（1）培養(yǎng)學生的聽、說能力以及能用所學的語言描述圖片。

（2）通過視、聽讓學生充分理解課文內(nèi)容并把所學的語言運用到現(xiàn)實生活中。3.情感目標

鼓勵學生用所學的語言去描述生活中的場景。通過多種形式的活動激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣。

1、三人小游戲。

在游戲中提醒學生注意第三人稱單數(shù)形式。

2、傳語游戲

然后C問B ：What does he/she do at the weekend? / What does he/she have at school?

然后D問C ,C答，以此直到小組最后一個，再由這位同學把聽到的別的同學轉(zhuǎn)述的話表達出來，看是否和第一個同學說的相符。

四、教學過程

1.出示課件回顧所學有關(guān)天氣的詞匯：rainy snowy windy cloudy sunny hot clod。

2.進行l(wèi)et’s learn部分的教學，先翻譯課文主體部分，然后逐句進行領(lǐng)讀。

小小天氣預報員活動：教會學生如何進行weather report，教者示范后引導學生進行天氣播報。

講解重點句型：“what’s the weather like in+地名？”“it’s+表示天氣的詞”句型。

3.let’s play部分：卡片游戲

教者用小黑板展示相關(guān)城市天氣情況，由教者用英語讀出相關(guān)城市的天氣狀況,讓學生進行判斷正誤，肯定回答用yes it is ,it’s......否定回答用no it’s......(游戲進行之前要對小黑板上的詞匯進行講解）。

4.Read and write部分課文翻譯（集體翻譯+學生個體翻譯）。解決課本所提出的問題：

（1）what is the weather like in sydney？（2）Is the water cold in sydney？（3）Can John’s dad swim outside？ 5.小結(jié)，回顧本課所學內(nèi)容,重申重點句型！6.作業(yè)：（1）抄寫let’s play部分的重點句型。

（2）用what’s the weather like in句型選擇三個城市，編寫該城市的天氣狀況。
