      一、教材分析

      《電子郵件》是中等職業(yè)學校一年級計算機應用專業(yè)的《計算機應用基礎》這門課程第3單元的內容。在此之前,學生已經學習了上網(wǎng)沖浪的基本技巧,對網(wǎng)絡有了一定的認識,本節(jié)內容可以幫助學生進一步學會借助信息技術手段解決實際生活問題,促進師與生、生與生之間的交流合作。

      二、教學目標

      1、知識目標:

      (1)學會申請免費的電子郵箱;

      (2)掌握Web方式下發(fā)送、收取電子郵件的方法;

      2、能力目標:

      (1)培養(yǎng)學生能夠選擇合適的網(wǎng)絡工具傳遞信息、交流思想、解決問題;(2)自主學習、協(xié)同合作、探索新知的能力。

      (3)培養(yǎng)學生觀察問題、分析問題和解決問題的能力。

      我自制了教學課件,本節(jié)課的對象是中職一年級的學生,在此之前,他們已經學習了網(wǎng)上沖浪的一些基本知識與技巧,有了一定的操作能力;并且這個年齡段的學生具有活潑、好動、喜歡交流的特點,通過本節(jié)課的學習,為他們搭建了一個很好的交流與勾通的空間。考慮到本節(jié)課內容需連接因特網(wǎng),所以本節(jié)課安排到多媒體網(wǎng)絡機房上課,從而保證了每個同學都可以在極短的時間在實踐中掌握電子郵件的應用。

      五、教學方法

      本著“教為主導、學為主體、練為主線”的原則,我采用了基于網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下“任務驅動,強化實踐”的教學模式,充分利用電子教室屏幕廣播功能實時演示、講述;鼓勵學生在實踐過程中遇到的問題可進行小組討論的形式尋求幫助,既掌握了知識的學習,又增強了交流和協(xié)同工作的能力。同時根據(jù)不同學生的接受能力不同,設置不同層次、難度的練習,既保證大部分同學都掌握本節(jié)課內容,又給操作好,接受能力高的同學進一步發(fā)展的空間。

      六、教學過程

      (一)導入

      1、課件播放張家界怡人的風景圖片 師:下面請同學們看一段視頻。

      師:剛剛我們看到的是我省著名的旅游風景區(qū)張家界的風景圖片。美不美?

      生:美!。

      師:大家想不想要幾張慢慢的去欣賞呀? 生:要?? 師:照片現(xiàn)已保存在我的計算機上,怎么樣給你們呢?不可能到照相館去洗給你們吧?那成本太大又要花很長時間,不現(xiàn)實。前面我們學習的計算機網(wǎng)絡的功能——數(shù)據(jù)通信和資源共享。

      生:怎么樣才能共享到呢? 師:今天我們就來學習利用INTERNET網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通信和資源共享一種手段——電子郵件。

      (二)新課教學

      1、教師講解電子郵件的基礎知識。

      (1)什么是電子郵件(播放課件,讓學生了解電子郵件的概念)(2)電子郵件的優(yōu)點。(課件出示)

      2、了解電子郵件的格式。(課件出示)師:電子郵箱的地址有固定的格式,它有兩部分組成,中間用“@”隔開,如:wansoff@163.com。其中“@”讀“at”,表示“在”的意思,“@”前面的“wansoff”是自己取得用戶名或者是郵箱名,用來標識用戶,“@”后面的“163.com”是用來存放電子郵件的服務器的名字。郵件服務器就是用來為你提供電子郵箱,同時提供接收和發(fā)送郵件服務器的計算機。

      3、教師講解示范如何申請弟子郵箱。

      師:剛才我們了解到了電子郵件的優(yōu)點,同學們是不是想馬上就擁有自己的郵箱呢? 生:想。

      ①在學生察看了第一封郵件后,向學生提出第一個任務:在同學們收到的第一封郵件當中,老師告訴了你們老師的郵箱地址,老師希望能很快收到同學們的郵件,告訴老師你的姓

      名和組號,你能滿足老師這個要求嗎?大家先互相討論一下我們該如何來寫新郵件呢?新郵件中有哪些內容是必須填寫的呢?

