      歲月無情,似有情,轉(zhuǎn)眼間又推進一屆九級,而九年級的英語教學工作十分關(guān)鍵,為了順利完成自我教學工作,讓學生學會運用與生活息息相關(guān)的英語語言,語法語言,使學生在八年級學習的基礎(chǔ)上得到聽說讀寫的全面發(fā)展,獲得英語交際運用的基本技能,養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,為此,我確立如下教學計劃:

      一、學生情況分析

      今年我任教九年級95、98兩個班的英語。從整體情況來看,學生普遍英語基礎(chǔ)較差,在課堂教學時,出現(xiàn)有學生不守課堂規(guī)則,不愿聽課、睡覺或是做與課堂無關(guān)事情的現(xiàn)象。還有一部分學生覺得英語越來越難,漸漸力不從心了,不感興趣了,有少部分學生基礎(chǔ)較好,自制能力較強,能認真聽課,按老師要求完成各項任務(wù)。針對這種情況,教學的時候需要注意在備課中增加趣味性,以此來提高學生對英語學習的興趣。

      二、教師的指導思想

      1、要面向全體學生,關(guān)注每個學生的情感,激發(fā)他們學習英語的興趣,幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心,使他們在學習過程中發(fā)展綜合語言運用能力,提高人文素養(yǎng),增強實踐能力,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神。

      2、突出學生主體,尊重個體差異,讓學生在老師的指導下構(gòu)建知識,提高技能,活躍思維,展現(xiàn)個性,發(fā)展心智和拓展視野。

      三、教材分

      我校使用的是《仁愛版英語》,本冊教材具有以下幾個特點:

      1、注重學生語言運用能力的培養(yǎng),突出語言的實踐性和交際性,同時也突出語言的真實性和實用性。如:閱讀內(nèi)容題材新穎,語言鮮活,能夠激發(fā)學生濃厚的學習興趣。通過閱讀訓練,提高學生的英語理解能力和語言運用能力。培養(yǎng)學生根據(jù)不同的閱讀任務(wù),運用適宜的閱讀策略獲取信息的本領(lǐng)。

      2、注重教材的靈活性和可操作性。圖文并茂,輕松活潑地呈現(xiàn)教學內(nèi)容,把語言學習和實際生活結(jié)合起來,增強學生的聽說能力。形式多樣的寫作練習,既能培養(yǎng)學生的想象力,又能提高學生的寫作技巧。在培養(yǎng)學生聽說讀寫語言技能的基礎(chǔ)上,開展綜合探究活動進一步拓展學生的語言知識,提高學生的語言技能。

      3、為學生提供良好的英語學習環(huán)境,幫助學生拓展自我發(fā)展的空間。了解英語交際中常用的體態(tài)語,鼓勵學生借助手勢、表情等非語言手段來提高交際效果,從而培養(yǎng)學生的文化意識和跨文化交際的能力。

      4、注重中外文化的雙向交流,為滿足不同層次的學生的需求,使學生通過學習,自學能力和學習策略得到培養(yǎng),為學生的進一步學習或終身學習奠定基礎(chǔ),培養(yǎng)未來跨文化交際所需要的能力。

      5、注重融合學科內(nèi)容,加強學科之間的整合和滲透,讓學生通過英語學習來獲得其他學科的知識。結(jié)合貼進生活的圖片學習目標語言,使學生能在現(xiàn)實中的不同場合運用所學到的評議知識。

      6、本書有458個單詞,包括69個短語,日常交際無數(shù)句。

      四、教學重難點

      重點是

      1、各部分中出現(xiàn)的四會詞和語法項目。

      1、熟練應(yīng)用所學語法項目。

      2、能夠應(yīng)用所學語法項目解決問題。

      五、教學目標

      1、知識與能力

      A、掌握本冊中出現(xiàn)的重要詞、短語、及句子。B、理解本冊中出現(xiàn)的重要的語法項目。C、能夠就本冊中所學句子進行交際。

      D、會利用已學語法知識去理解、掌握并解決新知,達到舉一反三的效果。E、通過聽力訓練,提高學生抓住關(guān)鍵信息的能力。

      2、過程與方法

      A、通過與他人合作,解決問題并報告結(jié)果,共同完成學習任務(wù)。B、通過閱讀簡單的讀物和報刊雜志,克服生詞障礙,理解課文大意。C、通過教師對有關(guān)熟悉話題的陳述,學會積極參與討論。D、通過制定計劃和安排,積極探索適合自己的學習方法。E、預(yù)習和收集相關(guān)資料。

