廣東省本科高校大學(xué)英語寫作大賽

大賽介紹

為了進(jìn)一步深化大學(xué)英語教學(xué)改革，提高全省大學(xué)生的英語應(yīng)用能力，培養(yǎng)和發(fā)現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的英語寫作人才，廣東省大學(xué)英語課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會（以下稱“省大指委”）在省教育廳的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下舉辦本次廣東省本科高校大學(xué)英語寫作大賽。

鑒于英語寫作是國際交流與文化傳播的重要手段，而寫作能力是高校外語教育與人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要體現(xiàn)，也是大學(xué)生英語語言能力與人文素養(yǎng)的綜合展現(xiàn)，此次寫作大賽在省大指委的策劃與組織下，將通過全國性的競賽平臺，貫徹國家提高教育質(zhì)量與培養(yǎng)國際化、創(chuàng)新型人才的精神，推動寫作教學(xué)創(chuàng)新，提高寫作教學(xué)水平，培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)優(yōu)秀人才，從而為我省外語教學(xué)改革、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、教育質(zhì)量提升做出積極有力的貢獻(xiàn)。

大學(xué)英語寫作大賽將邀請外語寫作教學(xué)與測試領(lǐng)域權(quán)威專家命題和評閱，涵蓋Analytical Writing，Argumentative Writing，Practical Writing，Academic Writing等適用于各種目的或場合的寫作類型，確保比賽的專業(yè)性、規(guī)范性與引領(lǐng)性。

主辦單位：廣東省教育廳、廣東省大學(xué)英語課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會

合辦單位：外語教學(xué)與研究出版社、句酷批改網(wǎng)

承辦單位：中山大學(xué)

參賽資格

廣東省具有高等學(xué)歷教育招生資格的普通高等學(xué)校本科在校生。

參賽方式

選拔賽：符合參賽資格的高校學(xué)生可直接向本校外語院（系）或大學(xué)外語教學(xué)部咨詢、報(bào)名和參加選拔賽。

決賽：獲得決賽資格的選手，由所在學(xué)校外語院（系）或大學(xué)外語教學(xué)部向決賽承辦單位報(bào)名。其中獲得特等獎的3名選手繼續(xù)報(bào)名參加全國決賽。

本賽事不接受選手個人直接報(bào)名。

參賽注冊

從2013年7月5日起，句酷批改網(wǎng)（http://004km.cn）將開放注冊窗口。所有報(bào)名參賽的選手和指導(dǎo)教師（每個參賽學(xué)校指導(dǎo)教師限3名以內(nèi)）可以開始注冊，填寫個人信息。句酷批改網(wǎng)將在注冊后兩個工作日內(nèi)完成對指導(dǎo)教師的授權(quán)。參賽選手和指導(dǎo)教師注冊的個人信息須準(zhǔn)確、真實(shí)。如經(jīng)組委會查證與真實(shí)情況不符，將取消其參賽資格。

選拔賽程序

組織方式：各參賽學(xué)校外語院（系）或大學(xué)外語教學(xué)部負(fù)責(zé)組織實(shí)施，省大指委給予協(xié)助與支持。每個學(xué)校應(yīng)有不少于200人參賽。參賽學(xué)校應(yīng)保證本校符合參賽資格的學(xué)生都有公平的報(bào)名參賽機(jī)會。

比賽時(shí)間：各參賽學(xué)校必須在10月29日之前完成選拔賽，并將入圍決賽的選手名單報(bào)送決賽組委會。

比賽題目：各參賽學(xué)校自定，也可采用承辦單位組織專家擬定的題目。可參考大賽組委會公布的決賽樣題題型。決賽每年從以下三種寫作類型中選擇兩種。

類型一：記敘文寫作（Narrative Writing）

比賽內(nèi)容：選手完成一篇記敘文寫作（800-1000詞左右）。側(cè)重考察選手的閱讀理解、語言運(yùn)用、細(xì)節(jié)描寫、形象思維、創(chuàng)意構(gòu)思、人文素養(yǎng)等綜合能力。

類型二：議論文寫作（Argumentative Writing）

比賽內(nèi)容：選手完成一篇議論文寫作（800-1000詞左右）。側(cè)重考察選手的文獻(xiàn)閱讀理解、信息綜合處理、判斷分析、邏輯思辨、評價(jià)論述等能力，展示選手的知識廣度、視野維度、思想深度等綜合素質(zhì)。

類型三：說明文寫作（Expository Writing）

比賽內(nèi)容：選手完成一篇說明文寫作（600詞左右）。側(cè)重考察選手解說事物、闡明事理的能力，以及運(yùn)用知識、觀察理解、梳理分析、提煉總結(jié)、跨文化溝通的綜合能力。比賽方式：