      學生討論之后,播放電子郵件發(fā)送的教學視頻(課件出示)并重點強調新郵件當中的幾個重要元素:

      ? 收件人地址:輸入一定要準確; ? 主題:要清晰明了;

      ? 正文內容:就如我們平時寫信,最好有稱呼、有內容、有落款; 演示完成后,學生動手發(fā)送第一封郵件到我的信箱。(課件出示)

      ②在收到學生發(fā)送的郵件后,給出第二個任務:老師已經收到了很多同學發(fā)來的郵件,現(xiàn)在同學們可以互相交換一下郵箱地址,用電子郵件與你的同學、朋友交流一下吧。這個練習主要是為了給學生一定的交流勾通時間,同時等待一下操作較慢的同學。

      電子郵件營銷(也稱為Email營銷或者EDM)廣泛應用于新客戶的獲取、客戶價值的提升、客戶忠誠度的維護等客戶生命周期的各個階段,可以發(fā)送促銷信息、銷售目錄、新聞列表、市場調查、市場推廣活動信息等。

      根據(jù)《中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡發(fā)展狀況統(tǒng)計報告》,在用戶經常使用的網(wǎng)絡服務中,電子郵箱以92.6%的比例高居榜首,可以預見Email營銷前景可觀。但很多企業(yè)對于電子郵件營銷的理解往往停留為簡單的“名單+發(fā)送”,沒有對郵箱地址進行分類,沒有對郵件內容和主題進行統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,也沒有采集營銷數(shù)據(jù)和深度挖掘數(shù)據(jù),等等。

      那么企業(yè)如何實施有效的電子郵件營銷呢?

      一、建立郵件列表數(shù)據(jù)庫

      ? 公司積累的客戶資料:包括通過公司網(wǎng)站注冊、郵件列表訂閱、線下業(yè)務往來,等。

      ? 數(shù)據(jù)庫租賃:市場上有不少開展這項業(yè)務的數(shù)據(jù)租賃公司,也可以和相關網(wǎng)站合作,選定幾家與自身目標客戶重合度高的,在業(yè)內有一定知名度的咨詢網(wǎng)站,他們往往有著大量的用戶數(shù)據(jù)資源。

      ? 采用特定程序,在網(wǎng)絡上爬取郵箱地址:這種方法幾乎無成本投入,然效果也是最差的,因為無法界定爬取來的數(shù)據(jù)的有效性和真實性。

      企業(yè)應當樹立起構建企業(yè)用戶數(shù)據(jù)庫的理念,爭取讓第一種來源的數(shù)據(jù)資源加大在郵件列表庫中的比重,并逐漸豐富完善用戶行為以及喜好的營銷數(shù)據(jù)庫。由于郵件列表數(shù)據(jù)庫具有高度的目標針對性及忠誠度,這決定了郵件列表是企業(yè)最珍貴的無形資產之一。

      二、明確Email營銷目的Email營銷的目的要與企業(yè)的營銷戰(zhàn)略一致。在開展郵件營銷活動前,考慮前后活動之間的關系。是為了推廣品牌形象,還是具體的產品和服務,還是維護客戶關系,還是拓展新客戶?這是一個相對獨立的郵件營銷活動?或者是一個長期網(wǎng)絡營銷活動的一個組成部分?定義好活動的目的性,為整體網(wǎng)絡營銷提供有力的保障。

      三、選取Email營銷平臺

      ? 專業(yè)級的郵件平臺(數(shù)據(jù)營銷)公司:設有專業(yè)的郵件發(fā)送平臺,發(fā)送速度快,可以實現(xiàn)每小時幾千封到幾十萬封的發(fā)送速度。同時與主要的郵件服務提供商(ISP)簽訂協(xié)議,對于此平臺來的郵件予以放行,所以,通過這類平臺發(fā)送的郵件,到達率可以保持比較高的水平。

      ? 小型郵件發(fā)送公司:主要集中在本土EDM服務商。他們往往擁有幾臺服務器,幾個IP地址,幾個人,靠著這幾臺服務器大量發(fā)送郵件。這種公司發(fā)送郵件的成本非常低廉,往往幾百元錢就可

