第二道題問(wèn)的是：如果您選擇考研，原因是什么？

希望通過(guò)研究生教育來(lái)取得更好的出路的學(xué)生占大多數(shù)。所以應(yīng)考慮讓學(xué)校適時(shí)將這些專(zhuān)業(yè)與其他知識(shí)鏈接，使得學(xué)生在走出校園的時(shí)候，可以有更多的就業(yè)選擇。

第三道題問(wèn)的是：您對(duì)就業(yè)地區(qū)的選擇是什么？這是一道多選題 結(jié)果顯示：北京上海廣州等發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)就業(yè)問(wèn)題相對(duì)緊張，占總畢業(yè)生的54%。因此，國(guó)家應(yīng)該予以西部更多的優(yōu)惠政策，使得西部就業(yè)人員增加，減輕發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的就業(yè)壓力

第四道題問(wèn)的是：您對(duì)上述地區(qū)的選擇原因是什么？

多數(shù)人認(rèn)為發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)大?？纱蠖鄶?shù)人的這個(gè)考慮明顯是不正確的，發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)已經(jīng)接近飽和，像更好的發(fā)展還是要選擇像我們西部地區(qū)的一些城市

結(jié)果說(shuō)明選擇政府部門(mén)和外資企業(yè)是較多的，多人同時(shí)過(guò)獨(dú)木橋難走，所以畢業(yè)生也應(yīng)該改變擇業(yè)觀念

第六道題問(wèn)的是：在畢業(yè)前，是否有過(guò)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)？

59%的畢業(yè)生只有一兩次的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

對(duì)于這方面，學(xué)校應(yīng)以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向，極力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力，以進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。

有62%的大學(xué)生對(duì)求職形勢(shì)持不樂(lè)觀的態(tài)度，所以，政府應(yīng)在就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的前提下，對(duì)大學(xué)生的工作去向給出適當(dāng)?shù)闹笇?dǎo)性和建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)，多開(kāi)放崗位，同時(shí)畢業(yè)生也可把眼光放向繼續(xù)研修學(xué)習(xí)上。21

圖表中顯示81%的大學(xué)生沒(méi)有進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。因此，對(duì)于職業(yè)規(guī)劃，每個(gè)大學(xué)生都應(yīng)該適當(dāng)提前的考慮一下自己的興趣或者未來(lái)?yè)駱I(yè)的方向，有了清楚的方向，才有更好的奮斗。

第九道題問(wèn)的是：您對(duì)學(xué)校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的看法？

有將近一半的學(xué)生認(rèn)為學(xué)校的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)有一定的作用

所以，學(xué)校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作，使學(xué)生對(duì)于就業(yè)有個(gè)正確的定位。

最后一道題的題目是：您對(duì)求職渠道的選擇是什么？

社會(huì)招聘會(huì)，老師、親戚朋友，媒體是大部分學(xué)生的選擇，但這些還不能滿(mǎn)足畢業(yè)生的需求，基層人才信息需求傳輸還是不暢。