      F、有效地借助自身的歷史,地理知識理解英語。G、通過積極參與課內(nèi)外英語活動學習中國文化。

      F、敢于用英語表達對電視節(jié)目、文學、美術(shù)作品和畢業(yè)典禮的不同看法。G、更深刻地了解祖國文化,增強民主自信心,培養(yǎng)愛國主義情操。

      六、教學方法與措施

      1、認真專研教材和課標,精心備課,認真上好每一節(jié)課。確定每堂課的基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容,預(yù)備內(nèi)容和拓展內(nèi)容,滿足不同層次學生的不同需求。

      2、充分利用現(xiàn)有的現(xiàn)代化教學設(shè)備,加強直觀教學,提高課堂效率。

      3、多于學生溝通,了解學生學習狀況和需求,及時改進教學中存在的問題和不足。

      4、積極開展豐富多彩的英語活動,提高學生興趣,如英語演講比賽、單詞聽寫比賽、朗讀比賽、學常英文歌曲、課前五分鐘活動等。

      5、注重個別輔導,在面向全體學生的基礎(chǔ)上,培優(yōu)補差。

      6、不斷學習,加強自身素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)能力的提高。

      7、積極參加教研教改活動,認真寫出心得體會,開展多方面的教研實踐活動,努力找出更適合本校學生的學法和教法,堅持走的出,請得進的教學理念,取長補短,爭取使教學成績再上一個新臺階。

      教學具體措施:

      1、摸清學生基本情況,逐步激勵學生對英語產(chǎn)生學習興趣。

      2、重視課堂教學質(zhì)量,逐步提高學生英語交際能力。

      3、有意識培養(yǎng)學生聽力、表述、朗讀、書寫和作業(yè)的基本能力。

      4、重視思維過程系統(tǒng)編排,由淺入深,由易到難,由已知到未知,循序漸進,點面結(jié)合,逐步擴展,循環(huán)往現(xiàn),以加深影響。

      七、課時安排

      本書共四個單元,每單元都有三個話題,每個話題又分A,B,C,D,四課。依據(jù)本學期的教學進度,本學期具體安排如下。每周上一個話題,中期考試前上兩個單元,其余的兩個單元中期后上。教學內(nèi)容與課時安排如下:

      九、進行期末復習

      本學期的時間雖然較緊,但是我打算在元月初進入復習階段,在最后的幾個星期里,我將從課本入手,以課本為基礎(chǔ)梳理本學期所學的知識點,在梳理的基礎(chǔ)上進行歸納和總結(jié),盡量讓學生理解本學期所學的內(nèi)容,讓學生做到心中有數(shù)。

      十、進行期末考試

      根據(jù)上述的教學活動,學期已經(jīng)完成,該是收成時候,多年來一直是縣統(tǒng)測,我只能等著結(jié)果。

      本學期共學習四個單元,十二個話題:Unit1 The Changing World 本單元教學內(nèi)容主要圍繞假期經(jīng)歷、人口問題、社會問題展開;Unit2 Saving The Earth本單元的三個話題僅僅圍繞環(huán)境問題展開;Unit3 English throughout the world.本話題圍繞著世界語言——英語展開,談到了英語的廣泛運用、英語學習的重要性、不同國家應(yīng)用英語的差異、英語的發(fā)展、手勢語、英語學習策略等問題;Unit4 Amazing Science本單元圍繞著科學技術(shù)展開,談到了“神州”五號、電腦科技、科技方面以及神秘的太空,便于中學生了解科學技術(shù)達到發(fā)展.一.外語教學和其他學科一樣,有嚴謹?shù)南到y(tǒng)性和連貫性。學生在初

      通過幾次的月考后,我了解到今后的試題注重知識的覆蓋面,著重考查學生分析問題和解決問題的能力。在平時的復習工作中,除了抓基礎(chǔ)知識外,我更注重提高學生的試題分析能力。我注意收集中考的信息,最大限度地掌握中考命題的有關(guān)信息,研究復習的對策,突出重點,提高復習效果。三.做好學習方法上的指導