      以發(fā)送數(shù)百萬郵件,但很容易導致你的域名和IP被列入黑名單,影響公司業(yè)務正常運營。

      ? 網(wǎng)絡上流傳的郵件群發(fā)軟件:基本的原理是通過軟件,定時批量發(fā)送郵件。如果發(fā)送郵件頻率太頻繁,也很容易導致域名和IP被列入黑名單,第三方郵件服務器也可能限制你的發(fā)送頻率。后兩種EDM營銷平臺無法實現(xiàn)郵件的個性化定制、很難實現(xiàn)營銷效果的監(jiān)測和分析。當然,大型公司自己可以開發(fā)自身Email發(fā)送平臺和營銷數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺,減少郵件列表泄露的風險,但較第一種方式少了與郵件服務商良好公共關系,郵件到達率會有所降低。

      四、設計郵件內容

      郵件內容的設計遵循AIDA(Attention 注意點, Interest 興趣點, Desire 期望點, Action 行動點)原理。

      ? 標題:一個好的標題,有助于引起接收者的興趣,點擊打開你的郵件。而不合適的標題,可能導致接收者直接刪除郵件。并且郵件標題中出現(xiàn)¥,$,發(fā)票等明顯帶有廣告性質特指時,內容時容易觸發(fā)垃圾郵件過濾器。

      ? 郵件主體:在內容的編排上,要考慮客戶體驗。頁首,預覽面板,隱私政策/條款,退訂口,版權申明等。這里注意許可式郵件需要有退訂功能。另外,營銷郵件應該是互動的,客戶不僅能夠閱讀郵件,并且可以通過社交網(wǎng)絡按鈕推薦給自己的好友。個性化的、觸發(fā)性的、互動的營銷郵件能夠在點擊率和銷售上產生驚人的效果。

      ? 檢查郵件HTML是否合乎規(guī)范;是否能在圖片未顯示狀態(tài)下準確表述郵件信息。

      五、實施郵件投放

      篩選郵件列表數(shù)據(jù)庫,為活動選擇合適的受眾群體,提高Email營銷的轉化率。完善的郵件列表數(shù)據(jù)庫記錄了用戶的偏好以及行為等指標,通過這些數(shù)據(jù)挖掘設置,將選定的個人特征選項提交給郵件組,與數(shù)據(jù)庫進行對比,獲得符合條件的郵箱用戶數(shù)。確定投放時間,投放規(guī)模,測試,完成投放。在此過程中對郵件營銷內容作A/B測試,不斷優(yōu)化郵件投放效果。

      六、分析郵件營銷效果 ? 到達率:顯示郵件已進入用戶郵箱的比例,是成功完成最終轉化的第一步,是根本性的指標。到達率公式為:實際到達用戶收件箱/發(fā)送數(shù)量 ×100%。如果是用戶郵箱不存在以及類似的硬彈回則可以從發(fā)送列表中直接移除;如果是郵箱已滿等軟彈回,那么可以再發(fā)送3-4次,始終彈回時再從發(fā)送列表中移除。

      A 英文郵件如何寫

      a1 內容

      從問候開始

      用問候語開始郵件內容非常重要,例如“Dear Lillian,”。根據(jù)你與收件人的關系親近與否,你可能選擇使用他們的姓氏來稱呼他們而不是直呼其名,例如“Dear Mrs.Price,”。如果關系比較親密的話,你就可以說,“Hi Kelly,”如果你和公司聯(lián)系,而不是個人,你就可以寫“To Whom It May Concern:” 感謝收件人如果你在回復客戶的詢問,你應該以感謝開頭。例如,如果有客戶想了解你的公司,你就可以說,“Thank you for contacting ABC Company.”如果此人已經回復過你的一封郵件了,那就一定要說,“Thank you for your prompt reply.”或是“Thanks forgettingbackto me.”如果你可以找到任何機會那一定要謝謝收信人。這樣對方就會感到比較舒服,而且顯得更禮貌。表明你的意圖

