      青少年時期是人身心健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期。良好的身體素質(zhì)是學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的重要組成部分,身體健康是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好人格和個性、提高學(xué)生素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)。中小學(xué)生正處于身心發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,對學(xué)生進行必要的身體健康調(diào)查是必不可少的。

      研究課題的目的與意義

      通過信息的理念讓人們可以簡便、清晰、直觀、全面的看待健康,引導(dǎo)人們以動態(tài)的眼光和思維方式來對待健康,提升人們關(guān)注健康的興趣,培養(yǎng)人們關(guān)注健康的意識和習(xí)慣。課題步驟:

      通過查閱資料,尋找一些有利于青少年身體健康的辦法,最后綜合討論一下結(jié)論。研究過程:

      一、健康

      健康是指一個人在身體、精神和社會等方面都處于良好的狀態(tài)。傳統(tǒng)的健康觀是“無病即健康”,現(xiàn)代人的健康觀是整體健康,世界衛(wèi)生組織提出“健康不 2 僅是軀體沒有疾病,還要具備心理健康、社會適應(yīng)良好和有道德”。因此,現(xiàn)代人的健康內(nèi)容包括:軀體健康、心理健康、心靈健康、社會健康、智力健康、道德健康、環(huán)境健康等。健康是人的基本權(quán)利。健康是人生的第一財富。

      二、調(diào)查結(jié)論

      本次調(diào)查問卷的調(diào)查對象為將有可能接受服務(wù)的中小學(xué)生,調(diào)查所得數(shù)據(jù)均出自他們的自身經(jīng)驗,因此可認為具有比較大的真實性和有效性。

      基于本次調(diào)查,可以看出中小學(xué)生的體檢開展情況與身體狀況存在諸多不容忽視的問題,急需社會各界的積極行動。

      1、中小學(xué)生身體健康狀況存在諸多問題,急需引起重視

      調(diào)查顯示,近三成的學(xué)生經(jīng)常感覺到身體不舒服,而一成的學(xué)生得過大病或重病,超過一半的學(xué)生曾經(jīng)因為生病而請假,并且這個情況在各個年級階段都很近似,有3.5%的學(xué)生曾因病休學(xué)。這些數(shù)字可以充分說明中小學(xué)生身體健康狀況存在諸多問題。

      中小學(xué)生正處于身體成長的關(guān)鍵期,發(fā)育迅速,并且多項調(diào)查顯示我國貧困地區(qū)的中小學(xué)生營養(yǎng)狀況存在諸多問題,因此有必要定期開展體檢幫助中小學(xué)生和學(xué)校、家長了解中小學(xué)生身體健康狀況,以盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,盡早治療,避免問題惡化。

      2、中小學(xué)生的體檢開展狀況十分不盡如人意

      調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然中小學(xué)生對于體檢的知曉率并不低,接近80%,但是參與體檢的頻率很低,僅有17.4%的學(xué)生能做到“一年一次”的身體健康檢查,即有超過80%的中小學(xué)生未能做到“一年一次”身體健康檢查,而近六成的學(xué)生“從未參加過”或僅“參加過一兩次”身體健康檢查。

      而對于上述調(diào)查結(jié)果,我們還需要看到如下因素的影響:

      第一,根據(jù)我們的實地訪談發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)校有時候會組織“體質(zhì)健康測試”,我們認為,調(diào)查中應(yīng)當有一部分中小學(xué)生將體檢與學(xué)校開展的“體質(zhì)健康測試”相混淆,即把學(xué)校體育課上開展的“體質(zhì)健康測試”當作體檢。事實上,“體質(zhì)健康測試”跟“健康體檢”并不一樣,前者更為主要是關(guān)注體質(zhì)能力狀況的測量,后者則主要關(guān)注基本的健康狀況。如果把參與“體質(zhì)健康測試”排除在外,則可以預(yù)計,中小學(xué)生參與體檢的比例會更低。

      第二,現(xiàn)在中小學(xué)一般需要做到的是畢業(yè)和入學(xué)體檢,這個從體檢頻率的年級分布也可以看出,即表示“一年一次體檢”的學(xué)生在五六年級陡然升高,達到近50%,而小學(xué)3、4年級以及初、高中能夠一年一次體檢的學(xué)生所占本年級調(diào)查人數(shù)的比重大都在10%以內(nèi)。由此可以看出,除了特定年齡階段之外,定期參與體檢的學(xué)生比例都很低。

