每天，當(dāng)太陽(yáng)還睡著懶覺(jué)的時(shí)候，機(jī)坪上早已出現(xiàn)了一群忙碌的身影；而當(dāng)深夜來(lái)臨，已是繁星點(diǎn)點(diǎn)時(shí)，他們的身影還在機(jī)坪上忙碌著。他們總是在機(jī)坪上迎來(lái)第一縷曙光，又在機(jī)坪上送走最后一線夕陽(yáng)。無(wú)論是嚴(yán)冬還是酷暑，無(wú)論是刮風(fēng)還是下雨，哪怕是漫天紛飛的大雪，也絲毫擋不住他們朝天的干勁。只要有飛機(jī)，就有他們的身影。他們就是機(jī)務(wù)工作者！而我正是他們中的一員。

一提起民航，人們想到最多的是英武的飛行員，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的機(jī)務(wù)工作者卻往往是被人們所遺忘的一個(gè)群體。機(jī)務(wù)工作的性質(zhì)注定了機(jī)務(wù)工作者將缺少眾人關(guān)注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我們也習(xí)慣了這種被人遺忘。然而這并不意味著我們就甘于平凡。機(jī)務(wù)是飛行的后勤保障，機(jī)務(wù)工作需要的就是踏實(shí)的工作作風(fēng)。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能換來(lái)飛行的安全。為飛行提供安全適航的飛機(jī)，為旅客提供更為舒適的環(huán)境，這是我們的職責(zé)，更是我們的驕傲。

在很多人的眼里，機(jī)務(wù)不過(guò)是一個(gè)勤務(wù)工種，機(jī)務(wù)工作者也如同一只只小小的螞蟻，無(wú)足輕重。當(dāng)你在機(jī)坪上，看到他們穿著滿身油污的工作服忙碌時(shí)，你也許會(huì)投上輕視的一瞥，心中暗想：不過(guò)是個(gè)干機(jī)務(wù)的?？墒钱?dāng)你走近他們，你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的可愛(ài)。當(dāng)你知道他們都是受過(guò)高等教育，有的還是碩士研究生的時(shí)候，你是不是又會(huì)想到些什么呢？愛(ài)美之心人皆有之，更何況這些年輕的小伙子們。誰(shuí)不想每天穿得干干凈凈，工作在舒舒服服的環(huán)境中。可是我們不能，既然選擇了干機(jī)務(wù)，就得在油污中摸爬滾打。怕臟、怕累是干不好機(jī)務(wù)工作的。

機(jī)務(wù)工作的苦與累不是所有人都能理解的，也決非是一個(gè)“累”字就能解釋得清楚的。由于倒班，大禮拜、節(jié)假日都與我們無(wú)緣。即便是休息時(shí)間，只要是一個(gè)電話或是一個(gè)傳呼，就得馬不停蹄的趕到外場(chǎng)，或是排故，或是跟班。我們的主任，我們的工段長(zhǎng)，又有哪一個(gè)沒(méi)有親身經(jīng)歷過(guò)呢？

我干機(jī)務(wù)工作也有三年多了，可是在這幾年中，四個(gè)大年三十我都是在機(jī)坪上度過(guò)的。當(dāng)除夕的夜幕降臨時(shí)，別人家里早已是熱熱鬧鬧：包餃子，看春節(jié)晚會(huì)，吃團(tuán)圓飯；而我們卻在機(jī)坪上工作著。要是遇上個(gè)故障，沒(méi)準(zhǔn)一干就是一個(gè)通宵。誰(shuí)不想回家過(guò)個(gè)團(tuán)圓年，可是為了保證飛行的安全，航班的正常，我們必須全身心地投入工作，保證飛機(jī)的維護(hù)質(zhì)量。

機(jī)務(wù)工作也決非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。機(jī)務(wù)工作責(zé)任大，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高。沒(méi)有過(guò)硬的技術(shù)本領(lǐng)，吃苦耐勞的精神，細(xì)致入微的工作態(tài)度，也是干不好的。機(jī)務(wù)工作中，往往一個(gè)小小的差錯(cuò)，都會(huì)造成巨大的損失。幾年前西北航空公司的tu154飛機(jī)就是因?yàn)閮蓚€(gè)插頭插反了，結(jié)果造成了機(jī)毀人亡的慘劇。而去年南航又有一起因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)快卸解刀的十字頭遺落在網(wǎng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中，而造成發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)打傷的事故。這些看似一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的小事，對(duì)于機(jī)務(wù)工作卻是絲毫馬虎不得的。安全關(guān)系你我他，沒(méi)有安全意識(shí)是不行的。保證飛行的安全就是我們的責(zé)任。

盡管機(jī)務(wù)苦，機(jī)務(wù)累，可卻也給我?guī)?lái)了獨(dú)有的樂(lè)趣。工作中有酸更有甜，有苦還有樂(lè)。機(jī)務(wù)工作者性格直爽，為人坦誠(chéng)，和他們一起工作充滿著歡樂(lè)。特別是在一車間這個(gè)充滿活力的集體中，我們即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，我們總是并肩作戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)我們經(jīng)過(guò)一夜的苦戰(zhàn)，終于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常時(shí)，看著旅客們登上飛機(jī)時(shí)的網(wǎng)那一張張笑臉，在我們那布滿血絲的眼里，也會(huì)露出欣慰的笑意。當(dāng)經(jīng)過(guò)我們雙手放飛的飛機(jī)安全返回機(jī)坪時(shí)，我們就象迎回了自己的孩子一樣，心里憑添了幾許的自豪。

