學(xué)唱英語歌曲和做游戲都是學(xué)生們感興趣的活動(dòng)，尤其是將學(xué)生分成男女兩大組展開比賽更能激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和積極性。這樣可以很快將孩子們的心從上節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)或課間活動(dòng)中轉(zhuǎn)移到英語課堂學(xué)習(xí)中來，并為接下來的英語學(xué)習(xí)搭建起男女生競賽的平臺(tái)，有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和競爭意識(shí)。

桑干家老師的這一堂課是一堂清晰實(shí)在，扎實(shí)系統(tǒng)，動(dòng)靜結(jié)合的英語課。教師以新的課程理念為指導(dǎo)，充分考慮了學(xué)生這一年齡階段的特點(diǎn)，在本課的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和組織上注重了以下幾個(gè)方面。

教師的教學(xué)方法靈活，新單詞呈現(xiàn)形式多樣。應(yīng)該說整堂課中，教師在引入新詞時(shí)，都是比較新穎而又自然，而且具有生活化的。教師還注意利用實(shí)物，圖片，卡片，身體語言，表情動(dòng)作等作為教學(xué)資源，創(chuàng)設(shè)講解，操練和運(yùn)用英語的情景。桑老師能貫徹以學(xué)生為中心的原則，關(guān)注教學(xué)過程，盡可能發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用，讓學(xué)生真實(shí)的去感受知識(shí)，體驗(yàn)知識(shí)，積極參與，努力實(shí)踐，在活動(dòng)中學(xué)會(huì)用語言表達(dá)交流，較好的體現(xiàn)了從不懂到懂，從不會(huì)到會(huì)，從不熟練到熟練的過程。

本課中值得探討的地方:

1、本堂課中，老師在布置任務(wù)前或句型操練前，未能起到很好的示范作用，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生操練時(shí)場面有些混亂。

2、教師語言不是很豐富。其實(shí)這也是我們較多老師的一個(gè)毛病。我們說當(dāng)我們老師有足夠多的input（輸入）的時(shí)候，學(xué)生才能有output（輸入）。這可能就需要我們老師平時(shí)多多進(jìn)行閱讀,豐富自己的課外知識(shí)。

預(yù)初年級(jí)英語評課記錄

評俞春娟老師的課：（俞月紅、高微微）

1.俞老師的教學(xué)基本功扎實(shí)，課堂設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特新穎，教學(xué)目標(biāo)明確，重點(diǎn)突出，課堂氣氛活躍，學(xué)生積極參與，圓滿的完成了教學(xué)任務(wù) 2.俞老師非常關(guān)注學(xué)生讀音標(biāo)的能力，每個(gè)單詞都一個(gè)個(gè)音節(jié)地教，非常扎實(shí)，學(xué)生的讀音也比較好，朗讀課文很流暢。本節(jié)課從三大城市的基本信息入手，由淺入深地解析城市的方位，人口，習(xí)俗等。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性很高，課堂氣氛活躍，師生配合默契。

1.她先帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)了三大城市上海，曼谷和東京的方位，人口，習(xí)俗等信息，引出洛杉磯進(jìn)入新課時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)。此環(huán)節(jié)不僅復(fù)習(xí)了已授內(nèi)容，而且新課時(shí)的導(dǎo)出也較自然。課內(nèi)，俞老師采取不同的形式如回答問題，對話等，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性很高漲。本節(jié)課內(nèi)容充分，形式多樣，學(xué)生很有收獲。

2.俞老師在教學(xué)過程中，不過早地出現(xiàn)結(jié)論，肯花時(shí)間讓學(xué)生對新語法知識(shí)進(jìn)行深入的探討，保證學(xué)生有足夠的探究時(shí)間和體驗(yàn)的機(jī)會(huì)。

評高微微老師的課（俞月紅、俞春娟）

1、高老師和藹可親，基本功扎實(shí)，教學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，教學(xué)目的明確，課堂環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)合理，兼顧到各個(gè)層次學(xué)生的能力。

2、高老師能善于用教材去教，能依據(jù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因時(shí)因地開發(fā)和利用課程資源；能有意識(shí)地營造民主、平等、和諧的課堂氛圍，課堂教學(xué)效果很好。

陳海英：劉老師的課親切，活潑，有激情。課堂活動(dòng)多，師生互動(dòng)自然，收到很好的效果。劉老師的整堂可得授課過程和對課堂的整堂調(diào)控可見年輕教師的雄厚專業(yè)知識(shí)和能力。

