一、英文簡(jiǎn)歷的種類

二、英文簡(jiǎn)歷的格式
英文簡(jiǎn)歷的格式結(jié)構(gòu)一般包括頁眉部分、教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷和個(gè)人資料四部分。如果已經(jīng)有全職工作了,一定把工作經(jīng)歷放在第二;如果您目前還是在校學(xué)生,應(yīng)該把教育背景放在第二。
1、英文簡(jiǎn)歷頁眉部分
1)、求職人名字 對(duì)于求職人名字有很多種寫法,不過采用國際通用的寫法比較妥當(dāng),即“名在前姓在后”。譬如求職人的名字為杜軍軍,用“Junjun DU”就比用“Du Junjun”要好,這樣也很方便招聘人員,尤其是人事部經(jīng)理為人。另外,在平時(shí)中發(fā)現(xiàn)有少部分人國人采用外國人的姓,如Mary Smith,本人覺得非常不可取的。因?yàn)槿绻阌猛鈬说男眨瑒e人會(huì)認(rèn)為你是外國人,或者你父親是外國人,或者你嫁給了外國人。
2)、英文簡(jiǎn)歷地址 很多人覺得寫地址時(shí)在“北京”再寫“”顯得多余,他們認(rèn)為“誰不知道北京是的呀!”但一個(gè)完整的地址、全球暢通的郵址應(yīng)該是加國名的,但“”英文最好別用“PRC”,因?yàn)橛谩癈hina”簡(jiǎn)單清楚。另外,郵編的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)寫法應(yīng)該是放在省名與國名之間,即放在“China”之前。
3)、電話 寫法很有講究,人名片中的電話經(jīng)常寫得不清楚、不專業(yè),有以下五點(diǎn)提醒大家注意。
A、電話號(hào)碼前一定要加地區(qū)號(hào),如(8610)。因?yàn)槟窃谙蛲鈬厩舐殻暮?jiǎn)歷很可能被傳真到倫敦、紐約,大家不知道您的地區(qū)號(hào),也沒有時(shí)間去查,如果另一位求職者的電話有地區(qū)號(hào),招聘者很可能先和這個(gè)人溝通。
B、8個(gè)號(hào)碼之間最好加一個(gè)“”,如65052266,便于撥號(hào)。
C、區(qū)號(hào)后的括號(hào)和號(hào)碼間加空格,如(8610)65052266。這是英文寫作格式的規(guī)定,很多人忽略了,甚至不知道。
D、寫手機(jī)或者向別人通報(bào)手機(jī)時(shí),也有一定的規(guī)范,要用“344原則”,如“***”。
E、傳真號(hào)千萬不要留辦公室的,免得辦公室的同事都知道你想跳槽,最好留家里的傳真號(hào)。
2、教育背景
1)、時(shí)間要倒序,最近的學(xué)歷情況要放在最前面。
2)、學(xué)校名要大寫并加粗,這樣便于招聘者迅速識(shí)別您的學(xué)歷。
3)、地名右對(duì)齊,全部大寫并加粗。
4)、關(guān)于學(xué)歷。如果正在學(xué)習(xí),用Candidate for開頭比較嚴(yán)謹(jǐn);如果已經(jīng)畢業(yè),可以把學(xué)歷名稱放在最前。
5)、社會(huì)工作擔(dān)任班干部,只寫職務(wù)就可以了,不必寫年月和工作詳情。
6)、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。一般用一句話概括。如果有多個(gè),也爭(zhēng)取用一句話概括。但如果是學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)歷,則可以多寫一點(diǎn)。
7)、成績(jī)。如果不是前十名,建議不寫。因?yàn)槿绻旁谑?,感覺您不是一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生。一旦寫上,有些人會(huì)窮追不舍地猛問,讓你尷尬。
3、工作經(jīng)歷
首先要再次強(qiáng)調(diào)一下,對(duì)于正在工作的人,Experience應(yīng)寫在Education的前面,而對(duì)于在校生Education則應(yīng)放在Experience之前。寫時(shí)間時(shí)應(yīng)注意:
1)、目前的工作要最先寫,左側(cè)寫時(shí)間,如寫成1997present。此外更要注意拼寫,不要把“present”寫成“president”,這種拼寫錯(cuò)誤要避免。
2)、以前的工作,只寫年份,如19931995。這樣的寫法主要適于以下三種情況:一是工作時(shí)間較早;二是工作時(shí)間在兩年以上;三是旨在巧妙地拉長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間。例如,如果您曾于1997年12月到1998年1月就職于某家公司,雖然只有短短兩個(gè)月,但寫成19971998就顯得工作時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),同時(shí)也沒撒謊。
4、個(gè)人資料 可以介紹個(gè)人業(yè)余愛好等內(nèi)容。