曾經(jīng)有人問(wèn)起過(guò)我，“干機(jī)務(wù)，你后悔不？”?！昂蠡冢俊?，我反問(wèn)道：“看看我們那些辛苦了一輩子的老同志，想想自己肩頭擔(dān)負(fù)的責(zé)任，能后悔嗎？”在別人眼里，我的工作也許是平凡的，但我熱愛(ài)我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轟轟烈烈，但卻絕不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的崗位上踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的做好自己的本職工作，自己的人生也會(huì)因此而不平凡。

第五篇：民航機(jī)務(wù)維修專業(yè)培訓(xùn)協(xié)議

甲、乙、丙三方經(jīng)平等協(xié)商一致，就丙方參加甲方、乙方共同組織的民航機(jī)務(wù)維修專業(yè)培訓(xùn)相關(guān)事宜，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：

一、培訓(xùn)期限

原則上為一年，自丙方通過(guò)甲乙雙方組織的面試、體格檢查，符合甲乙雙方的錄取條件，并辦理相關(guān)受訓(xùn)手續(xù)之日起算，至丙方完成培訓(xùn)課程并取得相關(guān)培訓(xùn)證書(shū)，培訓(xùn)結(jié)束之日止。

二、培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用

1．丙方在辦理受訓(xùn)手續(xù)時(shí)，須一次性繳納培訓(xùn)相關(guān)費(fèi)用共_________（大寫(xiě)）元人民幣（￥_________（小寫(xiě)）），甲乙雙方在收取培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用后，應(yīng)向丙方開(kāi)具合法票據(jù)。

2．選拔報(bào)名時(shí)、正式進(jìn)入培訓(xùn)班前、正式入職前甲方對(duì)丙方進(jìn)行三次體格檢查。前兩次體格檢查費(fèi)用、以及培訓(xùn)期間所需的生活費(fèi)用等，均由丙方自行支付；入職前體檢費(fèi)用由甲方承擔(dān)。選拔報(bào)名時(shí)和正式進(jìn)入培訓(xùn)班前的兩次體檢按甲方新員工入職體檢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

3．由于航空業(yè)的特殊性，丙方在培訓(xùn)期間需自費(fèi)購(gòu)買(mǎi)人身意外傷害保險(xiǎn)，并建議購(gòu)買(mǎi)相關(guān)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。

4．丙方在培訓(xùn)期間成績(jī)優(yōu)異、表現(xiàn)突出，甲方可以提供助學(xué)金、助學(xué)貸款等作為獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。具體執(zhí)行方法由甲方另行制訂。

5．丙方因不可抗拒的非主觀原因中斷培訓(xùn)，可以退還部分培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用：

（1）在本協(xié)議生效后、培訓(xùn)開(kāi)始實(shí)施前，甲乙雙方按培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用80%的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)退還；

（2）在培訓(xùn)實(shí)施6個(gè)月內(nèi)，甲乙雙方按培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用50%的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)退還；

（3）在培訓(xùn)實(shí)施6個(gè)月后，甲乙雙方不予退還培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用。

三、培訓(xùn)安排

1．乙方負(fù)責(zé)安排丙方在乙方培訓(xùn)期間的安全管理、住宿及相關(guān)事宜。甲方負(fù)責(zé)安排丙方在甲方培訓(xùn)期間的安全管理、住宿及相關(guān)事宜。

2．乙方負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)丙方進(jìn)行民航機(jī)務(wù)維修專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，包括民航機(jī)務(wù)維修基本技能培訓(xùn)、民航機(jī)務(wù)維修基礎(chǔ)執(zhí)照培訓(xùn)、機(jī)型執(zhí)照培訓(xùn)（B737－300/NG；A319/A320等機(jī)型之一）、民航機(jī)務(wù)專業(yè)英語(yǔ)及其他相關(guān)課程。甲方負(fù)責(zé)安排丙方到甲方進(jìn)行相關(guān)崗位實(shí)習(xí)培訓(xùn)。

3．丙方培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，經(jīng)考核合格的，乙方負(fù)責(zé)頒發(fā)民航機(jī)務(wù)維修專業(yè)的維修基本技能、維修基礎(chǔ)執(zhí)照、機(jī)型執(zhí)照（B737－300/NG；A319/A320等機(jī)型之一）、民航機(jī)務(wù)專業(yè)英語(yǔ)、適航知識(shí)與人為因素課程等相關(guān)培訓(xùn)合格證書(shū)。

4．丙方在一年專業(yè)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、技能培訓(xùn)和崗位實(shí)習(xí)等課程培訓(xùn)期間，每項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)考核不合格的，只允許當(dāng)期補(bǔ)考一次，不另行收取培訓(xùn)費(fèi)和補(bǔ)考費(fèi)。若仍不合格，則培訓(xùn)考核最終定為不合格。

