      第四篇:職稱 英語(yǔ)

      職稱外語(yǔ)等級(jí)統(tǒng)一考試簡(jiǎn)介

      為加強(qiáng)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí),提高專業(yè)技術(shù)人員隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員在國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展和科技進(jìn)步,1998年7月人事部發(fā)布了《關(guān)于專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職稱外語(yǔ)等級(jí)統(tǒng)一考試的通知》,決定自1999年開(kāi)始,實(shí)行全國(guó)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職稱外語(yǔ)等級(jí)統(tǒng)一考試。通知規(guī)定,凡專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)試行條例中規(guī)定專業(yè)技術(shù)人員需具備一定外語(yǔ)水平的,在晉升專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)時(shí)應(yīng)參加相應(yīng)級(jí)別的職稱外語(yǔ)統(tǒng)一考試。

      職稱外語(yǔ)統(tǒng)一考試由人事部統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、指導(dǎo)并確定合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)??荚嚳紕?wù)工作的組織與實(shí)施由人事部人事考試中心負(fù)責(zé)??荚嚸磕昱e行一次,時(shí)間一般安排在4月中旬,一般只在地級(jí)以上城市設(shè)立考點(diǎn)。

      浙江省人事廳關(guān)于職稱外語(yǔ)等級(jí)考試有關(guān)問(wèn)題的通知(浙人專〔2007〕80號(hào))規(guī)定:

      一、申報(bào)專業(yè)技術(shù)資格應(yīng)參加全國(guó)職稱外語(yǔ)相應(yīng)等級(jí)考試。申報(bào)正高級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)資格的人員統(tǒng)一參加A級(jí)考試,申報(bào)副高級(jí)(含不分正、副高級(jí)別的系列)專業(yè)技術(shù)資格的參加B級(jí)考試,申報(bào)中級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)資格的參加C級(jí)考試。

      二、凡參加全國(guó)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職稱外語(yǔ)等級(jí)統(tǒng)一考試的人員由省人事考試中心發(fā)放成績(jī)通知書(shū)。其中:對(duì)達(dá)到全國(guó)通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分?jǐn)?shù)線的,在申報(bào)對(duì)應(yīng)級(jí)別的專業(yè)技術(shù)資格時(shí)有效;對(duì)達(dá)到省定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分?jǐn)?shù)線的,在兩年內(nèi)申報(bào)對(duì)應(yīng)級(jí)別的專業(yè)技術(shù)資格時(shí)有效。

      職稱外語(yǔ)統(tǒng)一考試的語(yǔ)種分為英語(yǔ)、日語(yǔ)、俄語(yǔ)、德語(yǔ)、法語(yǔ)、西班牙語(yǔ)。其中,英語(yǔ)劃分為綜合、理工、衛(wèi)生3個(gè)專業(yè)類別(原財(cái)經(jīng)類的內(nèi)容合并到綜合類中),其他語(yǔ)種不分專業(yè)類別。
