).能夠理解、聽(tīng)說(shuō)并認(rèn)讀各單元主圖下方的詞匯。能夠按所學(xué)語(yǔ)音規(guī)律正確拼背詞匯。

      (2).能夠理解并熟練朗讀各單元主圖中的功能性對(duì)話。

      (3).在教師引導(dǎo)下,能根據(jù)每單元的話題內(nèi)容滾雪球似的將所學(xué)過(guò)的語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行交際運(yùn)用。

      (4).在學(xué)生有一定語(yǔ)言素材的基礎(chǔ)上,引導(dǎo)其歸納出每個(gè)單元的語(yǔ)法規(guī)則,并能正確書(shū)寫(xiě)句子。

      (5).能在圖片的幫助下聽(tīng)懂和讀懂每個(gè)單元的故事,并養(yǎng)成按意群閱讀的習(xí)慣。能在圖片的幫助下講述每個(gè)單元的故事,并完成相應(yīng)的課后練習(xí)。3.難點(diǎn):

      (1).能根據(jù)圖片和提示寫(xiě)與故事內(nèi)容有關(guān)的句子。

      (2).熟悉輔音字母組合wh、wr、ph、gh和元音字母組合ar、or、er、ir、ur在單詞中的讀音。能夠舉一反三讀出含有以上字母的單詞。(3).能夠融會(huì)貫通,利用所學(xué)語(yǔ)音知識(shí)拼讀記憶單詞。

      四、教改措施

      1.課前做好備課工作,不但備教材,還認(rèn)真?zhèn)鋵W(xué)生,做到有的放矢。主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合自己實(shí)際情況和學(xué)生實(shí)際情況展開(kāi)教學(xué)工作.2、讓學(xué)生學(xué)得主動(dòng).在課堂中建立幫困小組發(fā)揮每個(gè)學(xué)生的積極性.共同提高數(shù)學(xué)質(zhì)量。

      3、定時(shí)進(jìn)行家訪,經(jīng)常與家長(zhǎng)取得聯(lián)系,共同關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況。家長(zhǎng)的配合至關(guān)重要,只要家長(zhǎng)關(guān)心、關(guān)注他了,他的成績(jī)就會(huì)跟上其他同學(xué),而且學(xué)起來(lái)也有了信心。

      4、根據(jù)本班學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn),鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽說(shuō)英語(yǔ),肯定他們的進(jìn)步,樹(shù)立學(xué)習(xí)自信心,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生朗讀和書(shū)寫(xiě)的好習(xí)慣。

      5、深入鉆研教材,認(rèn)真設(shè)計(jì)好每一節(jié)課,及時(shí)反饋課堂中的不足,提高課堂教學(xué)效率。

      6、利用多媒體的輔助手段,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,教學(xué)英語(yǔ)歌及chant ,教學(xué)小故事,情境創(chuàng)設(shè)等,初步嘗試課本劇的表演,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

      7、自覺(jué)學(xué)習(xí)教育理論與專著,適時(shí)撰寫(xiě)教學(xué)反思、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、案例,提高自身素質(zhì),為教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高打好基礎(chǔ)。

      8、利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研開(kāi)闊自己的眼界,積極參加網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研活動(dòng),參與評(píng)論,參與探討。多向有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老師請(qǐng)教與學(xué)習(xí),取他人之長(zhǎng),補(bǔ)自己之短。
