Make sure the aircraft parking area is clear of completion of obstruction.2.請與駕駛艙進(jìn)行通話聯(lián)系。

Contact the cockpit with interphone.3.請將停留剎車殺住/松開。

Shock absorber sliding tube is correct extension and cleanliness.3.請檢查中起落架減震支柱指示。

Check the indication of pressure gauge on central landing dear strut.壓力指示正常。

The indication is normal.4.請檢查輪胎的損壞和磨損情況。

Please check tyre for damage and wear.5.請檢查輪胎壓力/外表。

Please open the engine cowling and check for leakage /overheat /wires //electrical connectors.4.檢查風(fēng)扇葉片和渦輪葉片無損壞跡象。

Check no damage for fan blades and turbine blades.5.檢查發(fā)動機(jī)尾噴管無金屬顆粒和損壞。

Check the engine tail pipe on metal particles and visible damage.6請檢發(fā)動機(jī)滑油加油口蓋蓋緊。

1.檢查貨艙內(nèi)部無損壞.結(jié)構(gòu)及欄網(wǎng)完好。

Check no damage for interior of cargo compartment.compartment of structure and nets.2.目視檢查貨艙及廠門框.沒有因化學(xué)制品.海鮮.家禽等貨物而造成液體溢出或腐蝕現(xiàn)象。

Visually inspect cargo compartment and door jambs.make sure that no liquid flows out or corrosion due to chemical produce.sea food and poultry etc.3.主貨艙門打不開.為了不延誤飛機(jī).我們想人工斷開艙門。

Main cargo door cant’s be opened electrically.In order to avoid aircraft delay.we want to open it manually.4.檢查貨艙壁完好且干凈。

Check cargo compartment lining for condition and cleaning.5.請將貨艙門關(guān)。

Please close cargo compartment doors.6.請將客梯安置穩(wěn)妥。

1.根據(jù)工卡3821040001，更換電子/電氣冷卻供氣風(fēng)扇氣濾，通電測試正常。

Per job card 3821040001，replaced E/E cooling fan air filter，test ok.2.參考AMM33-43-11，更換左后航行燈燈泡，通電測試正常。

Refer AMM33-43-11，replaced L AFT NAV light bulb，power-on test OK.3.按工卡505005921 NR/1，更新FMC導(dǎo)航數(shù)據(jù)庫。Per to job card 505005921 N/R1，updated FMC NAV database.4.參考AMM32-31-00，更換液壓管，測試無滲漏。Ref AMM32-31-00，replaced hydraulic line，no leakage found in test.5.根據(jù)工卡37B241112A內(nèi)容，更換時(shí)控件電瓶，安裝固定測試工作正常。

Refer job card 37B241112A，replaced battery，test for installation OK.……檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)……故障，按……保留，……號/類別，同意放行

1.短停發(fā)現(xiàn)前服務(wù)話筒失效，按MEL23-20保留，保留號GY05-0040.Transit found FWD attendant microphone malfunction，ref MEL23-30 defer，No.GY05-0040.2.按MEL34-36保留，C類，同意放行。Per MEL34-36 defer category C，released.3.按航線維護(hù)手冊，操縱測試正常，滲油量符合放行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同意放行。

Per AMM，control test OK，leakage within limits，released.按…..，更換……件，測試正常，撤消 / 關(guān)閉……保留 1.按AMM23-20，更換前服務(wù)話筒，測試正常，撤消GY05-0040保留。

Refer AMM23-20，replaced fwd attendant microphone，test OK，rescind defer item GY05-0040.2.更新FMC導(dǎo)航數(shù)據(jù)庫，通電測試工作正常，右HIS地圖方式正常，并關(guān)閉MEL保留。

Update FMC NAV database，power-on test OK，R HIS map OK，closed defer item.3.清潔并重裝左GPS天線，地面測試正常，撤消000573頁上的GY050113保留。

Clean and reinstall L GPS antenna，GND test OK，rescind defer GY050113 on page 000573.遭遇鳥擊

1.雷達(dá)罩和右發(fā)進(jìn)氣道口有鳥擊痕跡。

Check found birdstrike on radome and R engine air inlet.2.地面檢查雷達(dá)罩和右發(fā)進(jìn)氣道正常，右發(fā)風(fēng)扇葉片正常，涵道正常。

When cruised，found L & R duct pressure much different.4.設(shè)備冷卻系統(tǒng)供氣正常位不工作。

Equipment cooling system supply air INOP on NORM.5.第二部應(yīng)答機(jī)“ATC FAIL”燈亮。No.2 transponder “ATC FAIL”light on.6.空中氣象雷達(dá)失效。In flight weather radar failed.7.副翼操縱作動筒漏油。

Aileron control actuator leaked fluid.8.自動駕駛B通道無法接通。Autopilot channel B can’t engage.9.空調(diào)流量小，制冷效果差。

Air-conditioning flow small，cooling poor.發(fā)現(xiàn)故障原因

1.航后發(fā)現(xiàn)前起落架鏡面太低，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)是充氣活門鎖不死漏氣所致。

Postflight found nose gear mirror too low，check found due charging valve csn’t lock，leak air.2.航后發(fā)現(xiàn)左外主輪扎傷見線。

Postflight check found L outboard main wheel exposed threads due punctured.3.短停發(fā)現(xiàn)右外主輪磨損見線。

Transit check found R outboard gear exposed threads due wearing.4.航后檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)左主輪磨損見線。

Postflight check found L main gear exposed threads due wearing.為判斷……故障/因?yàn)楹讲娜奔?，對串……件，測試…… 1.與B-5041飛機(jī)對串磁帶放像機(jī)，通電測試正常。Exchange tape reproducer with A/C B-5041，power-on test normal.2.為判斷B-5067自動剎車故障，將P2-2面板與B-5041對串，通電測試正常。

Due lack parts，for troubleshooting，interchanged bleed air regulator of R engine with L engine，running-up test normal.4.根據(jù)非例行工卡，將APU滑油量傳感器與B-5041飛機(jī)對串，測試正常。

Refer NRC，exchanged APU oil QTY sensor with A/C B-5041，test OK.更換……件，試車檢查……

1.更換右發(fā)引氣調(diào)節(jié)器，試車正常，左右壓力一致。Replaced R engine bleed air regulator，running-up test OK，pressure same.清洗……件，測試……

1.清洗設(shè)備冷卻供氣低流量傳感器及插頭，測試正常。

Clean equipment cooling supply air low flow sensor & plug，test OK.2.地面對DFCS做系統(tǒng)測試正常，清潔MCP板后插頭，測試B通道正常。

GND test for DFCS OK，clean MCP aft plug，test for channel B OK.……測試……

1.地面對ATC通電測試工作正常。Ground power-on test for ATC OK.起落次數(shù)的增減

1.接生產(chǎn)調(diào)度通知，5067飛機(jī)起落次數(shù)少記2個，現(xiàn)已更正。
