第一篇：國(guó)際貿(mào)易單證學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì)

單證對(duì)于一名國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易系學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)是很重要的一門(mén)課程。有一名好老師為我們講課就更加的重要了。我也要感謝我的老師，是他讓我對(duì)單證這門(mén)課程產(chǎn)生了興趣，并且想去做一名制單員。老師的知識(shí)是那么的淵博。在課堂上老師對(duì)單證講解的細(xì)致明了，使我們學(xué)生很容易理解單證知識(shí)。課下老師主動(dòng)與我們交流，為我們解疑答惑，還鼓勵(lì)我們?nèi)ヅW(xué)習(xí)。還經(jīng)常給我們講一些勵(lì)志的人物事跡，去激勵(lì)我們學(xué)習(xí)。這讓我感到老師特別的親切、友善和熱情。我很喜歡聽(tīng)這樣的老師講課，對(duì)這樣的老師有一種相見(jiàn)恨晚的感覺(jué)。還有老師經(jīng)常跟我們說(shuō)些時(shí)事政治，讓我們能與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，跟上時(shí)代的步伐。老師你還特別細(xì)心，許多人的各種問(wèn)題你總是能發(fā)現(xiàn)，并過(guò)去為他詳細(xì)講解。

然而，對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)，作為國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易系的一名學(xué)生，我們更應(yīng)該認(rèn)識(shí)到單證在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的重要性。還要掌握必要的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和技能，打好扎實(shí)的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)。努力去做一名合格的單證制作員。我也認(rèn)為我將找到一份制單的工作，并且喜歡上做一名制單員。我現(xiàn)在正朝著做一名合格的單證制作員的方向努力。準(zhǔn)備一起需要的東西，向著目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。

還有學(xué)習(xí)了國(guó)際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)里的單證給我?guī)?lái)了很多幫助，像那些提單什么的可以使我們更好地做業(yè)務(wù)。

人們還利用國(guó)際貿(mào)易單證來(lái)處理進(jìn)出口貨物的交付、運(yùn)輸、保險(xiǎn)、檢驗(yàn)檢疫、報(bào)關(guān)和結(jié)匯等。單證的出現(xiàn)使分處不同國(guó)家的買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方不需拿貨物與貨款見(jiàn)面直接交付。而通過(guò)單證的買(mǎi)賣(mài)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物貨款的交付。使買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方的交貨與付款變得更加方便與簡(jiǎn)捷。例如，一張海運(yùn)提單就是物權(quán)憑證。交了提單就等于交了貨物，拿著提單就可以去提貨。誰(shuí)擁有了提單就等于擁有了貨物的所有權(quán)。國(guó)際商務(wù)單證中的提單是國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的貨物交付變得更方便簡(jiǎn)捷。

還有那些單證的填寫(xiě)是很復(fù)雜的，有時(shí)候稍微一點(diǎn)差錯(cuò)就會(huì)給企業(yè)帶來(lái)很大的虧損，通過(guò)單證的學(xué)習(xí)，讓我了解它的重要性，要想做好一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)，單證的填寫(xiě)和審核是至關(guān)重要的。所以我們要具備良好地職業(yè)道德，掌握必要的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和技能，有著扎實(shí)的外語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)，還要有豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和堅(jiān)持認(rèn)真的工作態(tài)度。

我綜合的對(duì)大二以來(lái)學(xué)到的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)和梳理。例如，通過(guò)填寫(xiě)商業(yè)發(fā)票等單據(jù)讓我真正的認(rèn)識(shí)到了，信用證和發(fā)票在全部單據(jù)中的核心地位。這在老師舉得例子中有明顯體現(xiàn)！合同和信用證都作為僅有的已知條件給予了我們。通過(guò)合同和信用證來(lái)填寫(xiě)商業(yè)發(fā)票，而匯票等許多重要單據(jù)的填寫(xiě)都離不開(kāi)商業(yè)發(fā)票的記錄內(nèi)容。

例如關(guān)于信用證審證這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)以前只是理論上聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)，在課上聽(tīng)徐老師的例子才真的深刻體會(huì)到審證的重要性。單單相符，單證相符。這個(gè)道理再簡(jiǎn)單不過(guò)，但是真正做起來(lái)卻有許多問(wèn)題看不出來(lái)。有拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤，有偷換慨念，還有合同類(lèi)似但不相符。這有對(duì)出錯(cuò)的地方有著深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)才能使審證得心應(yīng)手。

這些讓我明白了國(guó)際貿(mào)易制單審證等絕非一日之功，只有長(zhǎng)期的堅(jiān)持不懈才能熟能生巧。

（一）運(yùn)輸方式種類(lèi)

