為保證****經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)在建綠化景觀工程主要材料詢價(jià)工作的正常有序進(jìn)行,經(jīng)詢價(jià)小組集體研究決定,現(xiàn)確定以下注意事項(xiàng):
1、人員管理:參與詢價(jià)的人員在詢價(jià)前實(shí)行實(shí)名簽到制,未經(jīng)主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批準(zhǔn),不得請假、晚到、早退。詢價(jià)結(jié)束后,需按時(shí)參加詢價(jià)總結(jié)、分析會(huì)議,并簽字確認(rèn)。
