每天，當太陽還睡著懶覺的時候，機坪上早已出現(xiàn)了一群忙碌的身影；而當深夜來臨，已是繁星點點時，他們的身影還在機坪上忙碌著。他們總是在機坪上迎來第一縷曙光，又在機坪上送走最后一線夕陽。無論是嚴冬還是酷暑，無論是刮風還是下雨，哪怕是漫天紛飛的大雪，也絲毫擋不住他們朝天的干勁。只要有飛機，就有他們的身影。他們就是機務工作者！而我正是他們中的一員。
一提起民航，人們想到最多的是英武的飛行員，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的機務工作者卻往往是被人們所遺忘的一個群體。機務工作的性質注定了機務工作者將缺少眾人關注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我們也習慣了這種被人遺忘。然而這并不意味著我們就甘于平凡。機務是飛行的后勤保障，機務工作需要的就是踏實的工作作風。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能換來飛行的安全。為飛行提供安全適航的飛機，為旅客提供更為舒適的環(huán)境，這是我們的職責，更是我們的驕傲。
在很多人的眼里，機務不過是一個勤務工種，機務工作者也如同一只只小小的螞蟻，無足輕重。當你在機坪上，看到他們穿著滿身油污的工作服忙碌時，你也許會投上輕視的一瞥，心中暗想：不過是個干機務的。可是當你走近他們，你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的可愛。當你知道他們都是受過高等教育，有的還是碩士研究生的時候，你是不是又會想到些什么呢？愛美之心人皆有之，更何況這些年輕的小伙子們。誰不想每天穿得干干凈凈，工作在舒舒服服的環(huán)境中?？墒俏覀儾荒?，既然選擇了干機務，就得在油污中摸爬滾打。怕臟、怕累是干不好機務工作的。
機務工作的苦與累不是所有人都能理解的，也決非是一個“累”字就能解釋得清楚的。由于倒班，大禮拜、節(jié)假日都與我們無緣。即便是休息時間，只要是一個電話或是一個傳呼，就得馬不停蹄的趕到外場，或是排故，或是跟班。我們的主任，我們的工段長，又有哪一個沒有親身經歷過呢？
我干機務工作也有三年多了，可是在這幾年中，四個大年三十我都是在機坪上度過的。當除夕的夜幕降臨時，別人家里早已是熱熱鬧鬧：包餃子，看春節(jié)晚會，吃團圓飯；而我們卻在機坪上工作著。要是遇上個故障，沒準一干就是一個通宵。誰不想回家過個團圓年，可是為了保證飛行的安全，航班的正常，我們必須全身心地投入工作，保證飛機的維護質量。
機務工作也決非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。機務工作責任大，風險高。沒有過硬的技術本領，吃苦耐勞的精神，細致入微的工作態(tài)度，也是干不好的。機務工作中，往往一個小小的差錯，都會造成巨大的損失。幾年前西北航空公司的tu154飛機就是因為兩個插頭插反了，結果造成了機毀人亡的慘劇。而去年南航又有一起因為一個快卸解刀的十字頭遺落在網發(fā)動機中，而造成發(fā)動機打傷的事故。這些看似一點點的小事，對于機務工作卻是絲毫馬虎不得的。安全關系你我他，沒有安全意識是不行的。保證飛行的安全就是我們的責任。
盡管機務苦，機務累，可卻也給我?guī)砹霜氂械臉啡ぁ９ぷ髦杏兴岣刑?，有苦還有樂。機務工作者性格直爽，為人坦誠，和他們一起工作充滿著歡樂。特別是在一車間這個充滿活力的集體中，我們即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了團結協(xié)作，我們總是并肩作戰(zhàn)。當我們經過一夜的苦戰(zhàn)，終于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常時，看著旅客們登上飛機時的網那一張張笑臉，在我們那布滿血絲的眼里，也會露出欣慰的笑意。當經過我們雙手放飛的飛機安全返回機坪時，我們就象迎回了自己的孩子一樣，心里憑添了幾許的自豪。
