二.發(fā)言稿的寫作技巧與方法指導(dǎo)
發(fā)言稿是生活中一種常見的應(yīng)用文體,是參加會議的人為了在會議上表達自己的意見、看法、進行思想?yún)R報或工作情況匯報而事先準備好的文稿。英文開幕詞、閉幕詞、歡迎詞、歡送詞、告別格式詞和演講稿是正式社交場合最常見的發(fā)言稿。(1)格式;
發(fā)言稿一般由稱呼語、正文和結(jié)束語三部分組成。發(fā)言稿的開頭和結(jié)尾一般有固定的格式。例如:

如果面對的是熟悉的聽眾,開頭和結(jié)尾也可以活潑些、靈活些 例如:

1、讓學(xué)生學(xué)會寫發(fā)言稿,體會發(fā)言稿在生活中的作用。
2、繼續(xù)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生練習(xí)把自己的意思表達具體清楚,把句子寫通順。
準備:情境錄像、課件。
教學(xué)過程:
一、了解“發(fā)言稿”。
1、今天我們學(xué)習(xí)寫發(fā)言稿,其實我們平時經(jīng)常接觸到發(fā)言稿,例如,每星期的國旗下講話,開學(xué)典禮上校長發(fā)言,新生入隊時新生代表的發(fā)言等等。
2、怎樣才能寫好發(fā)言稿呢?
(1)根據(jù)不同場合的不同要求,切合具體的需要、具體的情境。
(2)明確發(fā)言的目的。
例如:班里要改選班干部,你打算競選生活委員,在這個場合發(fā)言,你的主要目的是希望通過你的發(fā)言,得到大家的認可、支持,讓大家主動投你的票;又如“六一”聯(lián)歡會上,要你代表全班同學(xué)作個簡短的發(fā)言,在這個場合發(fā)言,其主要目的是代表大家祝賀同學(xué)們節(jié)日快樂,在發(fā)言稿中要盡量表達出自己祝福之情,要使同學(xué)們從你的發(fā)言中受到情緒的感染。
(3)寫清發(fā)言的內(nèi)容。即你要讓聽者從你的發(fā)言中知道什么,受到怎樣的情感感染。
在我們明確發(fā)言的目的之后,要把發(fā)言的內(nèi)容認真地考慮清楚。如,競選的發(fā)言稿,一要講清楚為什么競選這個崗位,即可以是因為自己喜歡這個崗位,也可以是想通過這個崗位鍛煉自己的能力;二是講清楚在擔任這個崗位上自己擁有的優(yōu)勢,如競選文藝班委,可以講自己從小就在文藝上具有天分,并且一直在堅持學(xué)習(xí)鋼琴、舞蹈,鋼琴技能已達到國家六級;三是講清楚競選成功后該怎樣為同學(xué)服務(wù),即寫清楚自己的打算,具體的做法。又如要寫在聯(lián)歡會上的發(fā)言,則要在發(fā)言稿中寫參加聯(lián)歡會的心情和感受,希望聯(lián)歡會給大家?guī)砜鞓泛托腋#㈩A(yù)祝聯(lián)歡會取得成功。所寫的語言要熱情洋溢,表達出歡樂的心情和向上的情緒。
3、這次我們要寫慰問生病老師的發(fā)言稿。讓我們來看看事情的來龍去脈吧。
二、創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,引導(dǎo)寫作。
1、情景一后,聯(lián)系我們這個班的實際情況,你們猜會出現(xiàn)什么狀況?
師:就像你們所說的,的確出現(xiàn)了一些不好的現(xiàn)象,請看情景二。
2、情景二后,遇到這種情況,我們也要像他們那樣勸他,幫助他。再看情景三。
3、情景三中,除了這樣的勸說,你遇到掃地不認真的同學(xué),還會怎么勸告。
4、情景四中,結(jié)合自己的實際,回憶往事,有沒有老師關(guān)心你、教導(dǎo)你的事?互相交流。情景四后,我們來看看班干部們是怎么說的。

(2)師指導(dǎo):我們可以根據(jù)自己班的實際情況,想象當班主任休假期間的近一個月里,同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)、紀律情況是怎么樣的,平時老師特別關(guān)注的那幾個同學(xué)的情況,還可以寫一寫發(fā)生了哪些大事,例如班里搞了什么活動,誰獲獎了,等等,由于老師是病著的,可以多選高興的事情寫,讓老師開心。
(3)師指導(dǎo):接著你還可以回顧往事,感謝老師的恩情,表達相念之情。
(4)師指導(dǎo):最后表達同學(xué)們對老師的祝福,祝愿老師早日康復(fù)。
