1、開始找工作

剛開始找工作就是實(shí)踐的一個(gè)小開頭，我自認(rèn)為憑自己的本事很多工作都是可以勝任的，而且用我就是大材小用嗎！其實(shí)不然，在剛放暑假的時(shí)候就開始找。我看見許多家店門口都貼有“招聘”的信息，就問店里人，然而好不容易鼓足的勇氣就在那每一次的拒絕中被一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的耗去。其實(shí)每次進(jìn)店，我就要面帶微笑和用帶點(diǎn)懇求的語氣，并說明自己的目的。被拒絕的原因是：不要暑期工。有的店甚至直接在“招聘”旁邊貼上“暑期工免進(jìn)！”但偶爾有的店讓我把電話號(hào)碼留下，再聯(lián)系，這時(shí)心中還會(huì)有一絲希望。后來又逛了兩天才找到了這份工作的，這要感謝店長給我的機(jī)會(huì)。

找工作是一個(gè)頹廢的時(shí)期吧！雖然為期僅有兩天，但我卻經(jīng)歷了很多很多的東西。因?yàn)椋约翰粩啾痪芙^的同時(shí)還要保持信心和堅(jiān)定的信念以及樂觀的心情?！皬哪睦锏骄蛷哪睦锱榔饋怼?，就是這種信念不斷支持著我努力。也許只有自己真正的經(jīng)歷了才會(huì)真正懂得找工作的難和得到時(shí)的那中感覺。

2、工作期間

（1）開始

找到工作是13號(hào)，14號(hào)就去工作。但這天是安踏在新的大型超市的分店，主要是裝修和整理貨架等。雖然還沒開始正式工作，但我必須要端正態(tài)度從每一件小事開始認(rèn)認(rèn)真真的。要記住：不要?jiǎng)e人去提醒你，自己自覺的去做事；當(dāng)時(shí)店里還有負(fù)責(zé)人以及大店的人員，我就面帶微笑和她們多交流，這樣可以給人留下好的印象。

（2）三天的“實(shí)習(xí)”

分為早晚班的，每班有四個(gè)人。所有店員都是新聘的，只有副店長是從大店調(diào)來的。新店開業(yè)生意很好，每當(dāng)客人要大號(hào)或小號(hào)的衣服或鞋子時(shí)，這就必須到倉庫里找，但我是新來的很難作到“快”。我就喊“姐姐”（就是副店長），幫我找。這是因?yàn)檠b修的那天我對她微笑，她也回我一個(gè)微笑，我覺得她很好吧！所以記住“微笑是萬能的鑰匙！”

要過三天才能編號(hào)，即：給每位新來店員編號(hào)碼，要是經(jīng)過誰的手賣出去的東西就寫上誰的編號(hào)，然后計(jì)算工資的時(shí)候除了底薪還要拿自己賣的東西的提成?；氐皆}上，這三天雖拿不到提成但學(xué)到的東西難以說完。首先：姐姐帶我到倉庫里去了解貨品的擺放，但鞋子實(shí)在太多很費(fèi)眼神去找，這就要自己在平時(shí)總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。如：“跑鞋”、“沙灘涼鞋”、“硫化鞋”這些大字時(shí)就直接到我所要的區(qū)域去細(xì)找，有時(shí)眼神要很快，而且平時(shí)也要大概記一下。其次：站在門口的時(shí)候要喊，可開始時(shí)我就是喊不出聲，而姐姐就會(huì)給我建議說：“要大膽的，把音

調(diào)喊出來，這樣客人會(huì)感到自己很受歡迎”，她的建議讓我感到很受用，我就努力的到最后喊的還不錯(cuò)。最后：就是客人試鞋子的時(shí)候也學(xué)到很多，姐姐說：“客人試鞋子的時(shí)候，你要把鞋帶很快的松開，不要客人等你。只有你等客人這個(gè)道理，而且要半蹲著把客人的鞋帶系好，不要覺得不好意思，這是必要的”。是的，作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)也是銷售產(chǎn)品的一部分。