曾經有人問起過我，“干機務，你后悔不？”?！昂蠡?？”，我反問道：“看看我們那些辛苦了一輩子的老同志，想想自己肩頭擔負的責任，能后悔嗎？”在別人眼里，我的工作也許是平凡的，但我熱愛我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轟轟烈烈，但卻絕不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的崗位上踏踏實實的做好自己的本職工作，自己的人生也會因此而不平凡。

第四篇：民航機務維修專業(yè)培訓協(xié)議

甲、乙、丙三方經平等協(xié)商一致，就丙方參加甲方、乙方共同組織的民航機務維修專業(yè)培訓相關事宜，達成如下協(xié)議：
一、培訓期限
原則上為一年，自丙方通過甲乙雙方組織的面試、體格檢查，符合甲乙雙方的錄取條件，并辦理相關受訓手續(xù)之日起算，至丙方完成培訓課程并取得相關培訓證書，培訓結束之日止。
二、培訓費用
1．丙方在辦理受訓手續(xù)時，須一次性繳納培訓相關費用共_________（大寫）元人民幣（￥_________（小寫）），甲乙雙方在收取培訓費用后，應向丙方開具合法票據。
2．選拔報名時、正式進入培訓班前、正式入職前甲方對丙方進行三次體格檢查。前兩次體格檢查費用、以及培訓期間所需的生活費用等，均由丙方自行支付；入職前體檢費用由甲方承擔。選拔報名時和正式進入培訓班前的兩次體檢按甲方新員工入職體檢標準執(zhí)行。
3．由于航空業(yè)的特殊性，丙方在培訓期間需自費購買人身意外傷害保險，并建議購買相關醫(yī)療保險。
4．丙方在培訓期間成績優(yōu)異、表現(xiàn)突出，甲方可以提供助學金、助學貸款等作為獎勵。具體執(zhí)行方法由甲方另行制訂。
5．丙方因不可抗拒的非主觀原因中斷培訓，可以退還部分培訓費用：
（1）在本協(xié)議生效后、培訓開始實施前，甲乙雙方按培訓費用80%的標準退還；
（2）在培訓實施6個月內，甲乙雙方按培訓費用50%的標準退還；
（3）在培訓實施6個月后，甲乙雙方不予退還培訓費用。
三、培訓安排
1．乙方負責安排丙方在乙方培訓期間的安全管理、住宿及相關事宜。甲方負責安排丙方在甲方培訓期間的安全管理、住宿及相關事宜。
2．乙方負責對丙方進行民航機務維修專業(yè)培訓，包括民航機務維修基本技能培訓、民航機務維修基礎執(zhí)照培訓、機型執(zhí)照培訓（B737－300/NG；A319/A320等機型之一）、民航機務專業(yè)英語及其他相關課程。甲方負責安排丙方到甲方進行相關崗位實習培訓。
3．丙方培訓結束后，經考核合格的，乙方負責頒發(fā)民航機務維修專業(yè)的維修基本技能、維修基礎執(zhí)照、機型執(zhí)照（B737－300/NG；A319/A320等機型之一）、民航機務專業(yè)英語、適航知識與人為因素課程等相關培訓合格證書。
4．丙方在一年專業(yè)知識學習、技能培訓和崗位實習等課程培訓期間，每項培訓考核不合格的，只允許當期補考一次，不另行收取培訓費和補考費。若仍不合格，則培訓考核最終定為不合格。
5．丙方符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關要求，甲方負責錄用。甲方根據丙方學習成績和綜合表現(xiàn)，分別定崗在“技術序列”或“勤務序列”，并根據甲方的有關規(guī)定給予相應的待遇。
四、各方權利、責任
1．在丙方筆試、面試、體檢合格后，甲乙雙方應向丙方發(fā)出正式的培訓錄取通知。
2．丙方在培訓期間，應嚴格遵守國家的各項法律法規(guī)和規(guī)章；并遵守甲、乙方的規(guī)章制度及相關紀律，服從并積極配合、統(tǒng)一管理。
3．丙方在培訓期間，因個人過失造成甲方、乙方損失（包括但不限于設備滅失毀損）的，應承擔相應的賠償責任。
