MPA面試復(fù)習(xí)資料

一）英語(yǔ)面試。

A、基本原則。

1、見(jiàn)面/告別。見(jiàn)面問(wèn)候語(yǔ)：Good morning / afternoon, dear professors.I am ZhangQing.(Nice to meet you。)。告別用語(yǔ)：Thanks for your time./ Thank you for giving such a chance.I hope to see you again and soon./Thank you, goodbye./Thank you for your interview goodbye.2、意外情況。沒(méi)聽(tīng)清，你應(yīng)該怎樣要求老師再說(shuō)一遍(Pardon?/ Sorry, I can’t follow you./ Sorry, I lost you.Can you repeat that question again?)；需要時(shí)間思考、整理思路的時(shí)候，不要出現(xiàn)沉默，可以用一些hmm, err, well等語(yǔ)氣詞；不會(huì)回答某些問(wèn)題時(shí)，千萬(wàn)不要不懂裝懂，可以明確地告訴老師你不知道(Sorry, but I have no idea about it。)。

3、在使用連詞時(shí)，不要千篇一律的用and和but，可以嘗試用besides, in addition, moreover, although, yet, nevertheless, nonetheness,otherwise, instead, thus, in this way, even so, after all等等。

4、回答完畢，用“that's all for this question“or ”that's my opinion“,再加上句”thanks";

5、回答考官問(wèn)題，千萬(wàn)不要只回答“YES”或“NO”，而是要加上你的reason或者是example.也就是發(fā)散思維，不能幾秒鐘就回答完了。

6、用一些冗詞。如Well,you know, kind of, sort of,I mean,maybe,like,I guess,really，等等。

7、英語(yǔ)面試一般包含2-3個(gè)英語(yǔ)問(wèn)題，在回答時(shí)其實(shí)基本上是語(yǔ)無(wú)倫次。但是每組的老師問(wèn)題會(huì)有重復(fù)現(xiàn)象，所以排在后面的同學(xué)可以詢(xún)問(wèn)前面剛結(jié)束的同學(xué)有關(guān)問(wèn)題.B、具體問(wèn)題。

下面介紹兩大方面的問(wèn)題。

1、日常話(huà)題。包括許許多多的日常話(huà)題與問(wèn)題，如自我介紹（請(qǐng)自行準(zhǔn)備并背誦）、關(guān)于自己的話(huà)題（請(qǐng)一定要真實(shí)）、關(guān)于事物（事情）的看法、當(dāng)前新聞熱點(diǎn)、對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)的看法等等。我的建議是盡量圈題并一題一題準(zhǔn)備，一則心中有糧心不慌，二則英語(yǔ)面試是共通的，就算沒(méi)有圈到，準(zhǔn)備的問(wèn)題總會(huì)在其它的題目中套用。

這里舉本人有準(zhǔn)備的幾個(gè)常考題目例子，因?yàn)椴痪邆淦者m性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性，故不發(fā)布在論壇里。希望大家有時(shí)間自行準(zhǔn)備。

我來(lái)自農(nóng)村，祖輩都務(wù)農(nóng)，因此自小我我就立志改變這種命運(yùn)，02年我考進(jìn)海南師范大學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)電算化專(zhuān)業(yè)，在校期間勤工儉學(xué)、曾擔(dān)任班干部并參與策劃班級(jí)之間的聯(lián)誼，在校期間不斷加強(qiáng)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和各學(xué)科知識(shí)，并先后獲得會(huì)計(jì)電算化證書(shū)、會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)資格證書(shū)、助理會(huì)計(jì)師證書(shū)、計(jì)算機(jī)二級(jí)證書(shū)。學(xué)生時(shí)代是美好和快樂(lè)的，轉(zhuǎn)眼間大學(xué)生活過(guò)去了，面臨著就業(yè)，因?qū)I(yè)性質(zhì)，我鎖定了工作方向，所以我選擇了從基礎(chǔ)做起，我的第一份工作是在亞龍灣海底世界酒店擔(dān)任前臺(tái)收銀員，憑借愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，積極好學(xué)的精神學(xué)到了很多知識(shí)，當(dāng)了8個(gè)月的收銀員，我有幸入職一家進(jìn)出口企業(yè)-三亞?wèn)|吉貿(mào)易公司任會(huì)計(jì)一職，主要負(fù)責(zé)填制會(huì)計(jì)憑證，監(jiān)督對(duì)賬，各項(xiàng)發(fā)票的領(lǐng)購(gòu)、驗(yàn)銷(xiāo)，編制各類(lèi)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表及定期向稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)申報(bào)稅。

踏上新的工作崗位，勤奮好學(xué)，因此我的業(yè)務(wù)水平及思想覺(jué)悟都大大提高了，在工作上得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同事們的認(rèn)可，09年被評(píng)為“優(yōu)秀員工”并晉升為主任科員。

二、簡(jiǎn)述應(yīng)聘到位職后的工作思路和措施

1、思路：認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)“三個(gè)代表”思想，用科學(xué)發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)稅收工作，加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)稅收稅法知識(shí)，理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合，努力解決納稅人提出的問(wèn)題，做出形之有效的解決辦法，為稅收各方面盡最大的努力。

2、措施：配合其他稅務(wù)人員做好稅收工作

本人性格開(kāi)朗，思維活躍，對(duì)工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，有上進(jìn)心，能吃苦耐勞。有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力和應(yīng)變能力，能很好的處理突發(fā)事件，心理素質(zhì)良好，善于總結(jié)工作中的得失，力求不斷完善自己，通過(guò)這幾年的鍛煉，各經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面都得到了較高的提升。