      好的學習方法可以起到事半功倍的效果。我把早讀課交由學生自己支配,但不是漫無目的的瞎讀,而是有重點的讀書,讀自己認為掌握不夠的部分。單詞過不了關(guān)的,就記單詞;課文不熟悉的,就讀課文;句型記不住的,就背句型和例子。同時,我還引導學生注意總結(jié)解題經(jīng)驗,探索解題規(guī)律,養(yǎng)成良好的解題習慣。并且,我要求學生建立改錯本,將錯題整理收集起來,反復加強記憶。對于那些沒有建立錯題本的同學,我要求他們將做過的試卷很好的保存起來,以便自己復習時能用得著。

      四.提高課堂40分鐘的效率

      課堂只有40分鐘,學生也不可能在課后花很多時間在一門功課上。因此,教師必須提高英語課堂教學的效率。我在課前做好充分準備,加大課堂信息量,理論聯(lián)系實際,精講精練,講練結(jié)合。講,注意講重點和難點;練,以限時訓練為主,提高學生的解題速度和解題能力;評,及時評講,重在指導。但有時我發(fā)現(xiàn),因為怕學生漏掉了某些知識點,我還是講得多了一些,給他們自己思考的時間少了一些。

      五、學生對英語學習缺乏興趣、自信心和學習動力;在英語課堂上不積極參與,缺少主動發(fā)言的熱情或根本不愿意發(fā)言;另外,相當一部分學生在聽新課時跟不上老師的節(jié)奏或不能理解教師相對較快的指示語。

      六、學生對英語課堂知識的掌握不實在、理解不全面,課外花的冤枉時間多;而大部分學生對書本知識不夠重視,找不到英語學科復習的有效載體,不能有效的利用課本,適時地回歸課本,英語復習缺乏系統(tǒng)性,英語學習缺乏主動性。

      七、部分學生缺少教師明確的指導,在復習時缺乏系統(tǒng)安排和科學計劃,或者學習和復習沒有個性化特點,導致學習效果不明顯。

      八、基于以上情況,我們認為作為學生中考的把關(guān)者,九年級英語教師首先要有正確地意識,應(yīng)充分認識到:一節(jié)課有沒有效益,并不是指教師有沒有教完內(nèi)容或教得認真不認真,而是指學生有沒有學到什么或?qū)W生學得好不好。如果學生不想學或?qū)W了沒有收獲,即使教師教得很辛苦也是無效教學;或者學生學得很辛苦,卻沒有得到應(yīng)有的發(fā)展,也是無效或低效教學。

      九、教師要有課堂效益意識。教學效益首先體現(xiàn)在課堂教學信息量、教學活動的廣度和密度以及媒體的使用上。有效的媒體手段有助于課堂容量、密度和速度的提高。尤其是在復習課堂上適當?shù)厥褂枚嗝襟w手段,不但可以活躍課堂,更能提高學生的參與面,短、頻、快的大容量課堂節(jié)奏能有效的吸引并集中學生的學習注意,從而最終提高學習的聽課效益;其次,課堂效益意識還體現(xiàn)在教學的設(shè)計中要充分為學而教,以學生如何有效獲取知識,提高能力的標準來設(shè)計教學。課堂設(shè)計要有助于學生在課堂上積極參與,有助于他們有效內(nèi)化知識與信息,復習過程中要重視學習方法的指導,在教學中恰當?shù)貪B透中考的信息,拓寬教學內(nèi)容。

      十、英語課堂上教師應(yīng)及時有效獲取學情反饋,有效地進行課前回顧,課堂小結(jié)等環(huán)節(jié)的落實。為有效地提高英語課堂教學效益,教師還可以制定科學的、操作性強的、激勵性的英語學習效果評價制度,堅持對學生的聽課、作業(yè)、筆記等方面進行跟蹤,及時了解學生的學習、復習狀態(tài)與狀況,以便在課堂教學過程中做出針對性的調(diào)整。

      十一、注重課堂教學效率的提高,要切實抓好備課這一環(huán)節(jié),即備課要精,練習要精,作業(yè)要精。同時,我們要積極進行教學反思,由教師自己及時反省、思考、探索和解決教學過程中存在的問題,及時調(diào)整教學方法,優(yōu)化教學過程。在課堂教學中強調(diào)基礎(chǔ)知識的學習。教師要突破現(xiàn)行教材的局限性,在重點語法項目上有系統(tǒng)的強化訓練。在句法上不能拘泥于傳統(tǒng)的語法層面,要搜集材料,適當拓寬。