      第三,一個重要的影響因素是農(nóng)村與縣城,因為我們的問卷中未能區(qū)分農(nóng)村與縣城學(xué)生,根據(jù)我們的實地走訪資料,縣城學(xué)校與家長組織/帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生進行體檢的機會要遠高于農(nóng)村學(xué)校與家長。我們訪談的農(nóng)村中小學(xué)校長均告訴我們,除了畢業(yè)/升學(xué)考試和上級要求下偶爾舉行的“體質(zhì)健康測試”之外,他們從未組織過學(xué)生進行體檢,也很少聽說學(xué)生家長帶領(lǐng)孩子去進行體檢。

      3、中小學(xué)生體檢狀況不佳的原因分析

      就中小學(xué)生不佳的身體健康狀況來看,中小學(xué)生體檢的狀況盡管很有必要,但開展狀況卻十分不好,雖然早在2008年衛(wèi)生部、教育部就共同下發(fā)《中小學(xué)生健康體檢管理辦法》,要求“在校學(xué)生每年進行一次常規(guī)健康體檢”,且“義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生健康體檢的費用由學(xué)校公用經(jīng)費開支”。但是直至2012年我們的調(diào)查仍然顯示貧困地區(qū)中小學(xué)生的體檢狀況仍然遠未達到國家的要求,究其原因: 第一,認識不足:對于定期體檢的必要性認識,我們沒有直接問卷調(diào)查家長與學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo),根據(jù)我們實地調(diào)研期間對部分學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的訪談顯示,并未有學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示將中小學(xué)生的定期體檢作為學(xué)校的一項重要工作來抓。

      第二,缺乏資金:問卷調(diào)查也顯示出,在絕大部分學(xué)生都知道體檢的情況下,參與體檢的比例仍然很低。在我們對學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和家長的訪談中發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)直接表示,無法開展體檢的原因是“無人,無錢”,其中無錢又是最為主要的影響因素。結(jié)合著本縣的教育經(jīng)費狀況來分析,該縣2010年本級財政收入僅占中央及上級轉(zhuǎn)移支付資金14%,教育支出就相當于全縣財政收入,教職員工的工資福利占教育總支出的54.7%,在公用經(jīng)費中根本沒有學(xué)生健康體檢的專項經(jīng)費。我們的本次調(diào)查顯示,參加過體檢的學(xué)生中有近50%需要交錢。其中,由學(xué)校組織的身體健康檢查有幾近40%的學(xué)生交了錢??梢钥闯觯毨Эh的教育部門根本無法安排專項學(xué)生體檢經(jīng)費,而學(xué)校則更是很難從極其有限的辦公經(jīng)費中安排出一部分出來專門用于學(xué)生體檢,由此學(xué)校要不就不組織,要不就讓學(xué)生自己交費后再開展。

      第三,缺乏檢查專業(yè)人員:國家要求,中小學(xué)生的體檢需要由“學(xué)生健康體檢機構(gòu)”實施。現(xiàn)實情況是,絕大部分貧困地區(qū)沒有“學(xué)生健康體檢機構(gòu)”,且中小學(xué)生都沒有配備足夠數(shù)量、合格的校醫(yī)。以我們探訪過的古丈縣為例,除了縣一中有專職校醫(yī)之外,其他學(xué)校都沒有專職校醫(yī)。“體質(zhì)健康測試”大多數(shù)是由學(xué)校體育教師在組織實施,4、我國中小學(xué)生體檢總體開展狀況分析

      我們通過Google搜索關(guān)鍵詞“中小學(xué)生體檢”了解我國各地中小學(xué)生體檢開展情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前只有山東省、北京市、上海市在全省/市開展體檢,由財政安排專項基金,大部分省市都只是下發(fā)了文件要求開展,而哪怕是下發(fā)文件要求全省開展中小學(xué)生體檢的地區(qū),文件中也是規(guī)定體檢費用由學(xué)校公辦經(jīng)費中解 5 決、不得向?qū)W生收取體檢費用,這樣的規(guī)定對于公辦經(jīng)費緊張的貧困地區(qū)中小學(xué)校而言,既然不得收費學(xué)校經(jīng)費緊張,那么就干脆不開展。