限時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)寫作，使用句酷批改網(wǎng)進(jìn)行操作。具體時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)由各參賽院校自行安排（如采用承辦學(xué)校推薦的題目，在時(shí)間安排上必須與承辦學(xué)校一致），每名參賽學(xué)生在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)分三次各提交1篇參賽作品（建議每1-2周公布一篇寫作任務(wù)）。正式提交前可多次修改，但必須在規(guī)定的截止時(shí)間前（初步設(shè)定為題目公布后三小時(shí)內(nèi)）提交，否則視為無效作品，取消比賽資格。采用承辦學(xué)校寫作題目的院校請注意：中山大學(xué)將分別于10月13日（周日）、10月19日（周六）、10月26日（周六）上午9:00即分三次在句酷批改網(wǎng)公布題目（作文號），參賽學(xué)生必須在當(dāng)日12:00以前在句酷批改網(wǎng)完成作品提交。選拔賽成績由系統(tǒng)自動評分和評委打分兩部分構(gòu)成，各占總成績的50%。評委組成：評委人數(shù)為2至3人。中國籍評委須具有講師以上職稱，有英語寫作教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。比賽前應(yīng)召開評委會，討論并貫徹評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以保證比賽的規(guī)范性、公平性與公正性。

獎項(xiàng)設(shè)置：各參賽學(xué)校應(yīng)設(shè)置特等獎和一、二、三等獎。其中特等獎2名，一、二、三等獎獲獎人數(shù)分別占本校參賽選手總數(shù)的1%、3%、6%。特等獎獲獎選手代表本校參加決賽。獲獎選手的指導(dǎo)教師相應(yīng)獲得指導(dǎo)教師特等獎、指導(dǎo)教師一等獎、指導(dǎo)教師二等獎、指導(dǎo)教師三等獎。

決賽程序

組織方式：由省大指委組織成立決賽組委會，由中山大學(xué)承辦，組織實(shí)施決賽、安排決賽作品評閱等工作。

參賽資格：各參賽高校的特等獎獲獎選手進(jìn)入決賽。決賽組委會至少提前十天將決賽通知發(fā)給所有符合參賽資格的院校，并預(yù)先公布決賽名單。

比賽時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)：決賽定于2013年11月10日進(jìn)行，地點(diǎn)在中山大學(xué)。

比賽題目：由組委會擬定，比賽開始時(shí)當(dāng)場拆封公布。比賽題目在比賽前嚴(yán)格保密。比賽方式：

1)上午：現(xiàn)場寫作，使用大賽專用寫作評閱系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行操作。比賽期間不允許使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)。評委組成：評委人數(shù)不少于5人（須包含外籍評委）。中國籍評委須具有副教授以上職稱，有英語寫作教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。每所學(xué)校（含承辦學(xué)校）只能一人擔(dān)任評委。每位評委須審閱所有參賽作品。

評分方式：寫作體統(tǒng)評閱、評委人工評閱。

評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

1.思想內(nèi)容（40%）：內(nèi)容切題，立意清晰；邏輯性強(qiáng)，論據(jù)充分；觀點(diǎn)有新意、有深度。

2.寫作技巧（30%）：結(jié)構(gòu)完整，層次清楚，銜接自然；標(biāo)點(diǎn)、大小寫規(guī)范。

3.語言質(zhì)量（30%）：語法結(jié)構(gòu)靈活多樣，詞匯豐富，行文流暢，語言錯誤少；語域、語體

恰當(dāng)。

2）下午：現(xiàn)場電腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)寫作，使用句酷批改網(wǎng)進(jìn)行操作。比賽期間允許使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)和多次刷新提交。參賽作品在參賽題目公布后三小時(shí)內(nèi)提交。正式提交前可多次修改，但必須在規(guī)定的截止時(shí)間前提交，否則視為無效作品，取消決賽資格。評分方式：句酷批改網(wǎng)自動評閱。

總評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：上午比賽成績占總評成績的60%，下午比賽成績占總成績的40%。決賽后將以適當(dāng)方式安排評委點(diǎn)評，以給予參賽選手與指導(dǎo)教師一定的參賽反饋。

獎項(xiàng)設(shè)置：決賽設(shè)置特等獎和一、二、三等獎。其中特等獎3名，要求其中必須包括非英語專業(yè)學(xué)生和英語專業(yè)學(xué)生。獲獎選手的指導(dǎo)教師相應(yīng)獲得指導(dǎo)教師特等獎、指導(dǎo)教師一等獎、指導(dǎo)教師二等獎、指導(dǎo)教師三等獎。

特等獎獲獎選手代表我省參加“外研社杯”全國決賽。特等獎獲獎選手必須在2013年11月20日前到“外研社杯”大賽網(wǎng)站(http://)填寫完備的相關(guān)信息，方可參加全國決賽。

注意事項(xiàng)：

1.各學(xué)校積極推薦學(xué)生參加英語寫作比賽，并安排專人統(tǒng)計(jì)參賽學(xué)生信息和提醒學(xué)生及時(shí)提交參賽作品。

2.參賽選手注冊的個人信息須準(zhǔn)確、真實(shí)。如經(jīng)組委會查證與真實(shí)情況不符，將取消該選手參賽資格。

3.參賽選手應(yīng)秉持誠信態(tài)度，保證作文為本人原創(chuàng)，不得抄襲、作弊。如經(jīng)組委會查證有抄襲或作弊情況，將永久取消該選手參賽資格。由此給該選手及所在學(xué)校帶來的不良影響由本人自負(fù)。

4.以上賽制如有變化，以組委會最終公布為準(zhǔn)。
