1.為什么我英語總是學(xué)不好?

初學(xué)英語者，最頭痛的事無非不知從何下手，無規(guī)律可循，今天背了背了這些單詞，明天忘記，反反復(fù)復(fù)，總是始于零。這好比，我們站在原點(diǎn)，周邊四周都是沒有路，前面沒有指示標(biāo)，我們從東走了幾步，感覺找不到路，于是又退了回來，從西出發(fā)，走了幾步，還是畏懼退了回來。在我看來無論你從哪個方向出發(fā)，最主要是先找到自己的對英語興趣的地方和一本適合的教材，一是因?yàn)榕d趣為最大的老師。有了一定興趣，學(xué)習(xí)就會變得自覺。引起興趣的學(xué)習(xí)方法很多，可以從朗讀開始，可以從閱讀簡單英文故事開始，可以從觀看電影開始，可以從事模仿說話開始等等;二是只要你找到一種適合自己的教材，在不斷的學(xué)習(xí)方法中，找到最適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法著手，每天堅持學(xué)習(xí)，兩年內(nèi)進(jìn)行簡單的閱讀和對話是不成問題的。(這里主要針對以前有一定基礎(chǔ)的但是又丟的差不多的學(xué)生。)當(dāng)然要成為英語全面的人，勢必不應(yīng)該避重就輕，只撿自己感興趣的開始。因?yàn)槟承└呒壖寄艿男纬蛇^程，的確會有些枯燥。

2.什么教材才最適合呢?是不是教材越多越好?

在中國改革開放的英語教材中，我的學(xué)習(xí)階段，被譽(yù)為最經(jīng)典的教材莫過于中英合作，外研社出版的《新概念英語全集》，即第一冊到第四冊。國內(nèi)很多知名的英語培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)，如華爾街英語、美聯(lián)英語都把自己規(guī)定的階段和國內(nèi)英語等級或者和新概念英語階段進(jìn)行比

較。雖然距我學(xué)習(xí)過去十幾年了，但是《新概念英語》仍然不失時宜，成為英語學(xué)習(xí)的主要教材，另外，可以根據(jù)自己的需求，多多閱讀自己的喜歡英語雜志、新聞或者周刊。更何況，外研社在我還上大學(xué)那段時間進(jìn)行了一次全面內(nèi)容修改。新概念英語之所以經(jīng)典，主要是因?yàn)樗鼜穆犝f讀寫譯，全面鍛煉了你的英語技巧。有一位去美留學(xué)的學(xué)生因背下了新概念英語四，在一次語言考試中，竟然作文滿分。這個作為母語水平國家的人，都是望塵莫及的。

3.那么，我們應(yīng)該如何開始新概念學(xué)習(xí)呢?

由于工作的原因，我們不方便帶著一本書走來走去，(雖然我上學(xué)時是這么做的。)由于科技發(fā)展，很多學(xué)習(xí)教材都電子化了，《新概念英語》也不例外，我目前也下載了，并堅持學(xué)習(xí)第四冊，以穩(wěn)固自己的英文水平。目前推薦上?；ゼ游幕瘋鞑ス境霭娴摹缎赂拍钣⒄Z》，圖標(biāo)是NEC，左一紅豎杠藍(lán)底。

由于有一定英語基礎(chǔ)，我現(xiàn)在以《新概念第二冊》 的第一遍范文，作為自學(xué)剖析。在軟件中，有“原文”、“雙語”、“詞匯”、“詳解”和“習(xí)題”這幾部分組成。一篇文章以一周時間為學(xué)習(xí)過程，對于我們目前的工作狀態(tài)，時間是差不多的。

a)當(dāng)我們拿到一遍文章，先不急于看原文，先把詞匯部分自學(xué), 熟讀和理解，目的是在熟讀和理解文章過程中，減少難度。這部分，要求：單詞部分能夠默寫或聽寫。

b)當(dāng)熟悉單詞后，我們并不著急去看原文和文章，而是對單詞的“詳解”部分好好學(xué)習(xí)和理解。這里主要是對單詞的用法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)解釋，看懂和理解后，對自己以后進(jìn)行表達(dá)有非常重大的作用。要求：對出現(xiàn)的短語詞組和解釋的句子進(jìn)行抄下來，背誦下來。這樣對以后如何這些運(yùn)用詞組非常有作用。

c)當(dāng)完成理解上面兩個部分之后，我們先不著急看原文，先自己按軟件下面部分的播放鍵，選擇自己喜歡的英音或者美音，進(jìn)行反復(fù)聽，聽三到五遍后，看自己能理解多少。要求：聽懂大意。

d)完成聽這部分內(nèi)容后，閱讀原文，把文章看兩到三遍，自己理解以后，試著翻譯出來或者在內(nèi)心翻譯，之后對照一下中文翻譯，以矯正自己的誤解。其實(shí)，大部分難點(diǎn)在我之前要求看的詳解部分已經(jīng)解釋過了。這時候整體文章順下來，其實(shí)不太難了。要求：達(dá)到內(nèi)容完全理解。