李潔晶：劉老師上的是一堂引入課。通過從網(wǎng)上下載的錄像，引出課題“水”，非常好。然后再到水的特征，水的循環(huán)，都挺好。但是最后一個(gè)討論好像為時(shí)過早。這堂課的重點(diǎn)水的特征和水的循環(huán)可以再進(jìn)行操練。

孫漢創(chuàng)：劉老師的課條理比較清楚，但是重點(diǎn)的內(nèi)容還應(yīng)加以鞏固，操練。課題：Water 評課：

劉玥：陳老師的課是新課導(dǎo)入，通過一張卡通，與學(xué)生張開對話，自然引出本單元主題-----Water。師生互動(dòng)多，學(xué)生積極而且反映良好。在電腦出故障不能使用課件的情況下，陳老師不慌不忙，沉著應(yīng)付?？梢娖綍r(shí)常態(tài)課的英語教學(xué)扎扎實(shí)實(shí)。

孫漢創(chuàng)：陳老師的課親切，活潑，有激情。課堂活動(dòng)多，師生互動(dòng)自然，收到很好的效果。

時(shí)間：2月21日 李潔晶：陳老師的課是新課導(dǎo)入，和劉月上的 是同一課時(shí)的課。陳老師通過一張卡通，引入課題“水”，然后再到水的特征，水的循環(huán)，非常好。整堂課課堂氣氛融洽，師生互動(dòng)良好，板書清楚。

評課：1:：李老師的課的開始時(shí)對上堂課的詞匯復(fù)習(xí)，重視對學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)，學(xué)生反映較好。

2：文章內(nèi)容較多，篇幅較長，建議分課時(shí)來上。

3：因內(nèi)容集中在一起，學(xué)生不能理解消化，所以回答問題，甚至復(fù)述課文顯得難。效果不好。

執(zhí)教老師：孫漢創(chuàng) 時(shí)間：2月22日 課題：Water 評課：

1：孫老師的課也是新課導(dǎo)入。雖然內(nèi)容不多，但老師補(bǔ)充的材料包括詞匯補(bǔ)充量較多，讓學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生有 很大的收獲。

2：孫老師以英語來授課，語速不快，較適合本班學(xué)生的接受能力，并讓學(xué)生有足夠的思考空間，效果也好。

3：板書清晰，把水的流程和水的三態(tài)在黑板上列的清清楚楚，學(xué)生一看就知道本課時(shí)的重點(diǎn)。

第一次評課作業(yè)

蔣老師這堂課執(zhí)教的內(nèi)容是仁愛版七年級(jí)英語下冊Lesson 89.從執(zhí) 教老師的說課中可以得知本堂課的性質(zhì)是一堂復(fù)習(xí)課。學(xué)生在之前的學(xué)習(xí)中已經(jīng)識(shí)記了一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的結(jié)構(gòu)以及“可數(shù)名詞、不可數(shù)名詞”的概念。本堂課的總體目標(biāo)是通過創(chuàng)設(shè)各種情景，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在交際中運(yùn)用，使其理解以及盡可能掌握已學(xué)知識(shí)。

如何備好初中英語課

備課時(shí)“只見樹木不見森林”。在教學(xué)交流過程中,我在閱讀青年教師的教案時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)相當(dāng)普遍的問題。他們的教案準(zhǔn)備得都很充分，有的可以說是相當(dāng)細(xì)致，連課堂用語都寫得很清楚。為準(zhǔn)備一節(jié)課，七、八頁教案寫得密密麻麻。但是我發(fā)現(xiàn)他們備課時(shí)忽視了一個(gè)根本性的東西，即《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。

由國家教委修訂的新《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中對我國中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的目的和要求、教學(xué)原則及教學(xué)方法作出了明確的規(guī)定。每學(xué)期初，我們教研組都組織教師對該《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)和討論?？上У氖且坏骄唧w實(shí)踐中就有些“離譜”。

一、青年教師出現(xiàn)這些偏差的根本原因。筆者認(rèn)為是對《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》學(xué)習(xí)不夠、領(lǐng)會(huì)不深。若是仔細(xì)研讀《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，對于上述問題，《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中有詳盡的論述：語言首先是有聲音的語言?？谡Z是第一性的。書面語言是口語的記錄，是第二性的。培養(yǎng)聽說能力有助于鞏固所學(xué)語言知識(shí)和提高讀寫能力。我們在準(zhǔn)備教案時(shí)，一定不能忘記這個(gè)根本原則。