      十二、要強化分層次教學與輔導,通過分層次教學和輔導提升學生的成績,從方法上,要抓住學生學習的薄弱點,區(qū)別不同情況,有針對性輔導。從策略上,加強學生實際問題的研究,做到缺什么、補什么,從對象上,要重點關(guān)注學科明顯薄弱的學生,采用教師定學生、師生結(jié)對、輔導等有效形式使學生隨時能得到教師的輔導和幫助,從而切實提高學生成績。

      十三、樹立信心,明確目標

      信心是動力,目標是方向。我們知道初三英語生詞多,課文長而且難,聽、說、讀、寫要求高。學生在學習中將會遇到許多困難,因此,信心十足,目標明確是成功地進行英語>教學的一個重要因素。首先,教師要上好課。如:備好課,吃透教材,抓住重點、難點,做到有的放矢。其次,教師要提高授課的效率,注重授課的藝術(shù),活躍課堂氣氛,激發(fā)學習興趣,采用靈活多變的>教學方法。

      一、學生基本情況分析:

      本學期我擔任了八年級(119)(120)兩個班級的英語教學任務(wù),其中(120)班稍微好些,但尖子生少,(119)班不僅尖子生特少,但差生也多,還有少部分學生沒有明確的學習目的,缺少學習的熱情和主動性,自覺性較差,相應(yīng)的學習習慣也差。主要原因是沒有激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣,學生覺得英語學習是一種負擔,一部分學生沒有掌握記憶單詞的方法,連基本的單詞聽不懂,學不會,但是學生整體的惰性還是很強,自覺性很差。應(yīng)加強基礎(chǔ)知識的講解和基本技能的訓練,讓學生掌握詞匯、語法、句型等基礎(chǔ)知識和聽、說、讀、寫等基本技能;另外,注意培養(yǎng)學生對英語的興趣;讓學生掌握記憶單詞、聽力、寫作等英語學習技能,培養(yǎng)良好的學習習慣和自主探索、合作學習能力。充分調(diào)動學生的學習積極性和主動性,使每一位學生都能在學習中有所收獲、有所進步。

      另外,學生在情感態(tài)度,學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;大多數(shù)同學沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語言規(guī)律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。為了更好的完成教育教學任務(wù),我制定了本計劃,具體工作計劃如下:

      二、加強教學常規(guī)管理,強化質(zhì)量意識

      1、在學習課程標準,吃透教材的基礎(chǔ)上,認真?zhèn)湔n。在了解學生的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了解每課時的重點、要點,條理清晰,使學生掌握每課的內(nèi)容,并把每課的心得體會,反饋在教學后記中,有助于以后更進一步地改進自己的教學水平。

      2、認真組織好課堂45分鐘的教學,因材施教,在傳授學生知識的同時,教給學生科學的學習方法,努力改進自己的教學方法,融入到自己的教學中,探索英語教學新模式,打破舊框架,形成自己的教學風格和特色。

      3、對學生的作業(yè)要適量。自身深入題海,然后精選題目,做到少而精,切實減輕學生的負擔,提高教學質(zhì)量。每次作業(yè),教師認真批改,并及時發(fā)放,重視講評。

      4、精講多練,培養(yǎng)學生聽、說、讀、寫能力。

      5、做好尖子生的輔導工作,并積極轉(zhuǎn)化后進生,提高班級整體素質(zhì)。

      三、教材分析:

      這套教材零起點,針對性強;體例,體系新穎,以康康等四位主人公相識,相知,成長,生活的故事情節(jié)為主線貫穿教材始終,生活氣息濃厚,所學內(nèi)容符合學生實際需要。本書每個單元都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目與語法結(jié)構(gòu)、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A,B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的語訓練,B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。C部分是語言學習的補充,單元語法的再現(xiàn),結(jié)合練習訓練。D部分是寫作部分,根據(jù)單元所學的內(nèi)容,完成相關(guān)話題的作文。這套教材是基于城市學生的狀況編寫的,對于我們農(nóng)村學生來說,由于小學基礎(chǔ)不好,到初中以后學起來的確有些吃力,光是一千多個單詞就嚇退了不少學生學習英語的興趣。但我們還必須知難而上,為了提高農(nóng)村的英語教學成績而努力。

      四.教學重點難點