      主題摘要欄(Subject)郵件的標題應當簡潔明了。郵件標題是郵件主要內容的濃縮,是讀者瀏覽信箱時決定是否閱讀該郵件的根據(jù)。簡潔明了的主題內容可起到索引的作用,便于收件者以后在大量的郵件中查出相關的郵件。郵件標題選擇的合適與否將影響到讀者處理信件的效率。因此,為了確保收信人能及時閱讀郵件,郵件的標題不僅要引人注目,而且應該言簡意賅。另外,標題應該用名詞短語或動名詞短語,如:“Your Meeting in California”,“Your Order”,“Mrs.Jones”,“weekly Sales Meeting”,“廣告”等標題都信息明確、一目了然。稱呼(salutation)

      商務英文電子郵件通常用較正式的稱呼,如:Dear+對方的姓氏,有時可以省去 Dear,直呼對方的名或姓,或者用隨意的稱呼,如:“Hi,Johnson”,“Hi,Davis”等。若不能確定收件人是哪一位,可用這樣的表達,如:“Dear Sirs”,“Dear Madam or Sir”或“To whom it may concern”等。正文部分的寫法:

      正文部分(body)涉外商務電子郵件的正文書寫格式絕大多數(shù)采用齊頭式。齊頭式是指正文中各部分都從每行的左邊開始,這種格式便于打字和節(jié)省時間,提高工作效率。正文是電子郵件的主要部分,大多把話題分成幾個小主題,每個小主題一段,每段一般只有一兩句話,正文由兩三個或三四個簡短的段落構成。敬意結尾(complimentary closing)

      結尾常用敬語,表示客套和禮節(jié),措辭應恰當。通常用“Best Regards”,“Best Wishes”,或使用 “Good day to you!”等表示美好祝愿的詞組作為敬意結尾,使得電子郵件更趨向隨意體(casual style)。

      簽名(signature)通常是寄件者在信函的敬意結尾下面寫上自己的姓名。因為電子郵件是在電腦上打出來的,所以不能像傳統(tǒng)的外貿信函那樣可用手簽。

      二、抵御不良郵件的“入侵”

      師言:上網(wǎng)時,我們經常收到些來歷不明郵件的干擾,你能判斷哪些是不良郵件嗎?

      1.病毒郵件:病毒郵件通常以誘惑人的標題吸引人們打開附件,一旦下載,病毒就會潛入和破壞你的計算機系統(tǒng)。

      預防方法:對來歷不明的郵件,打開前先殺毒,或不要打開附件并立即刪除該郵件。

      在《中小學信息技術課程指導綱要》的初中教學模塊五《網(wǎng)絡基礎及其應用》中的第四個內容“電子郵件的使用”中要求掌握電子郵件的基本使用?!峨娮余]件》是《信息技術(八年級上)浙江教育出版社》第二單元“網(wǎng)上交流”中的第一課內容,是整冊教材的第六課。本節(jié)課的內容以探究學習方式了解電子郵件的原理、體會電子郵件的特點、理解電子郵件地址格式及意義,并學會用WEB頁方式收發(fā)電子郵件。

      本課的內容主要由電子郵件的工作原理、電子郵件的地址、申請免費的郵箱、電子郵件的收發(fā)四部分組成。

      從本課開始至第八課,都是以探究的形式學習電子郵件的相關知識??紤]到學生在小學階段已接觸電子郵件并有WEB頁收發(fā)電子郵件的經歷,在初中階段需要了解一些關于電子郵件的工作原理來增進知識量。

      三、學情分析

      本課的教學對象是初中二年級學生,學生經過一年時間的學習,對計算機知識已有一定程度的了解,也具備了一定的.上機操作能力和上網(wǎng)能力,但學生的差異水平較大,有少數(shù)學生電腦操作很熟練,但大部分學生操作水平一般,他們對網(wǎng)絡、網(wǎng)址也是不怎么熟悉,打字的速度也不甚理想。

