      總目標(biāo): 縮短差距整體推進(jìn)

      具體目標(biāo):

      1、在初二階段的日常教學(xué)過程中注重基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)訓(xùn)練,強(qiáng)化聽說讀背練習(xí),重點(diǎn)落實(shí)合格率和優(yōu)秀率的提高問題。

      2、積極參與英語組內(nèi)培訓(xùn),提高老師業(yè)務(wù)水平從而全面提高學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫能力。

      2.繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持每單集體備課,發(fā)揮集體智慧,認(rèn)真鉆研教材,改進(jìn)教法,提高課堂效率。

      初二英語組教師將珍惜每周備課時(shí)間,共同研究教法,經(jīng)常性進(jìn)行組內(nèi)互聽互評(píng),不斷提升自身業(yè)務(wù)水平。針對(duì)新教材的特點(diǎn),備課組全體成員要做到精心備課,吃透教材,根據(jù)每個(gè)單元各自特征和學(xué)生的實(shí)際能力,制定出不同教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方案和任務(wù)單,以此促進(jìn)學(xué)生的積極性。在平時(shí)的常規(guī)課堂教學(xué)時(shí),力求教學(xué)明確目標(biāo),突出重點(diǎn),抓住關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,發(fā)揮學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性。