e)不要以為完成上面部分之后，你就完成了這篇的英文學(xué)習(xí)，打比方這時候燒開水的話，頂多才五六十度。很多人學(xué)習(xí)英語水平就止于此。下面部分是使你達(dá)到質(zhì)的變化，直至沸騰。按照自己喜歡的發(fā)音(英音或者美音)，反反復(fù)復(fù)進(jìn)行模仿發(fā)音和朗誦。一定要朗讀出來，不要在內(nèi)心念。不斷糾正自己的發(fā)音和語調(diào)，還有斷句。直到你能把全文朗朗上口，完全背誦下來。隨時隨地不經(jīng)意地說出文章里的句子。之后你才完成這篇課文的學(xué)習(xí)。如果說前面的過程是筑基，后面的過程就是建樓起樓。這個過程是幫你形成語感和提升你口語至關(guān)重要的過程，絕不能偷懶和忽略。要求：在達(dá)到模仿度80%的基礎(chǔ)上背誦下文章。我的自我要求在90%。

此外，英語學(xué)習(xí)的方法還很多，比如針對性的訓(xùn)練、視頻學(xué)習(xí)、電影觀看等，我就不一一列舉。但是不管你學(xué)習(xí)那個教材，勢必完成以上過程，才能掌握該文章要點(diǎn)的70-80%。然后循序漸進(jìn)的學(xué)習(xí)?！缎赂拍钣⒄Z》編寫過程就是按照循序漸進(jìn)的過程進(jìn)行編寫的，在以后的課文中會重復(fù)之前的內(nèi)容和知識。如果在學(xué)習(xí)完第二冊第一篇課文后，覺得有一定難度?？梢詮牡谝粌院竺娌糠珠_始。如果覺得難度在50%一下。那么，我建議堅持下去。等熟悉幾篇課文后，后面的會變得越來越簡單。凡事不僅開頭難，堅持更難。預(yù)祝你成功!

以下是我之前總結(jié)的口語提高技巧，也可供參考和補(bǔ)充。和上面部分是相互相成的。

4.口語提高技巧

1)每天堅持模仿標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英音或者美音的范文，堅持模仿唯妙唯俏，只有你的發(fā)音準(zhǔn)確了，語調(diào)對了，老外才能明白你說什么。另外，模仿和朗讀的過程是培養(yǎng)你根據(jù)詞意斷句，鍛煉你的英語思維能力。最后要求熟背范文-脫口而出的地步。

2)每天堅持聽半個小時的英語新聞或者資料?？蛇x擇自己熟悉的先聽，這樣你會覺得比較有成就感。英語的聽力和口語是相輔相成的?？谡Z好的人一般聽力都可以，聽力好的人，口語也不會太差，(個別人才除外。)準(zhǔn)備個小本子，隨時隨刻地積累自己不知道的詞匯和表達(dá)好的句子，多多朗讀，達(dá)到脫口而出的地步。參加一些英語口語角，你學(xué)習(xí)的詞句，大膽地秀出來。盡量跟比自己水平高點(diǎn)的人交流。人家能幫你指點(diǎn)一些不足。不要跟很多中國人圍著一個老外扎堆，那樣你沒有太多說話的機(jī)會，只能練習(xí)聽力?？谡Z是實(shí)踐出真知。不贊同毫無準(zhǔn)備的練習(xí)，那樣的話，提高不是很多。每次有準(zhǔn)備，把所準(zhǔn)備的盡量用上，反復(fù)說幾次。相信你所準(zhǔn)備的東西一定會深深地刻在你腦子里。達(dá)到一定能力的表達(dá)時，關(guān)鍵是要注意積累自己思想的表達(dá)。如果需要參加什么面試、演講等等，可以提前寫成文字、修改熟讀、將一些好的表達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)化成自己的語言。這樣的話，慢慢地你就能詞能達(dá)意了。幾乎所有學(xué)習(xí)某項技能的人，都會面臨的問題。那就是持之以恒。每天把這些事兒當(dāng)作頭等大事來做。務(wù)必完成。隔三差五是不會有太大進(jìn)步的。好比你燒一壺開水，燒到90°，你就暫停，等冷卻了再重新燒到90°。這樣的話，你永遠(yuǎn)不會知道水到達(dá)100°后是什么樣的。

大致順序：模仿-朗讀-背誦-多聽-多練-多實(shí)戰(zhàn)練習(xí)(所有的步驟都要持之以恒)

英文學(xué)習(xí)計劃書范文篇二：

英語學(xué)習(xí)，貴在堅持!

