在教學(xué)中前,認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,認(rèn)真閱讀相關(guān)教科參考書,認(rèn)真編寫好教案制定好教學(xué)計(jì)劃,根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際學(xué)習(xí)情況和向其他教師取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn),不斷地加以改善修改;在傳授學(xué)生知識(shí)時(shí),不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生,還耐心地輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)遺漏知識(shí);在傳授學(xué)生知識(shí)的同時(shí),并對(duì)他們進(jìn)行思想教育,并讓優(yōu)生幫助后進(jìn)生。
二、把握課堂40分鐘,向課堂要效率
在課堂上,我盡量活躍課堂氣氛,激勵(lì)學(xué)生思考問(wèn)題,回答問(wèn)題,讓他們主動(dòng)參與,注重對(duì)學(xué)生口語(yǔ)的培養(yǎng)。運(yùn)用實(shí)物教具、簡(jiǎn)筆畫,情景教學(xué)、手勢(shì)語(yǔ)言等方法來(lái)啟發(fā)、教育學(xué)生。教學(xué)生做游戲、唱英語(yǔ)歌等來(lái)激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽質(zhì)疑,注重師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng)的教學(xué),充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。學(xué)生有疑難和不懂讀的地方,我總是不厭其煩地講解、分析、帶讀,力爭(zhēng)讓他們學(xué)了就懂,懂了會(huì)用。為了更好地檢查學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)的情況或讓他們進(jìn)一步鞏固知識(shí),布置適量的作業(yè),練習(xí),并且對(duì)試卷,作業(yè)等認(rèn)真批改并加以講評(píng),做好總結(jié),以便及時(shí)做到查,漏,補(bǔ),缺.特別是五年級(jí),盡量做到精講多練,讓學(xué)生做到聽(tīng),說(shuō),讀,寫并舉,眼,耳,口,鼻,腦并用,最大限度地給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。

課堂上并不是所有的學(xué)生都能掌握好的。所以要充分利用課余時(shí)間,及時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。課前多預(yù)習(xí),課堂上要求學(xué)生注意力集中,真正聽(tīng)懂老師所講的內(nèi)容。課后認(rèn)真完成配套練習(xí),不懂的地方,多向老師或成績(jī)好的學(xué)生請(qǐng)教。
四、與班主任密切配合,共同教育
在五年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,有學(xué)生不聽(tīng)講或作業(yè)不做等,班主任和學(xué)校領(lǐng)非常關(guān)心,并時(shí)常幫助我解決此類問(wèn)題。有了班主任的配合,我教起來(lái)輕松了許多。
五、自身的學(xué)習(xí)
鑒于自己在小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)方面沒(méi)有經(jīng)驗(yàn),我抓緊一切機(jī)會(huì)向其他老師學(xué)習(xí),用心收集有助于小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)的各種游戲、活動(dòng)。同時(shí)多聽(tīng)錄音磁帶,讓自己的語(yǔ)音和語(yǔ)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以上是我這學(xué)期在小學(xué)英語(yǔ)五年級(jí)教學(xué)方面取得的成績(jī)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但也存在較多的不足:如課堂操作欠靈活,多媒體操作不熟練,尤其是后進(jìn)生工作,由于客觀原因,做的不夠,以致于成績(jī)不理想。
在今后的教學(xué)工作中,我會(huì)努力填補(bǔ)自己在教學(xué)工作中不足,也會(huì)不恥下問(wèn),向其他老師學(xué)習(xí),爭(zhēng)取讓自己盡快成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。

本學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任五年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué),完成了PEP小學(xué)英語(yǔ)五年級(jí)上學(xué)期的全部教學(xué)內(nèi)容,具體情況總結(jié)如下:
一、扎實(shí)備課,認(rèn)真上課,不斷反思
在本學(xué)期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,課前我認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參考書,全面深入了解學(xué)生,結(jié)合自己的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況,認(rèn)真編寫教案,并不斷地加以修改完善。在課堂教學(xué)中,我充分利用身邊資源,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)的交際情境,注重學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的激發(fā)和學(xué)習(xí)方法的培養(yǎng),適時(shí)鼓勵(lì),分層教學(xué),讓所有學(xué)生都能跳一跳摘到蘋果,品嘗成功的喜悅。一個(gè)班上完課我就反思,在另一班改進(jìn),再比較反思,不斷改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法和手段,提高課堂效率。在每節(jié)課前的On duty中,每個(gè)學(xué)生都有機(jī)會(huì)成為課堂的主人,既鍛煉了學(xué)生的交際能力,又培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生良好的傾聽(tīng)習(xí)慣和合作品質(zhì),同時(shí)課堂得到了自主、有效的延伸。
二、學(xué)生英語(yǔ)綜合運(yùn)用能力增強(qiáng)
1、從本冊(cè)開始,每一單元都有兩個(gè)Let’s try.的內(nèi)容,讓學(xué)生在聽(tīng)力中感知新語(yǔ)言。學(xué)生的聽(tīng)力能力提高了,能根據(jù)所聽(tīng)的一小段話做出正確判斷。而且養(yǎng)成了同學(xué)之間認(rèn)真傾聽(tīng)的好習(xí)慣。
2、學(xué)生能夠而且樂(lè)于交流更多自己的信息,如最喜歡的食物、水果、課程、老師等,并能結(jié)合以前所學(xué)問(wèn)候語(yǔ),神情大方自然。
3、能認(rèn)讀所學(xué)詞語(yǔ),并能根據(jù)拼讀的規(guī)律,讀出簡(jiǎn)單的單詞;能正確朗讀所學(xué)故事或短文,也能借助圖片讀懂簡(jiǎn)單的故事或小短文,逐步培養(yǎng)按意群閱讀的習(xí)慣。
4、能正確書寫單詞和句子,能寫一段完整的話,如自我介紹等。能基本正確地使用大小寫字母和標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)。
三、存在問(wèn)題及改進(jìn)措施
嚴(yán)斌斌等學(xué)困生對(duì)英語(yǔ)沒(méi)有興趣,沒(méi)有達(dá)到教學(xué)要求。在下學(xué)期的教學(xué)中,我為其專門制定可行計(jì)劃,希望能讓其一步步走上來(lái)。