      本次調(diào)研只覆蓋了兩個貧困縣,難以確認它們一定是準確代表了全國的情況。但是從我們所選擇的兩個貧困縣的經(jīng)濟狀況來看,它們的各方面條件在全國的貧困縣中基本上處于中等,因此我們有理由推測調(diào)查中所反映出來的狀況具有較大的代表意義。

      全國共2861個縣/縣級市/區(qū),全國中小學(xué)生數(shù)量一共15216.617萬,其中貧困縣679個,約占全國縣/縣級市/區(qū)的25%,估算下來貧困縣的中小學(xué)生數(shù)量約為3804.1542萬。由此,如果依據(jù)我們這次調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)的狀況(80%以上的中小學(xué)生未定期參與體檢,幾近60%的貧困地區(qū)中小學(xué)生從來沒有或者極少參加體檢)來推算,我們預(yù)計未定期參與體檢的中小學(xué)生為3043.32336萬,從來沒有或者極少參加體檢的中小學(xué)生為2282.49252萬。

      5、課題研究結(jié)論:

      由以上分析可以看出,在全國許多貧困地區(qū)尚不足以為當?shù)兀ㄓ绕涫寝r(nóng)村學(xué)校)的中小學(xué)生提供長期、定期、質(zhì)量標準的身體健康檢查的情況下,開展“貧困地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生免費體檢公益項目”十分有必要和價值,這不僅是孩子們的心愿,也是他們健康成長的必要條件,通過項目開展我們可以切實可以幫助到許多貧困地區(qū)的中小學(xué)生,更可以探索貧困地區(qū)中小學(xué)生體檢的模式,包括社會與政府合作開展貧困地區(qū)中小學(xué)生體檢,有助于推動社會關(guān)注貧困地區(qū)中小學(xué)生的健康狀況,推動政府采取更為積極有效的措施來開展,最終希望能夠讓每個中小學(xué)生都可以享受到定期的免費體檢。

      I will never forget my first year at college.The first thing I notice is the workload.It is heavier and more intense than I ever experienced before.The major challenges of college work are large volume of reading, short deadlines, and “endless” writing.A related effect that can be brought on by the workload is doubt, frustration, and loneliness if possible.On some of those long, seemingly endless nights of studying and writing, it will be very natural for me to long for fine old days.I have made a lot of new friends.I am sure college friendships will be among the most satisfying and long-term in my life.It's always exciting to discover how wonderfully diverse college relationships can be.I am enjoying my newfound freedom.Stay up until dawn talking about my ideals and ambitions with my dorm's regular bull session buddies.Sleep in until the afternoon on a light class day.Explore the local town or suburbs with one or two of my new friends.I even start to think about my future.Going to college is as much about finding out who am I as it is about getting the degree.The Chinese new year Chinese New Year is a Chinese traditional festival.We also call it the Spring Festival.It is on lunar January 1st.On New Year’s Eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner.There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, Coke, Pepsi and some nice wine.Overall, this is a good and delicious dinner.After dinner, we always watch TV New Year progammes.We have a wonderful evening on New Year’s Eve.On the first day of the Spring Festival, most of people get up early and say “happy new year” to each other.For breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi.After breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks.On the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.Everyone is busy on Chinese New Year, and everyone is happy, too.Hi Tom,I haven’t heard from you for ages.It’s been over ten years since we graduated fromXI,AN College/School.I wonder how you have been keeping all these years.So I’d like to know something about you very much.Let me tell you something about myself.Now I live in SHANGHAI and work in a company /bank/an office in SHANGHAI.I got married 10years ago.My wife/husband is a teacher/doctor.We have a son/girl, who is 10years old.Both my wife/husband and my son/daughter are very eager to make your acquaintance.We do hope you’ll come to our city for a visit when it’s convenient for you.Then we’ll have a wonderful time together.Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.Best wishes, yuechanghu 僅供參考,可以更改。文中人名地名日期在考試時隨意編造,切勿也寫**。
