有壓力是壞事嗎
“I can't stand the pressure and competition,” explained one friend of mine when asked why he decided to quit his highly-paid but demanding position in his company recently. My friend may have his own reasons, but I don't think his decision is wise in reality. It's true that my friend's case is not unique. In the last few years quite a number of men and women have chosen to do something less competitive at the cost of a comfortable, easy life a highly-paid job can obtain. They are afraid that the stresses and strains of work will rob them of joy and happiness and do them harm both physically and mentally.
In fact,however,stress isn't the bad thing it is often supposed to be. Unless it gets out of control, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and challenge,and to give purpose and significance to an otherwise meaningless, idle life. People under stress tend to express their full range of potential and to actualize their own personal worth——the very aim of a human life.
Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. What we can do is to develop our adaptive abilities to deal with it rather than to escape from it.

自“鄭州空姐事件”后,順風車終于于近日“重新上線”。據(jù)媒體報道,整改后的“滴滴順風車”并沒有受到市場的待見。有乘客表示“順風車重新上線第一天,等了半個小時接單的卻是一輛‘貨拉拉’的貨車,司機載著我和另外一單(一盒櫻桃)!”
事實正如俗語所言:“信任就像一面鏡子,一旦它破碎了,就無法修復了?!惫芾砩系牟簧?,必然得承受消費者的質(zhì)疑,順風車受冷落是必然的。然而,這樣的過程也未必是壞事。對行業(yè)發(fā)展來說,也許“返璞歸真”反而能“穩(wěn)步前行”。
無論是“網(wǎng)約車”還是“順風車”,基于都是早期的“共享出行”概念??上?,順風車業(yè)務的發(fā)展,并未像許多人所預計的那樣,通過提高閑置資源的利用率,為乘客帶來優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務。低門檻的準入機制,不嚴格的雙向評價體系,讓不少順風車司機開始覬覦背后的“特殊的利益”。
用豪車注冊“順風車”,為的是“找妹子”;叫工作車注冊順風車,為的是“賺外快”;用網(wǎng)約車注冊“順風車”,為的是“搶生意”。不良注冊行為的涌入,讓順風車在逆風中曲折前行。最后出現(xiàn)“天人共憤”的犯罪現(xiàn)象,也是惡意積蓄的結(jié)果。
其實回頭看,在出事之前,順風車用戶在滴滴用戶中,也只占14%。如今回歸到不信任的狀態(tài),行業(yè)熱度得到冷卻,那些抱有幻想的投機司機也會在道德的審視和制度的審查中被淘汰出去,建立嚴苛認證機制也沒有了反對的聲音,這對順風車發(fā)展來說,應是好事。
當然,順風車業(yè)務的發(fā)展不能建立在一個又一個悲劇之上,強化認證機制,身份驗真漏洞僅僅是最初的手段。實行視頻監(jiān)管、錄音取證、GPS監(jiān)控,并讓乘客有更多的評價機會,減少不安全因素的出現(xiàn)。同時,轉(zhuǎn)變思路,積極吸收能長期服務的安全可靠的司機,并加強行為約束和教育,用優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務轉(zhuǎn)變消費者的印象。
進一步來說,除了在服務利益上給予支持,是否應該在道德層面加強輔助性的鼓勵?順風車業(yè)務的本質(zhì)還是“順路捎帶需要出行的人”,提供服務與謀取收益也是不同的。所以,對長期從事順風車服務,主動幫助需要出行乘客的司機,給予更多的道德獎勵,讓參與順風車業(yè)務的好司機感受到幫助他人的好評,在口碑與車費間尋找到平衡點,這也是有必要的。
近日,有關(guān)滴滴司機騷擾乘客的新聞屢有出現(xiàn)。手機約車的基本前提是平臺與消費者之間的信任關(guān)系,若安全問題得不到遏制,基本信任得不到穩(wěn)固,也很難打破目前這種僵局。
