XXX同志是總工會(huì)副主席、主任科員，是我縣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成員之一。一直以來，在各級(jí)黨政的重視和支持下，他精心組織，突出重點(diǎn)，狠抓落實(shí)，扎實(shí)工作，推動(dòng)了企業(yè)建立和完善安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度，以“希望杯”競(jìng)賽為載體，不斷創(chuàng)新企業(yè)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)工作，取得了顯著成績(jī)。

一、抓開展職業(yè)安全衛(wèi)生宣傳教育活動(dòng)，推動(dòng)企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)。該同志牽頭組織各級(jí)競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)緊緊圍繞“希望杯”競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)的主題、目標(biāo)、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和總體要求，寓教于樂，開展各種職工喜聞樂見的勞動(dòng)安全衛(wèi)生宣傳教育活動(dòng)。一是開展各種形式的安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)競(jìng)賽。2010年6月組織全縣12家企業(yè)、600多名職工參加全國“希望杯”競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)舉辦的“學(xué)習(xí)工會(huì)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)《三個(gè)條例》知識(shí)競(jìng)賽”。同時(shí)又組織5001多人參加“危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品安全管理知識(shí)競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)”。2010年5月份縣組委會(huì)組織企業(yè)職工參加的“職工安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)普及教育活動(dòng)”和“職工安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)百題答題競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)”等，通過這些知識(shí)競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)，極大鼓勵(lì)和激發(fā)職工自覺學(xué)習(xí)安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī)和安全生產(chǎn)技能，提高了安全生產(chǎn)意識(shí)和防災(zāi)避險(xiǎn)的能力。二是開展企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)系列活動(dòng)。2010年縣總工會(huì)和縣安監(jiān)局為了更好地調(diào)動(dòng)和發(fā)揮廣大職工在搞好安全生產(chǎn)、促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展中的積極性，推動(dòng)全縣企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)，促進(jìn)安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)好轉(zhuǎn)，在全縣開展以“構(gòu)建企業(yè)安全文化，營造健康和諧生活”為主題的“職工安全文化建設(shè)系列活動(dòng)”。使“希望杯”競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)的精神理念貫徹到每個(gè)企業(yè)。如：縣供電局2010年10月份開展的安全生產(chǎn)征文比賽活動(dòng)，通過廣泛宣傳，大大增強(qiáng)了每個(gè)職工的安全生產(chǎn)意識(shí)，起到自我教育、自我預(yù)防、自我保護(hù)、相互監(jiān)督作用，切實(shí)把職工的生命安全與健康落到實(shí)處。

二、抓擴(kuò)大覆蓋范圍，各類型企業(yè)積極踴躍參賽。

“希望杯”競(jìng)賽促進(jìn)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)安全生產(chǎn)取得顯著成效，吸引了各類型企業(yè)積極踴躍參加到“希望杯”競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)中來。隨著全縣經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的深入和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，該縣將“希望杯”競(jìng)賽從最初的由國有企業(yè)為主開展到近年重點(diǎn)發(fā)動(dòng)非公制企業(yè)的參賽，目前參賽的行業(yè)有農(nóng)林、工交、基建、糖廠、飼料等多種行業(yè)。不僅是國企、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、三資、私營企業(yè)，而且交通、運(yùn)輸?shù)炔块T及第三產(chǎn)業(yè)如餐飲、賓館、酒家、商業(yè)等都積極參加，參賽企業(yè)和職工逐年遞增，全縣企業(yè)參加“希望杯”競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)從1999年四、五家企業(yè)、1千多職工參賽，到2010年發(fā)展到30多家企業(yè)，3千多名職工參賽。2010年10月，XXXXXX電集團(tuán)XXX生物質(zhì)發(fā)電公司在項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)舉行了如火如

三、抓表彰先進(jìn)，總結(jié)推廣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)。該同志以組委會(huì)的名義主動(dòng)做方案，每年底縣組委會(huì)都召開全縣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽工作會(huì)議，通報(bào)表彰該全縣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽優(yōu)勝企業(yè)、優(yōu)秀班組及優(yōu)秀組織者。2010年11月份，由縣總工會(huì)和縣安監(jiān)局牽頭的組委會(huì)通過“希望杯”競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)總結(jié)會(huì)議，授予遂溪供電局等8家企業(yè)為遂溪縣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽優(yōu)勝企業(yè)、授予遂溪縣公路局等5個(gè)單位為遂溪縣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽優(yōu)秀組織單位、授予廣東五洲藥業(yè)有限公司干酵母車間等3個(gè)班組為遂溪縣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽優(yōu)秀班組、授予董肖紅等10同志為遂溪縣“希望杯”競(jìng)賽優(yōu)秀組織者。

四、抓競(jìng)賽載體，促進(jìn)工會(huì)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)工作。