      在本課學習的過程中,由于外網(wǎng)的速度影響,可能導致學生上網(wǎng)申請免費郵箱的速度不快,再加上操作水平的差異,有些學生甚至不能完成,或者申請完成后而來不及或不能準確發(fā)送E—mail至對方郵箱,同時在學生代表口頭表達主題、師生進行評價的時間調控將會非常緊張。

      為激發(fā)學生的興趣,實現(xiàn)學生間的自主、合作、探究,學生在學習過程中采用了觀察視頻、動畫的個人與小組探究、根據(jù)教師提出的問題進行的問題討論探究及根據(jù)分配的任務進行的任務探究、展示作品、激昂表達的交流與評價及延伸課外,落實行動的課外探究和行為探究。

      四、教學目標

      本節(jié)課以“申請免費郵箱及我發(fā)電子郵件”為任務,以“掌握電子郵件的原理、格式及用WEB頁方式收發(fā)電子郵件”為目標,展開教學,具體可分為知識、技能、能力、方法、情感、態(tài)度、價值觀目標來進行培養(yǎng):

      (一)知識與技能目標:

      了解電子郵件的原理、電子郵件地址格式及意義

      (二)能力與方法目標:

      1.熟練掌握書寫電子郵件地址的格式。

      2.熟練掌握用Web方式發(fā)送電子郵件的方法。

      (三)情感、態(tài)度與價值觀目標:

      以探究學習方式了解電子郵件的原理、電子郵件地址格式及意義等有關知識,加深了對已有知識的理解,進一步拓寬知識面。

      五、重點難點

      教學重點:了解電子郵件的原理,掌握電子郵件地址的書寫格式。熟練運用Web頁方式發(fā)送電子郵件。在此過程中,探究和歸納總結電子郵件的工作原理始終

      六、教學策略與手段

      1、采用“組內異質、組間同質”的小組形式授課,倡導“自主合作探究”的學習模式。

      2、為提高學生的積極性,積極發(fā)揮小組的合作效用,將本課設置為“情景導入,設置懸疑→申請,發(fā)電子郵件→上網(wǎng)瀏覽→知識競賽,尋找答案?!钡臍v程,引發(fā)學生以最佳的狀態(tài)投入到本課的學習中,讓學生在小組合作的氛圍之中達到知識的掌握、技能的熟練和情感的共鳴。

      (一)對于基礎較好的學生:

      1、能夠探究出電子郵件的原理。

      2、能夠正確書寫電子郵件的地址。

      3、能夠利用WEB頁方式收發(fā)電子郵件。

      4、能夠主動地引領小組成員進行收發(fā)E-mail的探究。

      5、發(fā)揮其“小老師”的作用,幫助小組內有困難的同學完成任務,共同協(xié)作,共同提高。

      (二)對于基礎較薄弱的學生:

      1、能正確書寫電子郵件的地址,利用WEB頁方式收發(fā)電子郵件。

      2、能夠在“小老師”的幫助下,結合書本與動畫,或通過求助老師,在一定程度上掌握E-mail書寫格式及收發(fā)操作。

      接受自己的郵件,并打開,點擊你輸入的內容,打開相關的網(wǎng)頁,然后思考“detective”是什么意思

      學生:在組長的分配下,進行主題的探究及分工,在任務的驅動下進行行動―――發(fā)送電子郵件。

      教師:巡視、指導、幫助解決學生問題。

      (四)展示作品、評價交流

      教師:最后請給出一篇《生物學家之死》,請同學們把這篇文章確定兇手,然后告訴我們線索是什么,并把這些內容發(fā)電子郵件給我。

      學生:興致盎然,積極操作。

      教師:公布答案,并把學生發(fā)的郵件在電子控制軟件里播放出來。

      《電子郵件》教學設計4

      一、教學目標

      1、認知目標

      讓學生全面了解網(wǎng)絡電子郵箱的作用。

      2、知識目標

      (1)學會發(fā)送電子郵件

      (2)學會閱讀收到的電子郵件

      (3)學會以附件方式發(fā)送磁盤中的文件

      (4)學會閱讀帶有附件的郵件,并保存附件中的內容到磁盤中。

      3、能力目標

      培養(yǎng)學生具有獲取新知識、新技能的能力;選擇信息、處理信息的能力和合作學習的能力。

      4、情感目標

      讓學生通過使用電子郵箱,體驗在信息社會進行交流的便捷性,并逐步把使用電子郵箱作為日常交流信息的慣用工具之一。

      二、教材分析

      本節(jié)所采用的教材是廣東省教學教材研究室編著的高級中學《信息技術》課本。本教材以培養(yǎng)學生的信息素養(yǎng)為宗旨,以培養(yǎng)學生獲取、交流、分析、加工、應用、創(chuàng)造、評價信息的能力為主線,重視學生的學習方式與策略引導,努力創(chuàng)設自主、探究、協(xié)作等學習環(huán)境。內容編排以“任務驅動”的方式展開,學生在完成這些任務的過程中將逐步形成適應信息社會生活的正確態(tài)度及運用和創(chuàng)造信息的能力。本教材第三章第二節(jié)的教學目標包括:1、申請免費電子郵箱

      2、發(fā)送電子郵件

      3、閱讀收到的電子郵件

      4、以附件方式發(fā)送磁盤中的文件??紤]到申請免費電子郵箱的網(wǎng)絡因素和時間因素,因此,在上這部分內容時,本人對教材進行了一些調整。把申請免費電子郵箱這一任務提前到第一節(jié),與“第一節(jié)上網(wǎng)獲取信息”這部分內容一起上。把原屬于探究任務的內容“閱讀帶有附件的郵件,并保存附件中的內容到磁盤中?!弊鳛楸竟?jié)重點來上。最后把“任務六:到網(wǎng)易賀卡站發(fā)精美賀卡,并閱讀收到的賀卡?!弊鳛樘骄咳蝿昭a上。因此,本節(jié)課的教學重、難點如下:

      教學重點:

      (1)學會發(fā)送電子郵件

      (2)學會閱讀收到的電子郵件

      (3)學會以附件方式發(fā)送磁盤中的文件

      (4)學會閱讀帶有附件的郵件,并保存附件中的內容到磁盤中。

      教學難點:

      要全面地了解電子郵箱的操作,對學生而言有一定的難度。

      三、學情分析

      由于我們的學生大多都是鄉(xiāng)下來的學生,絕大多數(shù)學生對網(wǎng)絡都不熟悉,所以得從基本的講起,再作適當?shù)奶岣?,最后,為培養(yǎng)學生獲取信息、應用信息的能力,可作進一步的提高,注重學生的探索性操作,充分發(fā)揮即時反饋,評價在技能訓練中的積極作用。所以,課前我作了充分的準備,為每個小任務做了一個課件用以展示教學內容(任務)、操作要點及相關提示。另外將一些事先截取好的精彩電影小片斷置于服務器特定文件夾中,以供即時使用。在本節(jié)課教學的各個環(huán)節(jié)中,我設計的每一個小任務,都從學生的實際出發(fā),充分考慮學生現(xiàn)有的文化知識、認知能力、年齡、興趣等特點,遵循由表及里,由現(xiàn)象到本質的原則。對于新內容或一些有難度的“任務”,我就演示給學生看或給出相關操作步驟的提示。實踐證明,學生在完成一個有趣味的任務時會很專心,樂此不疲。

      四、教學條件

      1、人手一臺電腦的局域網(wǎng);

      2、每臺電腦都能夠接入因特網(wǎng);

      3、學生機和教師機都裝有多媒體電子教室或大屏幕投影儀。

      五、教學方法

      信息技術面廣度深,教師不可能將每個知識點滴水不漏地教給學生,中學階段培養(yǎng)學生對學科的興趣以及教會學生會學習是重中之重。簡單的操作可讓學生依據(jù)屏幕提示自行完成,復雜的有代表性的操作可以教師演示,然后讓學生練習,在鞏固老師演示內容的基礎上,學生自己探索求異。因此,本節(jié)課可分為兩部分,一個是基礎性學習部分,另一個是探索性學習部分。信息技術課還是一門實踐性即操作性很強的學科,教學過程中的大部分時間應該給學生動手實踐。因此,本節(jié)課主要采用教師創(chuàng)設情境、激趣導入、輔助講演,學生任務驅動、自主探究、合作學習的教學方法。

      六、教學過程:

      導入課題:好,這節(jié)課我們就一起來學習:如何利用上節(jié)課申請好的電子郵箱給身邊的同學發(fā)郵件,并閱讀收到的郵件。

      學生回答:喜歡。

      學生回答:想。

      學生邊欣賞,邊思考:怎樣給朋友送去這份精美賀卡呢?我該怎樣做才能收到朋友送的精美賀卡呢?

