      心里正在想著減肥時(shí),剛好我好朋友三姐最近體積明顯縮小。哇塞,這是老天在暗示我嗎?

      減肥計(jì)劃 一個(gè)月讓你狂瘦20斤不是問(wèn)題減肥心得

      在做每一件事之前,要先給自己定一個(gè)目標(biāo)和一個(gè)計(jì)劃,這樣才開(kāi)始的時(shí)候才不會(huì)覺(jué)得茫然,減肥也一樣。如果想要在一個(gè)月之內(nèi)減肥成功,那就給自己制定一個(gè)月減肥計(jì)劃。從各個(gè)方面著手,讓自己瘦得更加輕松。

      一、素食周每天吃素食或者無(wú)糖食物,規(guī)律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3,不規(guī)律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃飯,就必須吃素,一點(diǎn)肉蛋魚(yú)都不能碰。吃素看起來(lái)比較自由,但是每餐所吃的白飯不能超過(guò)半碗。如果想吃肉,就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉類(lèi)食物、甜食物或者飲料、奶類(lèi)。水果可以吃,但是不能吃太甜的水果。

      二、吃無(wú)糖食物

      在這一周里必須吃無(wú)糖食物,不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉,那前一周的努力就白費(fèi)了。在這一周必須找一天在家,早上喝一瓶酸奶,幫你煮清腸胃。在這個(gè)星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜,但是就是不能吃淀粉。

      三、離目標(biāo)還差5公斤

      這周選擇吃早餐或者中餐,其余時(shí)間只能吃?xún)蓸邮澄?,并且只能吃少量。你必須吃得很慢,因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)你的胃已經(jīng)變小,你很快就會(huì)有飽腹感。在這周貧血會(huì)很?chē)?yán)重,記得適時(shí)補(bǔ)充維生素。每天只吃一餐,吃完后會(huì)因?yàn)檠遣蛔?,造成?yán)重的睡意。

      四、如果離目標(biāo)還差10公斤以上

      到了最后一個(gè)星期,如果你離目標(biāo)還差10公斤以上,那么這個(gè)星期就要斷食了。你一天所吃的東西不能超過(guò)200公克,喝的東西可以加上牛奶,但是不能喝得太猛。每天的飲食都要以清淡為主,前三天只能吃少量的早餐喝午餐,從第四天開(kāi)始可以吃少量的晚餐。到了第八天就可以正常飲食。

      第三篇:一段減重方案

      瘦身減肥方案(一段)

      指減肥的第一個(gè)月,務(wù)必堅(jiān)持,以免反復(fù)前功盡棄

      減肥前我們要知道一個(gè)原理:

      導(dǎo)致肥胖和脂肪堆積的原因 就是因?yàn)閿z入過(guò)量。其實(shí)減肥也因此就很簡(jiǎn)單的,如果你能控制每天攝入的熱量,就有成功瘦身的前提了。

      知道這個(gè)原理后,我們就要對(duì)每天攝入進(jìn)行控制。因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)人默默的減肥經(jīng)常會(huì)沒(méi)有動(dòng)力,所以需要大家交流和正確的方法。

      首先我們要知道減肥階段我們必須多攝入膳食纖維含量高的食物,比如各種蔬菜和一些水果,或者選擇安全的膳食纖維補(bǔ)充劑,口服膳食纖維補(bǔ)充物已經(jīng)是國(guó)際通行的纖體方法啦。

      減肥開(kāi)始階段(以下減肥餐僅限初始減肥的一個(gè)月內(nèi))

      早餐:非常重要,吃能起到飽腹感的食物

      建議:兩個(gè)雞蛋,一杯不加糖的豆?jié){

      千萬(wàn)不要吃油膩的東西,一晚上下來(lái)空腹情況下?tīng)I(yíng)養(yǎng)會(huì)全部吸收。

      中餐:

      中餐前為了克制饑餓感,餐前一小時(shí)吃SANKOM膳食纖維補(bǔ)充劑配250ML水 建議:半斤蔬菜(指生的時(shí)候份量)做熟(可油炒)外加二到三兩的肉菜(自選)其實(shí)和你以前吃的應(yīng)該是一樣,有犖有素的,減肥也不一定那么痛苦,該吃吃!下午加餐:

      建議:一個(gè)蘋(píng)果,一杯酸奶或者再吃一塊膳食纖維劑配250ML水

      因?yàn)橹耙驗(yàn)槌缘亩嗫赡芪笓未罅?,這時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)饑餓

      晚餐:

      下班前或者回家路上吃一粒SANKOM膳食纖維補(bǔ)充劑配水,抵制此時(shí)饑餓感 半斤蔬菜(生的時(shí)候份量),半斤魚(yú)或者蝦

      晚餐盡量少吃肉,中午已經(jīng)吃過(guò)了,脂肪含量少的食品會(huì)對(duì)你減輕體重起到相當(dāng)關(guān)鍵的作用。魚(yú)和蝦可以選擇水煮,清蒸。

      晚餐過(guò)后就不要再任何東西了,特別指零食和水果。

      *一天八杯水,此階段忌茶葉和咖啡

      在本方案中,蔬菜水果等膳食纖維含量大的食材被屢次提及,所以膳食纖維的補(bǔ)充對(duì)減肥纖體是十分重要和必要的。

      另外:

      1、每天寫(xiě)一個(gè)表格記錄體重變化(體重的向下變化會(huì)產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力)