4．丙方被培訓錄取后，甲方將與丙方簽訂《就業(yè)協(xié)議書》，達成初步的就業(yè)意向；甲方可以協(xié)助丙方辦理畢業(yè)派遣的相關手續(xù)，不解決丙方在培訓期間的戶籍遷移、檔案托管等問題。在培訓期間，甲方與丙方無任何勞動合同關系，甲方不向丙方發(fā)放工資，丙方也不享受甲方各類福利待遇。
5．在培訓結束后，丙方符合以下條件，甲方負責錄用，辦理正式入職手續(xù)。否則甲方有權拒絕接收，與丙方簽訂的《就業(yè)協(xié)議書》作廢，并不予退還培訓費用。丙方放棄《就業(yè)協(xié)議書》所規(guī)定的相關權利。
（1）按時畢業(yè)并取得高職高專院校畢業(yè)證書；
（2）通過甲方、乙方各項培訓考核（考試），成績合格；
（3）參加正式入職體格檢查，身體條件符合甲方用人標準。
出現(xiàn)以下情況者將明確不予以接收：
A、肺結核；
B、艾滋梅毒等性病；
C、大小三陽；
D、惡性腫瘤。
6．甲方同意錄用丙方后，丙方拒絕到甲方工作，將承擔相應的違約責任。
7．丙方在符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關要求，被甲方正式錄用，并辦理入職手續(xù)后，正式與甲方發(fā)生勞動合同關系，應服從甲方工作安排及內部規(guī)章制度的要求。
五、協(xié)議效力
1．本協(xié)議自三方簽字蓋章后生效；本協(xié)議一式三份，甲、乙、丙三方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等法律效力。
2．丙方有以下情形之一的，甲、乙方可以隨時與丙方解除本協(xié)議，并不予退還培訓費用：
（1）丙方因個人主觀原因，單方面提出終止培訓的；
（2）在培訓期間，不能通過甲乙方組織的培訓考核的；
（3）被證明不符合甲方錄用條件的；
（4）違反國家政策和法律法規(guī)，或者被追究刑事責任的；
（5）造成甲方、乙方重大損失或嚴重違反紀律、規(guī)章制度的；
（6）法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他情形。
3．有以下情形之一的，本協(xié)議自動終止：
（1）丙方符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關要求，被甲方錄取的；
（2）因天氣、戰(zhàn)爭或其他自然和人為災難等不可抗力造成本協(xié)議無法繼續(xù)履行的。
六、違約責任
1．丙方在本協(xié)議生效后、培訓開始實施前，明確表示終止與甲方簽訂的《就業(yè)協(xié)議》，須支付違約金人民幣伍仟元整給甲方。
2．丙方有本協(xié)議第四條第6款、第五條第2款情形的，或者其它個人原因終止培訓、實習，或放棄到甲方從事機務維修工作的，須支付違約金人民幣_________元整給甲方。
3．因甲、乙方原因造成丙方的培訓無法正常進行，將退還丙方的全部培訓費用。
七、其他條款
1．本協(xié)議未盡事宜，經三方協(xié)商一致，可對本協(xié)議條款進行修訂、更改或補充，形成書面協(xié)議，具有與本協(xié)議同等法律效力。
2．協(xié)議三方對本協(xié)議的履行或解釋發(fā)生爭議，經協(xié)商、調解無效，任何一方有權向有管轄權的人民法院提起訴訟。

每天，當太陽還睡著懶覺的時候，機坪上早已出現(xiàn)了一群忙碌的身影；而當深夜來臨，已是繁星點點時，他們的身影還在機坪上忙碌著。他們總是在機坪上迎來第一縷曙光，又在機坪上送走最后一線夕陽。無論是嚴冬還是酷暑，無論是刮風還是下雨，哪怕是漫天紛飛的大雪，也絲毫擋不住他們朝天的干勁。只要有飛機，就有他們的身影。他們就是機務工作者！而我正是他們中的一員。
