      第二,社會道德水準下滑,商家誠信缺失并且盲目追求利益。面對市場上那些劣質(zhì)低廉的食品時,我們除了認識到法律法規(guī)的不完善外,還應該將矛頭指向食品廠商。在中國,商家普遍缺乏道德準則,為了賺取超額利潤,不惜犧牲百姓的健康,在人們賴以生存的食品上動手腳。例如三鹿奶粉中的三聚氰胺,早在一年前就在美國的寵物食品中查出。針對此事件,美國已明令禁止往寵物食品中添加三聚氰胺,而中國的知名企業(yè)卻往嬰兒的奶粉中添加。這已經(jīng)不再是單個企業(yè)的社會責任,而是整個行業(yè)的誠信危機、社會責任問題。

      第三,我國消費者的食品安全意識薄弱。消費者在選擇食品的時候,易受各種因素導向。而消費者的不慎選擇,也給不法商家提供了可乘之機。比如因為有些消費者喜歡買顏色鮮艷的肉類,肉制品商家就會加入亞硝酸鹽來保持肉的鮮紅;有些消費者認為米線為白色才是最好的,商家才會加入吊白塊來保持其勁道。所以從某種角度上說,消費者為商家的各種不法行為提供了理由和借口。

      那么,面對如此嚴峻的食品安全現(xiàn)狀時,我們應該怎么做才能保護民眾食品安全的最后一道防線呢?對應以上總結(jié)出來的原因,對策也主要有三種。

      首先,完善我國食品安全法,加強食品安全監(jiān)管體制,嚴格市場準入制度。除完善《食品安全法》不足的地方外,各有關部門應該落實到實處,對每個上架食品嚴格審查,對違法生產(chǎn)的商家進行嚴懲,嚴把市場準入關;另外也應重視媒體的監(jiān)管力度,對每個生產(chǎn)廠家走訪調(diào)查,對不合格產(chǎn)品進行曝光。從而在源頭遏制毒食品的蔓延。

      其次,商家應該樹立以人為本的信念,重樹道德體系,承擔起社會責任。食品生產(chǎn)者也應該自覺遵守食品安全有關的法律法規(guī)。有報道顯示:市場上的散裝油70%以上都是地溝油,70%以上的中國人也都吃過地溝油。這不僅損害民眾身體健康,還使得中國民眾對食品安全信心大打折扣。如果商家能夠誠信經(jīng)營,不賣、不摻地溝油,那食品市場的秩序是不是會規(guī)整很多呢?人們對食品安全的信心是不是也會增強很多呢? 最后,消費者應該增強自我保護意識,樹立正確的消費觀念,遇到食品問題積極利用相關法規(guī)維護自身合法權(quán)益。具體點說,在購買食品時,要注意看生產(chǎn)日期,保質(zhì)期、貯藏條件、配料等等,如發(fā)現(xiàn)有問題,可以直接找商家,也可以找當?shù)氐南M者協(xié)會投訴,還可以到當?shù)毓ど滩块T舉報。
