參加學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)的目的是為了豐富知識(shí)、增強(qiáng)本領(lǐng),更好地立足崗位開(kāi)展工作。在今后的工作中,我將以這次培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)為新的起點(diǎn),突出學(xué)以致用,提升三種能力:
一、勤學(xué)善思,提升學(xué)習(xí)能力

鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工作千頭萬(wàn)緒情況復(fù)雜,矛盾困難層出不窮。作為一名青年干部,不僅要有做好各項(xiàng)工作的信心和決心,而且要有吃苦奉獻(xiàn)、勇于實(shí)踐的精神,更要具備務(wù)實(shí)創(chuàng)新的能力。必須緊密聯(lián)系實(shí)際,把握“三個(gè)創(chuàng)新”,不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)新局面。

學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的是為了用英語(yǔ)來(lái)進(jìn)行交際,說(shuō)一口漂亮的英語(yǔ)就好比我們說(shuō)一口漂亮的普通話一樣,會(huì)讓交際變得更加有英語(yǔ)范,因此新教材順勢(shì)提出了教學(xué)中要關(guān)注學(xué)生朗讀英語(yǔ)時(shí)抑揚(yáng)頓挫的音調(diào)和正確的語(yǔ)音。開(kāi)始關(guān)注升降調(diào),爆破音,重讀等等,這是和之前的英語(yǔ)課堂上一個(gè)很大的區(qū)別,我想如果日積月累的堅(jiān)持加以指導(dǎo),孩子們必然會(huì)說(shuō)出一口較為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英語(yǔ),這是我在備課過(guò)程中的一大收獲。語(yǔ)氣由兩個(gè)方面構(gòu)成:一方面是一定的思想感情,一方面是一定的具體聲音形式。包含有三個(gè)要點(diǎn):其一,語(yǔ)氣以內(nèi)心感情的色彩和分量為靈魂、為神;其二,語(yǔ)氣以具體的聲音形式為軀體、為形;其三,語(yǔ)氣存在于一個(gè)個(gè)有具體語(yǔ)境的語(yǔ)句當(dāng)中。如果語(yǔ)音,語(yǔ)調(diào)是實(shí)實(shí)在在能用符號(hào)標(biāo)注的話,語(yǔ)氣便是一種內(nèi)在的情感表達(dá)。比如課中當(dāng)楊林問(wèn)Helen要看看她的stickers時(shí)的開(kāi)心和羨慕,要體驗(yàn)?zāi)欠N情感來(lái)讀Can I have a look? 將會(huì)更加傳神。以及Helen答應(yīng)給楊林stickers時(shí),那句Sure她的情感世界應(yīng)該是孩子獨(dú)有的大方,樂(lè)意。如果經(jīng)常引導(dǎo)學(xué)生體驗(yàn)朗讀,是不是會(huì)讓已經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英語(yǔ)更加洋氣,就好比普通話更有京味。
2、人性化的課堂
生活化的氛圍
英語(yǔ)課堂帶給我們的感受通常都是富有活力,熱鬧,趣味的。然而細(xì)細(xì)品味,課堂中似乎還缺少一種真誠(chéng),沒(méi)有了人文色彩的人與人之間的情感交流,因而感動(dòng)的課堂很少。對(duì)于成長(zhǎng)中的孩子來(lái)講,學(xué)習(xí)也是他生活的一部分,作為英語(yǔ)教師我們給孩子的不僅僅是英語(yǔ)知識(shí),而是一種尊重,這樣的尊重是要體現(xiàn)教師的真誠(chéng),備課站在孩子的角度,過(guò)程中我們都要想想這樣的學(xué)習(xí)方式是否是孩子們?cè)敢饨邮艿?,這樣的活動(dòng)在完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)的同時(shí)是否是孩子喜歡的,你給予他的評(píng)價(jià),鼓勵(lì)要是真誠(chéng)的。
之前我的課堂總是歡快的,學(xué)生的參與熱情很高漲,感覺(jué)精致的一環(huán)接著一環(huán)。慢慢的我便思考熱鬧的英語(yǔ)課堂上其實(shí)首先應(yīng)該是生活化的,應(yīng)該有更多生活中的幽默,真誠(chéng),感動(dòng),這也是我要努力嘗試的。
3.評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容具體化,評(píng)價(jià)權(quán)利的民主化
英語(yǔ)課堂聽(tīng)的最多的是good ,very good.not so good。很多時(shí)候?qū)W生知道老師表?yè)P(yáng)我啦??墒潜?yè)P(yáng)我什么了?我什么地方還可以更好,并不是很明白。在這節(jié)
課中我設(shè)計(jì)了具體的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,金話筒獎(jiǎng),獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)能說(shuō)出漂亮英語(yǔ)的學(xué)生;金耳朵獎(jiǎng),獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)那些聽(tīng)課認(rèn)真的學(xué)生;金頭腦獎(jiǎng),獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)那些會(huì)動(dòng)腦筋,回答問(wèn)題的學(xué)生等等,這樣富有具體內(nèi)容的鼓勵(lì)會(huì)讓孩子學(xué)的更加明白。課中有一孩子,上臺(tái)表演時(shí),聲音很小。我同樣給予他獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),但告訴他表演時(shí)聲音大些就更好了。我給了他兩張sticker,告訴他聲音小了點(diǎn),然后再對(duì)他說(shuō)我確信他下次表演時(shí)聲音肯定會(huì)非常響亮的,他開(kāi)心的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭,所以給了第三張sticker。無(wú)論什么樣的評(píng)價(jià)方式,切記不可打擊孩子,尤其是初學(xué)英語(yǔ)的孩子。