5．丙方符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關(guān)要求，甲方負(fù)責(zé)錄用。甲方根據(jù)丙方學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和綜合表現(xiàn)，分別定崗在“技術(shù)序列”或“勤務(wù)序列”，并根據(jù)甲方的有關(guān)規(guī)定給予相應(yīng)的待遇。

四、各方權(quán)利、責(zé)任

1．在丙方筆試、面試、體檢合格后，甲乙雙方應(yīng)向丙方發(fā)出正式的培訓(xùn)錄取通知。

2．丙方在培訓(xùn)期間，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守國(guó)家的各項(xiàng)法律法規(guī)和規(guī)章；并遵守甲、乙方的規(guī)章制度及相關(guān)紀(jì)律，服從并積極配合、統(tǒng)一管理。

3．丙方在培訓(xùn)期間，因個(gè)人過(guò)失造成甲方、乙方損失（包括但不限于設(shè)備滅失毀損）的，應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的賠償責(zé)任。

4．丙方被培訓(xùn)錄取后，甲方將與丙方簽訂《就業(yè)協(xié)議書(shū)》，達(dá)成初步的就業(yè)意向；甲方可以協(xié)助丙方辦理畢業(yè)派遣的相關(guān)手續(xù)，不解決丙方在培訓(xùn)期間的戶籍遷移、檔案托管等問(wèn)題。在培訓(xùn)期間，甲方與丙方無(wú)任何勞動(dòng)合同關(guān)系，甲方不向丙方發(fā)放工資，丙方也不享受甲方各類福利待遇。

5．在培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，丙方符合以下條件，甲方負(fù)責(zé)錄用，辦理正式入職手續(xù)。否則甲方有權(quán)拒絕接收，與丙方簽訂的《就業(yè)協(xié)議書(shū)》作廢，并不予退還培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用。丙方放棄《就業(yè)協(xié)議書(shū)》所規(guī)定的相關(guān)權(quán)利。

（1）按時(shí)畢業(yè)并取得高職高專院校畢業(yè)證書(shū)；

（2）通過(guò)甲方、乙方各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)考核（考試），成績(jī)合格；

（3）參加正式入職體格檢查，身體條件符合甲方用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

出現(xiàn)以下情況者將明確不予以接收：

A、肺結(jié)核；

B、艾滋梅毒等性病；

C、大小三陽(yáng)；

D、惡性腫瘤。

6．甲方同意錄用丙方后，丙方拒絕到甲方工作，將承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的違約責(zé)任。

7．丙方在符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關(guān)要求，被甲方正式錄用，并辦理入職手續(xù)后，正式與甲方發(fā)生勞動(dòng)合同關(guān)系，應(yīng)服從甲方工作安排及內(nèi)部規(guī)章制度的要求。

五、協(xié)議效力

1．本協(xié)議自三方簽字蓋章后生效；本協(xié)議一式三份，甲、乙、丙三方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等法律效力。

2．丙方有以下情形之一的，甲、乙方可以隨時(shí)與丙方解除本協(xié)議，并不予退還培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用：

（1）丙方因個(gè)人主觀原因，單方面提出終止培訓(xùn)的；

（2）在培訓(xùn)期間，不能通過(guò)甲乙方組織的培訓(xùn)考核的；

（3）被證明不符合甲方錄用條件的；

（4）違反國(guó)家政策和法律法規(guī)，或者被追究刑事責(zé)任的；

（5）造成甲方、乙方重大損失或嚴(yán)重違反紀(jì)律、規(guī)章制度的；

（6）法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他情形。

3．有以下情形之一的，本協(xié)議自動(dòng)終止：

（1）丙方符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關(guān)要求，被甲方錄取的；

（2）因天氣、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)或其他自然和人為災(zāi)難等不可抗力造成本協(xié)議無(wú)法繼續(xù)履行的。

六、違約責(zé)任

1．丙方在本協(xié)議生效后、培訓(xùn)開(kāi)始實(shí)施前，明確表示終止與甲方簽訂的《就業(yè)協(xié)議》，須支付違約金人民幣伍仟元整給甲方。

2．丙方有本協(xié)議第四條第6款、第五條第2款情形的，或者其它個(gè)人原因終止培訓(xùn)、實(shí)習(xí)，或放棄到甲方從事機(jī)務(wù)維修工作的，須支付違約金人民幣_(tái)________元整給甲方。

3．因甲、乙方原因造成丙方的培訓(xùn)無(wú)法正常進(jìn)行，將退還丙方的全部培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用。

七、其他條款

1．本協(xié)議未盡事宜，經(jīng)三方協(xié)商一致，可對(duì)本協(xié)議條款進(jìn)行修訂、更改或補(bǔ)充，形成書(shū)面協(xié)議，具有與本協(xié)議同等法律效力。

2．協(xié)議三方對(duì)本協(xié)議的履行或解釋發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，經(jīng)協(xié)商、調(diào)解無(wú)效，任何一方有權(quán)向有管轄權(quán)的人民法院提起訴訟。