可能我們有的同志對此持有異議：我國在校的中學(xué)生將來能升入高等院校者，比例較低。能真正從事外語工作或出國進(jìn)修、深造的就更少了。聽說能力再棒又有何用，不如多教學(xué)生一點(diǎn)單詞、語法，再說《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中也說要側(cè)重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀能力。這種看法也不能說是沒有道理。但《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》有一條是這樣說的：要在聽說訓(xùn)練有一定基礎(chǔ)以后才逐漸向閱讀訓(xùn)練側(cè)重，否則事倍功半?？傊谖覀兤匠５慕虒W(xué)工作中一定要以《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》為依據(jù)，用《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》來指導(dǎo)我們的工作，此處借用我國的一個(gè)成語“綱舉目張”來說明這個(gè)問題真是再貼切也不過了。

二、備課時(shí)“只備教材不備學(xué)生”。我們青年教師剛走出學(xué)校不久，書生氣較濃，面對壓力較大的工作，急于取的好的教學(xué)成績，所以力求能和每一位同學(xué)相處好，使學(xué)生對老師有好感，對英語有興趣，不難看出學(xué)生喜歡上年輕老師的課，因?yàn)槔蠋煾袼麄兊拇笈笥?。青年教師這樣做本來可以更好的了解學(xué)生，但事情往往并不是這樣。眾所周知，誰都愿意把自己最優(yōu)秀的一面展現(xiàn)給大家，很多人、尤其是學(xué)生不愿意把自己的不足暴露于人，所以表面的熱鬧并不能使學(xué)生和老師互相有真正的了解，老師還是不能了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，學(xué)習(xí)障礙。從某種意義上說，了解學(xué)生比了解教材更加困難，因?yàn)榻滩氖窍鄬潭ǖ?，而學(xué)生的思想、情緒、興趣乃至表現(xiàn)卻是不斷變化的，這些都對他們的學(xué)習(xí)有直接影響。

大多數(shù)青年教師在編制教案時(shí)均能很好地鉆研教材，尤其是課文部分往往是不遺余力，唯恐講得不細(xì)，對于教學(xué)對象的課堂反應(yīng)以及教學(xué)效果考慮得比較合理，也比較周到。但一堂課上下來，效果并不理想。問題出在哪里呢？原來我們要求英語教師在課堂上盡量說英語，少說母語，這個(gè)要求本來是正確的，也是合理的。今年開學(xué)初聽了一位青年教師課，他在課堂上使用母語很少，而且他們說的英語里有不少詞匯超出了學(xué)生的接受能力，通過表情我看出有不少學(xué)生未曾聽懂，教學(xué)效果并不好，原因是這位教師對教學(xué)對象了解不夠，過高地估計(jì)他們英語水平。

對教學(xué)對象了解不夠還表現(xiàn)在課堂提問上，有少數(shù)青年教師對教案中編制的課堂提問自己心中無數(shù)。在設(shè)計(jì)每一個(gè)提問時(shí)，首先應(yīng)該站在學(xué)生的角度上想一想，是否班上大多數(shù)同學(xué)都能回答出這個(gè)問題，太難太易均不合適。如果學(xué)生答不上來，教師怎樣去啟發(fā)他們，調(diào)動(dòng)他們。教師還要針對不同程度的學(xué)生，編制一些難度不同的提問，讓盡可能多的學(xué)生參加到課堂活動(dòng)中來。對于了解學(xué)生，我們的青年教師考慮得不夠，教案編制得比較呆板，很難實(shí)現(xiàn)分層次教學(xué)，更難做到因材施教。其實(shí)教案應(yīng)該是一個(gè)可塑性方案，應(yīng)該針對學(xué)生程度的不同和課堂上的具體情況靈活運(yùn)用。

三、備課時(shí)“只備內(nèi)容不備方法”。在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，即使對教材、對學(xué)生很熟悉，也不一定能上好課，要真正上好課還得講究教學(xué)方法。教學(xué)方法得當(dāng)與否，往往決定教學(xué)的質(zhì)量與效果，甚至決定整個(gè)教學(xué)的成敗。

教學(xué)方法，“一本教材，一支粉筆，一講到底”的陳舊教學(xué)模式是不能過關(guān)的。即使如此強(qiáng)調(diào)教法，我們的有些教師在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中還是暴露出一些問題。
