      工作兩年來,我深知110接處警工作是公安機(jī)關(guān)的一項(xiàng)重要職能,是建設(shè)和諧警民關(guān)系的橋梁和紐帶,隨著110日益深入人心,人民群眾也更加熟知與依賴110,對(duì)110的期望值越來越高,由此對(duì)我們接警臺(tái)工作的要求也越來越高。如果接處警工作不到位,就會(huì)直接影響公安機(jī)關(guān)在人民群眾心目中的形象。因此,結(jié)合市局開展的“???法治理念教育”、“解放思想大討論”等活動(dòng),深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)貫徹上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意圖,認(rèn)真的處理每一起報(bào)警電話,設(shè)身處地的做到想群眾之所想、急群眾之所急、幫群眾之所求,將小小接警臺(tái)當(dāng)成公安機(jī)關(guān)親民、愛民的窗口,將群眾和各出警單位的滿意度作為衡量工作質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),今年以來,我共值班??次,受理報(bào)警求助電話??起,安排有效警情??起,未受到一次有效投訴,較好的維護(hù)了公安機(jī)關(guān)的良好形象。

      作為110接警員,在接處警工作中,要深懷一顆愛民之心。我自覺站在群眾的角度思考問題,想群眾之所想,給群眾之所需,幫群眾之所求,做到知民心、順民意、解民憂、幫民困、救民難,變受理為服務(wù),寓服務(wù)于受理。應(yīng)信守“四有四必”的承諾,設(shè)身處地地體會(huì)一名普通百姓、受害者、求助者的感受,深刻領(lǐng)悟“執(zhí)法為民”的深刻內(nèi)涵,明確自己不僅是執(zhí)法者,也是權(quán)為民所用、情為民所系、利為民所謀的具體落實(shí)者。在處理群眾報(bào)警過程中,既要善于用法,又要學(xué)會(huì)用情;既要與人民群眾心連心,又要與人民群眾心換心。所謂心連心,就是要做到民情民意入耳,民聲民求入腦,民利民苦入心;所謂心換心,就是在心連心的基礎(chǔ)上,要求接處警人員主動(dòng)與人民群眾在心理上調(diào)換位置,換位思考,充分了解報(bào)警群眾最迫切、最希望解決的是什么?從而有針對(duì)性地處理和解決群眾亟待解決的問題,真正贏得群眾的信任。舉例:---

      三、勤學(xué)習(xí),善總結(jié),誠心正意提高素質(zhì)

      回顧一年來的工作,有成績,也有不足。通過認(rèn)真的總結(jié)剖析,認(rèn)為存在以下幾點(diǎn):一是有時(shí)工作態(tài)度不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),如對(duì)報(bào)警人的耐心說服能力有待提高;二是對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)掌握的還不夠全面,如對(duì)轄區(qū)地理位置劃分了解的不清楚,有時(shí)候會(huì)派錯(cuò)出警單位,造成不必要的麻煩;三是組織紀(jì)律性稍差,未能認(rèn)真遵守規(guī)章制度,有遲到、筆記記錄不全等現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。

      以上是我個(gè)人的工作總結(jié),有不足的地方,請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予批評(píng)指正。

      第四篇:接警工作流程

      接到公安類警情后,110接線員通過350兆電臺(tái)、GPS點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)指揮調(diào)度系統(tǒng)直接調(diào)度街面巡邏車、網(wǎng)絡(luò)派單指令分局綜合室雙向處置形式指令基層單位出警處置;接到聯(lián)動(dòng)類警情,110接線員根據(jù)群眾的不同訴求,初步判明性質(zhì)及歸口單位,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)派單形式指令相關(guān)聯(lián)動(dòng)單位辦理。聯(lián)動(dòng)單位的受理、督辦、反饋等工作,由市政府110聯(lián)動(dòng)辦相關(guān)科室負(fù)責(zé);訴求復(fù)雜或管轄部門暫時(shí)不明的,轉(zhuǎn)110聯(lián)動(dòng)辦直接轉(zhuǎn)辦。各縣及吉利區(qū)有各自的110報(bào)警臺(tái),工作運(yùn)作模式及職責(zé)范圍與市區(qū)基本一致。

      自2010年開展110聯(lián)動(dòng)工作以來,110指揮中心共受理群眾各類報(bào)警求助和訴求電話776萬余次,有效報(bào)警及訴求248萬余起,其中聯(lián)動(dòng)訴求128萬余起。2015年,110共受理各類民生訴求32萬起,辦結(jié)率達(dá)99.4%,對(duì)110聯(lián)動(dòng)群眾滿意率達(dá)96.8%。

      消防報(bào)警與接警程序

      1、值班員接警必須使用規(guī)范用語,語言清楚,填寫《出車命令》記錄細(xì)致;

      2、要穩(wěn)定報(bào)警人員的情緒,告訴報(bào)警人不要驚慌,問清著火部位、燃燒物料的性質(zhì),有無人員被困;

      4、通知報(bào)警人到路口等候消防隊(duì)的到來;

      6、值班員應(yīng)與滅火戰(zhàn)斗班班長保持密切聯(lián)系:了解火場動(dòng)態(tài)情況,隨時(shí)將火場情況報(bào)告給上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