要想把英語學(xué)習(xí)搞好，教師的引導(dǎo)、講解是基礎(chǔ)，制定一個良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)計劃是成功的關(guān)鍵所在。

聽課要求：

1.在聽課前，請預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備好必備教材：《新概念》第一冊(推薦使用新版學(xué)生用書)及配套磁帶、《新概念第一冊練習(xí)冊》;學(xué)習(xí)專用筆記本;

2.在高強(qiáng)度的課堂講解的基礎(chǔ)上，要求學(xué)員需要花費(fèi)超過課堂的時間來認(rèn)真完成課程的學(xué)習(xí)，并做好詳細(xì)的課堂筆記，以方便日后復(fù)習(xí);

3.每篇課文的課后練習(xí)需要嚴(yán)格按照要求完成，以保證鞏固聽課效果。

第1周

1.熟悉音標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)對音標(biāo)的敏感度，如音標(biāo)的認(rèn)識、拼讀等;

2.課堂的課程組成、課程介紹、學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)，特別是其中有關(guān)新概念一冊的內(nèi)容;

3.參看學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)，預(yù)習(xí)課堂前三課時老師要講的教材內(nèi)容;

4.重點(diǎn)掌握語音基本知識;

5.根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，擬定學(xué)習(xí)計劃，有目標(biāo)、有步驟地學(xué)習(xí)。

第2-15周 聽課要求：

1.課前預(yù)習(xí)要求能夠背誦下一課的生詞并復(fù)習(xí)上一課的單詞;

2.根據(jù)錄音朗讀課文，每天至少堅持1小時以上;

3.完成教材的課后練習(xí)，不懂部分及時向老師反映解決;

4.完成教師要求的背誦內(nèi)容;

5.根據(jù)階段性測試，鞏固每個階段學(xué)習(xí)效果;

6.課堂上要積極參與對話，鍛煉自己的口語。

備注：

1.新概念第一冊主要鞏固了英語中基礎(chǔ)部分的內(nèi)容，并且強(qiáng)化了英語發(fā)音的準(zhǔn)確性，因此不論學(xué)員在學(xué)習(xí)前的英語水平如何都能在本課中受益。

2.新概念第一冊是學(xué)習(xí)英語的敲門磚，總共有144課，其中單數(shù)課是對話，雙數(shù)課是單數(shù)課重點(diǎn)句型的重復(fù)操練，同時會出現(xiàn)部分新的知識點(diǎn);

3.在整個學(xué)習(xí)過程中，建議安排階段復(fù)習(xí)后，再進(jìn)入下面的課程學(xué)習(xí)以便鞏固學(xué)習(xí)成果;

學(xué)生要積極與老師配合，達(dá)到提高聽與說的能力;

4.全部課時結(jié)束之后，安排時間進(jìn)行總復(fù)習(xí)，根據(jù)課堂筆記，復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容;

5.掌握英語日常用語，以及英語一些基本的表達(dá)方法、語法結(jié)構(gòu)、單詞、簡單口語。

6.《新概念英語》是一套完整的教學(xué)體系，建議在學(xué)好第一冊后，繼續(xù)進(jìn)行第二冊課程的學(xué)習(xí)。第一冊以26個字母為起點(diǎn)，講解48個音標(biāo)、基本的語音知識及最基本的語法知識。

本冊的詞匯，首先是書上單詞表列出的單詞879個，然后是對話練習(xí)教師上課補(bǔ)充的單詞總共1000個左右。如果完全掌握，詞匯量在1800個左右，相當(dāng)于中學(xué)初中三年高中第一學(xué)期水平。詞匯是新概念特色詞匯，但核心詞匯和學(xué)校一樣。

注意事項：

attracted to your department by its brilliant faculty--應(yīng)說明對於教授的認(rèn)知是從何而來，如在何處 i am 讀到某教授之文

章而愿受教於他，或某位教授正在從事一項重要研究，與自己欲攻讀的研究領(lǐng)域相同等。表達(dá)對所申請之系的課程、教師和特性有些了 解，依學(xué)校之不同而提及某位任教於該校的教授、新課程或該校的某個學(xué)位有興趣。

不要用語意模糊的句子，如 your esteemed school---應(yīng)代以學(xué)校的名字。i will return to serve my country---應(yīng)明確的說出所

要從事的到底是什麼工作等。

避免用深奧的字匯，盡量以簡單容易的字來表達(dá)。

不要離題，談?wù)撘恍┎幌喔傻氖隆?/p>

態(tài)度誠懇認(rèn)真，不卑不亢。不用為自己的弱點(diǎn)道歉，譬如說 :托福成績不高等；也不要表現(xiàn)得過份自信。重要的是給學(xué)校一個專業(yè)，認(rèn)真的印象。

不要抄襲，改寫書上的樣本文章。應(yīng)詳讀學(xué)校的介紹，了解其要求，再對自己的學(xué)業(yè)背景、計劃加以考慮，寫出自己的風(fēng)格。

檢查英文的時態(tài)、性別及單多數(shù)等方面的錯誤，美國的學(xué)校不會期望外國學(xué)生的英文完美無缺，故陳述得清楚明白比十全十美的英文重要