      通過欣賞電子賀卡,激起學生強烈的求知欲和學習興趣。

      教師抓緊時機,及時提出本節(jié)課任務:利用自己的電子郵箱收發(fā)電子郵件。分析課題,分解任務教師把總任務細化分解:任務一:登錄自己的免費郵箱。任務二:給相鄰的同學發(fā)一封主題為:“新年好”的電子郵件。任務三:閱讀收到的電子郵件。任務四:以附件方式發(fā)送指定磁盤中的文件。任務五:閱讀帶有附件的郵件,并保存附件中的內容到磁盤中。任務六:到網(wǎng)易賀卡站發(fā)精美賀卡,并閱讀收到的賀卡。學生接受任務,領會任務思路:由淺入深。

      教師利用自制課件演示本節(jié)學習任務。

      師生共同分析。

      培養(yǎng)學生收集信息和分析問題的能力。

      自主學習,完成任務一教師:一邊播放《登錄免費郵箱》的演示文稿,一邊簡單講解操作步驟。

      任務一操作簡單,學生可以自主學習,快速完成任務。教師演示講授,學生合作學習,完成任務二教師問:大家都進入自己的郵箱了吧?

      好,下面我們開始學習給身邊的同學發(fā)一封主題為:“新年好”的電子郵件??彀涯愕泥]箱地址告訴旁邊的同學吧!

      教師:一邊播放《發(fā)新郵件》的演示文稿;一邊簡單講解操作步驟:第一步:單擊超鏈接“發(fā)郵件”。第二步:輸入收件人的郵箱地地址。(示范如:[emailprotected])第三步:輸入電子郵件主題:新年好。(主題:能讓收件人在沒閱讀信件前就知道這封信的大意是什么。)第四步:輸入郵件的具體內容。第五步:單擊“發(fā)送”按鈕。第六步:發(fā)送完畢,單擊“返回”按鈕。

      學生回答:進入了。

      學生互交郵箱地址。

      學生動手實踐,分組合作學習。教師對操作有困難的學生進行個別輔導。

      注:學生第一次使用郵箱,對郵箱地址的格式不太清楚,在此,教師應做示范講解,并講明@符號代表的含義,它是郵箱地址中必不可少的符號。

      此活動組織辦法是:相鄰同學兩人一組互發(fā)郵件,如:我校電腦室分A、B、C、D、E、F六列,A1和A2、A3和A4互發(fā)郵件。此辦法的好處是:可以方便學生互相督促、合作學習,快速完成任務。教師演示講授,學生自主學習,完成任務三教師:完成發(fā)郵件任務的小組請舉手。好,大家都有點迫不及待地想看看自己的郵件了。怎么閱讀收到的郵件呢?請看老師的操作。

      教師:一邊播放《閱讀郵件》的演示文稿;一邊簡單講解操作步驟:第一步:單擊左側工具欄上的“收郵件”超鏈接按鈕。第二步:在郵件列表框中單擊該郵件主題,其后該郵件被打開供你閱讀。第三步:閱讀完畢,單擊“返回”按鈕。完成任務的學生舉手。

      學生動手操作。此任務操作簡單,學生可以自主學習,快速完成任務。教師演示講授,學生合作學習,完成任務四教師:同學們剛才閱讀到的郵件都只有文字,想不想收到內容更加豐富多彩的郵件呢?