該同志把“希望杯”競(jìng)賽作為工會(huì)組織開展安全生產(chǎn)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)工作的抓手，充分發(fā)揮工會(huì)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)群眾監(jiān)督的優(yōu)勢(shì)，組織和發(fā)動(dòng)職工在安全生產(chǎn)方面民主參與、民主監(jiān)督、民主管理，運(yùn)用“一法三卡“、有毒有害化學(xué)物質(zhì)信息卡”、“安全檢查表”、“職代會(huì)保安全”、“班組安全建設(shè)活動(dòng)”、“勞動(dòng)保護(hù)協(xié)議（合同）書”等工會(huì)特色的活動(dòng)，緊緊依靠職工群眾，發(fā)揮他們?cè)诎踩a(chǎn)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)工作中的主人翁作用。如遂溪縣汽車總站在開展“希望杯”競(jìng)賽中創(chuàng)新載體，拓展內(nèi)涵，公司工會(huì)積極推廣使用“三個(gè)堅(jiān)持”。

一是堅(jiān)持抓好周三安全學(xué)習(xí)制度和培訓(xùn)制度。采取組織觀看交通安全知識(shí)光碟和圖片展覽，激發(fā)駕駛員的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吸收教訓(xùn)。

二是堅(jiān)持考核制度。駕駛員行車要簽名填寫安全行車保證書，增強(qiáng)駕駛員和安全管理人員安全法律意識(shí)和安全素質(zhì)。

半年來，英語教研組在學(xué)校各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷指導(dǎo)下，在各位英語老師的積極配合下，圓滿完成了學(xué)期初制定的工作計(jì)劃。以下是我組教研工作的簡(jiǎn)要回顧。

一、抓好常規(guī)教學(xué)工作：

1）制定好學(xué)期工作計(jì)劃，對(duì)教學(xué)常規(guī)工作中的備課、作業(yè)批改、常規(guī)課、備課組活動(dòng)及教研組活動(dòng)等作了統(tǒng)一、具體的要求，發(fā)給每個(gè)備課組和組員，使大家的工作做到心中有數(shù)，有的放矢，確保本學(xué)期工作的順利開展。

2）配合學(xué)校的教學(xué)常規(guī)工作大檢查對(duì)教研組內(nèi)的教學(xué)常規(guī)進(jìn)行了四次細(xì)致認(rèn)真的檢查，并對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了個(gè)別提醒，并督促存在問題的老師進(jìn)行了及時(shí)的整改。

3）組織好每周一次的教研活動(dòng)，包括集體備課和評(píng)課活動(dòng)。利用教研活動(dòng)時(shí)間認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下達(dá)的教學(xué)工作常規(guī)，使得每次教研活動(dòng)都能夠給予老師們?cè)鲩L見識(shí)、獲得理論的提升。

4）加強(qiáng)學(xué)校交流，營造開放課堂。積極進(jìn)行聽評(píng)課，課后并進(jìn)行交流。

二、組織、參加了豐富多彩的活動(dòng)、競(jìng)賽

1）我組積極配合孫貞貞老師參加了縣舉辦的課堂教學(xué)大賽，并獲得了很好的成績(jī)

2）全體組員精誠合作設(shè)計(jì)豐富的英語節(jié)活動(dòng)。進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育，深化新課程改革，體現(xiàn)我校辦學(xué)特色，促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展，激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)英語的興趣和愛好，提高學(xué)生英語的聽、說、讀、寫能力，英語節(jié)，以一系列豐富多彩的英語活動(dòng)為載體，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，營造良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，豐富校園文化生活，讓學(xué)生在英語實(shí)踐中體會(huì)到學(xué)英語、用英語的快樂。孩子們?cè)谟⒄Z節(jié)中，既收獲了快樂，又收獲了知識(shí)。

三、改進(jìn)與發(fā)展努力方向

1）學(xué)習(xí)三我們的本錢，走群眾路線是宗旨。每一位教師深信“三人行，必有我?guī)煛薄；ハ鄬W(xué)習(xí)、向書本學(xué)、向網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)、向別課組、別的老師學(xué)習(xí)，共同協(xié)作，取長補(bǔ)短。

2）不拘一格，使用多種教學(xué)手段，上課形式多樣生動(dòng)，并多落實(shí)在平時(shí)教學(xué)中。讓學(xué)生成為獲益者。生動(dòng)活潑的教學(xué)程序下能落實(shí)教學(xué)基本技能目標(biāo)。力求全面提高。是每個(gè)老師的發(fā)展方向。

3）多開展活動(dòng)，形式豐富多彩，讓學(xué)生增加對(duì)這門學(xué)科的愛好，更增強(qiáng)興趣，也是我們努力的方向。