一提起民航，人們想到最多的是英武的飛行員，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的機務工作者卻往往是被人們所遺忘的一個群體。機務工作的性質注定了機務工作者將缺少眾人關注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我們也習慣了這種被人遺忘。然而這并不意味著我們就甘于平凡。機務是飛行的后勤保障，機務工作需要的就是踏實的工作作風。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能換來飛行的安全。為飛行提供安全適航的飛機，為旅客提供更為舒適的環(huán)境，這是我們的職責，更是我們的驕傲。
在很多人的眼里，機務不過是一個勤務工種，機務工作者也如同一只只小小的螞蟻，無足輕重。當你在機坪上，看到他們穿著滿身油污的工作服忙碌時，你也許會投上輕視的一瞥，心中暗想：不過是個干機務的?？墒钱斈阕呓麄?，你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)他找范文就來們的可愛。當你知道他們都是受過高等教育，有的還是碩士研究生的時候，你是不是又會想到些什么呢？愛美之心人皆有之，更何況這些年輕的小伙子們。誰不想每天穿得干干凈凈，工作在舒舒服服的環(huán)境中。可是我們不能，既然選擇了干機務，就得在油污中摸爬滾打。怕臟、怕累是干不好機務工作的。
機務工作的苦與累不是所有人都能理解的，也決非是一個“累”字就能解釋得清楚的。由于倒班，大禮拜、節(jié)假日都與我們無緣。即便是休息時間，只要是一個電話或是一個傳呼，就得馬不停蹄的趕到外場，或是排故，或是跟班。我們的主任，我們的工段長，又有哪一個沒有親身經歷過呢？
我干機務工作也有三年多了，可是在這幾年中，四個大年三十我都是在機坪上度過的。當除夕的夜幕降臨時，別人家里早已是熱熱鬧鬧：包餃子，看春節(jié)晚會，吃團圓飯；而我們卻在機坪上工作著。要是遇上個故障，沒準一干就是一個通宵。誰不想回家過個團圓年，可是為了保證飛行的安全，航班的正常，我們必須全身心地投入工作，保證飛機的維護質量。
機務工作也決非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。機務工作責任大，風險高。沒有過硬的技術本領，吃苦耐勞的精神，細致入微的工作態(tài)度，也是干不好的。機務工作中，往往一個小小的差錯，都會造成巨大的損失。幾年前西北航空公司的tu154飛機就是因為兩個插頭插反了，結果造成了機毀人亡的慘劇。而去年南航又有一起因為一個快卸解刀的十字頭遺落在網發(fā)動機中，而造成發(fā)動機打傷的事故。這些看似一點點的小事，對于機務工作卻是絲毫馬虎不得的。安全關系你我他，沒有安全意識是不行的。保證飛行的安全就是我們的責任。
盡管機務苦，機務累，可卻也給我?guī)砹霜氂械臉啡?。工作中有酸更有甜，有苦還有樂。機務工作者性格直爽，為人坦誠，和他們一起工作充滿著歡樂。特別是在一車間這個充滿活力的集體中，我們即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了團結協(xié)作，我們總是并肩作戰(zhàn)。當我們經過一夜的苦戰(zhàn)，終于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常時，看著旅客們登上飛機時的網那一張張笑臉，在我們那布滿血絲的眼里，也會露出欣慰的笑意。當經過我們雙手放飛的飛機安全返回機坪時，我們就象迎回了自己的孩子一樣，心里憑添了幾許的自豪。曾經有人問起過我，“干機務，你后悔不？”?！昂蠡?？”，我反問道：“看看我們那些辛苦了一輩子的老同志，想想自己肩頭擔負的責任，能后悔嗎？”在別人眼里，我的工作也許是平凡的，但我熱愛我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轟轟烈烈，但卻絕不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的崗位上踏踏實實的做好自己的本職工作，自己的人生也會因此而不平凡。機務工作，選擇了你，我無怨無悔！選擇了你，我無怨無悔