（3）真正的工作期間

有了編號(hào)就開始輪流帶客人，這也是公平競爭。之所以有提成就是為了調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性和提高公司的利益，這要遵守四個(gè)原則。首先：在工作中要有專業(yè)知識(shí)，可以給顧客好的建議。如：介紹每款鞋子和衣服的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，有透氣性、彈性、防紫外線以及各自的料子是什么。運(yùn)用自己的口才盡量讓客人去試，這樣就會(huì)有80%的機(jī)會(huì)，而不試只有20%的機(jī)會(huì)。其次：盡管你可能專業(yè)知識(shí)很好，但你的態(tài)度不好，那也是在做無用功吧?！耙欢ㄒ形⑿Ψ?wù)”，姐姐說。“你有好的服務(wù)，他下次還會(huì)來的。如果有一款他非常喜歡的鞋子，但你的態(tài)度卻不好，他有可能會(huì)到其他店，除非他非常非常的喜歡才會(huì)硬著頭皮過來買。相反，如果你態(tài)度很好，即使他只是有點(diǎn)感覺他也有可能買的，而且下次他還會(huì)過來的?！痹谄溟g，你看見那些穿的不是很好的，甚至連這店是什么的都不知道的也要用好的態(tài)度對待他。是的??！這種事，我在店里遇到的不是一兩次，這也教會(huì)我不要用有色眼鏡看人。她的這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)真是太讓我受用了，她雖然不是偉大的教育家，但是卻給我的教育終身都會(huì)受益的。然后：要注意提醒客人。當(dāng)他買好要的東西后，要用詢問的語氣來問他還要不要襪子或搭配褲子等。這是非常重要的，也許他原來打算買但忘了呢！最后：也是最要遵守的一條，就是有時(shí)間觀念。其實(shí)，不管在什么時(shí)候都要有這個(gè)觀念的。而我卻犯了一次幸好是初犯而且沒超過規(guī)定的時(shí)間，這個(gè)在我的實(shí)踐中留下了太深的印象了。在工作中要時(shí)刻注意我自己是否作到這四個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)了。

其實(shí)，并不是每樣?xùn)|西都要?jiǎng)e人教你，并不是她不想，而是自己要有求知的欲望，凡是也要自己努力的。在這里我不得不引用她的一句話，“當(dāng)別人在介紹的時(shí)候，你也可以站在旁邊看和聽，從別人身上學(xué)到東西?！痹趯?shí)踐中，受到姐姐的影響很大，很感謝她教我這些在學(xué)校學(xué)不到的知識(shí)。

在工作中的態(tài)度很重要，這在上面已提過了。但是，我現(xiàn)在要講的是對同事的態(tài)度。每個(gè)人都有機(jī)會(huì)接待客人，但是有的人運(yùn)氣會(huì)很好，她或許就會(huì)接到一筆大單。而我就必須要保持自己健康的心態(tài)，不要覺得好象誰欠你的一樣。其實(shí)，“每天都是新的一天”要加油作好每一天的事，反正你都已經(jīng)到了為什么不做好呢？其實(shí)，每個(gè)人都是最棒的，因此千萬不要小看自己了。

（4）工作與學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)調(diào)

在工作的過程中，始終不敢忘記自己的主要任務(wù)還是學(xué)習(xí)。但是由于早晚班的原因，每每上完班就很累。每天站七八個(gè)小時(shí)，是很累的，所以導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)和工作協(xié)調(diào)的非常不好。本打算去學(xué)習(xí)一門語言的也沒能成功，所以就覺得這是工作中的一個(gè)最讓我頭疼的事，在以后的實(shí)踐中會(huì)努力完善的。

3、工作總結(jié)

在這次實(shí)踐中很感謝店長給我的機(jī)會(huì)，其次是姐姐教會(huì)我的這么多的東西讓我在以后的實(shí)踐中還能用到的。最后，非常感謝媽媽。我上早班她就起來做飯給我吃，而且上晚班要上到11點(diǎn)才能回家，她還是弄飯給我吃，我說吃過了?？墒?，母親就是這樣疼愛自己的子女吧！工作期間，學(xué)會(huì)了很多關(guān)于介紹方面的知識(shí)；知道了微笑的作用；不能用有色眼鏡看人等，這都很好的教育了我。

五、實(shí)踐小結(jié)

我開學(xué)就是大二了，真的感到時(shí)間過的很快。如果現(xiàn)在不早學(xué)，以后就沒什么機(jī)會(huì)了。有的同學(xué)落榜而進(jìn)入社會(huì)，有的在復(fù)讀再考。我感到進(jìn)入大學(xué)并不是所謂的終點(diǎn)和止步或停歇處。只有多吃苦、磨練，去體驗(yàn)生活的艱辛和不易。經(jīng)過這段時(shí)間我感覺我民白太多太多了，而自己思想也好象成熟很多很多，更重要的是很好的認(rèn)識(shí)這個(gè)社會(huì)。

因此，明白了。只有不斷努力，去增加大學(xué)生活的寬度和廣度，豐富自己的人生。

17.一名曾任教于舊城區(qū)學(xué)校的教師如今在從事紐黑文教學(xué)計(jì)劃。他說，教師也能從中受益。?在這里，我們真正開始集中精力與每一個(gè)學(xué)生建立卓有成效的關(guān)系。我們的重點(diǎn)真的是先考慮師生關(guān)系，然后是師生共同探討學(xué)業(yè)。而在傳統(tǒng)的中學(xué)里，是先考慮教師和教材的關(guān)系，然后再考慮師生關(guān)系。?師生關(guān)系在海德中學(xué)被進(jìn)一步深化了。對教職員工的評估由學(xué)生來進(jìn)行。