      Intervention 干預(yù)

      Body Weight Support System and Treadmill

      The BWS system used was the Lite Gait I.The system consists of an adult-sized frame with an adjustable handrail.The harness and 2 points of BWS provide needed postural and weight support.locking wheels allow BWS ambulation training

      with a treadmill as well as overground.A bilateral symmetry scale mounted within the frame

      displays the amount of weight supported by

      the device at any particular moment.The treadmill used was the Proform Crosswalkwhich had a 35-_ 114-cmwalking surface and ranged in speed from 0.1mph(0.04 m/s)to 10 mph(4.44 m/s).Overview of Intervention

      BWS ambulation training occurred 2 to 3 times per week over a 6-to 7-week period.In each session, there were 4 bouts of ambulation.The first 3 bouts consisted of ambulation on the treadmill with

      BWS, and the fourth bout consisted of overground ambulation with BWS.Bouts were separated by a 5-minute rest interval.The duration of each bout was limited by participant toleranceor to a maximum of 10 minutes.At initiation of the intervention, 40% of each participant’s body weight was supported.This percentage of BWS was selected based on research that demonstrated that support greater than 40% actually interfered with heel-ground contact for some patients.Participants were started on the treadmill at 0.5 mph(0.22 m/s).Body weight support consisted of 3 levels: 40%, 20%, and 0% of body weight.Treadmill speed also consisted of 3 levels: 0.5 mph(0.22 m/s), 0.75 mph(0.33 m/s), and 1.0 mph(0.44 m/s).Progression was accomplished by decreasing BWS or increasing treadmill speed.We considered the participants as having an adequate gait technique if they were able to support weight on the affected limb without buckling, along with somewhat consistent and symmetrical step length, cadence, and foot clearance.If adequate gait technique was achieved, the percentage of BWS was decreased to the next level.We defined adequate endurance as occurring when the participants could ambulate more than 5 minutes in 2 of 3 treadmill bouts.If adequate endurance was achieved, speed was increased to the next level.Speed of ambulation during overground walking was primarily determined by the participant.During treadmill and overground walking, verbal cueing and manual guidance were given.Participant A

      Participant A completed 21 days of intervention over a 7-week period.Each bout of ambulation was stopped if the participant reported fatigue.The drops in average intervention time on days 5, 8, 12, and

      21, as noted in Table 2, correlated with progression to a more demanding level.For example, BWS was decreased from 40% to 20% on day 8, and average

      intervention time decreased from 4 minutes 51 seconds to 2 minutes 48 seconds.Overground BWS ambulation speed increased across treatment sessions,as evidenced by mean speeds of 0.33 mph(0.15 m/s)at

      level 1 and 0.74 mph(0.33 m/s)at level 5(Tab.2).Participant B

      Participant B completed 17 days of intervention over a 6-week period.The protocol for progression of intervention was altered

      on 2 occasions(Tab.3).The percentage of BWS was reduced from 40% initially to 20% on day 2 of intervention without achieving adequate gait technique

      We prematurely reduced BWS because of her tendency to collapse into

      the harness with 40% of BWS.In addition, the speed of the treadmill was increased to 0.75 mph(0.44 m/s)on intervention day 14 without attaining adequate symmetry.We made this change because she had not achieved the symmetry requirements to decrease BWS or increase speed after 4 weeks of intervention.This change in speed assisted with more appropriate foot placement and step length.Her speed increased across intervention from a

      mean speed of 0.28 mph(0.12 m/s)at

      level 1 to a mean speed of 0.67 mph

      (0.30 m/s)at level 3.Outcomes

      Participant A

      Her ambulation improved, as indicated by all measurements.She demonstrated improved balance, as indicated by her

      Berg Balance Scale scores(26/56 pretest to 40/56

      posttest).Her walking improved, as demonstrated by her scores on the Tinetti Gait and Balance Assessment.Her 10-m walking time(with rolling walker)improved from

      0.35 m/s to 0.65 m/s , and her right

      and left step lengths improved by 35% and 41%, respectively.Our observation of participant A’s gait indicated a

      more symmetrical gait pattern than before intervention.Following intervention, participant A stated that “she felt

      like she was walking faster and was more conscious about

      taking larger steps.”

      Participant B

      Minimal improvements in gait and balance were evident.The greatest improvements were a 22% improvement in

      10-m walking time(while pushing her wheelchair)and

      improvements in step length.Step length improved

      more on the right(35%)than on the left(25%), which

      accounts for the decrease in step length ratio.Our

      observation of gait led us to believe that there were

      inconsistent improvements in step length and foot clearance

      bilaterally.Although participant B was unable to provide useful

      information about her performance or the intervention,her daughter stated that she was more social and alert during the day throughout the duration of the intervention.

      1、酵母的密碼子和人的密碼子有偏好性的差異,當(dāng)基因超過(guò)2000bp后,密碼子偏好性的累積效應(yīng)造成蛋白翻譯困難;

      2、過(guò)大的bait蛋白的空間位阻效應(yīng)會(huì)影響Gal4的AD和BD的互做,就會(huì)造成即使bait和prey有互做時(shí),Gal4的BD和AD沒(méi)有互做,從而不能激活報(bào)告基因表達(dá)。你的基因2346bp,對(duì)酵母來(lái)說(shuō),翻譯比較困難,所以,酵母生長(zhǎng)緩慢,你可以考慮將你的基因分成兩段,分別用于篩庫(kù)。