      好,下面老師就教大家如何發(fā)送精彩的視頻小片斷。教師:一邊播放《以附件方式發(fā)送磁盤中的文件》演示文稿;一邊簡單講解操作步驟:第一步:單擊超鏈接“發(fā)郵件”。第二步:輸入收件人的郵箱地地址。第三步:輸入電子郵件主題:電影小片斷。第四步:輸入郵件的具體內容。第五步:單擊附件欄右則的“添加編輯”按鈕,將轉到用于選擇要發(fā)送的文件的“粘貼附件”頁面。第六步:單擊“瀏覽”按鈕,選擇教師機上指定文件夾中的電影小片斷文件。第七步:單擊“粘貼”按鈕。第八步:單擊“完成”按鈕。第九步:單擊“發(fā)送”按鈕。第十步:發(fā)送完畢,單擊“返回”按鈕。

      此時,學生更加熱情高漲。

      學生動手實踐,分組合作學習。教師對操作有困難的學生進行個別輔導。

      到此,任務難度逐步加大。在此任務中,學生既要用到剛學過的`操作知識,又要用到以前學過的“網(wǎng)上鄰居”的使用方法。這兩點操作都要掌握得較好才能很好的完成本任務。因此,教師在做示范操作時,“粘貼附件”頁面中的操作要相對慢些、詳細些。

      在此任務中,主要培養(yǎng)學生的獲取新知識、新技能的能力和選擇信息、處理信息的能力。教師演示講授,學生自主學習,完成任務五教師:完成任務的小組請舉手。好,接下來我們就是去閱信了。這是一封帶有附件的電子郵件,閱讀方法跟前面一樣嗎?方法大同小異。

      教師:一邊播放《閱讀郵件》的演示文稿;一邊簡單講解操作步驟:第一步:單擊左側工具欄上的“收郵件”超鏈接按鈕。第二步:在郵件列表框中單擊該郵件主題,其后該郵件被打開供你閱讀。(到此,學生產生疑問:怎么沒看見電影片斷呢?教師抓住學生這份好奇,要學生自己觀察,看看影片文件在呢?找到后,教師問:怎樣操作才能看到電影內容呢?通常我們是先把附件文件保存到自己的文件夾后再打開來看。)第三步:單擊附件文件旁邊的“下載”按鈕,彈出“下載文件”對話框。第四步:單擊對話框中的“保存”按鈕,選擇自己的文件夾進行保存。第五步:打開自己文件夾中的電影片斷文件進行觀看。(只是教學生怎樣打開,不需給時間學生觀看,提醒他們課后再看。)

      學生觀察、思考老師提出的問題。

      看完老師的演示后,學生動手實踐。

      此任務在教師演示完之后,學生再動手,難度就減少了很多。因為,每節(jié)課都要求學生保存操作結果,所以,學生對保存位置的選擇不成問題。

      教師輔導,學生自主學習,完成任務六教師:同學們經過這翻緊張又刺激的學習后,我們一起到網(wǎng)易賀卡站放松一下吧!大家可以在欣賞這些精美賀卡的同時,選一張自己最喜歡的發(fā)給身邊的同學。(教師可以適當?shù)氖痉兑幌?,怎樣進入網(wǎng)易賀卡站)

      在此任務之前,學生已基本完成本節(jié)教學目標,此任務屬于課堂探究內容,能夠達到培養(yǎng)學生學以至用的目的。

      七、教學反思和回顧

      本節(jié)課是在建構主義學習理論指導下,利用網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的多媒體教學系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)教學內容和控制教學過程,并采用“任務驅動”的教學方法進行組織教學的。建構主義學習理論轉變了過去以教師為教主的教學觀念,而以學生學為主,在教學中以學生為中心,教師主要是組織者、引導者的角色,這更有利于培養(yǎng)學習的探索精神和自主學習的能力。本節(jié)課是在網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下教學,由于學生貪玩的天性,在教學過程中對學生的控制難度較大,故,本人采用細化任務,由淺入深,講講練練的教學方式,逐步完成教學目標。讓學生在既緊張又興奮的狀態(tài)下統(tǒng)一完成基礎性知識的學習。在課堂的最后,還設計了一個探究性任務,讓學生自由發(fā)揮,真正做到學以至用。