國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸方式的種類(lèi)很多，按照不同的運(yùn)輸工具，主要分為： 1．江海運(yùn)輸(Shipment by Sea)

江海運(yùn)輸，又稱(chēng)為水路運(yùn)輸，主要是利用船舶進(jìn)行貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)囊环N方式。江海運(yùn)輸，包括江河貨物運(yùn)輸和海上貨物運(yùn)輸，后者又可分為沿海貨物運(yùn)輸和國(guó)際海上貨物運(yùn)輸。

2．航空運(yùn)輸(Transport by Air)

航空運(yùn)輸，又稱(chēng)為飛機(jī)運(yùn)輸，主要是利用飛機(jī)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)囊环N方式。航空運(yùn)輸，包括國(guó)內(nèi)航空運(yùn)輸和國(guó)際航空運(yùn)輸，國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的航空運(yùn)輸指國(guó)際航空運(yùn)輸。

３．鐵路運(yùn)輸（Railway Transport）

鐵路運(yùn)輸分為國(guó)際鐵路貨物聯(lián)運(yùn)（International Railway Transportation）和國(guó)內(nèi)鐵路運(yùn)輸（Domestic Railway Transportation）二種運(yùn)輸方式。

國(guó)際鐵路貨物聯(lián)運(yùn)是一種使用一份統(tǒng)一的國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)票據(jù)，不需要發(fā)貨人與收貨人參加，而由鐵路部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)辦理兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上國(guó)家鐵路全程運(yùn)送貨物的運(yùn)輸方式。

國(guó)內(nèi)鐵路運(yùn)輸是指僅在本國(guó)范圍內(nèi)，按國(guó)內(nèi)鐵路部門(mén)對(duì)貨物運(yùn)輸規(guī)程、規(guī)則和計(jì)價(jià)來(lái)辦理的貨物運(yùn)輸。它是我國(guó)運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的骨干和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的大動(dòng)脈，聯(lián)系著工業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)、城市和鄉(xiāng)村、內(nèi)地和沿海。４．公路運(yùn)輸（Road Transport）

公路運(yùn)輸一般是以汽車(chē)為運(yùn)載工具，沿公路作跨地區(qū)或跨國(guó)界的移動(dòng)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物和人員位移的一種運(yùn)輸方法。公路運(yùn)輸是現(xiàn)代運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕绞街?，它既是一個(gè)獨(dú)立的運(yùn)輸體系，也是一個(gè)連接水陸運(yùn)輸、航空運(yùn)輸、鐵路運(yùn)輸始端和末端集散物資的重要手段和不可缺少的運(yùn)輸方式。

５．國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)（International Multimode Transport）

國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)是根據(jù)一個(gè)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)合同，采用兩種或兩種以上的運(yùn)輸方式，由國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)人把貨物從一國(guó)境內(nèi)接管貨物運(yùn)到另一國(guó)境內(nèi)指定交付貨物地點(diǎn)的運(yùn)輸方式。包括海運(yùn)與空運(yùn)聯(lián)運(yùn)（?？章?lián)運(yùn)）、海運(yùn)與鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)（海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)）、海運(yùn)與汽運(yùn)聯(lián)運(yùn)（海汽聯(lián)運(yùn)）等。這些都是國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)方式的具體形式，占據(jù)國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸中相當(dāng)大的運(yùn)輸貨量。６．郵政運(yùn)輸（Parcel Post Transport）

郵政運(yùn)輸，又稱(chēng)為郵包運(yùn)輸，是一種很簡(jiǎn)單的運(yùn)輸方式。買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方商定采用此鐘運(yùn)輸方法時(shí)，賣(mài)方只要根據(jù)買(mǎi)賣(mài)合同規(guī)定的條件，遵守郵政局的有關(guān)規(guī)定，向郵局辦理商品包裹投寄手續(xù)，并取得郵包收據(jù)，即完成了交貨的義務(wù)。7．集裝箱運(yùn)輸（Container Liner Service）

海運(yùn)集裝箱運(yùn)輸是一種將零散的貨物合并裝入具有一定規(guī)格和強(qiáng)度的專(zhuān)為周轉(zhuǎn)使用的大型貨箱進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸?shù)囊环N現(xiàn)代化運(yùn)輸方式。集裝箱運(yùn)輸擴(kuò)大了運(yùn)輸單元，而這種單元又具有一定的規(guī)格和強(qiáng)度，容易組織標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的裝卸、交接和聯(lián)運(yùn)。從而提高了裝卸效率，減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高貨物運(yùn)輸質(zhì)量加速了車(chē)船的周轉(zhuǎn)，使之具有件雜貨運(yùn)輸無(wú)法相比的優(yōu)越性而在短短的二十多年間，就基本取代了件雜貨班輪運(yùn)輸。
