第一篇：八道相關(guān)的口語面試問題

今天打算寫上兩篇，昨天還給南大財會大婷上課了，因為可愛的mm馬上就要面試了哦，四大會計事務(wù)所，德勤。哇吼，其實是很難得，不過希望她成功哦。所以我們練習(xí)的主要內(nèi)容是英語面試問題的問答練習(xí)。

昨天我在網(wǎng)上截取了八道相關(guān)的口語面試問題。

第一道就是：“introduce yourself”這個問題很普遍，到哪個公司面試，如果公司要考察你的外語水平，基本上都會問到這個問題的，所以，建議，要去面試的同志，一定要好好練習(xí)這道題。但是，自我介紹不是流水帳，我可愛的大婷學(xué)生經(jīng)常會犯這類的問題，把要回答的問題變成流水帳。

其實，這種問題一定要根據(jù)你所投簡歷的公司類型以及職位的側(cè)重點進行描述，比如，本人在投翻譯職位的時候肯定會把介紹集中在我在上一家單位的時候是有多少口語交流經(jīng)驗以及翻譯經(jīng)驗的。而如果我是要投簡歷到培訓(xùn)部門，那我肯定要強調(diào)我原來是在培訓(xùn)部，那么做了多少培訓(xùn)，講過多少課程的。這就是你跟這家公司的切合點。大婷是學(xué)財會的，要投的又是財務(wù)公司，所以說專業(yè)肯定沒問題，那么我建議她一定要不更多的精力放在如何介紹自己的工作經(jīng)驗上。

大婷向我介紹，她第一家在實習(xí)的公司是一個非常小的公司，我立即驚呼，這可不能說哦，一說這個，馬上自我貶值了不少，你可以說公司規(guī)模不是很大，但是不能說非常小。大婷在這家公司負(fù)責(zé)整個公司的會計工作。而第二家實習(xí)單位是非常著名的卡特彼勒，但是大婷又告訴我在這家公司是做助理的公司就是每天負(fù)責(zé)畫財務(wù)流程圖。我又一次驚呼，可不能和么介紹自己哦。呵呵。

結(jié)合兩個工作經(jīng)驗，我們可以說，我在第一家公司的實習(xí)是負(fù)責(zé)整個公司的會計工作，在第二家公司是負(fù)責(zé)公司財務(wù)流程的系統(tǒng)維護和管理。那么這樣體現(xiàn)了，兩份工作一個是details，一個是management。這樣就顯得更有競爭力了。

當(dāng)然，不是教大家說假話，只是在原有的基礎(chǔ)上有所美化罷了。

這種美化，我還真的發(fā)現(xiàn)身邊很多朋友都不會。

另一個例子，我的一個同事，做質(zhì)量工作的，那她就光說我平時做了什么報表之類的。這樣一說，完全感覺是個低級工作，就是個做表的。

但是如果說是負(fù)責(zé)整個質(zhì)量報表的審核和管控，并協(xié)調(diào)新品部門新品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)放等。

這樣就專業(yè)多了

往往都是一句話，但是說起來用不同的方式，你的等級就會上升很多哦。

第五篇：面試口語

你在辦理手續(xù)的過程中：首先要注意讓單位開出離職證明，要辦理好移交手續(xù)，然后讓人事科的人簽字，并把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交到你手上就可以了。這樣你就算辦完了離職手續(xù)。接下來不知道你是否已經(jīng)找到了新工作單位，如果找到了，很簡單，把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交給新單位萬事大吉。所有的包括用工手續(xù)，重新繳納社保還有檔案保管都是新工作單位人事部的事情。如果沒有找到新單位，你要做的就是把檔案放到當(dāng)?shù)氐娜瞬沤涣髦行?，你要自己跑一趟，還要交納保管費用的；另外自己繳納社保也可以在人才中心辦理，不過費用挺高的，這個可以不交，等以后找到了新工作再交。希望對你有所幫助。

辦理辭職手續(xù)程序

一、辭職人員首先應(yīng)向所在單位或主管部門提出書面申請，陳述辭職的理由和去向；

二、所在單位或主管部門收到辭職申請后，應(yīng)在3個月內(nèi)予以辦理辭職手續(xù)；

三、所在單位或主管部門經(jīng)審核批準(zhǔn)后，向市人才交流服務(wù)中心轉(zhuǎn)交《辭職申請表》和人事檔案；

四、中小學(xué)教師辭職，審批權(quán)限按調(diào)出教育系統(tǒng)的審批規(guī)定辦理；

五、國家統(tǒng)一分配的大中專畢業(yè)生，畢業(yè)研究生在規(guī)定的服務(wù)期限內(nèi)，一般不得辭職；

六、辭職人員提出辭職申請超過3個月，所在單位仍不給辦理辭職手續(xù)的，辭職人員可直接向人才交流服務(wù)中心提出辭職申請；

七、行政機關(guān)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員和管理人員辭職流動，可參照以上內(nèi)容。職工患病在6個月以內(nèi)的病假工資(又稱疾病休假工資)是按照連續(xù)工齡分別確定的：

(1)連續(xù)工齡不滿兩年者，病假工資為本人工資的60%;

(2)連續(xù)工齡滿兩年不滿四年者，病假工資為本人工資的70%;

(3)連續(xù)工齡滿四年不滿六年者，病假工資為本人工資的80%;

(4)連續(xù)工齡滿六年不滿八年者，病假工資為本人工資的90%;

(5)連續(xù)工齡滿八年及八年以上者，病假工資為本人工資的100%。沒有簽訂勞動合同，你可以不用等30天，還可以主張雙倍工資。

解除勞動合同是《勞動合同法》第三十七條和第三十八條法律賦予勞動者的權(quán)利，你想解除勞動合同，不需要向用人單位申請，并由用人單位批準(zhǔn)。解除勞動合同是你的決定，你只需要依法通知用人單位，并證明你書面通知到了，那么你解除勞動合同的程序就是符合《勞動合同法》規(guī)定的，就不會出現(xiàn)由你承擔(dān)《勞動合同法》第九十條規(guī)定的賠償責(zé)任。如果用人單位有《勞動合同法》第三十八條所述的情況之一，你不僅無需提前30天，還可以根據(jù)《勞動合同法》第四十六條要求經(jīng)濟補償。如果用人單位沒有侵犯你的合法權(quán)益，你提出解除勞動合同是沒有經(jīng)濟補償?shù)摹?/p>
